사향소합원(麝香蘇合元)이 정서반응성(情緖反應性)과 Alzheimer's disease 모델 백서(白鼠)의 학습(學習)에 미치는 영향(影響) (The Effects of Sahyangsohapwon on the Affective Reactivity and the Acquisition of Two-way avoidance in AD Model Rats)

  • The effects of Sahyangsohapwon on the affective reactivity of rats were studied with open-field behavior. Sample group was treated with the medicine for 8 weeks, whereas control group was treated with the vehicle. The effects of Sahyangsohapwon on the enhancement of learning and memory of AD model rats were studied with two-way avoidance task. Sample group electrically lesioned on nbM(nucleus basalis of Meynert) was treated with the medicine for 8 weeks, whereas control group with nbM lesion and sham group with the sham operation were treated with the vehicle. 1. In the open-field behavior task, the start latency from start box was measured $27.08{\pm}7.51sec$ in control group, $23.15{\pm}5.98sec$ in sample group. Rats in sample group showed a tendency of shortened latency going out to a strange place compared with those in control group, but with no statistical significance(p>0.05). 2. In the open-field behavior task, the number of locomotion crossing the grid lines was measured $84.54{\pm}3.55$ in control group, $116.93{\pm}6.41$ in sample group. There was an increased locomotion in sample group compared with control group with statistical significance(p<0.01). This can be interpreted as rats in sample group showed lowerd anxiety under a strange environment. 3. In the open-field behavior task, the rearing number was measured $7.46{\pm}0.57$ in control group, $10.13{\pm}0.95$ in sample group. There was an increased rearing in sample group compared with control group with statistical significance(p<0.05). This can also be interpreted as rats in sample group showed lowerd anxiety under a strange environment. 4. In the open-field behavior task, the number of crossing behavior was measured $5.54{\pm}1.50$ in control group, $9.20{\pm}1.67$ in sample group. There was a increasing tendency of crossing behavior in sample group compared with control group, but with no statistical significance(p<0.05). 5. In the open-field behavior task, the total activity was measured $97.54{\pm}4.70$ in control group, $136.27{\pm}792$ in sample group. There was an increased total activity in sample group compared with control group with statistical significance(p<0.01). This can also be interpreted as rats in sample group showed lowerd anxiety under a strange environment. 6. In the analysis of effects on the learning and memory in AD model rats with two-way avoidance task, the response latency was measured $6717{\pm}134msec$ in the 1st session, $5416{\pm}160msec$ in the 2nd session, $5252{\pm}148msec$ in the 3rd session in control group. It was measured $6724{\pm}155msec$ in the 1st session, $4642{\pm}139msec$ in the 2nd session, $4914{\pm}148msec$ in the 3rd session in sample group and $4357{\pm}144msec$ in the 1st session, $3125{\pm}115msec$ in the 2nd session, $3091{\pm}98msec$ in the 3rd session in sham group. There were differences between sham group and nbM lesioned groups with statistical significance in post hoc analysis(p<0.000). And in the 2nd session, there was a reduction of latency in sample group compared with control group with statistical significance (p<0.000). This showed that sample group had better learning capacity than control group. 7. In the analysis of effects on the learning and memory in AD model rats with two-way avoidance task, the number of avoidance response was measured $5.85{\pm}1.41$ in the 1st session, $14.23{\pm}2.89$ in the 2nd session, $15.69{\pm}2.56$ in the 3rd session in control group. It was measured $7.92{\pm}1.94$ in the 1st session, $16.83{\pm}2.29$ in the 2nd session, $15.42{\pm}2.81$ in the 3rd session in sample group and $14.38{\pm}1.62$ in the 1st session, $22.88{\pm}0.89$ in the 2nd session, $23.88{\pm}1.64$ in the 3rd session in sham group. There were differences between sham group and nbM lesioned groups with statistical significance in post hoc analysis(p<0.001). But between control and sample group, there was no significant difference. With the experimental results above, Sahyangsohapwon can be supposed to have the enhancing effects on the affect reactivity and learning with memory of AD model rats induced by electrolyte injury of nbM.

