병리적 나르시시즘에 대한 상담자의 자기대상 역할 연구 (A Study on Counselor's Selfobject Role for Pathological Narcissism)

  • 본 연구는 코헛의 이론을 중심으로 병리적 나르시시즘에 대한 상담자의 자기대상 역할 연구를 하였다. 이론적 이해에서는 나르시시즘과 병리, 자기대상을 논하였다. 나르시시즘과 병리는 응집된 자기의 형성에 실패라 할 수 있다. 초기 유아의 자아는 양육자로부터 적절한 공감과 사랑을 받을 때 통합된 응집적 자기를 형성할 수 있다. 환언하면 자기애적 성격은 취약한 환경에서 공감과 수용을 받지 못하여 무력하고 취약한 자기 또는 분노로 가득 차 있다. 그리고 자기애적 사람들은 세상을 두려워하고 자신의 무력하고 공허한 자기감으로부터 자신을 보호하기 위해 거대자기 환상을 유지한다. 한편으로 자기대상이 제공하는 수용과 경탄의 반응을 경험할 때 과대적 자기는 강화되고 창조성을 발휘할 수 있다. 유아는 자기대상과의 관계 경험이 손상이 될 경우에 자기는 파편화된 자기(fragmented self)로 남게 된다. 따라서 결과에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 병리적인 나르시시즘에 대한 상담자의 자기대상 역할은 공감적 자기대상이 되어 내담자로 하여금 건강한 응집적 자기를 형성하도록 하여야 한다. 또한 자기대상이 유아의 욕구에 자상하게 안내하며 이상적 모델로 역할을 할 때 유아는 건강한 이상을 추구하며 초기의 자기애적 평형상태를 유지할 수 있다.

상담자 요소가 이명재훈련치료의 효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Different Counselors on Treatment Outcome of Tinnitus Retraining Therapy)

  • Background and Objectives Tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) is one of the most effective treatment modalities of tinnitus based on the neurophysiological model proposed by Jastreboff and Hazell. This study was performed to evaluate the effect of counselor factor on treatment outcomes of TRT. Subjects and Method The total of 78 patients who had TRT from three different counselors in a tinnitus clinic of tertiary referral center from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015 were included in this study. Their medical records were retrospectively reviewed to evaluate the therapeutic response to TRT. Results Among 78 patients who were followed-up for more than 6 months, 47, 20, and 11 patients were treated by counselors A, B, C (all ENT specialists), respectively. Counselor A had 15-year-experience of TRT counseling, whereas counselor B and C were well trained but beginners of TRT counseling. Initial clinical characteristics including Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (THI) and tinnitus Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the patients among three groups were not significantly different. Treatment responses evaluated via THI and most of the tinnitus VAS scores after at least 6 months after TRT were significantly improved in all three groups (p<0.05) with no significant difference between the senior (A) and junior (B, C) group. Conclusion TRT seems to be an effective treatment modality of tinnitus even in this short term follow-up study. Treatment outcomes of TRT may not depend on the counselors once they are well trained and follow the same protocol.

배우자 사별 중년여성의 상호작용적 독서치료 경험에서 나타나는 변화에 대한 질적 단일 사례연구 (A Qualitative Single Case Study on Change in Interactive Bibliotherapy Experience with A Middle-aged Widowed Spouse)

  • 이 연구는 질적 단일 사례연구로, 배우자 사별 경험이 있는 중년여성이 상호작용적 독서치료를 경험하면서 나타나는 변화를 탐색하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 참여자는 배우자 사별 외상 경험이 있는 40대 후반의 중년여성 1명이다. 본 연구에서는 상호작용적 독서치료 진행 중에는 회기 별로 참여자의 경험에서 나타나는 변화를, 상호작용적 독서치료 회기가 종결된 이후에는 참여자의 내적인 그리고 외적인 경험으로 구분하여 변화를 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 상호작용적 독서치료는 참여자의 자작시를 포함한 읽기 자료와 쓰기 기법이 참여자의 반응을 촉진하고 표출하는 역할을 하였다. 또한, 매체를 통하여 촉진된 감정과 자각된 인식은 상담자와의 치료적 상호작용을 통하여 현실에서의 자신을 이해하고 수용하게 하였다. 그리고 이러한 변화는 생활에서 내적, 외적 경험으로 나타났으며 회기 종결 이후에도 지속되었다. 여기에서 연구 참여자에게서 나타난 내적/외적 변화는 독서치료의 효과를 의미하고, 이는 텍스트와 더불어 상담자의 진실한 반응을 통하여 촉진된 결과임을 알 수 있었다.

