This study aims to develop a conceptual framework linking antecedents and consequences of online platform experience in the context of hospitality businesses. In doing so, an introduction to online platform experience in the hospitality industry was made, and environmental stimuli, that is, enablers of online platform experience were identified: information, entertainment and relation. Additionally, the theoretical review attempted to explain how customers are likely to be engaged in, and to be loyal to, the hospitality organizations' provisions in the context of online platforms. When presenting the theoretical model, a Stimulus-Organism-Response paradigm was employed to propose the hypotheses predicting positive online platform experience, which seems to derive from internally provoked cognition and affection within individuals, leading to behavioral consequences. This model is expected to be applicable to the online context, where hospitality businesses tend to adopt the concept of gamification and to implement associated loyalty programs. Finally, theoretical and practical implications, along with potential avenues of future research, were discussed.

Hydrogen energy is expanding in range for civil use together with development of pollution-free power sources recently, and it is judged that the use of hydrogen will increase more as a part of carbon dioxide reduction measures according to the Climatic Change Convention. Especially, it is thought that the securement of safety of the used dispenser will be the biggest obstacle in the use of high-pressure hydrogen because the hydrogen station is operated in a high pressure. This study found risks in the process and problems on operation by making use of HAZOP(6 kinds), a qualitative safety evaluation technique, and FMEA(5 kinds), a fault mode effect analysis, for the hydrogen charging system at a hydrogen gas station, derived 6 risk factors from HAZOP and 5 risk factors from FMEA, and prepared measures for it.

This paper reviewed the relationship between emotional labor and service quality, and the moderating effect of superior and coworker support. Based on the responses from 520 hotel employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) deep acting affected positively on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 2) surface acting didn't affect significantly on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 3) coworker support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness. 4) superior support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness, and on the relationship between surface acting and responsiveness.

With the introduction of KTX, in my view it is necessary to secure the reliability of high-speed trains, make them stabilized at the earliest moment possible, and completely digest them as our own system for the purpose of being second to none in the area of railroad business. I am going to study in this thesis through analysis of train failures by help of MKBSF calculation, breaking from the convention in maintaining the high-speed trains, in order to establish and apply the computerized system called as RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance), foster manpower in charge of the reliability maintenance, and realize the scientific and efficient maintenance covering the whole field of maintenance. Depending on how efficiently and scientifically we can perform the maintenance activities, we will be able to not only reduce the maintenance cost but also ensure the railroad security, and as a natural consequence improve the railroad image much better.

The purpose of this study is to develop an efficient algorithm for the management of the shift schedule in nuclear power plants in consideration with the ergonomic criteria and the regulatory codes. The ergonomic criteria considered are the work hours, overtime-work frequency and working time, start and finishing time of works, allocation of rest times and duty-offs, rotating of shifts, etc. to comply with the regulations such as the Labor Standard Act, the ILO Convention No. 171, 178, "the detailed content of a periodic safety review," enforcement regulations 19-2 of the Atomic Energy Act. The developed algorithm for the shift schedule program adopts a heuristic method to minimize the difference the workload for shift workers in nuclear power plants.

This study is to investigate multilateral environmental agreements,mainly UNFCCC on the primary export industry of Korea and to make a policy recommendation. Mostly literature reviews are focused on the traditional multilateral environmental agreements and the for the most part analysis are conducted prior to the Paris agreement. The result of survey indicates that many companies have not yet felt burden on their business due to UNFCCC(decarbonization) and have monitored the related policies. But the companies ask the government for strong incentives. The paper implies that enforcing strong government incentives, upgrading usage of the nuclear power, improving the related government legislation, setting up the special task force team with government and private sectors are needed.

This study's objective is to use the construal-level theory (CLT) to explore the effect of the utility of online travel reviews on tourists' perception. To accomplish this goal, online travel reviews are divided into two different categories based on concreteness, and the usefulness of each review is compared with the temporal dimension of psychological distance. The results show that close future tourists are more influenced by concrete reviews than abstract reviews; however, the far future tourists are more influenced by abstract reviews than concrete reviews. Based on these results, theoretical and practical implications are discussed, and suggestions are made for future research.

유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅은 가상공간과 물리공간의 연계를 통하여, 새로운 비즈니스 가치를 창조할 수 있는 잠재력을 가지는 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 아직까지 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 기술을 활용하여 서비스를 개발하기 위한 방법론은 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 비즈니스 모델에 근거하여 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 새로운 서비스 개발을 위한 체계적인 방법론을 모색하고, 이를 바탕으로 다양한 서비스 분야 중 쓰레기 관리 분야에 적용한 사례를 제공하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 u-비즈니스 서비스 개발 방법론에 근거하여 개발된 서비스에 대한 평가를 통하여 킬러 서비스를 선정하였을 뿐만 아니라, 현재 개발되고 있는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 요소 기술을 킬러 서비스에 연계시킴으로써 그 유효성을 확보하고자 하였다. 본 연구 사례는 u-City가 추진하는 친환경적인 유비쿼터스 서비스 모델 구축 시에도 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

국제물품매매계약에 관한 유엔협약(CISG)은 국제매매의 통일적인 법창출을 통하여 국제무역을 증진시키기 위한 국제조약이다. CISG는 상이한 체약국에 영업소를 둔 당사자간 물품매매계약에 적용된다. 일방당사자가 하나 이상의 영업소가 있는 경우, 영업소는 계약과 이행에 가장 밀접한 관련이 있는 곳이다. 그러나 영업소가 갖는 중요성에도 불구하고 CISG는 아무런 정의를 내리고 있지 않다. 영업소에 대한 정의의 부재는 당사자들의 계약에 CISG를 적용할 것인지 여부를 결정함에 있어 여러 문제들을 야기시킨다. 또한 양 당사자는 CISG 적용을 배제할 수 있다. 그러나 CISG는 당사자들이 명시적으로 배제해야하는지 혹은 묵시적으로도 가능한지를 규정하지 않고 있다. 어떻게 유효하게 CISG를 배제할 수 있는지 살펴볼 필요가 있다. 미국법에 의거하여 CISG는 자기집행조약이다. 따라서 CISG의 규정들은 국제물품매매계약에 실체법으로써 직접 적용된다. 하지만 CISG의 정치적 그리고 경제적 중요성에도 불구하고 미국법원을 이를 간과하고 있다. 본 연구는 우리 기업들의 CISG 적극적인 활용을 위하여 미국법원에서 CISG를 어떻게 인식하고, 해석 및 적용하는지를 판례를 통하여 살펴보았다.
