This study was conducted to analyze the relationship among climatic factors and radial growth of Pinus koraiensis in South Korea. To determine climate-growth relationships, cluster analysis was applied to group climatically similar surveyed regions, and dendroclimatological model was developed to predict radial growth for each climate group under the RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 scenarios for greenhouse gases. The dendroclimatological models were developed through climatic variables and standardized residual chronology for each climatic cluster of P. koraiensis. 2 to 4 climatic variables were used in the models ($R^2$ values between 0.35~0.49). For each of the climatic clusters for Pinus koraiensis, the growth simulations obtained from two RCP climate-change scenarios were used for growth prediction. The radial growth of the Clusters 2 and 3, which grow at high elevation, tend to increase. In contrast, Cluster 1, which grows at low elevation, tends to decrease with a large difference. Thus, the growth of Pinus koraiensis, which is a boreal species, could increase along with increasing temperature up to a certain point.
This study was conducted to investigate the genetic relationships among four reproductive traits. Data for this study were 7616 records from 1910 Landrace (L) and 10,454 records from 2283 Yorkshire (Y) in a closed nucleus swine herd. Traits considered on this study were gestation length (GL), total number of piglets born (TNB), wean to first service (WFS), and number of stillborn per litter (NSB). Heritabilities and genetic correlations were estimated by using the Bayesian inferences via Gibbs sampling in a four trait linear-threshold repeatability animal mixed model by designating NSB as a categorical trait in the L and Y purebred populations. Effects on the statistical model were considered for parity, contemporary group as fixed and service sire, permanent environmental, animal additive genetic effects as random. Estimates of heritability were 0.21, 0.23, 0.16, and 0.09 for GL, WFS, TNB, and NSB in the L population and 0.35, 0.16, 0.14 and 0.10 for corresponding traits in the Y population, respectively. Genetic correlation for GL was -0.59 and -0.28 with TNB and -0.58 and -0.17 with NSB in the L and Y populations, respectively. The NSB was positively correlated with TNB in the L and Y populations in genetic and environmental aspects. Therefore, the NSB should be taken into account in selecting sows for improving prolificacy of dam line breeding swine stock.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship of flow experience on self-esteem and exercise adherence through intention in youth sports club so that youths can continue to exercise. A non-probabilistic sampling method was used as a convenience sampling method with 257 questionnaires being analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 version statistical program for Windows. The results of this study are as follows. First, cognitive flow showed a negative relationship with negative self-esteem, a positive relationship with positive self-esteem, and a positive relationship with tendency and possibility in interrelation. Behavioral flow showed a positive relationship with tendency, possibility, and reinforcement. Second, positive and negative self-esteem showed positive relationships with behavioral flow and did not show any relation. Third, reinforcement showed a positive relationship and tendency and possibility did not affect behavioral flow. It is possible to enhance self-esteem and improve physical fitness through continuous physical activities and to live a lively school life by understanding the immersion experiences of the adolescents' participation in sports clubs and by providing more appropriate physical activity information to adolescents.

This empirical study examined the relationships among emotional labor, social support, and organizational commitment of franchise food service industry employees, and analyzed the mediating effects of social support from the fellow and director on the relationship between emotional labor and organizational commitment. A total of 268 employees in the franchise food service industry, such as fast food, chicken, and coffee in Seoul, were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model analysis using the SPSS Program. The results of verifying the research hypotheses could be summarized as follows. First, the surface emotional labor of franchise food service industry employees had negative effects on the organizational commitment. Deep emotional labor had significant positive effects on the organizational commitment, and fellow and director support had significant positive effects on the organizational commitment. Second, the social support from the fellow and director had partially mediating effects on the relationship between emotional labor and organizational commitment. This suggests that emotional labor and social support play essential roles in enhancing the organizational commitment of franchise food service industry employees.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the convergence accommodation to convergence (CA/C) ratio and to investigate relationships among age, accommodative amplitude and PD (interpupillary distance) of adults in their early twenties with normal binocular vision. Methods: 44 subjects (mean age, $21.75{\pm}1.16$ years) with healthy eyes were examined. The CA/C ratios were measured by using the difference of Gaussian (DOG) target with retinoscopy. Results: The mean CA/C ratio was $0.052{\pm}0.017$ D/$\Delta$. A moderate negative correction was present between CA/C ratio and age (r = -0.50, p = 0.0005), and a highly positive correction was found between CA/C ratio and accommodative amplitude (r = 0.79, p<0.0001). There was no relation between PD and CA/C ratio. Conclusions: The CA/C ratio presented was mean value for adults in their early twenties with healthy eye between 19 and 25 years of age. There was a high correlation between accommodative amplitude and CA/C ratio. Therefore, the CA/C ratio will be useful basic information for comparison in age, gender and binocular anomalies with similar data from other countries.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players to the exercise satisfaction, trust and adherence. In particular, this study was to develop and examine a theoretical model through theory trimming. To achieve the goal of this study, some of the archery trainers and players participated in korea archery championship in 2007 were selected as a collected group. Total 220 participants were selected using the purposive sampling method to analyze the relationships between archery trainers and players. The data collection method was a brochure named 'the survey on the interaction, exercise satisfaction, adherence, Trust socio-demographic characteristics' Chronbach' a was calculated to check up the reliability and was $.661{\sim}.855.$. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, SEM were used to analyze the collected data. The results were as follows. First, the interaction between middle and high school archery trainers and players influences on the exercise satisfaction. More interaction gives the players more exercise satisfaction. Second, the interaction between archery trainers and players influences on the trust for trainers. More interaction makes the more trust. Third, the interaction between archery trainers and players did not influences on the exercise adherence. Fourth, the exercise satis)action influences on the trust for trainers. More exercise satisfaction makes the more trust. Firth, the exercise satisfaction did not influences on the exercise adherence. Sixth, the trust influences on the exercise adherence.
