Characteristics and Death Risk Factors of Patients in Long-Term Care Hospital Connected to Special Hospital (일개 특수 요양병원 환자들의 특성 및 사망 위험요인)

  • The objective of this study is to provide high-quality medical service, by understanding the characteristics and death risk factors of patients at V long-term care hospital, that has established and operated the cooperative treatment system in connection with a public institution, the S veterans hospital. A follow-up survey targeting a total of 850 discharged patients was conducted for the year 2017. Average age of patients was 79.2 years, with 86.4% belonging to the 70 years or over group. The men of national merit were 75.4%, which was more than three times higher than general patients. Hospitalization for 180 days or more was 46.4%, which was higher than general long-term care hospitals (37%). The major death risk factors were age and the number of hospitalized days. Our data indicate that transfer to S veterans hospital results in providing quicker treatment and higher effectiveness of the numerous recovery therapies. We therefore propose that the cooperative treatment system should be expansively operated to increase the quality of happy life, by alleviating the health of patients with chronic diseases in a long-term care hospital.

The Effect of Online Social Relations Service Utilization on Life Satisfaction of Middle-aged and Older Adults : Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Social Support (중·고령자의 온라인 사회관계 서비스 활용도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to verify the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between online social relations service utilization(PC, mobile) and life satisfaction for middle-aged and Older Adults. For this purpose, the '2017 Digital Devide Survey' data collected by the National Information Society Agency was used, and among 2,300 middle-aged and Older Adults aged 55 or older, 1,488 people using the Internet were selected as the final analysis target. Then, using the structural equation, the mediating effect of social support was verified in the between online social relations service utilization and life satisfaction. As a result, it was verified that higher levels of mobile-based social relations service utilization have a positive effect on social support and life satisfaction. Also, it was confirmed that social support has a mediating effect in the relationship between the utilization of mobile-based social relations service and life satisfaction. However, the utilization of PC-based social relations services did not show to affect social support and life satisfaction. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as basic data for practical measures to increase the connection between mobile-based social relationship service education and social support promotion education for middle-aged and Older Adults. In addition, the study is meaningful in that it overcomes the limitations of measuring the use of online social relations services as one, and selects tools that are practically effective by dividing them into mobile and PC.

  • This paper seeks to raise inflection points of battery manufacturing bases in Korea in the V4 region through the reorganization of new industrial technologies in accordance with ESG. As a result, the global supply chain market is cut off. The Russian-Ukraine war and the U.S.-China hegemony are competing in the economic crisis caused by COVID-19. It is showing diversification of new suppliers in an environment where mineral, grain procurement, gas, and even wheat imports from China and Russia are not possible. As a protective glocal, this area is used as a buffer zone(Pro-Russia, Hungary). to an isolated zone(anti-Russia, Poland) by war. In this paper, economic growth is expected to slow further due to the EU tapering period and high inflation in world countries. Due to these changes, the conversion of new tech industry and the contraction of Germany's structure due to energy supply may lose the driving force for economic growth over the past 20 years. This is caused by market disconnection(chasm) in the nominal indicators in this area. On the other hand, Korea should actively develop into the V4 area as an energy generation export (nuclear and electric hydrogen generation) area as a bypass development supply area due to the imbalance in the supply chain of rare earth materials that combines AI. By linking this industry, the energy platform can be scaled up and reliable supply technology (next generation BT, recycling technology) in diversification can be formed in countries around the world. This paper proves that in order to overcome the market chasm caused by the industries connection, new energy development and platform size can be achieved and reliable supply technology (next-generation battery and recycling technology, Low-cost LFP) can be diversified in each country.

  • Recently, as underground space safety issues such as sink hole, ground subsidence and damage to old underground facilities have been increasing in urban areas, the precise management of underground facilities ins more required. Thus, this study developed a function to that, visualize on Integration Map of Underground Geospatial Information a real-time survey data of underground facilities acquired on site or underground facility survey data acquired through on-site survey after underground facility exploration and developed a function convert to surveying-results. In addition, using the on-site survey performance utilization function in connection with the Integration Map of Underground Geospatial Information developed through this study, the surveying -results obtained with the Total-station at the water pipeline burial construction site in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul are visualized on the Integration Map of Underground Geospatial Information and On-site verification was performed by converting spatial-information performance files and transmitting the Integration Map of Underground Geospatial Information to the mobile center. Based on this, it was possible to verify the work procedure using the surveying-results in the area where the Integration Map of Underground Geospatial Information was built, and to review the direction of future improvement directions.

