This paper deals with analysis on complex and dynamic Primary Health Care (PHC) Systems in rural community to increase understanding of the nature of PHC feedback systems. Because Industrial Dynamics can be very useful for the analysis of such complex and dynamic systems. We used that as a basic tool of Modelling and simulation running. Even If PHC system-models require many assumptions, simulations based on these models can lead decision makers to a better way of problem solving.

In the case of 'stress perception', individuals who were divorced or separated had an OR of 3.434. In terms of gender, females had an OR of 4.867 for 'depression', an OR of 2.510 for 'suicidal thoughts', and an OR of 1.847 for 'stress perception', compared to males. This study is a quasi-experimental study using nonequivalence control group no-synchronized design in order to verify the effects of the hypertension management program at a community health center on the hypertension-related knowledge, self-efficacy, anthropometric measurements and blood pressure of a hypertensive patient in local community. The result indicated a significant difference between the experimental group and control group in the scores of hypertension-related knowledge (t=-4.25, p<.001), self-efficacy (t=-4.20, p<.001), systolic blood pressure (t=7.70, p<.001) and diastolic blood(t=5.91, p<.001), body weight(t=2.32, p=.026) and abdominal circumference(t=2.17, p=.036).