중학교 가정과 교사의 가정과교육에 대한 견해와 역할수행에 관한 연구 (Attitudes to Home Economics Education and Role Performance of Home Economics Teacher in Middle School)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate attitudes to home economics education and role performance of home economics teacher in middle school. The target population of the study was middle school home economics teachers. A booklet of questionnaire was sent to home economics teachers in 499 middle school by mail throughout the whole country. 224 data(respondent rate was 45%) was analyzed into frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS program. The results were as follows: 1. Most home economics teachers more agreed to the progressive view of home economics education than to the r=traditional one. The majority of home economics teachers had best performed role as task performer and the second as counselor. The role as instructor was worst performed. 2. Regarding to views of home economics education according to personal and professional characteristics, only the traditional views of home economics education was statistically meaningful on teaching experience and types of school. 3. Regarding to degrees of role performance according to personal and professional characteristics of home economics teachers, teaching experience, types of school, plan to study in graduate school were statistically meaningful. 4. The group for traditional views had performed the role as home economics teacher better than the group against the view.

간호대학생의 자기주장이 간호사와 의사의 협업에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Assertiveness on Attitudes toward Nurse-Physician Collaboration in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors affecting nursing students' attitudes toward nurse-physician collaboration. Methods: The subjects were 200 nursing students from a college in K city, and the participants were recruited by posting a recruitment announcement. Data were collected from June 26 to 29, 2018 and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Sheff? test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: Attitudes toward nurse-physician collaboration showed a statistically significant difference according to grade, the reflection of opinion within the family, and the number of the counselor in general characteristics. Assertiveness and attitudes toward nurse-physician collaboration showed weak positive correlation (r=.18, p=.011). In hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the most affecting factor was junior grade (${\beta}=.25$), followed by positive assertiveness (${\beta}=.18$) and the number of the counselor (${\beta}=.14$). These variables explained 12.0% of the total variance in attitudes towards nurse-physician collaboration. Conclusion: To create positive attitudes toward collaboration between nurses and physicians in nursing students, various educational programs related to assertiveness on communication skills need to be provided from the lower grades. Also, a multidisciplinary simulation program should be developed and applied to be able to experience the situation of nurses and physicians.

정신의료기관 인증여부에 따른 임상영양사의 임상영양 관리업무 수행도와 중요도 분석 (Analysis of Clinical Nutrition Management Performance and Importance of Clinical Nutritionists According to the Accreditation of Mental Medical Institutions)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the performance and importance of clinical nutritionists. Methods: Ninety-nine nutritionists working in mental health institutions were assessed. Results: Factors affecting the performance of clinical nutritionists in certified hospitals were shown to have a significant positive effect on the description of treatment diet, status of clinical nutrition management, and presence of a nutrition counselor. The factors affecting importance were the number of permission beds and total work experience. Conclusions: In order to improve the accreditation system of mental hospitals, it is necessary to expand the scope of this study to include hospitals with fewer beds, and clinical nutrition management should be mandatory.

ADHD 아동을 대하는 초등교사의 체험분석 (An Experiential Analysis of Elementary School Teachers Beal ing ChiIdren with Symptoms ADHD)

  • The aim of this research is to find out the common emotional factors that elementary school teachers feel when they experience in teaching children with ADHD and to know their responding process through experiential analysis. Seven elementary school teachers took part in this research as co-investigators, and I led the experiential approach. The co-investigators have analyzed their emotional experiences during 4 sessions. They learnt about the method of experience analysis and discussed their emotional experiences of children with ADHD. And they found out some factors concerning their emotional experiences and had the time to discuss in odor to search for the common factors of that process. Finally the co-investigators took part in a session to examine the factors which they have all agreed in, and then I verified this result. 1 interpreted the factors found and constructed a psychological resolution process. Two main objectives and the results of this research are as follows. First, are there any common factors among teachers who experience in treating children with ADHD? This research showed that elementary school teachers get angry and irritated with ADHD children's troubles. Second, what kind of psychological process is there in teachers' experiences children with ADHD? The psychological process of teachers dealing children with ADHD could be conceptualized in 5 steps, the step of recognizing an action of children with ADHD, the step of first cognitive consideration, the step of giving meaning and cognitive appraisal, the step of experiencing emotion, and the step of dealing with emotion. Teachers seemed to experience a little bit different psychological process. According to whether they thought about children's behavior positively or negatively in the second step, they had different emotional experiences. If they had a positive thought, they could take children's nonadaptive behaviors as personal characteristics. However, if they took them negatively, they considered them impolite and disobedient. Even when the teachers experienced negative emotions, their responses were divided into two groups whether they took it positively or negatively. This research showed that if teachers could control their negative emotional experiences, they could calm down with children with ADHD and treat them positively.