휴리스틱 기반의 유전 알고리즘을 활용한 경로 탐색 알고리즘 (Path-finding Algorithm using Heuristic-based Genetic Algorithm)

  • 경로 탐색 알고리즘은 이동 가능한 에이전트가 게임 내의 가상 월드에서 현재 위치로부터 목적지까지 가는 경로를 탐색하는 알고리즘을 뜻한다. 기존의 경로 탐색 알고리즘은 A*, Dijkstra와 같이 비용기반으로 그래프 탐색을 수행한다. A*와 Dijkstra는 월드 맵에서 이동 가능한 노드와 에지 정보들을 필요로 해서 맵의 정보가 다양하고 많은 온라인 게임에 적용하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 가변환경이나 맵의 데이터가 방대한 게임에서 적용 가능한 경로 탐색 알고리즘을 개발하기 위해 맵의 정보 없이 교배, 교차, 돌연변이, 진화 연산을 통해 해를 찾는 유전 알고리즘(Genetic Algorithm, GA)을 활용한 Heuristic-based Genetic Algorithm Path-finding(HGAP)를 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 Binary-Coded Genetic Algorithm을 기반으로 하며 목적지에 더 빨리 도달하기 위해 목적지로 가는 경로를 추정하는 휴리스틱 연산을 수행하여 경로를 탐색한다.

Introgression of Sex-Limited Larval Markings to a Productive Multivoltine Strain of Silkworm Bombyx mori L.

  • A breeding programme was initiated during 2001 to introduce sex-limited larval markings to a productive multivoltine breed - BL67 from an inbred sex-limited line, MY1 (SL) maintained at Central Sericultural Research and Training Institute, Mysore. Introgressive hybridization, recurrent backcrossing for six generations followed by sib-mating resulted in synthesis of a new multivoltine silkworm breed BL67 (SL) with sex-limited larval markings. The new breed was studied for combining ability by crossing with eight bivoltine breeds viz., $NB_4D_2,\;CSR_2,\;CSR_2 (SL),\;CSR_2,\;CSR_4,\;CSR_8,\;CSR_{18}\;and\;CSR_{19}$. General combining ability effects of the new breed showed its superiority over the popular Pure Mysore by expressing significant GCA effects for six out of twelve characters whereas the results are on par with the original multivoltine breed. The hybrid $BL67(SL){\times}CSR2(SL)$ excelled in several quantitative characters such as pupation rate (90.2%), cocoon weight (1.97 g), cocoon shell weight (40 cg), cocoon shell ratio (20.3%), filament length (918 m), denier (2.96), raw silk percentage (14.96%) and neatness (90 p). Studies on cocoon size variability revealed that the cocoons of $BL67(SL){\times}CSR2(SL)$ were found comparatively uniform showing less standard deviation of 6.55 and co-efficient of variation of 3.91 %. The suitability of newly developed breed for easy grain age operation and commercial exploitation with promising hybrid have been discussed.

  • 무인항공기시스템 수요의 증가와 기술의 급격한 발전에 따라 많은 국가들에서 기존의 공역 시스템에 무인항공기를 통합하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 유인항공기와 무인항공기의 통합 운용에 따른 영향을 파악하기 위해서는 유무인항공기의 통합 시뮬레이션 시스템을 통한 HiTL (Human-in-The-Loop) 시뮬레이션이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 유무인항공기 통합 시뮬레이션을 위한 운용 개념을 정의하고, 유무인항공기 통합 운용 시 발생 가능한 상황을 시나리오로 설정하여, HiTL 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 수행 결과에 대해 통신, 안전, 성능, HMI로 나누어 영향을 분석하였다.

