본 연구는 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 실험수업이 중학생들의 창의적 사고와 비판적 사고에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 것으로 이를 위해 Keys 등(1999)이 개발한 SWH 전략에 기초하여 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 프로그램을 개발하였다. 연구의 대상은 2개 학급 63명은 비교집단으로, 2개 학급은 실험집단으로 선정하였고, 소집단의 구성은 인지수준이 비슷한 동질집단으로 구성하였다. 프로그램의 처치는 2011년 3월부터 7월까지 9개의 활동 주제로 총 18차시를 투입하였다. 사후검사는 사전검사와 동일한 검사지를 사용하였으며, 검사 결과는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 창의적 사고와 비판적 사고의 사전검사를 공변인으로 하는 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)으로 통계 처리하였다. 또한 설문지를 이용하여 학생들의 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 실험수업에 대한 인식을 알아보았다. 이러한 연구결과를 살펴보면, 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 실험수업이 창의적 문제해결력 향상에 효과적이므로, 지속적인 탐구적 과학 글쓰기 수업전략의 제시와 다양한 실험 주제 개발이 필요하다고 여겨진다.

본 연구의 목적은 도서관활용수업과 정보활용교육의 실천 전략으로서 창의적 글쓰기 프로그램이 초등학생의 자기주도 학습능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 분석 결과 창의적 프로그램 운영 후 자기주도 학습능력의 평균이 130.14점에서 163.83점으로 33.69점 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 자기주도 학습능력의 세부능력 중에서는 학습계획과 학습평가 능력 향상에 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤다. 그러나 학습실행 능력을 구성하는 학습실행의 지속성은 유의미한 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 프로그램 참여 학생과의 면담 결과 글쓰기에 대한 두려움이 줄어들고, 다른 과목에도 읽기전략, 쓰기전략 등을 적용할 수 있게 되었다는 대답이 많았다. 따라서 교과와 연계하여 글쓰기를 지속적으로 지도하고, 정보 활용 전략지를 활용하면 학습 실행의 지속성도 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

Critical thinking ability based on a sound sense of logic is essential for analyzing a given engineering design problem and assessing it to arrive at the most plausible conclusion. Engineering design classes require students to organize their engineering design experiences through reports, and engineering design reports require detailed specifications of their tasks at each stage. Given the nature of these curriculums, design classes provide writing courses focusing on science and engineering within specialized fields, but there still lies many obstacles for communication education that embraces both general education and major subjects. This study proposes a specified step-by-step writing model for engineering design reports that encompasses critical thinking for the objective of systemizing design experiences from engineering design report writing. For the purpose of the study, the concepts and relationship between critical thinking and creative problem solving have been examined, followed by a proposal of application methods for critical thinking criteria and elements from a case example on engineering design. Furthermore, the study proposes a critical thinking-based assessment rubric for logical decision making at each stage of engineering design as well as a resulting model for engineering design report writing.

본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관에서 읽기와 쓰기를 통합 지도 할 수 있는 학습독서 전략을 개발하여 제안하는 것이다. 읽기와 쓰기 전략은 인지과정에 기반을 둔 절차와 관련된 간접전략과, 절차의 성공적 수행을 도와주는 직접전략으로 나눌 수 있다. 따라서 읽기와 쓰기를 통합한 학습독서 전략을 교수설계모형에 해당하는 간접전략과 모형의 각 단계별 구체적인 실행 방안을 담은 직접전략으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서는 학습독서가 프로그램 형태로 운영될 수 있는 상황을 고려하여 간접전략인 기본 모형을 준비-설계-운영-평가와 같이 4단계로 설정하였다. 그리고 읽기와 쓰기를 통합 지도하는 학습독서 운영 단계는 '주제정하기-목차쓰기-탐구하기-집필하기-수정하기-출판하기'와 같이 6단계로 구성하였다. 또한 각 운영 단계별로 읽기와 쓰기 활동을 구체적으로 도와줄 수 있는 직접전략을 제시하였다.

