사내기업가정신 통합교과 교육에 학습자 중심의 융복합 디자인씽킹 교수법을 적용하고 사회적 문제해결능력 향상효과를 평가함으로써 예비보건행정가의 사회적 문제해결능력 향상 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 대구광역시 일개 대학의 보건행정과 2학년 학생 45명을 대상으로 2016년 3월부터 2016년 6월까지 총 15주간 융복합 디자인씽킹을 적용한 후 사전-사후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 결과로써 예비보건행정가들의 사회적 문제해결능력 향상 효과는 부정적 문제지향과 충동-부주의적 반응양식, 회피적 반응양식에 긍정적 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 여학생과 근로경험이 없는 경우, 충동-부주의적 반응양식에 각각 긍정적 효과가 나타났다. 통합교과 교육에 융복합 디자인씽킹 교수법이 사회적 문제해결능력향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 확인하였다. 사회적 문제해결능력 향상을 위한 통합교과 프로그램 개발과 이 연구와 같은 창의적 교수법의 적용을 권장한다.

In the SW industry, the diversification of global markets and technology trends are changing due to the emergence of new services, and IT companies are in need of strategic change different from the previous one. In this study, SWOT analysis was performed by extracting the internal environmental factors and external environmental factors through the previous studies to improve the project performance competence of small IT companies, and the SWOT Matrix was reconstructed through the pairwise comparison. Based on this, the purpose of this research was to propose the project performance competency improvement plans for small IT companies based on importance and priority, and the following four strategies were derived from the result of SWOT-AHP analysis. SO strategy was drawn in direction to invest R & D in new SW industry to enhance technology competitiveness of SMEs in order to develop SMEs, and in order to secure competitiveness of SW industry, WO strategy is drawn the cultivation of professional technical manpower through SW policy. ST Strategy presented technical management through SW system improvement policy to improve SW environment, and WT Strategy presented awareness training on the construction and necessity of project management system construction. Using the strategies presented in this study, it is expected that the managers of small IT firms will be presented as references to measure the performance competence factors of current organizations and company organizations.

이 연구는 PBL을 활용한 CAE 수업이 전문지식 습득과 역량 제고에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 동의대학교 자동차공학과 3학년 학생들에게 1년 과정의 교과목에 PBL 수업을 적용하였으며, 1학기와 2학기에 각각 만족도 및 효과에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 각 학기별 설문조사에서 유의미한 차이로 2학기의 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 비대면 정보교류와 팀 활동에 대해서는 만족도가 높게 나왔다. 아울러 교과목에 대한 지식과 기주도학습, 문제해결력, 의사소통 등의 개인 역량 향상에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 평가됐다. 본 연구는 수업 개선을 위한 정량적 지표로 사용될 수 있으며, 교과목 운영의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 교육적 함의가 있다.

Purpose: This study evaluated the effect of a teaching model to improve cultural competency (TMCC) for Korean undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A nonequivalent control group pretest/posttest quasi-experimental study was conducted with a convenience sample of 168 undergraduate nursing students in South Korea. The experimental group of 121 seniors was taught a 13-week teaching model in order to improve cultural competence. A control group with 47 junior students underwent nursing major courses, but did not take this teaching model. Before and after the program, students' level of cultural competency was measured using the Questionnaire for Cultural Competence (QCC) consisting of three sub-scales: "awareness and desire," "encounter," and "nursing skill and knowledge." Results: After the experiment, the experimental group showed significantly higher improvement in the Questionnaire for Cultural Competence in the three sub-scales of "awareness and desire," "encounter," and "nursing skill and knowledge" than the control group (p=<.050). Conclusion: A teaching model to improve cultural competence was effective in improving Korean undergraduate nursing students' cultural competency. Further studies need to be repeated in order to identify the effectiveness of the teaching model to improve cultural competency with graduate or clinical nurses.

Purpose - The labor management department is an important area in charge of the labor-management relations that affects the competitiveness of the company. This study seeks to diagnose labor management education focusing on labor manager competency strengthening curriculum that is currently being conducted domestically and propose an educational model that can contribute to the labor manager competency development by researching improvement measures. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the first phase is a Delphi open form survey and 15 expert panels participated. The second phase had 31 expert panels participating and in the final IPA analysis, targeting 111 on-site subjects, it conducted a survey regarding desired level of current educational level and future education requirement. Results - A final 57 subjects regarding 11 items to increase the competency of the labor managers through the first and second Delphi survey was deduced through this study. To add, regarding the current education level and desired level that the current workers are thinking with respect to analysis results of the 57 subjects through the IPA analysis, an educational model could be deduced to increase competency of the labor managers based on the result. Conclusions - Thus far, research regarding labor management has been insufficient as it was defined as a subordinate role to human resources. This study reviews the role and competency of labor managers and presented an educational model to strengthen the capabilities of internal labor managers to re-illuminate the labor manager. However, this study is limited in terms of the diversity of the types of companies participating and the small number of panels. Better data can be produced if such parts are supplemented in the future.

