In order to succeed in e-Trade Project in Korea, the related parties endeavor to introduce the e-title registry model such as Bolero model(Title Registry Model) and TEDI model (Repository Service Provider Model). Prior to mentioning the Model of e-Title Registry, desirable Global e-Trade Platform is the platform connecting Global e-Trade Platforms in each country and Bolero's Core Messaging Platform and e-Title Registry must be established in each country. Each e-Title Registry must be connected with another registry. Like Korea, Recognized Electronic Document Repository must be established as proxy for preserving, attesting, carrying out sending and receiving electronic document to prevent from disputes between parties and to carry out notarizing electronic documents and related transaction. The purpose of this paper is to promote the introduction of e-Title Registry in the e-Trade and to streamline the procedures of the electronic bill of lading.

This study aims to develop strategies to reinforce the roles of universities and volunteer service activities centering on promotion of their connections to communities and community-oriented volunteer service activities. First, for autonomous and continuing development of volunteer services, universities should have active connections with service organizations. Second, more specialized volunteer service programs should be developed. Third, as volunteer service activities are somewhat forced on college students, recognition for them should be improved. Fourth, as the quality of the service and academic achievement decrease, conditions for volunteer service education and programs should be made available. Fifth, for continuing participation in volunteer service activities, organized systems should be established.

본 논문에서는 일반적으로 축방향 변위에 대한 모우드만을 가지고 있는 경우의 합성을 위해 축방향 변위 모우드의 커브-피팅을 이용하여 기울기 정보를 얻고 모델링된 요소의 연결부에 부여함으로써, 변위 정보만을 사용하는 방법보다 좀 더 정확한 고유값을 얻을 수 있음을 보이고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 휴대폰과 생활기기들을 WPAN과 이동통신망, 인터넷망과 연동시켜 개인의 생활환경을 지능화시키는 개인환경서비스가 활성화되었을 때에, 소요되는 근거리 무선통신 및 이동통신 주파수 대역폭에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 개략적인 통신 수요의 가정에도 불구하고, 본 논문은 향후 유비쿼터스 시대의 도래에 앞서 소요 주파수 산정 방법과 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시한다.

본 논문에서는 추적 성능 개선을 위해 기존의 신경망 제어기에 PID제어기를 직렬로 연결하여 시뮬레이션 결과를 고찰했다. 추적 성능을 평가하기 위해 신경망모델은 2계층으로 구성하고 Widrow-Hoff델타 규칙을 이용하여 예측 오차가 최소화되도록 정규적인 동특성을 학습하였다. 이 학습 결과, 기존의 신경망제어기의 경우보다 PID를 연결하였을 경우가 추적 성능이 다소 개선되었음을 확인했으며, 251샘플에서 추적할 플랜트 파라메터가 시변인 경우에도 빠른 속도로 수렴되는 결과를 얻었다.

Railway takes an important role of transporting massive passenger and freight. Accidents which occur related to trains have a risk of serious loss of lives, so those accidents need to be controlled urgently. Therefore moving picture transmission system is required which transmits exact information of moving picture of accident status to CTC and also communication line is also required with it. By using WTB line as a wayside transmission line, railway telephones, fax and train service information are provided to local offices. As transmission line improving project, optical cabling work is being processed by phases. Therefore optical fiber line is more effective way for a communicating way between stations than coaxial transmission line. This paper consider's connecting method when optical fibers is used for moving picture data transmission of train accidents and its problems.

In this paper, a fast thinning method for fingerprint image by separating end and bifurcation region is proposed. To detect feature points in automatic fingerprint identification system, thinning of fingerprint is essential. The end and bifurcation regions in ridge line are separated by means of run-length coding, and parallel thinning method is applied to the separated regions. The rest parts except the end and bifurcation regions are processed by connecting center points of each run. The performance of the proposed method has been evaluated by CPU processing time and thinness measurement. By the experimental results, the proposed method is fast and has high thinness value.

현재 및 미래에는 무선통신의 효용성이 증가되면서 다양한 분야에서 유선과 무선을 통합한 형태의 연결망이 구축되고 있으며, 이에 따라 저속, 저가, 저전력의 무선통신 분야의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 저속, 저가, 저전력의 무선통신 분야인 Zigbee(IEEE 802.15.4)의 표준안과 이를 기반으로 한 Wireless Home Safety Supervisor System에 대해서 제안 고찰하였다.

다층 신경회로망의 모델의 구성은 적용분야에 따라서 임의로 선택되어지고, 최적의 모델 구 성은 긴 시간에 걸친 시행착오를 통하여 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 다층 신경회로망 모델의 은닉층 뉴런 수를 학습 과정에서 퍼지 규칙을 이용하여 최적화하는 방식을 제안하였다. 임의의 패턴 문제와 도립진자의 멥핑에 적용하여 제안한 알고리즘의 유용성을 비교 검토하였다.

Complex systems are made of many subsystems, those are developed and manufactured by many part companies. Even though the information for a part is necessary to analyze the performance of the other part, it is not so easy to get the information for that part from other companies due to many reasons like security or compatibilities. If the modal parameters of a system between the connecting points are available, we can reconstruct a reduced model for that system in a physical coordinate not in a generalized coordinate. The assemble of the equations of motion for the main system and the reduced equations of motion for the connected system can give a response of the main system considering the effects of connected systems. The results show that the proposed method can give the response of a system accurately. The rule for the selection of modes is to use the fundamental modes whose natural frequencies are low.
