The purpose of this study is to reveal the significance of musicals and find a way to utilize them in Korean language culture classes for foreigners. Korean language education aims to improve communication skills, and cultural education is necessary to help students understand not only the language but also the social background and context of the language. Accordingly, the author of this study has put together a lesson plan for Korean culture incorporating musicals, a topic that has been heretofore disregarded in Korean language education. Musicals are an appealing art medium for Korean language learners, as they provide striking visuals centered around distinct narrative structures and music. The musical "Swag Age: Shout out Joseon!," which this study focuses on, provides particularly suitable content, as it deals with social issues that are relevant even in contemporary Korean society and includes sijo (poetry), which can be used to teach traditional Korean literature. Based on the above characteristics, the author of this study outlines a Korean culture lesson plan teaching sijo through the musical "Swag Age: Shout out Joseon!" The class will be for learners of intermediate level and above, and consists of 4 sessions: 1) Understanding the overall plot of the musical, 2) Learning about Korean sijo, 3) Writing sijo based on your own life, and 4) Presenting your own sijo. This culture class is significant in that it goes beyond simply learning about sijo and enables students to internalize the meaning of and actively enjoy sijo by writing their own versions. In addition, it is expected to be a compelling class that, on top of its educational value, introduces and allows students to experience a wider range of Korean popular culture by adding the musical genre to the common repertoire of movies, dramas, plays, and pop songs often covered in Korean culture classes.

The purpose of this study is to examine early childhood teacher's perception and current implementation toward autonomy and to provide basic data for related research. The survey was conducted with 121 public and private kindergarten teachers. The study results are as follows: First, as for teachers' perception of autonomy, the majority of the survey respondents answered that "I am very interested in the concept of autonomy and have tried to practice it." In terms of areas for which they expect to be given autonomy, "autonomy in developing and operating education plans" was most answered. Second, as for teachers' practice of autonomy, teacher autonomy was answered most for "work and operation" in the development and implementation of education plans among "institutional autonomy." In terms of communication between parents and the local community, "operation of the kindergarten website" and "operation of teachers' personal e-mail" were most answered. In addition, "participation in teacher training" was most answered for the development of teachers' expertise, and "interaction with infants" for "autonomy in educational activity." Lastly, it is expected for follow-up research to perform case studies to understand the context of the implementation of teacher autonomy.

The innovative development of museum cultural products is an important way for museums to play the function of cultural communication with their collections. In the context of consumer upgrading, traditional cultural product design and sales methods gradually fail to meet the diverse needs of consumers. This study aims to propose the construction of a customized interactive experience platform for museum cultural products, promote the development of museum cultural products, and facilitate the inheritance and preservation of museum culture. The research methodology analyzes the model and characteristics of existing cultural product customization platforms by collating existing literature studies, and distributes 159 questionnaires to investigate the needs of cultural product consumers, and finally combines the customization experience with existing e-tailing platform systems according to user needs, proposes a theoretical framework and conducts design practice and usability testing using the Shenyang Palace Museum as an example. The findings show that users have a high acceptance of the customized platform for cultural products and that the design of the customized platform can be used to promote the dissemination of the cultural connotations of museums, optimize the personalized user experience of cultural products, and provide new ideas for the development, design, and retailing of museum cultural products. Based on the above findings, this paper suggests that museums' cultural product development can utilize the design model of customized platforms to further enhance consumers' personalized service experience.

Exercise is necessary for a healthy life, but it is recommended that it be conducted in a non-face-to-face environment in the context of an epidemic such as COVID-19. However, in the existing non-face-to-face exercise content, it is possible to recognize exercise movements, but the process of interpreting and providing feedback information is not automated. Therefore, in this paper, to solve this problem, we propose a method of creating a formalized rule to track the contents of exercise and the motions that constitute it. To make such a rule, first make a rule for the overall exercise content, and then create a tracking rule for the motions that make up the exercise. A motion tracking rule can be created by dividing the motion into steps and defining a key frame pose that divides the steps, and creating a transition rule between states and states represented by the key frame poses. The rules created in this way are premised on the use of posture and motion recognition technology using motion capture equipment, and are used for logical development for automation of application of these technologies. By using the rules proposed in this paper, not only recognizing the motions appearing in the exercise process, but also automating the interpretation of the entire motion process, making it possible to produce more advanced contents such as an artificial intelligence training system. Accordingly, the quality of feedback on the exercise process can be improved.

While small libraries have steadily increased in quantity, parts of qualitative growth such as lack of manpower and poor operation have been pointed out as problems. Accordingly, with the aim of establishing a foundation for linkage and cooperation between public libraries and small libraries, the small library itinerant librarians project has been promoted since 2010, and its scale has been continuously expanding. However, the lack of manpower and poor operation still remain tasks to be solved, and the poor treatment and job environment of itinerant librarians have not improved. In this context, this study aims to examine the problems of small libraries and job problems experienced by itinerant librarians and to find ways to improve the job environment of itinerant librarians based on this. Through the analysis of previous studies, small libraries and net companies were investigated, and in-depth interviews were conducted with participants related to itinerant librarians and small libraries. Through interview data analysis, a total of 17 meaning topics were extracted, including 'lack of work authority', 'lack of work manual', 'lack of communication, community', 'lack of integrated operating system', 'poor treatment and working environment', 'malicious user', and 'lack of belonging'. Based on this, four improvement measures were proposed, including the improvement of the job authority and standard regulations of itinerant librarians, the establishment of a community organization, job security guarantees, and job education reinforcement.

