The effect of injector driving current pattern on fuel injection rate of solenoid diesel common rail injector was studied by computer simulation. The time resolved fuel injection rate and injected quantity per stroke of a common rail injector driven with the five current patterns were computer simulated. The fuel injection rate and injected quantity per stroke according to the rail pressure and fuel injection period were also computer simulated. When the common rail injector was driven with the five driving current patterns of peak & hold, there was no difference in the fuel injection rate in the peak section regardless of all the current patterns of the five cases. On the other hand, the magnitude of the hold current value influenced the injection rate and injected quantity per stroke. That is, in the current pattern of three cases where the hold current value is equal to or more than a constant value of the peak current value, the fuel injection rates for the given common rail rail pressure and injection period are same one another. On the other hand, the current pattern of the two cases, in which the hold current value is smaller than a certain value, there is a large fluctuation in the fuel injection rate.

This paper tries to suggest a rational proposal for the distribution of compensation of common property fisheries damages caused by a large scale coastal reclamation. For the purpose the paper introduces the approach of alternative cost of the use of fishing ground. The background of the paper is the legal conflict between tenants and non-tenants, both of whom are common owners of seaweed cultivation ground, in the distribution of compensation for damages. In principal, so far as the seaweed cultivation right is a common property of the fishing association, the compensation is also a common property of it. Therefore the distribution method of the compensation entirely depends on the decision of the association. But in case that the numbers of non-tenants is larger than those of tenants, the distribution of the compensation is usually unfavorable to the tenants even though the latter is the key contributor to the realization of present value of the common property. The paper aims to show an appropriate distribution method based on the economic principle of optimal distribution. In others words, the value added to the economic value of alternative use of the fishing ground should be distributed to the tenants. the value amount of alternative use of the fishing ground should be equally distributed to the members of the association.

We empirically examine the impact of online auction knowledge and category-specific knowledge on the final price of online auctions. Specifically, we question how the relationship between buying and selling experiences affects the final prices of online auctions. Related to the trust between buyers and sellers, we examine the multiple interactions between a buyer-seller pairand aim to identify how these repeated transactions influence the final price. To contrast these effects with other product related factors, we focus on so called 'common value' auctions of vintage stamps on eBay, in which the ex-post value of the product is the same among participating agents’ perceived value. Online auction of stamps provides a representative setting to examine the relationship between market experience and the auction participation behavior in the common value auction, as it provides the book value of stamp as well as price variation across individual buyers with different expertise levels. Our analysis of over 3000 stamps auctions on eBay indicates a significantly high frequency of buyer-seller (pair) interactions, thus suggesting a 'relationship view' of auctions. The work validates five hypotheses derived from the existing theory in economics, marketing, and information systems. Through the common-value auction data, we find that seller's online auction experience and category-specific experience favor sellers by increasing the final price. However, buyer's online auction experience does not affect the final price, but buyer's category-specific experience favors buyers by decreasing the final price. We find that the trust between two trading parties increases the final price.

Distributional pattern of vascular plant species in terms of species-area relationship and distances from their species pool on the 53 islands selected in the South Korea were studied. From the relationship between vascular plant species and area the equation of species-area was established as the follow: S=cA2 c=135.52 z=0.226 S; number of species A; area of island In the equation the Z value 0.226 is lower than those of any other localities reported in the world. Z value increased with the increasing distance from the species pool while C value decreased. The relationships of Z and/or C and distance from species pool, D, were established; Z=0.002D+0.176 C=-39.5logD+178.5 The tendency of common species decrease of them with the increasing islands was fifted to the Fisher's logarithm series. Common species 50% above was 39 species, including the most common species, Pinus thunbergii. Quotient of Similarity value by Sorensen (1948) on common species was relatively low i.e. 0.27∼0.47. It is noticeable for their vegetation conditions that the naturalized plant as a indicator of disturbance, for example Erigeron canadensis, was widely distributed.

The Logic Built In Self Test (LBIST) technique is substantially applied in chip design in most many semiconductor company in despite of unavoidable overhead like an increase in dimension and time delay occurred as it used. Currently common LBIST software uses the MISR (Multiple Input Shift Register) However, it has many considerations like defining the X-value (Unknown Value), length and number of Scan Chain, Scan Chain and so on for analysis of result occurred in the process. So, to solve these problems, common LBIST software provides the solution method automated. Nevertheless, these problems haven't been solved automatically by Tri-state Bus in logic circuit yet. This paper studies the simulator and algorithm that judges whether Tri-state Bus lines is the circuit which have X-value or One-hot Value after presuming the control signal of the lines which output X-value in the logic circuit to solve the most serious problems.

