본 연구는 우리나라 통합 도서관 협력체제 구축을 위한 모델 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 현재 국내도서관 협력체제의 현황은, 국립중앙 도서관을 중앙관으로 한 공공도서관 협력망을 비롯하여 지역별 관종별 협력체제가 구축되어 도서관 기능의 활성화를 도모하고 있으나 기능적으로 보다 효율적인 협력이 필요한 시점에 있다. 이러한 관점에서 다양한 형태의 국내도서관 협력체제를 정비하여 새로운 통합 도서관 협력체제를 구축하기 위한 모델을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 우리나라의 전국적 도서관 협력체계 구축을 위한 모델을 개발하고 이를 발전시킬 수 있는 제도개선 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 도서관 협력체계에 관한 이론 분석과 국내 외 도서관 협력체계 현황 및 의견 조사를 통해 우리나라 협력체계의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 토대로 지역중심 협력체계를 근거한 전국적 협력체계모형을 제시하였으며 도서관법 등 관련법과 제도의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

We prove convergence properties of the global solutions to the cooperative cross-diffusion system with the intra-specific cooperative pressures dominated by the inter-specific competition pressures and the inter-specific cooperative pressures dominated by intra-specific competition pressures. Under these conditions the $W^1_2-bound$ and the time global existence of the solution for the cooperative cross-diffusion system have been obtained in [10]. In the present paper the convergence of the global solution is established for the cooperative cross-diffusion system with large diffusion coefficients.

In this paper, a prototype of cooperative work model for multi-robots system is introduced and the evolutionary approach is applied to generate the motions for the cooperative works of multi-robots system using genetic algorithm. The cooperative tasks can be performed by a humanoid robot and a mobile robot to deliver objects from shelves. Generation of the humanoid motions such as pick up, rotation, and place operation for the cooperative works are evolved. Modeling and computer simulation for the cooperative robots system are executed in Webots environments. Experimental results show the feasible and reasonable solutions for humanoid cooperative tasks are obtained.

According to the Fisheries Cooperative Law, the Fisheries Cooperative has made a substantial contribution to the development of Korea's fisheries industry amid the nation's rapid economic growth and drastic social changes since its establishment in April 1st 1962, It is, however, generally believed that the cooperative has made a poor performance in improving its business constitution. Therefore, the reform of its board of director system is one of the ways to strengthen the constitution. For the purpose of making the board of director system to operate rationally, this dissertation is divided into five chapters. Chapter I provides an overview of this study, such as research background and objectives. Chapter II focuses on the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director: its function, composition, and election. Chapter III analyzes the responses of the Fisheries cooperatives to questionnaires about the board of director system, and subsequently presents the causes and the meaning of the analysis results. Chapter IV deals with the various ways to improve the Fisheries Cooperative's board of director system, including director and cooperative governance. Finally, Chapter V draws a conclusion of this study. The independent function of the Cooperative's board of director and responsible directorship is one of the most important factors which can prevent the Cooperative from insolvency. Unlike the past, not only it has become difficult to keep the Cooperative's business under the government's support, but also the Cooperative itself is now facing a situation where the support from the government cannot be expected. This ist he reason why the Cooperative should manage itself autonomously, workout its organization, and respond to the current situation with a renovativemanagement and business strategy. Therefore, a rational operation of the board of director is urgently needed.

