일반항공 비행교관 역량별 행동지표 및 비행교관 교육요구 분석 (Identifying Behavior Indicators for Flight Instructor Competencies and Training Needs Analysis for General Aviation Flight Instructor)

  • This study aims to provide information necessary for developing a "Competency-Based Training and Evaluation Plan" for general aviation flight instructors in Korea. General aviation training experts designed a survey by selecting "Behavior Indicators" from the ICAO Flight Instructor Competency Model. This study analyses the importance of Behavioral Indicators, the level of instructor performance, and the training needs for flight instructors. According to the factor analysis, ICAO "Flight Instructor Competency Model" is found as a valid tool to measure general aviation flight instructor competencies. According to the training needs analysis, flight instructors training program needs to be improved on "Training Environment Management", "Teaching Method", and "Interaction" competencies. When compared with trainee group, flight instructors & examiners have a higher training demand for "Teaching & Learning Environment Management". This study suggests the flight instructor training program requires to be reorganized based on the competencies related to the flight instructor duties in the training environments.

교과기반 학습성취 평가 및 적응형 피드백 시스템 설계 (Study on Course-Embedded Learning Achievement Evaluation and Adaptive Feedback)

  • 고등교육기관의 역량 중심 교육과정 운영을 위해서는 교과목 수준에서 교과 학습목표(성과기준)의 성취수준을 다각도로 평가하여 학습자의 역량 함양 정도를 파악하는 교과기반 학습평가 방법에 대한 연구가 지속적으로 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 교과목 학습성과, 학습주제, 학습개념 기반의 학습평가 모델 및 성취수준에 따른 개인화된 학습 피드백 모델을 제안한다. 먼저 데이터 모델링 과정에서 교과목의 계층화된 학습성과, 학습주제 및 학습개념 그래프 및 학습성과-평가 매트릭스 모델을 정의하고 이를 기반으로 학습성과별, 학습주제별, 학습자별 등 다각도의 학습성취 수준을 측정하고 피드백하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 학습성취평가 모델의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 자바프로그래밍 교과목에 적용하여 실제 데이터를 기반으로 실험을 진행하였으며 그 결과 성취수준의 산출 및 학습 피드백이 가능함을 보였다.

성과중심교육과정 개발사례: 가톨릭대학교 의과대학 (Development of an Outcome-Based Medical Curriculum: A Case Report from The Catholic University of Korea School of Medicine)

  • The recent medical education paradigm shift from teacher-centered to student-centered education, has led to a concentration on students' performance and competency. This means that a physician should be able to provide adequate health care in any real medical treatment situation. In order to reflect such a paradigm shift, The Catholic University of Korea School of Medicine launched a new curriculum in 2009 that emphasizes students' performance and competency-based education, known as "outcome-based education." In outcome-based education, the educational process is determined by the desired outcome, signifying the detailed competency that a graduating student should have. Thus, in outcome-based education, we should first determine the competency that results from adequate training and education, followed by specific teaching and learning strategies, methods, and assessment. This paper reviews how The Catholic University School of Medicine developed its new curriculum according to the development steps of outcome-based education.

과학기술인력 이러닝 역량모델링 및 교육로드맵 개발 (The Development of E-learning Competency Modeling and Education Roadmap for Human Resource in Science & Technology)

  • 이러닝은 오늘날 대중적인 학습방법 중의 하나이다. 이러닝산업의 성장에 따라 많은 연구자들이 역량향상을 위한 학습도구로 이러닝을 활용하게 되었다. 이러한 상황에서 역량기반 교육과정이 교육효과성을 높이는데 기여한다는 선행연구에 주목하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 과학기술인을 대상으로 이러닝 역량모델을 개발하고 이를 기반으로 교육체계를 도출하여 교육로드맵을 제시하였다. 과학기술인의 필요역량을 도출하기 위한 방법으로 교육수요조사, FGI, 델파이 조사, 전문가 워크숍 등을 시행하였다. 특히 업무성격에 따라 연구직과 행정직을 구분하고 업무경력을 고려한 5단계의 직급별 교육로드맵을 제시하였다. 이러한 결과는 역량기반의 맞춤형 교육과정 개발과 과학기술인 대상의 중장기적인 역량개발경로의 지원을 가능하게 한다.

A study to improve the national technical qualification practical evaluation method of National Competency Standards in the field of organic agriculture

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the National Technical Qualification Practical Evaluation focusing on National Competency Standards. First, in order to strengthen practical techniques such as field abilities and expertise, practical evaluation methods were applied to the National Competency Standards, referring to a learning module focused on field performance. Second, an expert advisory committee in the field of organic agriculture was utilized to compare, analyze, and match the competency unit and competency unit elements of the National Competency Standards with the national technical qualification examination standards in field of organic agriculture. In addition, in order to identify work in progress in the industrial field, share professional practice skills, and analyze facilities and equipment, we visited an organic agriculture industry site. Through this, a practical evaluation exam was developed. Subsequently, in order to confirm the adequacy of the developed exam, the pilot test assessment was conducted for those majoring in organic agriculture. Finally, as a feasibility study, a survey was conducted. Based on the results, greater technical job competency in the field of organic agriculture will contribute to strengthening knowledge in this field by suggesting an improvement plan for the national technical qualifications practical evaluation method in the field of organic agriculture.

