Recently, a fuel cell with low voltage and high current output characteristics is remarkable for new generation system. It needs both a DC-DC step-up converter and DC-AC inverter to be used in fuel cell generation system. Therefor, this paper, consists of an isolated DC-DC converter to boost the fuel cell voltage 380[VDC] and a PWM inverter with LC filter to convent the DC voltage to single-phase 220[VAC]. Expressly, The fuel cell system which it proposes DC-DC the efficient converter used PWM the phase transient control law and it depended to portion resonance ZVS switching, loss peek voltage and electric current of realization under make schedule, switching frequency anger and the switch reduction. And mind benevolence it sprouted 2 in stop circuit and it added and a direct current voltage and the electric current where the ingredient is reduced in load side ripple stable under make whom it will be able to supply. Besides the efficiency of 92[%]is obtained over the wide output voltage regulation ranges and load variations. Also, under make over together the result leads simulation and test, the propriety confirmation.
The aim of this study is to estimate the prevalence of obesity and factors with it Ulsan secondary school girls. A cross-sectional study involving a sample of 485 students aged 12 to 15 years was obtained form secondary schools. Obesity was determined using body mass index(BMI=wt/Ht$^2$). The findings revealed that the average BMI was 19.3, and 4.5% of girls were either overweight and obese(BMI$\geq$25). Subjects were grouped into three categories based on the BMI, sibling obesity, self-consciousness of obesity, eating patterns such as eating snack after dinner and prejudice in food selection, and food frequency score were significantly associated nth BMI, while nutrition knowledge score was not associated with BMI. The fact that several social, environmental and health factors are associated with obesity means that a multisectorial intervention program must be considered in order to decrease the problem of overweight among secondary girls. Such program should include dietary intervention to modify food habits, nutrition education through mass media, introducing information on prevention and control obesity in school curriculum, and allocating sufficient time in the school schedule for exercise activities.

The problems of environmental pollutions and resources depletion have been growing issues in global construction recently. Efforts to reduce $CO_2$ emission have been also made in all sectors of construction industry these days. As one of the biggest industries that consume a huge amount of resources and generate complex construction wastes, the construction industry has significant impacts on environment issues. However, systematic approach to manage wastes has been rarely made, and most construction wastes from construction sites are being land-filled or incinerated. In this study, a system is proposed to predict the amount of wastes in visual formats, and to control the process of wastes management. The system's main functions include : (1) to estimate the amount of wastes to be generated in project schedule, (2) to categorize the types of wastes, (3) to determine the timing of taking out wastes from sites, and (4) to share information regarding wastes for recycling. A huge amount of wastes are generated in construction process, but most of the wastes have been discharged in forms of mixed wastes, which make them hardly reused. The system not only provide information on wastes to be generated, but also prevent mixing various wastes by classifying them by types and schedules. This features of the system, along with functions to share wastes information with other agencies outside the site, are expected to enhance the level of wastes recycling to a great extent. By saving construction materials through wastes recycling, the system also contributes in reducing $CO_2$ emission.

Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM) is a new project management system paradigm which maintains the advantages of PERT/CPM and improves the shortcomings of it. In CCPM the task durations are determined as 50% time estimates, ie average time discarding the their contingency. CCPM determines the critical chain the constraint of a projects considering the logical precedence relationship and resource conflict resolution. Project buffer is located at the end of critical chain to absorb the variations of critical chain. The size of project buffer is usually calculated as the half of the sum of critical chain length. Also feeding buffer is inserted after each non-critical chain which feeding into the critical chain to prevent the time delay of critical chain from uncertainties of non-critical chains. Resource buffer can be utilized to improve the availability of resources of critical chain. Buffer management is a project execution and control mechanism. Buffers are classified into 3 zones. They are OK zone, Watch and Plan zone and Expediting zone. If the project status is within Watch and Plan zone, contingency plan is established. And if it changes into Expediting zone, the preplanned contingency plan are executed to recover the time delay. In CCPM the workers are asked to work with relay runner work mechanism that they work fast if possible and report their completion to project manager for the succeeding task to start as soon as possible. The task durations are not considered as the promised time schedule. The multi-tasking is prohibited.