This study started with two questions. The first question is 'Why does organic agriculture want to be linked with cooperative?' The second is 'What is the characteristics of the mutual relationship between organic agriculture and cooperative?', especially in Wonju. Up to now, there have been various kinds of discussion about cooperation between organic agricultural campaign and cooperative in Wonju. But there are few concrete data showing what role cooperative plays in the cyclical process of production-distribution-consumption of organic agriculture. Thus, we conducted a survey applying the Delphi technique to the 35 organic agricultural specialists active in Wonju. First, small-scale family farm producers established a social economic cooperative network in around 2003 to perform 'the activities of innovators' through forming an organization. Producers moved from the stage in which they were supported one-sidedly by consumers to the stage where they could 'lead' cooperation. Each farm organization built a vertical integration, and horizontal cooperative systems with other farm organizations. But, practical cooperative activities have remained in the doldrums. They tend to show trends deviating from the principles of organic agriculture and cooperative. Second, the relationship between producers and consumers in Wonju can be described as 'producer-consumer cooperative type'. In Wonju, the producers' organization is not a sub-contractor which simply deliver organic agricultural products to producers' cooperative, but is an equal subject which creates its own value chain. The cooperative (cooperative organization) leads distribution and consumption of organic agricultural products and mutual communication. But, the closeness between producers and consumers has got loosened. And, it is problematic that the proportion of local food consumption in Wonju is very low. There is a very strong tendency to ride the central distribution system of producers' cooperative coalition. Consequently, it is necessary for producers' cooperatives in Wonju to run a local food distribution system based on the 'cooperative system among cooperatives'.

The cooperative communication systems using MIMO(multiple input multiple-output) relay are known as one of the most promising techniques to improve the performance and coverage of wireless communication systems. In this paper, we propose the cooperative communication systems using the relay with multi-antennas and DSTC(distributed space time coding) for decode-and-forward protocol. As using DSTC for DF(decode-and-forward), we can minimize the risk of error propagation at the wireless system using relay system. Also, the MIMO channel cab be formed by multi-antenna and DSTC at the MS(mobile station)-RS(relay station) and at the RS-BS(base station).Therefore, obtaining truly constructive the MIMO diversity and cooperative diversity gain from the proposed approach, the performance of system can be more improved than one of conventional system (relay with single antenna, no relay). The improvement in bit error rate is investigated through numerical analysis of the cooperative communication system with the proposed approach.

Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) is widely studied in both academia and industry due to its high spectral efficiency over orthogonal multiple access (OMA). To effectively improve spectrum efficiency, an amplify-and-forward (AF) cooperative NOMA system is proposed as well as a novel detection scheme is proposed, in which we first perform successive interference cancellation (SIC) twice at U1 for the two signals received from two time slots to remove interference from symbol 2, then two new signals apply max ratio combining (MRC). In addition, a closed-form upper bound approximation for the ergodic capacity of our proposed system is derived. Monte-Carlo simulations and numerical analysis illustrate that our proposed system has better ergodic capacity performance than the conventional cooperative NOMA system with decode-forward (DF) relay, the conventional cooperative NOMA system with AF relay and the proposed AF cooperative NOMA system in [16]. In addition, we can see that ergodic capacity of all NOMA cooperative systems increase with the increase of transmit SNR. Finally, simulations display that power allocation coefficients have little effect on ergodic capacity of all NOMA cooperative systems. This is due to this fact that ergodic capacity of two symbols can be complementary with changing of power allocation coefficients.

1980년대 선진국에서 대두된 내생적 지역재발정책에 따라 우리 나라에서 1990년대 이후 활발하게 추진되고 있는 산학연지역컨소시엄사업, 지역협력연구센타사업 등 주요 지역협력형 지역개발사업의 효과여부에 대한 평가방법을 탐색하고자 한 본 연구의 주요 내용은 다음과 같다. 현대과학기술의 협력연구 필요성과 지역개발의 방향을 접목시켜 지역협력형 지역개발의 개념정립을 시도하고, 주요 사업의 현황을 검토하고 그러한 사업에 대한 전문가들의 의식조사를 실시하여 협력연구의 유형, 대학과 기업, 관청사이의 협력연구 현황과 문제점 인식의 차이 등을 도출하여 평가의 일환으로 적용하고자 하였다. 또한 협력사업을 주 대상으로 평가체계와 평가요소를 정리하고자 하였으며 현행 주요사업의 평가방법과 의식조사 내역을 바탕으로 평가방법의 향후방향을 고찰하였다.