국내 항만횡단 해상교량 관련 선박조종시뮬레이션 분석 (A Study on the Analysis of Ship Handling Simulation about Domestic Sea Bridge over the Harbor)

  • 최근 국내에서는 원활한 물류 수송과 도로 이용자의 편의를 도모하기 위해 항만 및 주요 항로를 횡단하는 대형 해상교량 건설이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 해상교량건설이 육상 도로시스템의 연장선상에서 경제 원리에 입각하여 추진된다면 이는 해상교통안전 확보에 지장을 초래할 수도 있을 것이다. 이러한 위험요소를 사전에 검증하고 통항안전성 유무를 평가하기 위하여 대표적인 방법으로 선박조종시뮬레이션을 채택하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 전 기능 선박조종시뮬레이터(FMSS)를 보유하고 있는 대표 4개 기관에서 해상교량 건설과 관련하여 수행했던 통항안전성 평가 보고서를 비교 분석하여, 각 기관별 수행 방법에 대한 차이점과 문제점을 도출하고, 향후 시뮬레이션의 수행 및 평가 방법에 대한 표준화 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

안면다한증에서 경요도 절제용 전기절제 내시경을 이용한 교감신경간 소작술 (T2 Sympathicotomy with TUR Electroresectoscope for Facial Hyperhidrosis)

  • Background: The patients of facial hyperhidrosis have been known that they had much difficulties in interpersonal relationships and social activities due to excessive hidrosis when they were in stress, hot weather, or having meals. Previous drug therapy and stellate ganglion block have only temporary effects. The surgical method, $T_1$ sympathetomy has the risk of Hornor's syndrome. For that reasons, the sympathicotomy of proximal and distal portions of $T_2$ sympathetic ganglion with electroresectoscope used in transurethral resection seemed to be appropriate procedure, and we would like to report the results of our procedure. Method: Under the general anesthesia with semi-sitting position, and the portal was made through the small incision along the upper border of the 4th rib at the crossing point of mid-axillary line. After the partial collapse of lung by insufflation of 300 to 500 ml of $CO_2$, $T_2$ sympathetic ganglion was identified and resected proximally and distally with electro-cauterization. Finally the lung was expanded by limiting flow until the airway pressure reached 30 to 40 cm$H_2O$, and the wound was closed after removal of electroresectoscope. Result: There was no postoperative complication requiring surgical interventions. The facial sweating was stopped immediately after the operation and all the patients appeared to be satisfied. Conclusion: $T_2$ sympathicotomy with TUR electroresectoscope is thought be the minimal invasive and highly successful method in the treatment of facial hyperhidrosis. But longer terms follow-up will be needed to prove this result.

선박조종시뮬레이터를 이용한 울산항 원유부이이설의 안전성 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Safety Assessment of the replaced Single Buoy Mooring at Ulsan Harbor by Ship Handling Simulator)

  • In accordance with the development plans of Ulsan harbor, Ulsan new harbor will be contructed considering supporting Ulsan harbor as a safe berthing and departure at single buoy mooring(SBM). In this study, we used a full-mission ship handling simulator adopting 300,000 DWT VLCC manoeuvered at the planned Ulsan SBM. Five masters who have had a long experience of ship maneuvering were called to carry out the simulations, of which each scenario were tried one, completed total of 68 times. The marine traffic safety was assessed in terms of 1) the closest point of approach(CPA) to other SBM and breakwater in the vicinity and the probability of crossing the restricted area of the closest SBM and fairway limit, 2) subjective evaluation such as the mental burden and the maneuvering difficulty of shiphanders, and 3) the opinions of shiphandlers. From the result of this simulation, we have a conclusion as follows; First, because crude oil berthing angle is so small by current S-OiL Co. crude oil buoy by SK Co. No 3 crude oil buoy different view SK Co. No 3 crude oil buoy and interference of current KNOC crude oil buoy, Berthing is impossible, and Emergency departing is very dangerous too operation impossible. Second it is desirable that SK Co. No 2 and No 3 Single buoy Mooring that do different view controls position so that to be not put in straight line each other. Third, SK Co. No 1 and 2 single buoy mooring that do different view to Onsanhang berthing and departing is seized by single buoy mooring by external force ship that set sail does faith control need.