Purpose: The aim of this work was to assess the efficacy and tolerability of hypofractionated intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) in patients with localized prostate cancer. Materials and Methods: Thirty-nine patients who received radical hypofractionated IMRT were retrospectively reviewed. Based on a pelvic lymph node involvement risk of 15% as the cutoff value, we decided whether to deliver treatment prostate and seminal vesicle only radiotherapy (PORT) or whole pelvis radiotherapy (WPRT). Sixteen patients (41%) received PORT with prostate receiving 45 Gy in 4.5 Gy per fraction in 2 weeks and the other 23 patients (59%) received WPRT with the prostate receiving 72 Gy in 2.4 Gy per fraction in 6 weeks. The median equivalent dose in 2 Gy fractions to the prostate was 79.9 Gy based on the assumption that the ${\alpha}/{\beta}$ ratio is 1.5 Gy. Results: The median follow-up time was 38 months (range, 4 to 101 months). The 3-year biochemical failure-free survival rate was 88.2%. The 3-year clinical failure-free and overall survival rates were 94.5% and 96.3%, respectively. The rates of grade 2 acute genitourinary (GU) and gastrointestinal (GI) toxicities were 20.5% and 12.8%, respectively. None of the patients experienced grade ${\geq}3$ acute GU and GI toxicities. The grade 2-3 late GU and GI toxicities were found in 8.1% and 5.4% of patients, respectively. No fatal late toxicity was observed. Conclusion: Favorable biochemical control with low rates of toxicity was observed after hypofractionated IMRT, suggesting that our radiotherapy schedule can be an effective treatment option in the treatment of localized prostate cancer.

Recently, the cameras which used for observation are installed in children protection area and local crime prevention area in order to protect life and property and by its work being recognized and are installed more. Normal cameras have cost problem to observe multiple area and detail, because they can observe only one place. PTZ camera can observe multiple area by moving focus by schedule or remote control, but it can't automatically move the focus of it to the place where event occurred, because it can't recognize the place. In this study, we can monitor multiple area effectively, by installing a wireless sensor node equipped with temperature, lighting, gas and human detection sensor to each area, to monitor many place low-price and actively and to move the focus of PTZ camera to preset position, and send recorded video to the user, when the various sensor data received from wireless sensors in observation area are to be determined abnormal by analyzing. In addition, at night we can record a scene using infrared, but to reduce power consumption of lighting system which are installed to improve resolution, it supplies power to the lighting system when event occurred. So we were able to implement low power green monitoring system.

Volatilization of ammonia from N fertilizer is the major mechanism of N losses that occur naturally in all soils and is influenced by numerous soils, environmental and N fertilizer management factors. Vegetables are often damaged by $NH_3$ gas volatilized from the high rates of N fertilizer. We determined the rate of $NH_3$ volatilization from urea applied to surface of the alluvial soil (coarse silty, mixed, mesic family of Dystric Fluventic Eutrochrepts, Ihyeon series) as affected by fertilizer management factors such as rate of urea application, irrigation schedule and temperature. The $NH_3$ volatilization was triggered about 3 d after urea application and reached at maximum level in general within 15 days. Cumulative amounts of 3.0, 4.4, and 8.0 kg of $NH_3$ N after 17 d were volatilized at application rates of 200, 400, and $600kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$, respectively, which were equivalent to the N losses of 15.0, 10.9, and 13.0% of N applied. Masses of N volatilization were 5, 21, 75 and $87kg\;NH_3\;N\;ha^{-1}$ at 5, 8, 22, and 28, respectively. Total amounts of 21.3, 21.2, and $16.6kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$ were volatilized at control, 5 and 10 mm water irrigation before fertilization, respectively. However, those at 5 mm irrigation after fertilization were only $10.44kg\;N\;ha^{-1}$. Results showed that urea loss can be avoided by incorporating with the recommended level, applying when temperatures are low or irrigating immediately to carry the urea into soil.

This means that the port operation management system can improve port efficiency, reducing operating costs, and the manager who manages all operations at the port needs to check and respond quickly when delays of work and equipment support is needed. Based on the real-time location information confirmation of yard automation equipment used the existing system GPS, the real-time location information confirmation system is a GPS system of the tablet, rather than a port operation system that monitors location information for the entered information, depending on the completion of the task or the start of the task. Network configurations also reduce container processing delays by using commercial LTE services that do not have shading due to containers in the yard also reduce container processing delays. Trough introduction of smart devices using Android or IOS and container processing scheduling utilizing artificial intelligence, we will build a minimum delay system with Smart Device usage of container processing applications and optimization of container processing schedule. The adoption of smart devices and the minimization of container processing delays utilizing artificial intelligence are expected to improve the quality of port services by confirming the processing containers in real time to consumers who are container information demanders.

