간호대학생의 삶의 질 향상을 위한 스트레스 유형 연구 (Types of Stress for the Improvement of Quality of Life for Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 스트레스 경험을 확인하기 위해 Q 방법론을 적용하여 간호대학생의 스트레스 유형을 확인하고 유형별 특성을 확인하는 것이다. 문헌고찰과 인터뷰를 통해 57개의 진술문을 도출하였다. Q 카드는 13점 만점으로 40명의 간호대학생들을 대상으로 정규분포형태로 분류하였다. 수집된 데이터는 PC QUANL 프로그램에 의해 분석되었다. 연구결과 간호대학생들의 스트레스 경험은 4가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 유형 I은 교과과정 부담형, 유형 II는 경제자립 목표형, 유형 III은 아웃사이더 좌절형, 유형 IV는 성장 정체형이었다. 본 연구결과를 대상자의 유형에 따른 중재프로그램을 개발하는 데 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

국내 의학교육 교수개발 프로그램 현황과 과제 (Current Status and Tasks of Faculty Development Programs for Medical Education in Korea)

  • This study aimed to investigate the current status of faculty development (FD) programs operated by medical colleges and institutions in Korea, and to suggest future-oriented directions for FD. A survey was conducted targeting medical colleges and medical education institutions that operate FD programs. We investigated the reasons for selecting topics, program themes, program operation methods, longitudinal program status, program improvement and quality control methods, the evaluation of the program effects, the outcomes and problems of the programs, and opinions on the latest trends. Twenty-nine out of 40 medical colleges and three out of six institutions responded. Topics were selected based on an analysis of medical education trends and the educational environment in both groups. The most common program themes were assessments in medical colleges, and teaching/learning and curriculum themes in institutions. FD was perceived to induce professors' and administrators' interest in medical education and improve the quality of medical education. The most common program method was workshops. Three medical colleges and one institution had longitudinal programs. Participant surveys constituted the most common method of evaluating programs' effects. Difficulties in publicizing programs and inducing voluntary participation were the most common problems in both groups. New attempts for FD were perceived as the role of external institutions. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop a framework and quality improvement indications for FD programs in the future, and FD programs are expected to be developed through new initiatives, such as longitudinal programs and those focusing on the community of practice.

평생교육을 위한 온라인 대학원 발전방안 제안 (A Proposal for the Development of Online Graduate School for Lifelong Education)

  • 본 연구는 4차산업혁명과 글로벌 팬데믹이라는 시대적 요구에 대학에도 새로운 패러다임이 필요한 현 상황을 배경으로 이에 따른 평생교육으로서의 온라인 대학원 신설을 위한 교육 방안을 제안하였다. 연구 방법으로는 학자와 전문가들의 미래 교육에 대한 시사점과 의견을 종합하고 이를 활용한 해외 대학의 사례들을 분석하여 온라인 대학원 교육 방안을 제안하였다. 연구 결과 온라인 대학원은 평생교육으로서 새로운 기회를 제공하는 장이 되어 다양성이 필요하고 이를 실현하기 위해서 마이크로 크레디트(Micro Credit) 학사 운영 방식을 활용한다. 또한, 다양하고 융합 전공 프로그램에 상응하고 이를 더 발전시킬 수 있도록 문제해결 중심의 교수 방법으로 학생들의 융합적 문제해결 능력과 더불어 능동적인 학습과 학생 간, 교수 간 상호작용을 높이도록 한다. 추후 온라인 대학원의 더 세부적인 교과과정 연구가 필요하며 본 연구를 토대로 온라인 대학원 교육 발전 연구에 기여하길 바란다.

소프트웨어교육 교과에 관한 예비교원들의 인식 실태조사 (The Perception of Pre-service Teachers on Software Education)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래에 따라 전 세계의 많은 국가들은 새로운 미래를 준비하기 위한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 산업구조의 변화뿐만 아니라 전문 인재양성을 위한 교육시스템의 새로운 변화를 추구하고 있다. 변화의 중요한 부분 중 하나로 컴퓨터 중심의 지능정보사회로의 변화를 준비하고 이끌어나갈 수 있는 인재를 길러내기 위하여 소프트웨어교육을 교육과정의 핵심영역으로 반영하고 미래역량으로 도입하고 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 예비교원들의 소프트웨어교육에 대한 인식을 조사하고 초등학교 정보교육에 대하여 갖고 있는 방향성과 생각을 분석하여 교과의 필요성과 추진방향 등을 살펴본다. 예비교원들의 응답을 토대로 SW교육이 학교현장에서 수행되는 방법에 대해 프로젝트기반 학습이 필요하다고 조사되었으며, 평가는 관찰평가를 통해 수행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 예비교원들의 인식을 살펴본 결과 SW교육은 미래사회를 대비하기 위한 중요한 역량으로 인식하고 있었다.