교통분야의 리빙랩 적용사례 연구 : 보행자 자동감지 횡단보도 시스템을 중심으로 (A study on the Application of Living Lab in Transportation : Focused on the Auto-Image Sensing Signal System for Pedestrian)

  • 리빙랩이란 사용자가 직접 나서서 문제를 해결해 나가는 사용자 참여형 혁신 공간을 의미하며, 리빙랩 참여자는 기술 구상부터 제품 개발의 모든 과정에 참여할 수 있다는 특징이 있다. 본 연구에서는 보행자의 교통사고를 줄이기 위해 전주시를 대상으로 리빙래 방법을 이용하여 보행자 자동감지 횡단보도 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 리빙랩 적용에 따른 시스템 효과를 분석하기 위해 보행자 대기시간, 보행자 및 차량 신호위반, 무단횡단 측면의 측정지표를 설정하였으며, 시스템 설치전, 설치후, 리빙랩 적용후의 세가지 단계별로 나누어 분석하였다. 측정지표 분석결과, 리빙랩을 적용한 시스템의 효과가 설치전과 설치후 보다 상대적으로 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국내 교통 분야에서 리빙랩이 적용된 첫 사례라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

디지털기기 사용성향 요인분석 및 세대 구분 연구 (Factor Analysis on Use Tendency of Digital Product and Generation Division)

  • 본 연구는 디지털기기 사용성향을 구성하는 요인들을 밝히고, 세대를 구분하는 것에 연구목적이 있다. 이를 위해 51개 문항으로 구성된 설문을 이용하여, 15세에서 49세에 이르는 우리나라 일반 사용자들로부터 639부의 데이터를 수거하여 요인분석, 군집분석 등의 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 디지털기기 사용성향을 구성하는 11개의 요인을 추출하고, 각각 관심, 오락성, 단순성, 조작불안감, 실용성, 개성, 조작일관성, 기능의 다양성, 조작법 습득, 고장의 책임성, 대여도로 명명하였다. 이어서, 요인점수를 변수로 하는 군집분석을 실시, 전체 조사대상자를 적극적 수용자형, 소극적 추종자형, 보수적 무관심형으로 명명된 3개 군집으로 분류하였다. 그리고 연령을 변인으로 하는 교차분석을 반복적으로 실시한 후, 그 결과들을 종합함으로서, 연령이 군집출현에 강한 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였고, 이를 바탕으로 1727세대, 2834세대, 3538세대, 3949세대의 4개가지로 세대구분하였다. 세대 외에 성별, 소득, 학력, 직업 등의 인구통계화적 변인들은 사용성향에 큰 영향을 주는 변인이 아님을 확인하였다. 이어, 이러한 세대구분 연구결과를 제품사용경험에 대한 코호트맵 선행연구결과와 비교함으로서, 3538 세대가 분기점 역할을 하는 원인에 대해 고찰하였다.

자연재난과의 연계사례를 통한 농촌체험 프로그램 운영방안에 관한 연구 - 강원도 인제군 가리산리를 중심으로 - (A Study on Management of Rural Experience Programs through Case Linked with Natural Disaster - Focused on Garisan-ri, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea -)

  • This study suggests a plan to expand the rural experience program linked to natural disaster through the case analysis of the village of Garisan-ri, Inje-gun, Gangwon-do, Republic of Korea. This will help to establish the necessary improving and policies for Re-leap of rural villages in disaster areas and activation of rural experience villages. The local residents have created flood recovery stories, disaster response content, and disaster prevention camp sites, all of which have been hit by serious disaster damage. It has also contributed to the revitalization of the village by providing various experience programs such as disaster response training, crossing rapids, and evacuation experience. This is a way to get rid of the negative perception of disaster and utilize it. The conversion of idea through disaster experience content contributed to the activation of the area. By linking the disaster experience contents to the rural experience program in the future, it can be helpful to avoid the duplication of contents and limit the similar operation method, which is an existing problem of rural experience villages.