Two red pepper(Capsicum annuum L.) cultivars, 'Geumtap' and 'Bugang', were cultivated at main producing areas in Korea and harvested four times in 1998 and 1999. Length, weight, dry matter ratio and color of red peppers were measured at each harvest. The relations between external characteristics with regional climatic elements such as total accumulated air temperature, total amount of precipitation and duration of sunshine during the fruit growing periods were compared. Length and fruit weight decreased by delayed harvest. These characteristics were shown significant difference according to cultivars, but not to growing year. Dry matter ratio had a tendency to increase at the 3rd and 4th harvest. The red color as measured a${\times}$L values of pepper powder, increased with being later in harvesting, but the trend was uncertain. In fruit growth, fruit length showed a positive correlation with total accumulated air temperature in later growth period of fruits(from 1st to 20th day before harvesting), and fruit weight had relationships with accumulated air temperature and total amount of precipitation in later growth period of fruit. There was no relation between dry matter ratio and climate elements. The red color was shown high correlations with total amount of precipitation and duration of sunshine. There was highest coefficient of determination($r^2$) in all external characteristics.
Purpose - Nowadays the competition between companies has been intensified in the aviation industry. It is hard to maintain successful market share in challenging managerial environment. Not long ago, a Korean major aviation company had faced social condemnation cause of managerial staff's immoral behaviors. That company suffers great losses in company brand value in terms of authenticity as an aviation company. This research tried to show the effect of brand authenticity in the aviation industry. First of all, this research tried to define the dimensions of the brand authenticities based on the former researches. This research suggested the airline brand authenticities as three kinds of dimensions. The dimensions of authenticities consist of performance aspects, symbolic aspects and moral aspects. And this research also tried to show the relationships between brand authenticities and consumers attitudes. Research design, data and methodology - The empirical research design is based on the experiments with six types of advertisement prototypes. The advertisement prototypes were based on three types of authenticities' characteristics. The prototypes were made of core statements about each authenticity. And the advertisement prototypes also were based on the aviation company types. The types of aviation companies could be divided into FSC(full service carrier)and LCC(low cost carrier). So the whole experiments were performed with six kinds of advertisement prototypes(3 brand authenticities X 2 aviation company types). The age of participants were from 20s to 40s. The proportion of participants' demographics are as follow. Age proportion is 50% of 20s and 50% of 30s and 40s. Gender proportion is 46% males and 54% females. The experiments performed through mobile devices. Advertisement prototypes were exposed to the participants through their mobile devices, and they answered the questionnaires. All the process of experiments were performed by a professional research firm to maintain the quality of data. Results - This research suggested some important outcomes as follow. First, brand authenticity had an important role to make a positive consumer attitude on the aviation company. All the three types advertisement of authenticities had a positive impact on the consumer attitude for the aviation company. Second, the three types of brand authenticities in the performance aspects, symbolic aspects, and moral aspects had a major impact on the consumers attitudes. The performance authenticity had the biggest effect on the consumer attitudes. Third, the types of aviation companies like FSC and LCC had a different correlation with types of authenticities. All the types of authenticities affected on the consumers attitudes in the FSC case. The symbolic authenticity had the biggest effect in the FSC case. But the performance authenticity showed the most striking effect in the LCC case. Conclusion - From this research, we can get a conclusion. The brand authenticity of aviation company should be managed carefully to maintain a positive brand image and consumers attitudes. And airline brand authenticities can be consist of three type dimensions. All the types of authenticities affects on the consumers attitudes positively. The symbolic authenticity affects more in the FSC case, and the performance authenticity influences more in the LCC case.
This research is for dental hygienists to pursue affection and commitment in organization together with improvement of quality of working life by analyzing factors of working life affecting affective commitment in organization of dental hygienists, to find out plans to increase sense of accomplishments of working life and ultimate satisfaction of life, and to suggest direction for human resources management in management of dental clinics. Objects of investigation were dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions in Busan area with questionnaire survey and 197 sheets of questionnaires were used in the study. As the result of the study, high correlation was shown between composition elements of quality of working life and affective commitment per factor and as the result of quality factors of working life affecting affective commitment in organization, work environment, inter-personal relations, and social meaningfulness provided meaningful impacts on affective commitment in organization. It is believed to be important that dental medical institutions need to promote pride and love of companies in the future by providing regular social services or services for local residents so that employees can form smooth inter-personal relationships among employees with improvement of working environment and welfare in personnel management dimension. And for dental hygienists, they shall improve their work performances and enhance vocational values for development of their institutions and them with positive thinking through ceaseless efforts.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the communication skill of a dental hygienist for the elderly. The self-administered questionnaire selected by convenience sampling method from January 2 to February 14, 2015, Seoul, Kyungki, Incheon regions final analysis section 233 to target dental hygienist working under a dentist institutions. This study analyzed collected data by t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. According to multiple regression analysis results can be number of worker, the main task, living experience feelings adjusted variable, as a result work in the dental hospital(B=.292 SE=.074), more like the elderly preference(B=.282, SE=.141), the behavior of the elderly(B=-.223, SE=.043) found that the more positive the impact. Therefore, the more exposure for your understanding and the elderly relationships for the the elderly appeared to affect the communication skill necessary to develop training programs that can improve the communication skill of a dental hygienist and apply to be prepared for the coming aging society.