In this paper, we present the three-step mean value iterative scheme and prove that the iteration sequence converge strongly to a common element of the set of fixed points of a nonexpansive mappings and the set of the solutions of the variational inclusions under some mild conditions. The results presented in this paper extend, generalize and improve the results of Noor and Huang and some others.

This paper considers scheduling a set of n-jobs on m-paraller identical processors in which all jobs have the common due date. The objective of the problem is to minimize the weighted mean absolute deviation of job completion times about such common due dates under the assumption that each job has a different weight. and to determine the optimal value of a common due date. We propose four heuristic solution methods based on several dominance conditions, and its solution procedure is illustrated with numerical examples. The Performance comparison is made among four heuristic scheduling procedures.

In recent times, the volume of cross-border e-commerce has witnessed an upward trend and has been accompanied by increased disputes, with cross-border e-commerce being characterized mainly by low value and large volume issues. For this reason, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) was formed to carry out dispute resolutions in cross-border e-commerce. A virtual multi-door ODR platform for small value, cross-border disputes in e-commerce is then proposed in this paper. For a couple of decades, researchers have tried to employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Law. However, it turns out that they were faced with a couple of obstacles to integrate AI to Law since it is highly difficult to program AI to process the common sense of a human being. For example, AI cannot assimilate the affective side of a human being, and it is problematic to integrate a human being's common sense into the AI system. Considering this situation, this study puts forward an ODR model for cross-border e-commerce in the evolutionary perspective.

원료 차이에 의한 당면의 품질특성을 밝히고, 품질의 평가 기준설정을 위한 기초자료를 마련하기 위하여 고구마 당면(100% 고구마 전분), 일반 당면(50% 고구마 전분-50% 옥수수 전분) 및 옥수수 전분(100% 옥수수 전분)을 대상으로 조리특성, 조리된 당면의 텍스쳐와 관능특성을 조사하였다. 조리에 따른 당면의 무게증가율과 고형분 손실량은 일반 당면이 가장 높았다. 조리중 당면의 압축강도와 신장율은 고구마 당면이 가장 켰으며, 신장 탄성율은 고구마 당면이 가장 낮았다. 압축강도와 인장강도는 직선적인 관계를 보였으며, 동일한 압축강도에서의 인장강도는 옥수수 당면이 가장 크고, 고구마 당면이 가장 작았다. 고구마 당면은 모든 관능특성에서 가장 높은 값을 보였고 관능적 특성중 부착성과 일반 당면과 옥수수 당면의 점착성을 제외한 모든 지표들은 시료간에 유의적인 차이(p<0.05)를 보였다. 당면의 전체 바람직한 정도와 같은 경향을 보이는 관능적 특성은 투명도, 광택, 부착성과 신장성이었다.

6종(種)의 밀가루에 대(對)하여 조단백함량(粗蛋白含量)과 생지형성력(生地形成力)을 조사한 바 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. 1) 보통계(普通系)밀에 있어서도 산지(産地)와 품종(品種)에 따라 현저(顯著)한 차이(差異)가 있었다. 국산(國産)밀을 원료(原料)로 한 밀가루의 조단백함량(粗蛋白含量)은 $10.4{\sim}11.8%$이고 생지형성시험결과(生地形成試驗結果)에서의 valorimeter value는 $39{\sim}48$로서 두 항목(項目)의 조사성적(調査成績)이 상반(相反)되는 경향(傾向)을 보였으며 미주산(美洲産)밀을 원료(原料)로 한 밀가루의 조단백함량(粗蛋白含量)은 $12.1{\sim}12.8%$이고 valorimeter value는 $72{\sim}80$으로서 두 항목(項目)의 조사성적(調査成績)이 같은 경향(傾向)을 보였다. 2) 같은 미주산(美洲産)밀 중(中)에서도 보통계(普通系)밀을 원료(原料)로 한 밀가루에서는 조단백함량(粗蛋白含量)과 생지형성능력(生地形成能力)의 조사성적(調査成績)이 같은 경향(傾向)을 보였으나 이립계(二粒系)밀을 원료(原料)로 한 밀가루에서는 조단백함량(粗蛋白含量)이 12%인데 valorimeter value는 38로서 두 항목(項目)의 조사성적(調査成績)이 상반(相反)되는 경향(傾向)을 보였다.
