New ship technology and trapping equipment must be implemented into ship sailing which is currently used nowadays. The day/night camera stability, user interface, track, and remote control system of Jim structure for all over the world should be competitive in the global market. The development equipment sales are losing its competitiveness edge of the existing sailing ship communications equipment due to supply to the aging of the entire system and integration of the development especially for foreign equipment competitor.

The purpose of the existing work is to inspect the impact of knowledge management on organizational performance. Business experts now appreciate how important knowledge management is for organizational performance. Earlier studies have investigated the research model with causal linkages, however, only a few of them have considered sample-selecting bias problems when analyzing the model of knowledge management on organizational performance. The number of 312 executives related to knowledge management from 312 enterprises that have been approved with quality management systems offered suitable responses for analyses. The data was employed to investigate the effect of knowledge management on organizational performance, considering sample-selecting bias. The empirical outcomes indicate that sample-selecting bias exists in the causal impact of knowledge management on organizational performance. The empirical findings are helpful to scholars of knowledge management as well as business executives by giving an insight into the casual effect of knowledge management on organizational performance with the intervention of sample-selecting bias. The acceptance of knowledge management should be tailored to improve competitive advantages that will lead to better organizational performance.

Many methods of discovering social networking communities or clustering of features are based on the network structure or the content network. This paper proposes a community discovery method based on topic models using a time factor and an unsupervised clustering method. Online community discovery enables organizations and businesses to thoroughly understand the trend in users' interests in their products and services. In addition, an insight into customer experience on social networks is a tremendous competitive advantage in this era of ecommerce and Internet development. The objective of this work is to find clusters (communities) such that each cluster's nodes contain topics and individuals having similarities in the attribute space. In terms of social media analytics, the method seeks communities whose members have similar features. The method is experimented with and evaluated using a Vietnamese corpus of comments and messages collected on social networks and ecommerce sites in various sectors from 2016 to 2019. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method over other methods.

CR asthma is associated with disease chronicity, a positive family history of asthma and in vitro and in vivo defects in mononuclear cell function. The HPA axis in CR asthmatics is suppressed normally by dexamethasone and the pharmacokinetic profile of an oral dose of prednisolone is similar to that found in CS subjects. In addition, competitive binding studies have shown that the ligand binding and nuclear translocation functions of the GR are similar in the two groups. Studies using gel retardation assay have indicated a defect in DNA binding in CR subjects. Chemical mutational analysis of the GR has shown that is not due to a defect in its structure at the cDNA level. Scatchard analysis of the GR/DNA and GR/ligand interactions suggests that there may be transcriptional interference of the GR with other transcriptionally active molecules leading to defective gene transcription.

PEMFC has high potential for future development due to its high energy density, eco-friendliness, and high energy efficiency. When it becomes small, light and flexible, it can be competitive as an energy source for portable devices or flexible electronic devices. However, the use of hard and heavy materials for structural rigidity and uniform contact pressure transmission has become an obstacle to reducing the weight and flexibility of PEMFCs. This review intends to provide an example of the application of a new structure and material for lightweight and flexibility. As a lightweight PEMFC, a tubular design is presented and structural advantages through numerical modeling are explained. Manufacturing methods to realize the structural advantages and possibilities of tubular PEMFCs are discussed. In addition, the materials and manufacturing processes used to fabricate lightweight and flexible PEMFCs are described and factors affecting performance are analyzed. Strategies and structural improvements of light and flexible movements are discussed according to the component parts.

The power battery supply chain in China currently lacks stable cooperation and effective information exchange. The competitive pressure brings about irregular recycling channels, reducing the operation and efficiency of the power battery supply chain. Besides, some regular power battery recycling enterprises fabricate data to obtain subsidies by taking advantage of the loopholes in the relevant policies of the state on recycling subsidies. Due to the high price of recycling in the black market, some regular enterprises resell the batteries recycled through regular channels, later purchasing the batteries with no utilization value to obtain the national recycling subsidies by cheating at the same time. 국내 커피산업에 있어서 2020년 기준으로 개인 커피전문점 점포수는 7만 5520곳으로 전체 커피전문점 점포수의 90%를 차지하였으나, 국내 3대 대형 커피프랜차이즈(스타벅스, 투썸플레이스, 이디야)의 매출액 비중은 60%으로 대형 커피프랜차이즈의 매출비중이 매우 높다[1]. 개인 커피전문점의 경우 대형프랜차이즈에 비해 자본력과 브랜드 파워 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는데, 본 연구에서는 마이클포터의 Five-Forces Model을 커피산업에 적용하여 한국 커피산업 외부환경을 분석하고, VRIO 분석을 통해 개인 커피전문점 내부자원을 분석하여 개인 커피전문점의 발전을 위한 경영전략을 도출하고자 한다.

China and Korea are good neighbors and partners. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, the two countries have made promising achievements in political, economic, and humanistic exchanges for over three decades. In particular, bilateral economic and trade relations have yielded fruitful results, attracting worldwide attention. There are also unavoidable issues in the rapid development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation. And it is of great significance to look back on the past and look forward to the future on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the Korea. With the upgrading of China's industrial structure and technological level, the bilateral trade relationship has gradually shifted from a complementary one to a competitive one. It is essential that both countries keep in mind the mutually beneficial nature of their relationship and make due contribution to the development of the Northeast Asian region and the world economy.

In recent years, changes in the university libraries environment have led to increased emphases on improving or restructuring the organizational structures of university libraries. Technology, trends toward access over ownership, user focus, and restructuring in higher education are some of the major factors contributing to these changes. The users' new information retrieving behavior are emerged from the developments in information technology with new media and from the competitive research environments, and thus this trend has led to the gradual increase of collection arrangement by subjects rather than by forms, particularly from 1995 in Korean universities' libraries. Users especially in university libraries who are frequently seeking information on the specific subject, are going to find a room accoinmodating all forms of information on the subject, that is, one-stop information service. As a result, subject division structure have adopted as a new organizational structure in Korea. Our survey shows 34 out of 73 university libraries in Korea is taking this structure of which collections are arranged by subjects, while the rest of them are operating with a traditional organizational structure by forms focusing on keeping of collection management. In the future, university libraries with traditional organizational structure will be moving towards the subject division structure which is a recommended one by this study.

The purpose of this paper is to study the effects of the competitiveness of intermediate goods and enterprise's core competency on customer value and enterprise performance. And it is the first time to investigate the intermediate product competitiveness with the variable of interest to recent corporate values and corporate customers with business performance by exploring their relationships. Intermediate products, which the competitiveness of products that target structure is introduced for the first time, and the relationships between intermediate goods competitive and product reliability, intermediate goods competitive and product innovation are studied in this paper. Further research on integral, modular, valuable, durability, by measuring parameters such as product innovation and product reliability are also conducted. Eight hypotheses are introduced for statistical hypothesis testing. Employees and typical intermediate products in electronic companies in China and South Korea are investigated. SPSS and AMOS models are applied to perform the statistical analysis. Analysis of the proposed models is fit to an acceptable level. Research results and limitations are discussed, and useful conclusions are drawn.