Educational evaluation involves data collection and the analysis of various education-related factors to make decisions that improve educational quality. Systematic educational evaluation is essential for enhancing the quality of education. This study reports a case of student-conducted process evaluation of a medical school's student support system and the procedure for devising improvement plans. Sixteen Inje University College of Medicine students participated in the Education Evaluation Committee (IUCM-EEC) to understand the educational improvement process as learners and actively achieve improvement. The Quality Improvement Committee of the Inje University College of Medicine (IUCM-QIC) decided to reform its student support system based on a previous educational evaluation in 2019. The evaluation of the student support system was conducted for 10 months in 2021 by the student subcommittee, under the guidance of the IUCM-EEC. The CIPP (context-input-process-product) evaluation model was used for a systematic evaluation. Accordingly, the subcommittee developed evaluation criteria and indicators, and analyzed relevant data collected from surveys and the previous literature. For further recommendations and revision ideas, the student subcommittee members interviewed faculty members from six other medical schools and also conducted a focus group interview with the dean and vice deans of IUCM. Finally, the student subcommittee submitted a report to the IUCM-QIC. Communication with various stakeholders is essential for a successful evaluation process. In this case, students, as key stakeholders in education, evaluated the student support system. Their active participation helped improve their understanding of the evaluation process.

Network technology used as a physical interface to retrieve, store, and exchange data is leading the era of data capitalism in the 21st century. The capacity of network technology dominates almost all communication in everyday life, and makes social understanding and experiences in the physical world visible in cyberspace. The movements of human bodies and objects in cyberspace are placed in a social context. This paper paid attention to these phenomena and examined the cases of activism that raised real problems through cyberspace. In particular, the focus of the study is the digital activism of the Electronic Disturbance Theater, which combines critical art and thinking for democracy with the realm of information and demonstrates aesthetic imagination. The first chapter of the main body briefly outlines the meaning activism as a social movement in cyberspace. The second chapter looks back on the alternatives of <FloodNet>, which represents the early activism performance of EDT. And then in the last chapter, the poetic significance of the <Transborder Immigrant Tool> is analyzed. Through this process, this paper demonstrates that the activism performance of the EDT is a critical aesthetics that encourages imagination for alternatives. It also argues that Electronic Disturbance Theater has contemporary value as an avant-garde art that actively utilizes the medium of network technology and integrates performance art and politics.

The article examines the formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants. Based on the study of different scientific views on the nature and properties of potential-forming space through the study of approaches to understanding the concept of "space" clarified the complexity and multifaceted nature of the phenomenon and found that its characteristics are relevant to the industrial development model. It is revealed that the leading modern trends related to the spread of globalization and regionalization, rapid development of information and communication technologies, diffusion of innovations accompany the transition from industrial to post-industrial development and its development, which leads to new development: changes production, nature and relations between business entities, etc. It is proved that under such conditions, the region as a key element of the economic system, acquires a leading role in achieving sustainable and balanced development. These processes significantly affect the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants, leading to the need for its transformation and change in accordance with modern realities, which is reflected in thorough research on the formation of scientific paradigm based on the formation of its theoretical foundations and methodological basis. This study reveals the essence, role, functions, structure, process of formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants. It is proved that the formation of the modern scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants occurs in the context of building a post-industrial model of development, accompanied by consideration of the region as a spatial object territories from the physical plane to the spatial environment in which the development of human capital, innovation and self-development of the region. Taking into account the above, the article outlines the prerequisites and factors of formation of the scientific paradigm of transformation of the potential-forming space of the regional economy under the influence of intellectual and innovative determinants.

Nowadays, organizations have adopted Smart Work to efficiently manage tasks, such as electronic document approval, customer management, and site inspection, without spatial-temporal constraints. Smartphones, which are commonly used in Smart Work, enable individuals to perform their jobs anytime and anywhere, thus blurring the boundary between work and non-work. To solve the problem of blurred work/non-work boundaries, a construct of self-control and affective factors needs to be considered because business style is changed from command to autonomy in the Smart Work context. Moreover, employees can convey their emotions easily over smartphones. Recent marketing studies have analyzed consumers' behavior based on the combination of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components, and researchers of information systems are also interested in these factors. However, previous research has some limitations, such as not classifying factors into cognitive, affective, and behavioral as well as not covering all three factors. Therefore, we explore the roles of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components in emotional exhaustion and education performance, and conduct a survey on undergraduate and graduate students, who are the major users of smartphones. Findings show that when individuals improve their cognitive capability (self-control) and usage experience (smartphone communication and internet usage), they can decrease emotional exhaustion and increase education performance. In the role of affective capability, increasing education performance is partially accepted. These results imply that organizations should not focus on controlling the usage of smartphones but on promoting appropriate smartphone usage.

This study aims to analyze the impact of catchphrases used in job postings on job applications in the context of accelerating social participation of Generation Z and changing business environments. To this end, case studies of catchphrases used in job postings by domestic and international companies were conducted. In addition, job postings for the Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), a well-known public institution, were created using four trend keywords: 'general phrases,' 'eco-friendliness,' 'employee welfare,' and 'social issues (equality).' An online survey was conducted to analyze the impact of catchphrases in job postings on job applications, and the results showed that 83% of respondents found that the catchphrases in job postings had a positive effect on their application decisions. Through in-depth interviews, the importance of design elements and catchphrases in job postings as perceived by actual job seekers was confirmed. In conclusion, this study aims to explore how catchphrases in job postings can facilitate smooth communication between companies and job seekers and strengthen corporate image promotion activities. It seeks to provide insights into how companies can effectively utilize catchphrases in job postings according to age and job type in future recruitment processes.
