교육환경 변화에 따른 기술교사의 변화몰입과 기술교육혁신 요구, 커뮤니케이션 및 자기효능감의 구조적 관계 분석 (The Structural relationship among Commitment to Change, Needs of Technology Education Innovation, Communication and Self-Efficacy of Technology Teachers)

  • 이 연구는 기술교사의 변화몰입과 기술교육혁신 요구, 커뮤니케이션 및 자기효능감의 구조적 관계를 구명하기 위한 것으로, 문헌연구와 조사연구에 의하여 수행되었다. 변인 간의 가설적 모형의 적합성을 검증하기 위해 카이자승, 근사치 오차평균제곱근(RMSEA), 적합지수(GFI), 조정적합지수(AGFI), 표준적합지수(NFI), 비교적합지수(CFI) 등을 활용하였다. 연구의 결과에 의하면, 첫째, 기술교육 혁신요구는 기술교사들 간 커뮤니케이션과 변화몰입에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기술교사들 간 커뮤니케이션은 변화몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기효능감은 기술교사들의 변화몰입에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 기술교사들이 변화에 몰입하여 기술교육이 더욱 발전하고 활성화되기 위해서는 기술교사들 간에 활발한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어져야 하며, 무엇보다도 기술교사들이 기술교육의 현황을 분명하게 인식함으로써 기술교육 혁신의 필요성에 공감하도록 할 필요가 있다. 또한, 기술교사들의 자기효능감을 제고하기 위한 정책적인 노력이 있어야 할 것으로 판단된다. 기술교사들의 기술교육혁신 요구, 변화몰입, 커뮤니케이션, 자기효능감 등의 관계를 분석하기 위한 이 연구는 기술교육 분야에서는 처음으로 시도된 것으로 추후에 관련 연구가 이어져야 할 것이다. 특히, 기술교사들의 변화몰입에 영향을 미치는 체계적인 변인 도출, 기술교육 혁신을 성공적으로 이루어내기 위한 방안 등의 연구가 요구된다.

개인.가족.학교관련 변인이 중학생의 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of the Individual, Family and School Related Variables on the Maturity of Career Attitudes in Middle School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitude in middle school students. Independent variables were categorized into three groups: individual-related variables, family-related variables, and school-related variables. The individual-related variables were gender difference, academic year, academic achievement, and self-efficacy. The family-related variables were socio-economic status of the family, communication about career with parents, parental support, sibling's support, and value orientation of the family. The school-related variables included communication about career with friends, teacher's support, and friend's support. The subjects of this study were 490 students who were selected at random from first, second, and third grade of middle school in Daegu. A questionnaire was used for the survey. It consisted of a career attitude maturity scale, a self-efficacy scale, a communication scale, a value orientation of the family scale, and a social support scale. The data was analyzed by factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study are summarized as follow: First, among the individual-related variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitude in middle school students, self-efficacy affected all sub-factors of how mature they were in matters relating to career. Academic achievement affected decisiveness and preparation-- maturity of career attitude subfactors. And gender difference and academic year affected preparation and goal orientation. Second, the results of the family-related variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitudes in middle school students were that communication about career with parents affected decisiveness, preparation, and confidence-- maturity of career attitude sub-factors, socio-economic status of the family and sibling's support affected confidence. And value orientation of the family affected goal orientation and independence. Third, the results of the school-related variables that had an effect on the maturity of career attitude in middle school students were that communication about career with friends affected preparation-- a maturity of career attitude sub-factor; teacher's support affected decisiveness, preparation, and confidence; and friend's support affected confidence and independence. Fourth, decisiveness, preparation, and confidence among the maturity of career attitude sub-factors were affected the most by individual variables. And self-efficacy was the most significant. Goal orientation and independence were affected the most by family-related variables.

동료멘토링을 활용한 중등 예비음악교사들의 교사로서의 자기효능감 향상과 동료멘토링 인식에 대한 질적연구 (A Qualitative Study on Utilizing Peer Mentoring for Teachers' Self-efficacy Improvement and Peer Metoring Perception of Pre-Service Music Teachers)

  • 본 연구는 중등 예비음악교사들을 대상으로 동료멘토링을 활용하여 Bandura의 사회학습이론의 자기효능감 요인들 즉, 상황경험, 간접경험, 언어적/사회적 설득, 감성적/생리학적 상태의 향상과 동료멘토링 인식에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해 멘토와 멘티로 구성된 팀활동과 멘티의 수업시연 및 동료평가를 실시하였으며, 교사로서의 자기효능감 향상에 대한 결과를 확인하기 위해 인터뷰와 성찰저널을 세부적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 교사로서의 자기효능감 요인들이 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 동료멘토링의 인식에 대한 결과 분석에서 멘티의 경우 멘토들의 조언을 통해 상호작용과 소통을 통해 다양한 도움을 받을 수 있었다는 긍정적인 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 예비음악교사들의 교사로서의 자기효능감 향상을 위해 다양한 교수법을 활용한 교육실습 및 실무경험의 기회가 요구되는 것으로 분석되었다.