직업능력개발훈련교사는 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성을 위한 훈련과정을 수료하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 갖추어 고용노동부 장관으로부터 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격증을 발급받아야 한다. 이에 국내 유일의 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수를 담당하고, 노동시장에 양산하는 역할을 수행하는 H대학교의 교육성과는 직업능력개발훈련에 많은 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 CIPP모형에 기초하여 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 실태분석을 통한 문제점을 파악하고, 나아가 자격연수 교육의 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성교육 이수자를 대상으로 교직훈련과정에 대한 현황을 파악하고, 개선방안을 도출하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하고 173부의 결과를 활용하였으며, 설문결과에 대한 세부현황 파악과 심층 분석을 위해 8인의 교육 대상자를 선정하여 인터뷰를 병행하였다. 연구결과 상황요인에서 교육과정의 목표, 교육자원 등에서 긍정적인 답변이 도출되었다. 반면 학습자와 사회적 요구를 반영한 교육과정에 대한 부정적 의견이 있었다. 투입요인에서는 교육목표와 훈련요구 항목에서 긍정의견이 도출되었으나 학습자들의 교육목표 성취여부는 부정적 의견이 많았다. 또한 온라인콘텐츠 교육의 부정적 의견이 많았다. 과정요인에서는 수업관련 부분, 학습자 출결관리, 기관지원 등에서 긍정평가가 높았으나, 자격연수 종합평가에 대해 부정의견이 도출되었으며 학습기간 부족에 따른 학습자 부담이 주요 원인으로 나타났다. 산출요인에서는 교육과정의 현업적용가능성에서 산업직종별 교육훈련을 담당하는 훈련교사들에게 교육학 및 직업훈련 운영과 관련된 학습이 편성된 자격연수에 긍정적인 의견이 도출되었다. 그러나 학습 성취도에서 교육수준 대비 학습시간과 학습 집중도문제, 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 등 부정적 의견도 있었다. 연구결과를 기초로 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 개선 방안을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 평일과정 연수일정의 탄력적 운영이 요구된다. 둘째, 수요자 중심의 온라인 교육과정 개선을 강구할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지방거주 교육이수자들의 자격연수 접근성을 모색할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 자격연수 합격자들에 대한 사전 교육지원이 진행될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 자격연수 수료자에 대한 사후 관리가 필요하다.

본 연구의 목적은 지역아동센터 종사자의 아동 대상 실천역량 향상 프로그램을 실행하고 그 영향을 평가하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 프로그램은 지역아동센터 종사자 10명을 대상으로 매 120분간 주1회로 5주간 실행되었다. 양적 평가를 위하여 유사실험설계의 비동일 비교집단 설계가 사용되었으며, 질적 평가를 위하여 프로그램관련 기록물 등을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 그 결과, 양적 평가에서는 본 프로그램에 참여한 지역아동센터 종사자의 사회복지실천기술 숙련도와 클라이언트관계변화 임파워먼트가 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 질적 평가에서는 종사자의 실천역량 향상, 아동의 변화에 대한 인식, 프로그램의 강점 및 보완점 인식이라는 주관적 경험이 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 아동을 대상으로 하는 대표적인 서비스전달체계인 지역아동센터의 종사자 실천역량을 향상시킴으로써, 지역아동센터 종사자의 실천에 있어 전문성과 효과성을 제고하고 궁극적으로 아동의 건강한 발달 및 정신건강 증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

문제해결력은 21세기를 성공적으로 살아가기 위해 요구되는 역량(21st Century Skills) 또는 생애 능력(Life Competency) 중 핵심 역량이며, 2009년부터 적용되는 개정교육과정에서도 화두로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 첨단 디지털 사회에서 대안 교과서로 제안되고 있는 디지털교과서의 영향력을 학습자의 문제해결력 측면에서 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 디지털교과서 사용과 문제해결력 신장 수업 경험이 학습자의 문제해결력에 유의미한 차이를 나타내는지 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 관련 선행 연구 고찰을 바탕으로 디지털교과서와 문제해결력 신장 수업을 독립변수로 선정하고 두 개의 독립 변수간의 상호작용 효과가 있는지 판단하고자 이원 분산분석과 학생 면담을 실시하였다. 초등학교 5학년 4개 학급을 대상으로 통제집단 사전사후 검사를 실시한 결과, 디지털교과서를 사용한 집단이 사용하지 않은 집단보다 문제해결력이 신장된 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 문제해결력 신장 수업을 처치한 것이 처치하지 않은 것보다 학생들의 문제해결력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 디지털교과서 사용과 문제해결력 신장 수업 간에는 상호작용 효과가 있는 것으로 나타나 디지털교과서를 활용한 교수 설계에서 교사들의 교수행위에 대한 고려가 요구됨을 확인하였다.

최근 교육개혁과 관련하여 자주 언급되고 있는 '역량'이라는 단어는 학문과 지식을 중시했던 기존 교육이 현실 사회 적응력을 중시한 교육으로 변화됨을 나타낼 때 주로 사용된다. 전문대학의 교육도 장차 직업생활에서 요구되는 실천적 역량을 갖춘 인재를 양성하는데 적합하도록 교육과정의 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전문대학 교육과정 운영 실태에 대한 문제점을 파악하여 해결방안을 모색해 보았으며, 역량기반 교육모델에 대한 선행연구 자료를 검토하여 전문대학 교육과정에 적용 가능성을 분석하여, 도입이 타당함을 제시하였다. 또한 한국산업인력공단에서 개발한 직업기초능력 표준을 직업교육의 교과내용으로 반영하고 이를 운영할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로써, 효과적으로 교육과정을 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