창의적 사고와 언어기술을 평가하는데 동형검사로 판명된 대체 그림들이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 창의적 쓰기 과제용으로 최근 개발된 세 그림(이름: 'Dog Owners,' 'Lost Dog,' 'Overslept')이 동형 검사지가 되는지 조사하였다. 183명의 중학생들이 무작위로 배분된 세 그림 중 하나에 의거하여 영어로 이야기를 작성하였다. 작문은 네 가지 쓰기요소(유창성, 어휘 다양성, 구조 복잡성, 그리고 시간성)에 대해 Coh-Metrix와 MANCOVA로 분석되었다. 이 세 그림은 변별력에 있어 대체로 위 모든 요소에 대해 비슷하였다. 그러나 이들의 난이도는 요소별로 볼 때 반드시 같지는 않았다. Dog Owners와 Lost Dog 그림은 변별력과 난이도에 있어 동형으로 판명되었다. 그러므로 이 두 그림은 반복 측정에서 타당한 동형 검사지로 추천된다. Overslept 그림은 다양한 어휘와 시간 연결사들을 유발시키는 데에 다른 두 그림 보다 용이하였다. 그림의 난이도가 다를 수 있다는 결과는 반복시험에서 대체 그림을 사용할 시 이들 그림이 동형 검정을 거치지 않고서는 그 타당성이 의심스러울 수 있음을 환기시켜 준다.

The purpose of this study is to improve the writing skills through activities to read and summarize the internet children newspaper article. The subjects of study are the college students of A2-B1 level in the French writing classes. The range of study was as follows: - As the previous activity of writing, activities of teaching and learning of vocabularies to comprehend the internet children newspaper article. - learn about the rules of summary - writing the summary The children's newspaper used in this study has the advantage that can increase the learning motivation of learners as having a topicality by itself and a level of easy language. The summary activities can be called a comprehensive activities of teaching and learning that combine the critical reading ability that can distinguish important information and secondary one with the creative writing ablility that can reconstruct one's own style from the selected content. In addition, the summary assists the understanding of a text and is a help to its memory. It is the strategy of reading comprehension and also is simultaneously the strategy of writing that can write with one's own vocabulary by newly structuring the text. The results of this study will provide a vitality for the education environment and field of study of French language that have been neglected the writing ability. Moreover it will be the motivation to propose a way of a balanced French language communication to our French language learners weighted on oral communication.

The purpose of this study is to present a model for fusion education combining engineering elements based on humanistic writing. Instruction design in presentation writing for engineering education progresses consists of four steps, such as instruction in visual, teamwork, feedback, and rewriting. Following these steps help engineering school students to analyze important data and to communicate their creative ideas. As writing is proceeding step by step, instruction design for presentation writing should come forth with specific methods to make students practice.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the writing styles and features of science writing by using science notebook for elementary school science gifted. The subject of this study was 37 sixth grade elementary school science gifted in P city. The preliminary 1 hour instruction was conducted to explain the usage of science notebook. The summarized activity using science notebook was conducted for 20 minutes following 4 hour lesson. These activities were performed for 8 times. As the result of this study, in The content which is learned today (main learning content)' which is one of components of science note, the writing appears the most frequently in external expression types and features of scientific writing, followed by writing+drawing, drawing, cartoon, writing+cartoon, mind map, table. Science writing which uses inductive thinking appears the most frequently in internal expression types and features of scientific writing, followed by deductive thinking, creative thinking. Among the components of science note, 'thinking and feeling', 'question,' 'one's own thinking of question' which are the components of science note promote the reflective thinking of elementary school student gifted for science.

This paper asserts to teach engineering writing while teaching cornerstone design as well as addresses its background of the assertion. Cornerstone design course in which students study what is engineering design and what is the design process by team activities provides suitable circumstance for them to learn technical writing for solving communication problems and to produce some language artifacts. Studying the process-based writing and making use of the written artifacts in the course of engineering design process boosts design thinking for developing creative design concepts and mediates problem solving communications among design stakeholder.