간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시와 학업적 자기효능감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Digital Literacy and Academic Self-Efficacy on Problem-Solving Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명시대에 대두되고 있는 디지털 리터러시를 중심으로 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시의 수준을 파악하고, 디지털 리터러시와 학업적 자기효능감이 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 수행된 서술적 조사연구이다. K시에 소재한 일 대학의 간호대학생 118명을 대상으로 2022년 4월부터 5월 사이에 자료수집을 하였고, SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 독립표본 t검정, 일원분산분석 및 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시는 비교적 높은 수준이었으나, 정보개발, 정보평가의 하위영역이 낮게 나타났다. 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시(β=.311, p=.001), 학업적 자기효능감(β=.184, p=.048) 순으로 문제해결능력에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고(F=12.237, p<.001), 설명력은 16.1%이었다. 간호대학생의 디지털 리터러시 역량 증진을 위해 보다 체계적인 상황 중심의 간호교육 커리큘럼의 개발이 필요하며, 이를 통해 더욱 효과적으로 문제해결능력 함양이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

청소년이 지각한 긍정적 양육태도가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 삶의 만족도와 신체활동의 매개된 조절효과 (Mediated Moderating Effects of Life Satisfaction and Physical Activity in the Effect of Positive Parenting Attitudes Perceived by Adolescents on Depressed)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of life satisfaction and moderating effect of physical activity on the effect of adolescents' perceived positive parenting on depressed. In addition, the present study explores the role of life satisfaction and physical activity in the relationship between adolescents' perceived positive parenting and depressed, which may help in the reduction and control of adolescent depressed. Design: This study utilizes data from the 2021 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey. Methods: First, positive parenting attitudes have a significant positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, life satisfaction has a significant negative effect on depressed. Third, life satisfaction has a mediating effect on the relationship between positive parenting and depressed. Fourth, physical activity has a significant negative effect on depressed. Fifth, physical activity has a moderating effect on the relationship between life satisfaction and depressed. Finally, this study confirmed the mediating effect of life satisfaction and moderating effect of physical activity on the relationship between positive parenting attitudes and depressed. Conclusion: This study confirmed that life satisfaction and physical activity are positive resources for depressed in adolescents. Therefore, a system that promotes a positive outlook on life and voluntary physical activity is necessary to prevent and overcome depressed. In addition, it shows the need for arts and physical education as well as entrance examination-oriented subjects in the curriculum. The results of this study may provide a basis for the therapeutic approach of mental health physiotherapy in the treatment of adolescent depressed.

건설현장 기술인력의 교육·훈련 실태분석 및 개선방안 (Analyzing Education/Training Status of Construction Field Engineers and Its Improvement Measures )

  • 본 연구는 국내 건설현장의 우수한 기술인력 양성 및 확보를 위해, 현재 시행중인 교육·훈련에 대한 효과 및 개선 필요성을 분석하고, 이에 대한 향후 개선방안을 제시함을 목적으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 건설현장 기술인력들의 현행 교육에 대한 만족도는 전반적으로 높고 직무능력향상에도 효과가 있는 것으로 조사되었으나, 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육환경은 다소 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 교육내용 개선을 위해서는 기술발전에 부응하는 실무 위주교육 커리큘럼의 도입이 시급히 필요하다. 온라인 교육방법의 개선을 위해서는 우수한 교육 컨텐츠의 개발이 필요하다. 교육환경개선을 위해서는 맞춤형 실습공간의 확충, 권역별 교육시설 설립, 셔틀버스 운행 등이 필요하다.

어선원 기초안전교육제도 개선방안에 관한 연구 (A study on the improvement of the basic safety education system for fishing seafarers)

  • This study attempted to solve the problem that the current safety education contents of Korean fishing vessels are not consistent with the STCW-F Convention and do not properly reflect the actual operating environment of the fishing vessels. Despite the reinforced duty of safety education for fishing vessels after the Ferry Sewol accident, the problem has been pointed out that the effectiveness is still low due to merchant-oriented education contents and uniform education methods. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed laws related to safety education for fishing vessels and the STCW-F Convention, and derived improvement measures by collecting voices from the field through a survey of fishing vessels. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the current fishing vessel safety education does not take into account the reality of fishing such as fishing vessel type, navigation distance, and ship output, and that the core curriculum required by STCW-F Convention is omitted. In addition, it was found that education content on major accident types that frequently occur along the coast was also insufficient. In order to improve this, this study proposes to re-establish the target of safety education for fishing vessels based on STCW-F Convention related to fishing vessels, and to prepare a segmented education system by reorganizing the training contents to suit reality. In addition, the need to clearly distinguish the education of merchant and fishing vessels through the revision of the Seafarers Act and the Ship Employees Act was suggested, and to establish a safety education system for fishing vessels that meets STCW-F Convention and domestic conditions.