Early detection of schedule delay in field construction activities is vital to project management. It provides the opportunity to initiate remedial actions and increases the chance of controlling such overruns or minimizing their impacts. This entails project managers to design, implement, and maintain a systematic approach for progress monitoring to promptly identify, process and communicate discrepancies between actual and as-planned performances as early as possible. Despite importance, systematic implementation of progress monitoring is challenging: (1) Current progress monitoring is time-consuming as it needs extensive as-planned and as-built data collection; (2) The excessive amount of work required to be performed may cause human-errors and reduce the quality of manually collected data and since only an approximate visual inspection is usually performed, makes the collected data subjective; (3) Existing methods of progress monitoring are also non-systematic and may also create a time-lag between the time progress is reported and the time progress is actually accomplished; (4) Progress reports are visually complex, and do not reflect spatial aspects of construction; and (5) Current reporting methods increase the time required to describe and explain progress in coordination meetings and in turn could delay the decision making process. In summary, with current methods, it may be not be easy to understand the progress situation clearly and quickly. To overcome such inefficiencies, this research focuses on exploring application of unsorted daily progress photograph logs - available on any construction site - as well as IFC-based 4D models for progress monitoring. Our approach is based on computing, from the images themselves, the photographer's locations and orientations, along with a sparse 3D geometric representation of the as-built scene using daily progress photographs and superimposition of the reconstructed scene over the as-planned 4D model. Within such an environment, progress photographs are registered in the virtual as-planned environment, allowing a large unstructured collection of daily construction images to be interactively explored. In addition, sparse reconstructed scenes superimposed over 4D models allow site images to be geo-registered with the as-planned components and consequently, a location-based image processing technique to be implemented and progress data to be extracted automatically. The result of progress comparison study between as-planned and as-built performances can subsequently be visualized in the D4AR - 4D Augmented Reality - environment using a traffic light metaphor. In such an environment, project participants would be able to: 1) use the 4D as-planned model as a baseline for progress monitoring, compare it to daily construction photographs and study workspace logistics; 2) interactively and remotely explore registered construction photographs in a 3D environment; 3) analyze registered images and quantify as-built progress; 4) measure discrepancies between as-planned and as-built performances; and 5) visually represent progress discrepancies through superimposition of 4D as-planned models over progress photographs, make control decisions and effectively communicate those with project participants. We present our preliminary results on two ongoing construction projects and discuss implementation, perceived benefits and future potential enhancement of this new technology in construction, in all fronts of automatic data collection, processing and communication.

Shutdown chemistry evolution is performed in nuclear power plants at each refueling outage (RFO) to establish safe conditions to open system and minimize inventory of corrosion products in the reactor coolant system (RCS). After hydrogen peroxide is added to RCS during shutdown chemistry evolution, corrosion products are released and are removed by filters and ion exchange resins in the chemical volume control system (CVCS). Shutdown chemistry evolution including RCS clean-up time to remove released corrosion products impacts the critical path schedule during RFOs. The estimation of clean-up time prior to RFO can provide more reliable actions for RCS clean-up operations and transients to operators during shutdown chemistry. Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) shutdown calculator (SDC) enables to provide clean-up time by Co-58 peak activity through operational data from nuclear power plants (NPPs). In this study, we have investigated the results of EPRI SDC by shutdown chemistry data of Co-58 activity using NPP data from previous cycles and modeled the estimated clean-up time by EPRI SDC using average Co-58 activity of the NPP. We selected two RFO data from the NPP to evaluate EPRI SDC results using the purification time to reach to 1.3 mCi/cc of Co-58 after hydrogen peroxide addition. Comparing two RFO data, the similar purification time between actual and computed data by EPRI SDC, 0.92 and 1.74 h respectively, was observed with the deviation of 3.7-7.2%. As the modeling the estimated clean-up time, we calculated average Co-58 peak concentration for normal cycles after cycle 10 and applied two-sigma (2σ, 95.4%) for predicted Co-58 peak concentration as upper and lower values compared to the average data. For the verification of modeling, shutdown chemistry data for RFO 17 was used. Predicted RCS clean-up time with lower and upper values was between 21.05 and 27.58 h, and clean-up time for RFO 17 was 24.75 h, within the predicted time band. Therefore, our calculated modeling band was validated. This approach can be identified that the advantage of the modeling for clean-up time with SDC is that the primary prediction of shutdown chemistry plans can be performed more reliably during shutdown chemistry. This research can contribute to improving the efficiency and safety of shutdown chemistry evolution in nuclear power plants.
