  • This study was conducted to develop a unified structural model that defines relationships among factors that affect Multi Cultural Acceptance (MCA) for adolescents. This study was performed using the dataset from the 2016 Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCPS). We analyzed the survey result from the dataset at the 0.05 significance level using the SPSS and AMOS version 22 programs. Specifically, we investigated several demographic characteristics of the survey participants by a descriptive analysis method that adopted the maximum likelihood estimate method to verify the fitness of the hypothetical model and the hypotheses therein. In addition, we applied the ${\chi}^2$-test, GFI, AGFI, CFI, IFI, and RMSEA to show the fitness level of our structural model. The results showed that our proposed structural model demonstrated a fine fitness level. We found that key factors that affect MCA for adolescents were ego-resilience, peer relationships, and sense of community. Overall, the results of our study indicate that combinational intervention is needed to help adolescents lift their ego-resilience, as well as to develop peer relationships and a sense of community.

  • Recently many Company are investing time and money in the implementation of the Knowledge Management System (KMS). The scales and methodologies of their investment fur KMS has various appearances according to company-size and also level of understanding about KMS systems. The interest in KMS is increased with the P. Druckers assertion that the economic power shifts to the person who can manage the "Knowledge". But there is also mistrust about ROI of KMS related with the management performances. In this paper The level of Codification and Personalization of Practice Types of KMS will be analyzed in order to make an empirical analysis about the Irrelevance between KMS-Investment and corporate performances. To complete this study, correlation- and average analysis will be performed. As the measurement parameters for the corporate performances, we use the 4 categories, Financial, Customer, Process and Education-Growth Aspect, of BSC (Balanced ScoreCard) concept.

  • With the increasing importance of BPO for sustainable growth of small venture business, BPO theories have been developed over the past several decades. This study was designed to examine the contextual factors affecting the managerial attitudes towards the BPO of small venture business, as well as the intentions to increase its level. The findings suggest that cost saving was not the primary ingredient positively affecting the attitude towards BPO. However, both specialized resources and quality improvement had a positive relationship with the attitude towards BPO. Finally, this study identified that a positive attitude towards BPO positively affects the intention to increase the level of BPO. This study implies that the survival and success of small venture firms necessitates that they utilize BPO effectively and efficiently in today's highly globalized and severely competitive environments.

  • The objective of this study is to examine the influence of social support and ego-resilience on the burnout of infant teachers. 200 teachers from a children's day care center located in Jeju Island were selected as the subjects, with whom a survey was conducted using the criteria of social support, ego-resilience, and burnout. The data was analyzed by correlation and hierarchical analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. The results were as follows. Firstly, the teachers' exhaustion level was low, whereas their ego-resilience level was high. Secondly, the higher their social support and ego-resilience were, the lower their exhaustion level became. Finally, in the review of the influence of social support and ego-resilience on exhaustion, ego-resilience explained more than social support. This finding suggests that teachers' ego-resilience and social support are the key factors affecting burnout. To reduce burnout, the development of educational programs to enhance the teachers' ego-resilience and social support is strongly recommended.