학교도서관 라키비움 전략 및 교육모형 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Larchiveum Strategies and an Instructional Model for School Libraries)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 다원적인 사회의 흐름에 따라 도서관이 기록관, 박물관과 협력을 통해 공간과 역할을 확장하는 변화에 주목하여 융합적 공간으로 전환하는 도서관의 미래지향적 요소를 학교도서관 교육에 적용하고 교육전략 및 모형을 개발하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식문화복합공간을 의미하는 용어로 '라키비움'을 설정하고 개념과 기능을 파악하여 요소를 도출하였고 기록관, 박물관, 미술관이 수집·관리하는 자료의 특성 및 국내외 교육정보서비스를 분석하여 학교도서관 교육과 연계할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 학교도서관에서 교수-학습 매체가 효율적으로 선정 및 활용될 수 있도록 매체 사용이 강조된 ASSURE 교수설계 모형을 기반으로 하여 '탐구기반정보활용', '교과연계, 융합', '협업, 공유, 확산', '디지털 아카이브'의 라키비움 전략을 수립하고 교육 내용을 구성하였다. 단계별 수행 및 절차에 대해서는 현장 전문가의 평가와 의견을 반영하고 수정·보완을 거쳐 라키비움 전략과 자원 및 탐구중심 수업을 포함하는 협력적 교육모형을 개발하였다.

실험대학 과제도서실 운영에 관한 조사연구 (A Research Survey on the Reserved Book System of Pilot Universities in Korea)

  • This is a survey of the reserved book system in the pilot universities in Korea. We have surveyed only 22 university libraries among 29 pilot schools as of 1977, because of the differences in the library users, library organization, library facilities, and library materials between universities and colleges. In 1972, the Korean Ministry of Education developed a reformation plan for their higher education based on the teaching method of curriculum-oriented faculty instead of that of the faculty-oriented curriculum. The former puts emphasis on the cultivation of a student's thinking, creativity, and judgement through self-teaching to do a given assignment. The reserved book system in a college or university library is one of the most important methods necessary to accomplish the above educational aim. The survey used a questionnaire with 50 question on 28 items concerning the various aspects of the reserved book system in 22 pilot universities. the survey result discovered many problems needing correction. The following list describes the measures needed to correct the problems found in the pilot universities. 1. The management of a centralized reserved book system is much more effective and economical than the decentralized reserved book system when a university is located on the same campus. 2. In the university library, an independent reserved book department requires to gain the desired educational aims as compared with the reserved book room controlled by any other department in the library. 3. The reserved book system should not be adopted by all the departments at once but enlarged gradually, for it needs the understanding and support of faculty members and the university itself. 4. As competence is essential to the effective operation of the reserved book room, the university library should not place an unqualified person in charge of the reserved book department. 5. The librarian in charge of the reserved book department is required to do more professional works such as analysis of users, collection and analysis of syllabuses, maintenance of faculty member cooperation, establishment of measures to acquire unavailable materials, and drawing up an effective management plan. However, he is spending most of his time in clerical works, that is, non-professional works. 6. Three to five titles of each reserved book are considered reasonable and required materials should be shelved in proportion to the number of students, that is, one copy per eight or ten students if the materials are allowed to lend for two hours at a time. For the supplementary materials, the library needs to place two or three copies per subject. 7. Professors must select reserved books with care so that they can be used year after year. 8. Few universities are asking professors the number of class students and the date when the reserved material will no longer be needed on reserve. 9. The library should gather all the lists of reserved books from every professor at least three to five months before the courses open, because it takes a long time to obtain foreign materials. 10. It is desirable that the reserved book department should collect the lists and prepare the materials with promptness and consistency. 11. Instead of block buying, it is desirable to purchase reserved books at the time the library gets the reserved book list from the professors. The library should also inform faculty members whether it obtained each reserved book or not before the course open. 12. The library should make a copy of materials if a professor requires to reserve an out-of-print book or partial contents of a book, journal, and thesis. 13. An independent budger for reserved books from the budget for general materials is desired. 14. The shelf arrangement of reserved books by courses or professors under the same department is much more preferable than a classified arrangement. 15. While most of the universities adopted the open shelves system for all the reserved books, it is more effective and economical to take a compromise system, that is, closed shelves for requires materials and open shelves for supplementary materials. 18. Circulation of reserved books needs a different system between required materials and supplementary materials: two or three hours and/or overnight loan for the former and two and/or three days loan for the latter. 17. A reserved book room should be open a long time after class so that students can have sufficient time to use the room. 18. The library must take daily and monthly statistic as well as statistics on every aspect of the reserved book system in order that the library ma decide on policy and management of the reserved book room in collaboration with the university. Furthermore, regular reports on the use of the reserved book room should be made to the president and the executive council by the library to acquire their understanding and cooperation for the reserved book system. 19. Cooperation of faculty members is indispensable to the effective management of the reserved book department and it is desirable to make a committee which will fix various decisions about the system. Whenever the director of the library make his decision, he must consult with his staff in order to involve them earnestly in the operation of the system.
