  • The concern of personal and social security has been increased all over the world with each passing day by the international terrorism and the domestic crime of violence grew gradually in the late of 70's and the early of 80's. The Security-Guard Industry, especially, has been growing rapidly by the starting from the 911 terror in 2001, therefore there has been increasing the supply and demand of Security Service in Korea explosively by the reasons, Actually, the Facilities Security Service is increased actively more than the VIP security Service among them. So, most of the Security-Guard Companies in Korea also have treated the Facilities Security Service at present. Although the importance of quality at the Facilities Security Service, especially mechanical equipments and systems, is on the rise, actually the studies about relations with the Service Quality and the Client's Satisfaction are quite insufficient at the field of Security-Guard Science study in the actual situation. As a result, the purposes of this study are to contribute for composing the knowledge of Security-Guard Science and to offer the basic data for elevating the Service Quality and Client's Satisfaction by consulting other studies. In order to achieve the purposes of this study, we compare and analyze how the Service Quality have affect on the difference of Client's Satisfaction by the client's characteristic of sociology and demography, then we find out the effect to the Service Quality for Client's Satisfaction, finally we try to show the vision of the Security-Guard Company's future in Korea. 1. The Effects of Apartment Office Managers' Servant Leadership on the Residents' Satisfaction and Housing Management Company Contract Renewal Ratio (공동주택 관리소장의 서번트 리더십이 입주자만족도와 관리업체 재계약율에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to verify the effects of the apartment office managers' servant leadership on the residents' satisfactions and housing management company contract renewal ratio, and to examine whether the number of apartment units and the apartments' average size have the moderating effects upon the relationship between servant leadership and the residents's satisfaction and housing management company contract renewal ratio. For the purpose of testing the hypotheses, the questionnaire survey was conducted targeting 1,000 apartment office staffs and 8,000 apartment residents of 200 apartment complex in the region of Ulsan, Kyungnam, and Busan, and the statistical analyses were carried out for the useful questionnaires of 961 apartment office staffs and 7,119 apartment residents. The main results are as follows: First, the higher the office managers servant leadership is, the higher the residents' satisfactions. Second, the number of apartment units and the average size have moderating effects on the relationship between the office managers' servant leadership and housing management company contract renewal ratio. Finally, the summary, implications, and limitations of this study, and the future research direction were discussed in the conclusion.

Construction of Customer Appeal Classification Model Based on Speech Recognition

  • Aiming at the problems of poor customer satisfaction and poor accuracy of customer classification, this paper proposes a customer classification model based on speech recognition. First, this paper analyzes the temporal data characteristics of customer demand data, identifies the influencing factors of customer demand behavior, and determines the process of feature extraction of customer voice signals. Then, the emotional association rules of customer demands are designed, and the classification model of customer demands is constructed through cluster analysis. Next, the Euclidean distance method is used to preprocess customer behavior data. The fuzzy clustering characteristics of customer demands are obtained by the fuzzy clustering method. Finally, on the basis of naive Bayesian algorithm, a customer demand classification model based on speech recognition is completed. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of the customer demand classification to more than 80%, and improves customer satisfaction to more than 90%. It solves the problems of poor customer satisfaction and low customer classification accuracy of the existing classification methods, which have practical application value.

Identifying the Effect of Personal, Foodservice and Organizational Characteristics on Foodservice Managers' Job Satisfaction by the Contract Management Company Scale (위탁급식업체 규모에 따른 급식관리자 직무만족에 영향을 미치는 개인, 급식소 및 조직특성 분석)

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the influences of contract foodservice managers' personal characteristics, foodservice characteristics and organizational characteristics on job satisfaction, including interpersonal relationships, self-actualization and promotion opportunity categories. A survey was administered to four hundred contract foodservice managers of five large companies and five small/medium companies in the Seoul and Kyungin areas. The final response rate was 66%(N=265), and the data were analyzed using SPSS Windows(ver. 12.0). The respondents were 76.1% female, average age 28.8 years, and 73.0% were regular workers. Contract foodservices have profit and loss contracts(69.1%), single menu types(59.6%) and buffet serving styles(37.7%). There are significant differences of job satisfaction by some personal characteristic variables(gender, martial status, age, education, position, work hours, period of working for the present company, and payroll per year) and foodservice characteristic variables(type of contract and charge of food costs). In three job satisfaction categories, foodservice managers reported the highest interpersonal relationship satisfaction, following self-actualization satisfaction and promotion opportunity satisfaction in both large companies and small/medium companies. However, foodservice managers of large companies tended to be more satisfied regarding their promotion opportunities than foodservice managers of small/medium companies(p<0.05). Work hours, number of meals served/day, male, workload, communication with the clients, relationship with co-workers, obvious role and autonomy were significant factors to increase the job satisfaction in contract foodservices of large companies. On the other hand, relationships with co-workers and males were significant factors to increase the job satisfaction in contract foodservices of small/medium companies. This research suggests that contract foodservice companies need to understand the characteristics of their managers, foodservices and organizations to enhance the job satisfaction of foodservice managers and to develop specified human resource management strategies that can be applied to each company scale.