상담심리전공 대학생의 대인 외상 경험과 상담자로서의 성장 과정에 대한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Study on the Interpersonal Trauma Experience in Counseling Psychology Major University Students and their Growth Process as Counselors)

  • 본 연구에서는 상담심리전공 대학생들의 관계 외상 경험에 초점을 맞추어 이들이 겪은 외상의 의미를 파악하고, 이를 통한 상담자로서의 성장 과정을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구자는 외상의 경험과 외상 후 성장에 관한 설문을 실시하고 최종 6명의 학생을 대상으로 면대면 면담을 하였고, 수집된 자료를 질적 사례 연구의 방법에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과 외상 및 이후의 성장 경험은 38개의 의미단위, 15개의 하위범주, 5개의 범주로 범주화 되었고, 그 내용으로는 '고통의 시간들', '복잡한 감정을 홀로 감당하는 삶', '이해받고 이해하는 경험', '변화를 향한 시도와 새로운 의미', '상담자로서의 성장에 대한 걱정과 기대'이다. 본 연구의 결과는 외상을 경험한 상담심리 전공 학생들의 개입 방안에 필요한 기초적인 정보와 교육 자료를 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.

소비자의 악성불평행동 분석 및 기업의 대처행동 조사 연구 (An Analysis of Consumers' Problematic Complaining Behaviors and Firms' Reactions)

  • This study analyzed consumer's harsh complaining behaviors and firm's reactions toward consumers' harsh complaining behavior, and investigated the differences in the firms' reactions according to the characteristics of counselors and customer service centers. In addition, this study attempted to find a strategy and provide guidance regarding consumer's harsh complaining behaviors. The results of this study are discussed below. First, consumer's harsh complaining attitudes were expressed by crude language, violent language, threats, personal attacks, and claims of a high-ranking social position. Consumer's directive, complaining behaviors were repeated on the telephone, and threats of prosecution or disclosure to the public, exposure of habitual product returns, and requests for interviews with superiorsat the representative firm were made. Second, a firm typologies according to its reaction style toward a consumer's harsh complaining behaviors were as follows: Group 1, having a neutral attitude toward consumers and preparation thoroughly regarding their demands; Group 2, having a negative attitude toward consumers and some degree of preparation toward consumers' demands; and finally, Group 3, having a positive attitude toward consumers but offering insufficient reparation regarding consumers' demands. Third, female counselors, counselors having a certified counselor's license, and those much experience working in labor work were more likely to be in Group 3. Male counselors, part-time counselors, and those having experience of many years were more likely to be in Group 2. Group 1 were more likely to have large number of workers at customer service centers, male counselors, and to have large numbers of educational training programs related to the reactions of consumers in the form of dissatisfaction, complaints, how to offer compensation for injuries to consumers, and issues related to PL(product liability). In addition, Group 1 also had more firm level welfare policies related to hight stress levels of consumer counselors and extra types of support regarding harsh consumers. However, Group 2 members were more likely to provide excessive compensation and rewards to harsh consumers. Finally, to react to consumer's harsh complaint efficiently, it was suggested that firms should not treat consumers as harsh consumers, should react to consumers' complaints sincerely, and should take precautionary management efforts as regards consumer dissatisfaction based on better quality control of products. In addition, it was deemed necessary to formulate a management strategy to train competent consumer counselors with a high quality of counselor skill, having standardized and consistent reaction guidance toward consumer complaints and thorough knowledge of compensation rules for consumer injuries and subsequent guidance.

장애인부모 동료상담사의 현장상담 활동경험에 관한 질적 사례연구 (A Case Study on Parents Peer Counselor's for the Disabled Experiences in Field Counseling)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애인상담현장의 장애인부모동료상담서비스 활성화를 위한 제도개선 방안 및 시스템구축을 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위하여 장애인부모 동료상담사들의 현장상담경험을 Yin (2009)의 질적 사례연구방법을 활용하여 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 장애인부모 동료상담사 10명을 대상으로 FGI와 개별심층면담을 실시하여 자료를 수집하고 분석했다. 연구결과, 총 87개의 압축개념, 17개의 핵심범주를 도출하였는데 장애인부모동료상담 참여 동기 및 상담효과는 "동병상련의 마음으로 두드림", "조명 받지 못하던 존재에서 희망을 주는 존재로의 전환", "장애인부모들이 만드는 또 다른 사회보험이자 사회안전망" 등으로 나타났다. 장애인부모동료상담활성화 장애요인은 "상담현장의 입지확보 및 위상정립의 문제", "홍보부족으로 인지도가 낮아 내담자 발굴이 어려움" 등으로 나타났으며, 장애인부모동료상담 활성화를 위한 전략은 "현장의 입지확보와 전문가로써의 위상 재정립", "정부의 정책적인 보완과 지원이 필요함", "정규직 전환으로 일자리 창출을 기대함"이 제시되었다.