아동간호사의 통증관리 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Pain Management Practice in Pediatric Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to explore knowledge, barriers, and self-efficacy in relation to pain management practice, and to identify factors influencing pain management practice in pediatric nurses. Methods: A descriptive correlational study was conducted. The participants were 237 pediatric nurses from a metropolitan city. Data were analyzed using t-test or analysis of variance and Pearson correlation and multiple regression analyses. Results: The mean percentage of correct answers on the children's pain management knowledge scale was 58.8%. Child and parent related factors were the main barriers for pain management. Self-efficacy to assess children's pain across developmental stages was particularly low. Pain management practices for assessing pain and non-pharmacological interventions were relatively low. Factors significantly affecting children's pain management practice were current conditions of work department and self-efficacy in pain management, and these factors accounted for 37.5% of the variance in pain management practice. Conclusion: The results suggest that an integrative education program needs to be developed to improve self-efficacy in children's pain management practice. Moreover, good communication, building cooperative relationships with children and parents, and a more active role by pediatric nurses are required to carry out more effective pain management.

장애아 부모를 위한 아동학대 예방 프로그램 효과분석 (The Effect of a Child Abuse Prevention Program for Parents with Disabled Children)

  • Purpose: This study describes the ecological variables effect on child abuse potential and the results from a prevention program for parents with disabled children aiming at decreasing child abuse potential. Method: Data was collected from 30 parents with disabled preschoolers attending an early education center in a community. The program consisted of handouts, small group lectures, support group meetings on understanding the disabled child-parents relationship, communication skill improvement, non-punitive discipline techniques, and influences of child abuse. A non equivalent pre-post test design was employed. Result: Ecological variables, and parenting self-efficacy, had a significant effect on child abuse potential in parents with a disabled child. By regression parenting self-efficacy showed(27.1 %) child abuse potential. Both parenting self-efficacy and beliefs in corporal punishment directly related to (52.0%) child abuse potential in parents. The program was effective inbringing some positive changes on pareting self-efficacy beliefs in corporal punishment, and child abuse potential toward disabled children. However, marital discord was not significantly effected. Conclusion: Child abuse prevention programs should decrease thechild abuse potential in parents. Thus I recommend a child abuse prevention program development; for parents with disabled adolescents, and teachers in disabled child education.

LCSI를 활용한 자기성장 프로그램이 대학생의 자기 효능감, 대학생활 적응에 미치는 효과 (Effect of LCSI- based self-growth program on self-efficacy, adjustment to college life of undergraduates)

  • 본 연구는 일 개 대학의 대학생을 대상으로 LCSI를 활용한 자기 성장 프로그램이 자기 효능감과 대학생활 적응에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위하여, 실시한 단일군 전후 실험 연구로 대학생 39명을 대상으로 2013년 10월 4주간 총 8회기의 LCSI 자기 성장 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램 효과를 확인하기 위해 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였고, 그 결과 자기 효능감과 그 하부 요인 자신감, 자기조절, 과제 난이도 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였고, 대학생활 적응과 그 하부 요인 학업적응, 사회적응, 정서적응, 신체 적응, 대학 애착 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. LCSI를 이용한 자기 성장 프로그램이 자기 효능감과 대학생활 적응에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되어지며, 각각의 대상자 특성과 다양한 상황을 적용한 LCSI 프로그램을 기획하고 제공한다면 의사소통이나 갈등 관리 등 여러 다양한 상황에서 유용하게 적용될 수 있으리라 생각된다.

건강정보 이해능력에 따른 관상동맥질환 관련 서면정보의 제공이 환자의 건강행위 이행에 대한 자기효능감, 질병 지식, 불안, 교육만족도에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Written Information for Coronary Artery Disease Depending on Patients' Health Literacy on Health Behavior Compliance Related Self-efficacy, Knowledge of Disease, Anxiety, and Educational Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of providing written information for coronary artery disease on health behavior compliance related self-efficacy, knowledge of disease, anxiety, and educational satisfaction depending on patients' health literacy. Methods: The participants in this study were 40 patients who underwent coronary angiography or coronary intervention, and depending on the level of health literacy 30 patients were high group and 10 patients were low group. Each group was evaluated on health behavior compliance related self-efficacy, knowledge of disease, anxiety, and educational satisfaction with providing written information. Results: By providing written information in the group with high health literacy, there was a significant difference in health behavior compliance related self-efficacy, knowledge of disease, but there was no significant difference in anxiety variable. On the other hand, there was no significant difference in health behavior compliance related self-efficacy, knowledge of disease, and anxiety by providing written information in the group with low health literacy. Also, there was no significant difference in the educational satisfaction between high and low group of health literacy after providing written information. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop educational materials that can be applied to clinical nursing field with considering health literacy of patients with coronary artery disease. In addition to providing written information, it is also necessary to develop other educational intervention programs such as video and personalized counseling that may be helpful for coronary patients with low health literacy and investigate their effectiveness.

