In this paper, Completely V-Regular on semiring is defined and used to derive new theorems with some of its properties. This paper also illustrates V-Regular algebra and Completely V-Regular Algebra with examples and properties. By extending completely V-Regular to fuzzy, a new concept, fuzzy V-Regular is brought out and fuzzy completely V-Regular algebra is introduced too. It is also developed by defining the ideals of Completely V -Regular Algebra and fuzzy completely V-Regular algebra. Finally, this fuzzy algebra concept is applied in image processing to detect edges. This V-Regular Algebra is novel in the research area.

We study equivalent definitions and some categorical properties of completely regular quasi-ordered spaces and zero-dimensional quasi-ordered spaces. Using the o-completely regular (resp. o-zero-dimensional) filters on a completely regular (resp. zero-dimensional) quasi-ordered space, we show that the category COMPOS (resp. ZCOMPOS) of compact (resp. compact zero-dimensional) partially ordered spaces is reflective in the category CRQOS (resp. ZQOS) of completely regular (resp. zero-dimensional) quasi-ordered spaces and continuous isotones.

According to the paper in [3], the kernel of an ordered semigroup S is a completely regular subsemigroup of S. In this note we show that the kernel of an ordered semigroup S is not a completely regular subsemigroup of S, in general.

In this paper we introduce the notion of P-strongly regular near-ring. We have shown that a zero-symmetric near-ring N is P-strongly regular if and only if N is P-regular and P is a completely semiprime ideal. We have also shown that in a P-strongly regular near-ring N, the following holds: (i) $Na$ + P is an ideal of N for any $a{\in}N$. (ii) Every P-prime ideal of N containing P is maximal. (iii) Every ideal I of N fulfills I + P = $I^2$ + P.

The intuitionistic fuzzification of the notion of a bi-ideal in ordered semigroups is considered. In terms of intuitionistic fuzzy set, conditions for an ordered semigroup to be completely regular is provided. Characterizations of intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals in ordered semigroups are given. Using a collection of bi-ideals with additional conditions, an intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideal is constructed. Natural equivalence relations on the set of all intuitionistic fuzzy bi-ideals of an ordered semigroup are investigated.

A regular t-balanced Cayley map on a group Γ is an embedding of a Cayley graph on Γ into a surface with certain special symmetric properties. We completely classify regular t-balanced Cayley maps for a class of split metacyclic 2-groups.