Quality Determinants and Customer Satisfaction in Consulting Service for Small and Medium Sized Company (중소기업 컨설팅서비스의 품질 및 고객만족에 관한 연구)

  • This paper investigates the quality determinants in the consulting service for small and medium sized company. The results of the analysis show that the quality dimension is composed of two factors, consulting skills and interaction, and consulting skills are composed of understanding, expertise, and reliability. Also, this paper examines how the quality factors affect customer satisfaction and loyalty using a structural equation model. The result shows that all consulting skills affect customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. The consulting results have an effect on customer satisfaction but have no direct influence on customer loyalty.

  • Customer satisfaction is undoubtedly one of the top strategic issues in the new decade. Today, many organizations are rushing to become more customer focused. A key component of many initiatives is the implementation of customer satisfaction software. In this paper, we provide a case study for customer satisfaction management in a city gas company. The three issues include the plan for giving premiums and the development of a happycall system and a web-based measurement system for customer satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this paper is to examine the effects of customer perception about service physical evidence and process quality by liquor wholesaler on customer satisfaction and maintaining business relationship. Also this paper tries to find out the moderating effect of relational duration on those service qualities and deal satisfaction. Based on the responses from 53 stores, the result of multiple regression analysis appears as follow that (1) the perception of intangible service quality is positively related to deal satisfaction, (2) deal satisfaction is positively related to maintaining business, and (3) the interaction of relational duration and each perception of service qualities is significant.

Influences of Internet Shopping Mall Pattern Interactivity on Satisfaction Degree and Recommendation Intention (인터넷쇼핑몰 유형별 상호작용성이 만족도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This research sees that even interactivities have differences by the types of internet shopping malls and compared and analyzed the interactivities by classifying them into open market and special malls. The research survey was conducted aiming at those who purchased products in Internet shopping malls within the latest 6 months, and, then, a statistical analysis was carried out. The analysis result showed the interactivity in internet shopping malls was deduced as 2 perspectives while it was confirmed that there are differences according to shopping mall types. For open markets, interactivities of both 'between company and customers' and 'between customers and customers' have significant influences on the satisfaction degree. Especially, the interactivity of 'between company and customers' have higher influences on the satisfaction degree. However, for the specialty malls, it was shown that only the interactivity of 'between company and customers' have significant influences on the customer satisfaction degree. Additionally, it was confirmed that the satisfaction degree toward a shopping mall has positive influence even on future recommendation intentions. Such research results confirmed that distinctive strategies which consider the patterns of shopping malls should be applied in order for a company to effectively utilize the interactivity in internet shopping mall markets.

The Effect of Service Authenticity and Service Quality on the Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Financial Investment Company (금융투자회사의 서비스진정성, 서비스품질이 고객만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine effects of service authenticity and service quality on the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in mediation of customer trust in financial investment company. This research model was validated by the statistical tool of SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 using survey data collected from the experienced of financial investment company. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, service process authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction and customer oriented authenticity has a significant effect with customer satisfaction in mediation of customer trust. Second, service quality(tangibility, reliability, assurance, empathy, except responsiveness) has a positive effect(empathy is the highest of all) with customer satisfaction and the importance of service authenticity and service quality can be confirmed from customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Third, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as trust and satisfaction have significant effects between them, but there have no significance between trust and loyalty. Finally, this study suggests directions of marketing strategy through build up trust in a strong relationship with the existing loyal customer in financial investment company.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the components and to verify the relationship between service orientation, employee satisfaction, customer orientation and business performance of liner shipping company. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, literature survey related to service orientation, employee satisfaction, customer orientation and business performance was carried out and took a empirical analysis by the use of questionnaire method for employees in liner shipping company. The final results and conclusions are as follows; Service orientation of liner shipping company is a major element which has an effect on employee satisfaction. It has also effect on employee's dedicational attitude to achieve company's goal with pride on their duty and organization. In addition to, the relationship between service orientation, employee satisfaction, customer orientation and business performance finally reach to valuable attitude related in customer's satisfaction, and then it will read up high business performance and successful attainment.