역량기반 간호교육과정을 위한 핵심역량 모델링 (Modeling Core Competencies in the Competency-based Nursing Curriculum)

  • 본 논문은 간호사의 역량을 규명하고, 전체 간호업무의 80%를 통제할 수 있는 20%의 핵심간호역량을 도출하여 이를 기반으로 하는 간호교육과정 개발을 위한 간호역량을 모델링하기 위해 시도되었다. 각종 역량 관련 문헌고찰을 통하여 역량기반 교육과정, 역량 및 간호역량의 개념을 확인하고, 간호역량의 개념에 부합하는 각종 간호역량을 열거 및 유목화 하여 이들 간의 관계를 규명하였다. 또한 각종 역량 모델링의 방법을 검토하여 이를 토대로 역량기반 간호교육과정에 고유한 핵심역량 모델의 예시적 개념 지도를 제시하였다. 역량기반 간호교육과정을 위한 핵심역량은 기저역량, 실무역량, 인성역량으로 대별되고 기저역량은 전공(이론+실기)과 간호술로 역량의 기본이 된다. 실무역량은 임상적 판단, 대상자 교육, 의사소통, 환자 안전, 질 향상, 병동 및 자원 관리 등으로 구성되며 인성역량은 리더십, 책임 인식, 협력, 정책변화 대응 등으로 이루어진다. 이들은 자기주도적 학습과 비판적 사고 능력을 통하여 지속적인 순환 관계를 유지한다. 결국 이러한 역량을 가진 간호사는 지식근로자로써 자기주도적 학습자이며 전문적이고 효율적인 의사소통가이다. 간호역량을 확정시키는 후속연구가 계속되어야 하며 실제 역량기반교육과정에 적용하여 성과를 측정하고 이를 다시 반영하는 과정이 지속적으로 이루어져야 함을 제언한다.

  • 독서능력은 학생의 문제해결능력과 자기주도 학습능력 그리고 평생학습능력을 위한 핵심능력이며, 학습독서는 자원기반학습이나 탐구기반학습을 통해서 이루어진다. 본 연구에서는 학습독서의 한 방법으로서 통합교육과정을 제시하고 있는데, 이 방법은 교과교사와의 협력을 통해서 완성된다. 특히 본 연구에서는 통합교육과정과 협동수업을 위한 구체적인 학습모형으로서 독서기반 정보문제 해결모형을 소개한다.

기업역량으로서의 조직학습 - 품질경영활동과 기업성과간의 매개적 역할을 중심으로 (A study of organizational learning as a corporate competency : focusing on the mediate effect between quality management and business performance)

  • This study investigates the relationships of total quality management (TQM), organizational learning (OL) activities and business performance and examines the partial mediation effect of OL activities on business performance in Korean industrial manufacturing setting. Main target sample firms were all manufacturing companies listed in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and 206 firms participated. This study theoretically develops a conceptual model with 3 hypotheses regarding how TQM practices influence OL activities and how the OL activities partially mediate between the TQM practices and business performance. To examine these hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed and an alternative model which includes a path between errors of leadership factor and OL construct was developed. The findings are TQM practices cannot directly influence business performance but indirectly impact business performance through OL activities. This study found that OL activities playa role as firms' critical competency to improve business performance.

간호대학 시뮬레이션 교육의 이행(transition)에 대한 개념 분석 (Transition of Simulation-Based Learning in Nursing Schools: A Concept Analysis)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the attributes, antecedents, and consequences of the transition of simulation-based learning (SBL) in nursing schools. Methods : The study was conducted in accordance with Walker and Avant's conceptual analysis process. We searched MEDLINE, CINAHL, EMBASE, Google Scholar, and RISS (Korean Education and Research Information Service) databases, resulting in nine studies for an in-depth review. Results : The attributes of transition of SBL include (1) preparing for a professional role, (2) practicing in a real clinical setting, and (3) progressing toward expected competency. Antecedents of the concept include novice status, changing roles, clinical experience in controlled settings, and expected competency in the clinical setting. Conclusion : The transition of SBL includes the important feature of progression toward expected competency. Further research is needed to identify graduate nurses' experiences during this transition to establish a strategy for improving it and developing a measurement tool that reflects attributes of the concept.

간호.사회복지 분야의 현장 요구조사에 기초한 대학생 직업기초능력 향상 교육프로그램 개발과 평가 (Development of University Students' Key Competency Improvement Program Based on Field Demanding Analysis in Nursing and Social Welfare)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate learning effects of the key competency improvement program which is based in nursing and social welfare fields demanding analysis for nursing and social welfare among university freshmen. Method: The program was based on the ADDIE model. The field demanding analysis gave a questionnaire to 459 participants in the nursing and social welfare workplace. The subjects of this study were 136 students as an experimental group and 116 students as a control group which participated in the questionnaire. The experimental group was given a newly developed program, on the other hand, the control group was given traditional lessons. Collected data were analyzed by ANCOVA with SPSS. Result: The result of this study was that linkage perception of health and welfare, self-directed learning ability, participation perception, and interpersonal relationship ability showed significant improvement in the experimental group. Conclusion: This study can be used as basic data for management and evaluation of programs that are available not only to field-oriented disciplines but also to overall higher education fields which aim to strengthen core competency.
