AICC counselors experience improved customer service and emotional stability by receiving various monitor notification window services based on artificial intelligence algorithms such as customer counseling history, prohibited word control system, and customized counseling system. Accordingly, this study tried to verify using factors derived from technology readiness theory and technology acceptance theory among the factors affecting the intention to continue using AICC provided to counselors. To verify the research hypothesis, the causal relationship between variables such as Optimism, Innovativeness, Discomfort, Insecurity, and Technology Acceptance Theory, such as Team Support, Ease of Usage, and Innovation Resistance, was verified. As a result of empirical analysis, first, it was verified that Optimism has a positive (+) effect on Team Support and Ease of Usage, and Discomfort and Insecurity have a negative (-) effect on Ease of Usage and Team Support. Second, it was confirmed that Team Support and Ease of Usage had a positive effect on the Intention to use AICC. Based on the above empirical analysis results, the concepts of Technical Readiness were clearly proved, and in practical terms, AICC helped inquiry, quality evaluation, recording, and management of counseling history, ultimately increased corporate work efficiency.

Ten people were selected for the sandplay education analysis and the level of counselor development before and after receiving the verbal education analysis, divided into three groups that received the verbal education analysis, and the three groups that received the language education analysis. A nonparametric test, Kruskal-Wallis test, was conducted to identify differences in the results of the pre-parametric test, and a nonparametric test, Wilcoxon signed tank test was conducted to identify differences in the pre-post test results. Studies have shown that there is a statistically significant difference in the overall development of counselors and in case of case, in the whole of sandplay education analysis groups, while those that received verbal education analysis and those that did not receive education analysis do not have a statistically significant difference in the level of counselors development. This study is meaningful as it proves that sand play education analysis is effective in the development of counselors.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of flourishing on the relationship between role conflict and burnout as perceived by school counselors. A total of 242 school counselors participated in this study. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS and PROCESS macro programs. The study results showed a significant positive correlation between role conflict and burnout and a significant negative correlation between flourishing and role conflict and burnout. In addition, depending on the three subtypes of role conflict (i.e., role-expectation conflict, individual-role conflict, and role ambiguity conflict), the effects on various sub-signs of burnout differed. It was found that flourishing mediated all of these variables of role conflict influencing burnout. These results suggest that flourishing can be considered an indicator for professionalism management of school counselors and a result showing that a positive psychological approach at the school level can be helpful in improving the effectiveness of school counseling by contributing positively not only to students but also to school counselors.

The study was a mixed-method study including descriptive study and secondary data analysis and the data collection period was April 3, 2020, to October 31, 2020. Data were collected using a self-report survey with counselor representatives in 267 smoking cessation clinics in the nation. Part of the data regarding institutional and community characteristics was obtained from the national database. Most survey respondents were middle-aged 42.4±9.2 years old women (96%). The institutional level of 6-month quit rates was 35.3±0.1%, and the job satisfaction of survey respondents was 7.4±1.7/10 on average. Work competency was the only statistically significant contributor of both institution-level 6 month quit rate (aOR=3.57, 95% CI=1.65, 7.74, p=.001) and job satisfaction of counselors (aOR=4.64, 95% CI=2.01 10.74, p<.001). More studies are needed on the work competency of smoking cessation counselors and the development of interventions to improve their competency.