Large scenario experience drama is a new form of drama that simulates the space design of real environment and enables the audience to have active experience in visual, auditory, smell, taste, touch and other senses with strong interactivity.Large scenario experience drama are adapted from traditional Chinese culture, regional culture and long-passed stories, and combine high technology such as lighting, sound effects, special effects and 3D effects to make the audience's experience more real.As the first Large scenario experience drama in China, 'You Jian Ping-yao' reflects the profound culture of Shanxi with new forms of expression and creative means, in the form of scene experience and make the audience more intuitive feel the 'Shanxi emotion', 'Shanxi sentiment' and 'Shanxi Morality', carry forward the traditional culture at the same time, also passed the Shanxi ancient and great values, strengthened the drama of China's movie village, impetus the development of the tourism industry in Shanxi, drive the Shanxi region of jingjing, gradually formed a complete industrial chain. However, there are also limitations such as improper plot connection and improper tourist management, which can improve the performance effect through more audience interaction and guidance. Therefore, it can be seen that large-scale situational experience dramas play a great role in promoting the dissemination of traditional culture and values, the development of tourism industry, the formation of regional brand characteristics and economic development. Through these, it can be seen that large-scale situational experience plays have enlightenments such as innovative thinking content, gradually forming an industrial chain closed-loop, and broadening publicity channels for the development of live-action performances.

  • Starting from 2010, blockchain technology, along with the development of artificial intelligence, has been in the spotlight as the latest technology to lead the 4th industrial revolution. Furthermore, previous research regarding blockchain's technological applications has been ongoing ever since. However, few studies have been examined the standards for classifying the blockchain economic ecosystem from a capital market perspective. Our study is classified into a collection of interviews of software developers, entrepreneurs, market participants and experts who use blockchain technology to utilize the blockchain economic ecosystem from a capital market perspective for investing in stocks, and case study methodologies of blockchain economic ecosystem according to application fields of blockchain technology. Additionally, as a way that can be used in connection with equity investment in the capital market, the blockchain economic ecosystem classification methodology was established to form an investment universe consisting of global blue-chip stocks. It also helped construct an intelligent portfolio through quantitative and qualitative analysis that are based on quant and artificial intelligence strategies and evaluate its performances. Lastly, it presented a successful investment strategy according to the growth of blockchain economic ecosystem. This study not only classifies and analyzes blockchain standardization as a blockchain economic ecosystem from a capital market, rather than a technical, point of view, but also constructs a portfolio that targets global blue-chip stocks while also developing strategies to achieve superior performances. This study provides insights that are fused with global equity investment from the perspectives of investment theory and the economy. Therefore, it has practical implications that can contribute to the development of capital markets.

A Study on the Factors Affecting Continuous Use of AI Speaker Using SNA (SNA를 이용한 AI 스피커 지속적 사용에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 연구: 아마존 에코 리뷰 중심으로)

  • As the AI speaker business has risen significantly in recent years, the potential for numerous uses of AI speakers has gotten a lot of attention. Consumers have created an environment in which they can express and share their experiences with products through various channels, resulting in a large number of reviews that leave consumers with a variety of candid opinions about their experiences, which can be said to be very useful in analyzing consumers' thoughts. Using this review data, this study aimed to examine the factors driving the continued use of AI speakers. Above all, it was determined whether the seven characteristics associated with the intention to adopt AI identified in prior studies appear in consumer reviews. Based on customer review data on Amazon.com, text mining and social network analysis were utilized to examine Amazon eco-products. CONCOR analysis was used to classify words with similar connectivity locations, and Connection centrality analysis was used to classify the factors influencing the continuous use of AI speakers, focusing on the connectivity between words derived by classifying review data into positive and negative reviews. Consumers regarded personality and closeness as the most essential characteristics impacting the continued usage of AI speakers as a result of the favorable review survey. These two parameters had a strong correlation with other variables, and connectedness, in addition to the components established from prior studies, was a significant factor. Furthermore, additional negative review research revealed that recognition failures and compatibility are important problems that deter consumers from utilizing AI speakers. This study will give specific solutions for consumers to continue to utilize Amazon eco products based on the findings of the research.

