직류 서보계의 퍼지제어와 $\alpha$-레벨 퍼지집합 분해에 의한 퍼지추론 연산회로 구현 (Fuzzy Control of DC Servo System and Implemented Logic Circuits of Fuzzy Inference Engine Using Decomposition of $\alpha$-level Fuzzy Set)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope a servo system with faster and more accurate response. This paper describes a method of approximate reasoning for fuzzy control of servo system based on the decomposition of $\alpha$-level fuzzy sets. We propose that fuzzy logic algorithm is a body from fuzzy inference to defuzzificaion cases where the output variable u directly is generated PWM The effectiveness for robust and faster response of the fuzzy control scheme are verified for a variable parameter by comparison with a PID control and fuzzy control A position control of DC servo system with a fuzzy logic controller is demonstrated successfully.

  • Mostly a ride comfort and handling performance of vehicle is influenced by dynamic behavior control of vehicle. We are focusing on development of a semi-intelligent suspension system with continuously variable damper(HS-SH type). only using absolute velocity of sprung mass without using the relative velocity besides having lower system prices and a little energy requirement. In this paper, the system is realized in consideration to control strategy (sky-hook control, hybrid filter, etc.) and has been proved to have improvement of behavior control of vehicle by quarter car and Vehicle test, respectively.

  • 본 연구는 대기행렬 네트워크 시뮬레이션에서 통제변수를 활용하여 목표 반응변수를 보다 더 정확히 추정하는 기법을 탐색한다. 반응변수 추정에서 통제변수기법의 효율성은 반응변수와 높은 상관관계를 가지는 통제변수의 선택과 선택된 통제변수를 이용하여 통제추정량을 어떻게 정의하는가에 따라 달라진다. 대기행렬 네트워크 시뮬레이션 모형에서 확률적 모형의 발전과정은 확률적 서비스시간과 분지 확률에 의하여 재현된다. 대부분의 통제변수기법은 통제추정치 구성에서 서비스 시간 확률변수를 사용한다. 본 연구는 서비스 시간 확률변수와 분지 확률변수를 동시에 사용하는 통제 추정량을 제안하고 이를 컴퓨터 네트워크 시스템의 관심 반응변수 추정에 응용하여 그 효율성을 탐색하고자 한다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 반응변수 추정에 있어서 분지확률 통제변수의 활용 가능성을 제시하고 있으며, 서비스-시간과 분지확률을 동시에 이용하는 결합 통제변수의 활용은 향후 연구가 필요한 분야로 판단된다.

  • A variable speed refrigeration system(VSRS) has been received high attention for energy saving ability. This paper investigates effects of design factors such as membership function range and sampling time to control performances for systematical designing fuzzy logic controller of the VSRS. Some comparisons of control performance between the fuzzy and PI are conducted including comparative evaluation of robustness against noise by using computer simulations. The simulation results showed that the fuzzy is very useful design method for engineers in the industrial fields which have big noises system and deal with inherent nonlinear system like the VSRS.

  • It is well known, for many years, that deep drawability ,can be improved by applying variable blank holding force. To apply variable blank holding force during cup during, we set up pressure controlling system on experimental hydraulic press, and the pressure control system is often called NC(Numerically Controlled} cushion system. Using the NC cushion system we carry out pressure control experiment and the proposed structure shows good performance. And we compare drawability of square steel cups with NC cushion and that with conventional cushion. The results show drawability is greatly improved when the pressure control curve is designed in a S-shaped curve. This paper includes design details of the NC cushion system and experimental analysis of drawability with experimental NC cushion system.

  • 입력 상수에 불확실성이 있는 최소위상 비선형시스템에 대해 경로추적 오차가 없는 제어기 설계를 제안하였다. 모델링 불확실성이 존재하는 비선형 시스템에 대해 상태 변수를 예측하기 위해 고 이득 관측기를 사용하였다. 적분형 가변 구조 제어 방식을 이용하여 점근적으로 경로추적오차가 0 되는 새로운 제어기를 제안하여 기존의 경로 추적오차를 감소시켰다. 제어기 설계의 정당성은 폐루프 시스템을 Lyapunov 분석 방법을 통해 보였다. 또한 제어기의 성능을 모의시험을 통해 보였다.

  • A semi-active suspension system with continuously variable damper is greatly expected to be mainly used in the future as a high-performance suspension system due to its cost-effectiveness, light weight, and low energy consumption. To develop the suitable control logic for the semi-active suspension system, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation is performed with the experimental continuously variable damper combined with a quarter-car model. The hardware-in-the-loop simulation results are compared for passive, on/off controlled, and continuously controlled dampers in the aspects of ride comfort and driving safety, assuming each damper to be installed on a vehicle.

  • 블리드 방식의 가변력 솔레노이드를 사용한 자동차용 변속기의 라인압력 제어계에 대한 실험 장치를 구성하고 실험을 수행하였다. 라인압력 제어계의 유압회로를 라인압력 제어 밸브, 감압 밸브, VFS 및 어큐뮬레이터 그리고 여러 개의 오리피스들로 구성하였으며, 몇 가지 실험 조건에 대하여 라인압력 제어계의 드로틀 압력과 라인압력의 정적 응답 및 동적 응답성을 측정하고 고찰하였다.

  • In this paper, a variable structure control scheme with a terminal sliding mode is proposed for robot manipulators. The proposed control scheme guarantees that the output tracking error converges to zero in finite time, and the overall system shows robust property against parametric uncertainties and external disturbances all the time.

  • CMG(Control Momentum Gyro) is a control device being used for spacecraft attitude control constructing relatively large amount of torque compared to conventional body-fixed reaction wheels. The CMG produces gyroscopic control torque by continuously varying the angular momentum vector direction with respect to the spacecraft body. The VSCMG(Variable Speed Control Momentum Gyro) has favorable advantages with variable speed to lead to better control authority as well as singularity avoidance capability. Attitude dynamics with a VSCMG mounted on a two-axis gimbal system are derived in this study. The dynamic equation may be considered as an extension of the single-axis counterpart. Also, a feedback control law design is addressed in conjunction with the dynamic equations of motion.