간호입문교육 콘텐츠가 신입생의 진로태도성숙과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Nursing Introduction Content on Career Attitude Maturity and Self-Efficacy of first year students)

  • 본 연구는 간호학과 신입생을 위한 간호입문교육 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 교과목으로서 적용이 간호학과 신입생의 진로태도성숙과 자기효능감에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상은 K대학교 간호학과 신입생으로 연구 목적을 이해하고 참여하기를 동의한 129명이 참여하였다. 연구 방법은 단일군 사후 사전 실험설계 연구로 수집된 자료는 SPSS 15.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 대상자의 간호입문교육 콘텐츠 적용 전 후의 진로태도성숙과 자기효능감의 차이는 paired t-test로 분석하였다. 또한 진로태도성숙과 자기효능감의 상관관계를 Pearson's correlation으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 간호입문교육 콘텐츠 적용은 간호학과 신입생의 진로태도성숙(t=2.36, p=.002)과 자기효능감(t=2.92, p=.004)을 상승시켜 주었고, 진로태도성숙과 자기효능감의 상관관계에서는 통계적으로 유의한 강한 양의 상관관계를(r=.609, p<.001) 보였다. 이러한 연구 결과 간호입문교육 콘텐츠를 하나의 교과목으로 이용하여 간호학과 신입생의 학교생활 적응을 돕는 방법으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 ICT를 활용한 다양한 교수학습법과 간호교육 콘텐츠 개발을 제언한다.

Differences in Musical Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem through the Convergence Education Program 'I am a Music Creator' in the Music Fairy Tale that you create yourself

  • This study investigated the psychological effects of the creative music fairy tale 'I am a music creator' education program, which was implemented as the convergence educational program of the Seocho Innovation Education District in 2021 for a total of 8 weeks for elementary school students, on Musical Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem. Before verifying the effects after conducting the education program for a total of 8 weeks, a homogeneity verification of the group composition was conducted through a pre-measurement, and it was confirmed that the composition by gender and grade was homogeneous. The results of this study are as follows. First, the results of the pre-test/post-test by research subject showed that the post-test scores in Musical-Interest and Self-Efficacy were slightly higher than the pre-test scores, but there was no significant difference. When Self-Esteem was considered, There was a significant difference, and the post-test scores showed a higher average than the pre-test scores. Second, the results of the pre-test/post-test by gender of the research subject showed that the post-test scores in Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem for male students were slightly higher than the pre-test scores, but there was no significant difference. The post-test scores in Musical-Interest and Self-Efficacy for female students were slightly higher than the pre-test scores, but there was no real significant difference. Self-Esteem showed a significant difference, and the post-test scores showed a higher average than the pre-test scores. Third, the results of the pre-test/post-test by grade of the research subject showed that the post-test scores in Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem for second graders were slightly higher than the pretest scores, but there was no real significant difference. In the 3rd grade, there was a significant difference in the sub-factors of Musical-Interest, interest in music classes, and Self-Esteem, and the post-score showed a higher average than the pre-score. In the 4th grade, the post-scores were slightly higher than the pre-scores in Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem, but there was no significant difference. Through these results, it was confirmed that the integrated music activity approach has a positive influence on elementary school students' Musical-Interest, Self-Efficacy, and Self-Esteem, which are formed in the process of growth and development.

노인의 SNS 활동을 통한 소통증진 프로그램에 대한 평가연구 (An Evaluative Study on Communication Enhancement Program through Social Network Service of Older Adults in the Community)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 노인의 SNS 활동을 통한 소통증진 프로그램을 평가하려는 것이다. 이 프로그램은 소통교육, SNS 활동가 만남, SNS 교육과 실습, SNS 활동과 홍보, 시연회, SNS 활동가 발대식, 오프라인 모임 등으로 구성되어 있다. 프로그램 참여자들로부터 다양한 자료를 수집하였고, 과정과 성과 측면에서 평가하였다. 프로그램에 대한 양적 질적 분석을 실시한 결과, SNS 활용을 통한 사회참여의 기회 확대, SNS 활성화를 통한 소통증진, 노인복지의 새로운 대안문화 창출, 세대 간의 긍정적인 인식변화 등 본 프로그램이 다양한 측면에서 긍정적인효과를 가지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 노인들의 SNS 활동을통한 소통증진 프로그램을 개선하기 위한 실천 지침들을 제언하였다.
