Through the search engines RISS, KISS, DB pia and Pubmed, 13 articles were selected by searching for theses and academic journals published prior to the search date of May 21, 2023. According to the study result, relevant studies were 13, and the education programs provided to kidney transplant patients were classified into 1) overall health management after transplantation, 2) self-efficacy promotion exercise program, 3) exercise therapy, 4) drug education, and 5) stress coping. Knowledge, implementation, self-efficacy, anxiety, uncertainty, stress, and quality of life were confirmed as effects of the intervention. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop integrated educational materials and systematic self-management programs that can manage various health problems that may occur after kidney transplantation, and it is suggeste that research on educational interventions for kidney transplant patients in nursing.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of a laughter therapy on depression, of elderly. Methods: A quasi-experimental, nonequivalent control group pretest posttest design was used. Participants (n=38) included elders. Data were collected from October 1 to 22, 2013. Experimental group (n=19) participated in laughter therapy four times, once a week for 50 min per session. Questionnaires were used to measure pretest and posttest levels of depression. Results: At the end of four-week intervention, depression score (z=-2.59, p= .017) was significantly decreased in the experimental group compared to control group. Conclusion: The study results suggest that the laughter therapy is an effective intervention to reduce the depression. It seems that this program can widely be utilized as one of nursing intervention programs for the elderly.

  • This study was attempted to confirm whether the color therapy intervention study on the elderly with mild cognitive impairment was effective in cognitive function and depression as a method of meta-analysis. In this study, the size of the effect of cognitive function and depression on the final eight studies of the experimental study was calculated through a domestic database from 2000 to October 2022. As a result, the statistically significant average effect size of the entire study was confirmed. In the test of the difference in effect size between groups, both cognitive function and depression were found to have significant effect sizes. Through this study, it was confirmed that calerotherapy is an effective intervention that can improve cognitive function and alleviate depression in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop an intervention program for the elderly with mild cognitive impairment using calerotherapy.

  • There are many differences in narrative delivery between common movies and Virtual Reality(VR) films due to their differences in the appreciation structure. In VR films, scene changes by cuts have hindered the immersion of the audience instead of promoting narrative delivery. There are a range of experiments on narratives and immersion to solve this issue in VR films. Floating Tent applies hand gestures and immersive effects found in game elements and does not disturb narrative delivery by setting proper spaces and employing a direction technique to enable the melting of narratives into the characteristics of the spaces. There are time limits to offsound and mission performance, and devices fit for apocalyptic spatial expressions are made through a program. One of measures for the increasingly growing interactive storytelling in VR films is effective immersion. In narrative delivery, it is important to consider spatial setting and immersion to enable active intervention into events for immersion rather than passive audience only supposed to watch characters' acting.

Subjects of study were 182 nurse in four general hospitals and they answer self-report questionnaire between March 2nd to March twenty three 2017. and date analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. As a result, coaching behavior level $3.28{\pm}0.42point$, Emotional Intelligence $3.27{\pm}0.45point$ and Organizational commitment $2.89{\pm}0.52point$, Job satisfaction $2.94{\pm}0.53point$, Turnover intention $3.24{\pm}0.56point$ among organizational effectiveness. Organizational commitment was positively correlated with coaching behavior level and emotional intelligence, significantly affecting Convergence Factors on organizational effectiveness were analysed into Experience preceptor(${\beta}=.25$, p=.001), Nursing satisfaction(${\beta}=.26$, p<.001), Coaching behavior level(${\beta}=.26$, p<.001) and the explanation ability was 25%. In order to enhance organizational commitment of nurse, the characteristics of the job is satisfied and if there is an intervention program that improve the level of coaching behavior, it is expected the effectiveness of the organization will be enhanced.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the change of hamstring muscle relaxation and craniosacral reciprocal movement by using S. O. T. (sacrooccipital technique) categoryⅠ block-intervention process. 26 subjects with heel tension were randomly divided into two groups (EXP=13 and CON=13). This study carried out the category I block-intervention process on the experimental group and the false block-intervention process on the control group. Then, this study measured the sit-and-reach and sacral reciprocal movement of subjects before and after the intervention. The result values before and after the intervention were analyzed through ANCOVA by using SPSS PC Program (Ver. 20.0). In both investigations, the degree of hamstring muscle relaxation and the change of sacral reciprocal movement, there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group as [F(1, 23)=7.73, p<0.5] and [F(1, 23)=7.07, p<.05] respectively. According to the results of this study, it is expected that S. O. T category I bllock-intervention technique will have positive effect on both hamstring muscle relaxation and craniosacral reciprocal movement.

  • The purposed of this study was to identify the factors that affect turnover intention in general hospital nurses. The study subjects were 110 general hospital nurses agreed to participate and understand the purpose of the study. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The mean score of emotional intelligence was 3.51 points, and the mean score of job embeddedness was 3.09 points, and the mean score of turnover intention was 3.61 points. Emotional intelligence and turnover intention had a negative correlation, job embeddedness and turnover intention had a negative correlation and emotional intelligence and job embeddedness had positive correlation. The factor with the largest effect on turnover intention was job embeddedness (${\beta}$=-.298, p<.001). The explanatory power of job embeddedness on turnover intention was 21.0%. Therefore, we propose the implementation of a study to develop and apply nursing intervention programs to improve job embeddedness.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing on the burden on the family caregivers of patient with more than second degree burn. The participants of this study were 120 family caregivers sampled for convenience from 4 Burn hospitals in D, S, B, P cities in South Korea. Data analysis was performed by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, Multiple linear regression. According to the result, the burden of assess & mean of care and the future of the patient was the highest score for family caregivers. Factors that affect the burden of family caregiver with burn patients were marital status, time, care, skin transplants, body surface area (%) and these factors explained 25.9%. This study concludes that intervention program is developed to reduce physical and emotional burden and nursing care services is required to adjust the amount time to care for the family caregivers with burn patients for a long time.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out impact of level of awareness about old age, knowledge of the elderly and preparing for later life on college students in Korea. The study was composed of 133 students who were studying in 4-year system at colleges. Data were collected from October 1st to November 31st, 2019. Data analysis included an independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients and multiple regression using the SPSS 19.0 program. As a result of this study, factors influencing the subject's preparing for later life included knowledge of the elderly (β = 0.21, p = .012), men (β = 0.28, p = .001), and level of awareness about old age (β = 0.23, p =. 005), and the accounting power of these factors was 18% in total (F=9.14, p<.001). The results of this study suggest that understanding of the elderly must be improved in order to effectively prepare for later life and gender should be taken into account when planning for intervention.