A Study on the Establishment of Design and Construction Process Standardization through Building BIM Application Case (건축물 BIM 적용사례를 통한 설계 및 시공프로세스 표준화 수립에 대한 연구)

  • In order to satisfy the extraction and use of information such as estimates and processes required in the design and construction stages of BIM, which is an expectation of overall construction operation for the design and construction stage of domestic buildings, it is insufficient to supply and apply mobile technologies or terminals. In this paper, standardization of BIM-based processes from the design stage to the construction stage is proposed as an efficient construction system method through mobile-based simulation and test-bed case analysis review. The current status and potential of BIM application were identified through theoretical review of BIM and case studies at home and abroad. In addition, the overall flow of the project and the direction of effective process construction were investigated through each process by 3D, 4D, and 5D execution stage and the role of each collaborator. 4D building process BIM simulation system using mobile was implemented by applying a visualization engine that simulates process information, object information connection module, and related object information. Therefore, it was possible to minimize the possibility of re-construction of the BIM design and construction process model through the visualization of 2D drawings based on the 3D model of the building and the review of errors and interferences in the drawings. In addition, in the implementation of simulation for each process of the construction process through mobile devices, it was possible to support construction progress and process management according to the optimal option selected by the user.

  • Although the Korea shipbuilding industry has recently been receiving most of the orders for ships in the world, production processes are being disrupted due to a shortage of manpower at the production site. This is because the workers quit the shipyard as both work and wages were reduced due to the long slump in the shipbuilding industry. The main reason for the increase in orders was the large-scale orders for Qatar LNG carriers, and the situation in which the technical specifications required for ships are becoming more complex is also working to an advantage. Because the contract delivery time is of utmost importance for ships, the dock launch plan is the most important management item among the shipyard's major processes. The structure to be built in the dock may be a hull that has left the design work or a finished vessel, and in some cases, it is often at the level of some blocks of the hull. When launching, the hull is affected by the hogging or sagging moment due to the fluid force, and securing the safety of the structural strength of the block connection is of utmost importance. In a normal process, the connecting member launches after welding has been completed, but in actual shipbuilders, quick decision-making is needed on the conditions for securing structural safety to comply with the docking schedule. In this study, a detailed analysis method and applicability using a bending stress evaluation method and finite element analysis modelling were analyzed to rationally judge the above-mentioned problems from an engineering point of view. The main contents mentioned in the thesis can be used as good examples when conducting similar structural strength evaluations in the future.

A Comparative Analysis of Complex Disaster Research Trends Using Network Analysis (네트워크 분석을 활용한 국내·외 복합재난 연구 동향 분석)

  • Purpose: As the connection between physical and non-physical structures in cities is expanding and becoming more complex, the risk of complex disaster which causes damage in a complex way is increasing. Preparing for these complex disasters, it is important to preemptively identify and manage disasters that can develop into complex disasters. Therefore, this study analyzes the disaster types studied as complex disasters by analyzing the trends of domestic and international studies related to complex disasters, and presents the direction of complex disaster management in the future. Method: We first established co-occurrence networks between disaster types based on 993 articles related to complex disasters published in disaster-related journals for the last 20 years (2002-2021). Then, through network analysis, domestic and international complex disaster research trends were compared and analyzed. Result: Research on complex disasters related to storm and flood damage, infrastructure failure and fire was high in domestic studies, and it was analyzed that research on complex disasters related to earthquakes and landslides has recently increased. However, in international studies, the proportion of studies on infrastructure failure along with storm and flood damage and earthquake was high, and various types of disasters such as tsunami and drought appeared. Conclusion: The results of this study are expected to increase the understanding of the trends in complex disaster research and provide suggestions of domestic complex disaster research in the future.
