  • As the railroad-base is an important factor to maintenance the rolling stocks, it is essential to improve the current problems of the environment pollution, nose, vibration, welfare, work condition and to applicate the performance betterment cases to the new base construction and pre-base maintenance. When the new base construction and pre-base maintenance is proceeded, it is necessary to construct the optimized system which includes the user's opinions enough to prevent the waste of the budget ,in that some part of the budget is spent to improve convenience, work condition, and the fault of base system after the construction. Therefore, this research intends to present the problem of the pre-constructed facilities, the testing operators' opinions, the analysis and the investigation of facilities' improvement, thorough the indication of provisions and the analysis of the result of the survey of testing operators.

  • Because steel frame has own characteristics as easy to work and structural safety, it is being increased application by the trend of construction industry has been more higher and larger in today. However, steel frame works have potential problem, so fundamental solution is needed for preventing serious accidents. Recently, self-supported steel joint for enhancing safety is developed in Korea, but this system has some limitations as convenience of work, retainment of consistent productivity. For complementing this limitations, we developed the new system named Automated wire control machine. This study is performed productivity of steel frame work by new system. The basis data for analysing productivity is collected from field test.

  • This study investigate the hydration heat history with variation of surface insulating material in cold weather concreting. According to the results, the temperature of concrete lowers below zero in 24hours, so early frost damage occurs in the case of exposure and 1 fold bubble sheet, but the lowest temperature keeps above zero, so a adiabatic effect is very favorable in the case of double bubble sheet and 부직포. Compressive strength of core specimen at 7 and 28 days is highest In the case of double bubble sheet and 부직포. But, considering convenience of construction and economical efficiency, it is thought that the most effective surface insulating material is 1 fold bubble sheet +blanket.

  • This study deals with the application of USN wireless inclinometer sensor for earth retaining structure safety measurement, The application of wireless inclinometer sensor has great advantage about real-time monitoring of earth retaining structure, It allows a construction manager to monitor movement data from anywhere connected through internet during the process of excavation for substructures of buildings, To validate the applicability of the wireless inclinometer sensor. laboratory and field tests have been performed, The results have shown that the measured values of wireless inclinometer sensor represent the behavior of H-pile well, Both convenience of sensor installation and real-time monitoring of earth retaining structure are confirmed, The proposed wireless measurement system provides a good basis for exact measurement of temporary substructures, More measurements and application are expected for the other excavation sites with various conditions.

  • A systemic building maintenance management is necessary to supply an convenience and safety environment by maintain the origin features for a building's life. However, the exist maintenance management system has some problems such as interoperability of information or standardization of data. In those reasons, a critical information for maintenance a building may be lost and changed. In addition, the data could be crashed or lost on a process of re-input or re-produce. This paper purpose the interoperability in exchanging data between design/construction and operation phases. In addition, this model will enhance the efficiency of building maintenance tasks through information quality improvement and data reproduction prevention.

  • Recently, by applying the 4th industrial revolution technologies such as A.I., IoT, and big data to general residential infrastructure, various application services of residential-based are provided to residents through linkage and utilization between technologies. Accordingly, smart housing system is increasing as advanced living spaces that can improve the quality of life and convenience of residents. Such a smart housing is expected to be an item that can create new demands and markets in the construction industry since it provides a new paradigm that combines construction technology and IT by combining IT technology with existing construction industry. Based on this, it is expected that it will be possible to gradually develop large-scale markets such as smart buildings and smart cities. In this paper, therefore, we propose an artificial intelligence multiplex smart housing system as an intelligent platform that can autonomously manage and control the size of places and spaces, used for various purposes based on smart housing technology by using artificial intelligence systems.

  • The purpose of this study was to study on the estimation of green remodeling energy reduction tool in building construction. Green Remodeling Decision System that can predict the energy reduction effect in green remodeling is developed as a tool for simple remodeling of green remodeling considering users' convenience, so that it can quickly and comprehensively determine power peak load reduction factor technology. A preliminary simulation result of a short preliminary remodeling evaluation is DB. It will be developed as a tool that can be easily accessed by users such as web and apps.

  • A personal mobility withstanding function for the disabled and vulnerable groups with difficulties in mobility was developed and structural and dynamics analysis was conducted. Personal mobility devices are a very helpful means of transportation for the disabled and vulnerable groups. In addition, the standing function allows individuals to perform a difficult task in while seated and offers a medical advantage to the user. In this study, a personal mobility device was designed and developed to help vulnerable groups and disabled people overcome limited mobility, and communicate with the general people at eye level through standing functions. Through structural and dynamic analysis, the structural safety, optimal speed during rotation, and lateral acceleration of the personal mobility device was analyzed. The analysis results are expected to contribute to the improvement of the users' convenience and stability of personal mobility.

  • Large concrete mass members are commonly used as matte bases for skyscrapers. In general, Integral casting is preferred to secure construction convenience and durability quality rather than separate casting. However, there is a possibility that cracks may occur in the early stages due to the generation of a lot of hydration heat, and thus durability will decrease, so it is necessary to determine an appropriate mixture and verify it through experiments. The purpose of the study was to conduct a review on the durability of the optimal high-performance low-heating concrete combination derived through the experiment and to conduct a review analysis on the performance satisfaction and performance expression mechanism.

  • Koran Government introduced BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) to provide convenience through early supplying infrastructure and plans to invest 8,315million dollar to 84 projects of 15 BTL type involving official residence and railroad. But some of construction company hates to invest BTL projects because of its low earning rate. In addition if we correctively apply project which partly has profitability to BTL, the earnning rate declines more seriously. So this paper presents BTL+BTO model which operates BTL in the non-profitable parts to improve convenience of users and BTO in the profitable parts to improve earning rate. BTL+BTO model based on operate period was presented and its suitability was confirmed by applting 00 region official residence project.
