In network human-robot interaction, human can access services of a robot system through the network The communication is done by interacting with the distributed sensors via voice, gestures or by using user network access device such as computer, PDA. The service organization and exploration is very important for this distributed system. In this paper we propose a new agent-based framework to integrate partners of this distributed system together and help users to explore the service effectively without complicated configuration. Our system consists of several robots. users and distributed sensors. These partners are connected in a decentralized but centralized control system using agent-based technology. Several experiments are conducted successfully using our framework The experiments show that this framework is good in term of increasing the availability of the system, reducing the time users and robots needs to connect to the network at the same time. The framework also provides some coordination methods for the human robot interaction system.

According as computer is supplied in a lot of homes and offices and Internet use increases, various service based on the Internet. Including wireless PDA in the future, many devices such as Internet telephone, TV, refrigerator and oven will be connected on the Internet and Internet address exhaustion will be raised to serious problem gradually. Today, the IPv4 address exhaustion problem has been solved partially using NAT (Network Address Translation) however, the transition to next Generation Internet will be accelerated because of advantages such as mobility, security service, QoS, and abundant IP addresses. In IPv6, all hosts are designed to create and set their address automatically without manager's intervention using Neighbor Discovery Protocol. But, when an IPv6 host sets its address automatically, there are serious security vulnerabilities. In this paper, we analysis security vulnerabilities in auto-configuration and provide security requirements for secure auto-configuration.

Over the last decade or so, there has been an increase in activity devoted to the development of renewable resources for generating electric energy. Many of these generators are small and can only be economically connected to the distribution system or to ths subtransmission system. Those which involve storage, a secondary source of energy, can provide a means to achieve more efficient use of existing generating plant. Such systems are known collectively as Dispersed Storage and Generation devices, or DSGs. So, in this paper, for uninterruptable service in one bank outage in 154/22.9KV substation, the proper capacity of DSGs is examined through the configuration and the reliability.

Objectives : This study analyzed job performance in local area general hospitals to look for measurable effects from educational training and/or organizational communication. Methods : For the purposes of this study, a survey was conducted of general hospital employees from 29 hospitals in Gwangju and Jeonnam. The survey period was August 22 - September 30, 2016, and 1,004 responses were used in the final analysis. Results : This study revealed that certain aspects of communication (upward,downward,vertical,orinformal) had significant effects on job satisfaction, learning transfer, and general performance. Conclusions : To improve job performance in general hospitals, employers must improve overall satisfaction by improving upon job training and internal communication. Specifically, training should be better connected to learning transfer and organizational design must encourage active communication between employees.

A system, IS-95C coupler that combines the signals of IS-95A/B and IS-95C BTS and compensates the differences between the signals of two systems and connected to optical repeater If no IS-95C coupler exist, Optical repeater can't service of signal balanced. A system carries on combination, amplification, level modulation function of the TX signals(IS-95A/B & IS-95C) and division and level modulation function of the RX signals. Isolation satisfied above 100dB.

Recently, A robot which accomplish many tasks is the universality in fixed environment. But home robot or entertainment robots has interested greatly, and the concept of service robots is outstanding newly. In special, research about the self-steering robot is increasing gradually. Also Internet has become general, many information devices and tools were connected with internet. According to such a trend, we developed the mobile robot that moves by self-localization and is controlled in the basis of internet. Our robot system will assist office workers. In this paper, we introduce mechanical feature, control system and service faculty of robot, MAIRO in an office environment.

In this paper, we design an effective and secure optical subscriber loop to offer multimedia service to apartment residents. The designed subscriber loop has the following properties. First, a proxy is connected to HDT(Host Digital Termination) which is a switching device, in order to effectively support multimedia services. Second, a scheduler of HDT dynamically manages bandwidth allocation and reallocation to a subscriber considering the situation of communication traffic. Finally, three alternations are used for safety.

Video-on-demand is an interactive service that provides programs (movie, home shopping, etc.) to users connected to a network. This service will require high bandwidth network and video servers with a large amount of storage capacity. From the viewpoint of system analysis, there are optimization problems to be solved. In this paper, we present a dynamic programming method for allocating the storage for programs being served in a multi-level video-on-demand network. In the optimization of the network resource, we consider the three kinds of costs: installation cost for video servers, program storage cost, and transmission (or communication) cost. The factors related to the costs are investigated. An example is shown to illustrate the proposed method.

In this paper, We analyze a capacity dimensioning and performance of the access line to the X.25 packet network when the AO/DI internet service is connected via D-channel. We show the forecasting methodology of the traffic demand of the D-channel internet services when the TDX-1OA switching system accommodates the target number of subscriber. Based on the traffic demand forecast, the required capacity of the access line is suggested to prevent bottleneck problem in the access line to the X.25 packet network.

In these days, the big-size and high resolution multimedia file is widely used through networks. To transfer and service effectively, the internet network technology is necessary to substitute broadcasting. Normally Content Delivery Network(CDN) is widely used in conventional internet for multimedia services. But it has a small bandwidth to service. So to solve this problems, many researchers have suggest the protocol for download, content distribution/saving, server synchronization, caching, pushing rate, and streaming etc. But all of these has some defects like low resolution, packets loss and delay, real application implementations etc. So, this paper suggests a new method of network protocol based on P2P collaboration and user's content using information. And it evaluated the performance of suggested method. As the results, it showed the effectiveness of 4 performances indices : download speed, decreasing rate of connected user in same time, adaptive hit ratio, traffic decreasing rate.
