  • The purpose of this study was to examine how the interaction between organizational culture and organizational communication factors on the effectiveness of a set of organizations has an effect on organizational effectiveness. For the empirical analysis of this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on the subjects who participated in the core job training course of SMEs. To test the hypothesis of this study, we analyzed the moderating effects of organizational communication on the relationship between organizational culture type and organizational effectiveness by statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, and control effect analysis through statistical program SPSS 20.0. The results of the empirical analysis show that organizational culture type positively influences organizational commitment and job satisfaction, but organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational culture. It exhibited a positive moderating effect. Therefore, this study reviewed the theoretical validity of existing studies by analyzing the moderating effects of organizational communication in the relationship between organizational culture type and organizational effectiveness. On the other hand, the empirical analysis of the interaction effects of variables can be interpreted as the pursuit of integration between prior researches that were performed individually.

The mean of nurses' value of reward is 4.2435 and job content rewards are seen as the most important(M=4.5532). The following orders are seen as follows; financial rewards(M=4.4181), human realtion rewards(M=4.4130), establishment ${\cdot}$ facilities rewards(M=4.1632), professional rewards(M=4.1117), social status or prestige rewards(M=3.9228), career rewards(M=3.8816). Of 34 indivisual reward factors, the retainment allowance is seen to be thought of as the most important thing. 2. The mean of nurses' actual reward is 2.6035. The actual reward responded to the most extremely offered is job content rewards. The following orders are seen as follows ; human relation rewards(M=2.9420), financial rewards(M=2.7682), professional rewards(M=2.4601), social status or prestige rewards(M=2.3696), career rewards(M=2.3466), establishment ${\cdot}$ facilities rewards(M=1.9364). Of 34 indivisual reward factors, medical insurance benefits are felt to be most extremely offered. 3. Significant value of reward differences were found among nurses by their demographic characteristics such as married status, tenure, academic career. 7. The fit of reward was significant related to job involvement and organizational commitment. When generalizing the result of this study, the value of reward, which nurses consider important and appropriate offers a reward that corresponds to the nurses' value of reward. This increases nurses' job and organization devotion further, as well as hospital effectiveness. It appears that nurses have recognized that the present reward offered in hospitals doesn't come up to their expectations so I think it is urgent to plan and perform the new reward system which is in accord with the nurses' reward fit.

  • This study aims at developing and empirically testing a comprehensive model of organizational justice derived from the prior empirical studies on organizational justice. The study seeks to understand the antecedents to and the consequences are addressed. The first question is what characteristics of the HRM systems determine the levels of perceived distributive and procedural justice. Hypotheses are derived from the two prominent theoretical models, i.e., the self-interests model (SIM) and the group value model (GVM). Those factors include neutrality, consistency, accuracy. ethicality. credibility. and reciprocity in the processes of making HRM decisions. All nine factors suggested by the two models aye adopted for this study as major determinants of both distributive and procedural justice. The second question of this study is related to the moderating effects of individual differences on the relationship between the SIM and GVM variables and perceived distributive and procedural justice in organizational contexts. The final research question deals with the consequences of perceived organizational justice. specifically job - related altitudes and organizational commitment. Job-related attitudes in this study refer to job satisfaction, job motivation, and job involvement, i.e., the willingness to make contributions. identification with organization, and intent to stay. In examining the consequences of perceived organizational justice, the study focuses on the interaction effects of procedural and distributive justice on the above nine outcome variables. The results show that both SIM and GVM variables significantly influence distributive and procedural justice. However, hierarchical regression analyses reveal that the GVM variables except more influence has been focused on the consequences of perceived distributive justice with regard to outcomes provided by the organization.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the influence factors of job stress and resilience to recovery in an organization on job satisfaction and immersion in the organization. For this reason, we developed a questionnaire scale based on previous research, and conducted a questionnaire survey of the sales staff of company S. As a result of the analysis, it was found that job stress had a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job stress had a significant effect on recovery elasticity. It was shown that recovery elasticity affects job satisfaction and organizational immersion, and that job satisfaction affects organizational immersion, but the hypothesis that job stress has a significant effect on organizational immersion was rejected. In addition, it was found that recovery elasticity mediates the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational immersion. The results of this study are expected to be used as guidelines for various practical plans that can improve the resilience of recovery as well as stress management of organizational members in the organization.

  • This study empirically analyzed the effect of service nature of dental clinic on job satisfaction and job commitment. In recent years, the demand for medical services has been increasing in the dental clinics. As the dental clinics are faced with various competition situations through new establishment and expansion, the importance of job satisfaction and job involvement is more emphasized. The service nature of dental hospitals is known to be influenced by job satisfaction and job commitment. These two factors are important factors for securing the competitiveness of dental hospitals as well as the functions of hospitals required for survival and development of dental hospitals In this study, we analyzed the effects of labor - management relations and high-involvement work organization on the organizational satisfaction and organizational commitment affecting service nature of dental hospital. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the service nature based organization has a full mediating effect which is not established without labor relations and participatory work organization in the process of affecting job commitment. Therefore, unlike previous studies which focus on incentives or external rewards to increase job satisfaction of employees, this study concluded that internal support system reflecting service nature factors should be strengthened. Job satisfaction and job commitment, which are variables in this study, are expected to be the basis for improving competitiveness of dental hospitals. Future research should be extended to small and medium dental hospitals and dental clinics. It is also necessary to study various organizations in order to strengthen the competitiveness of the service organization by fostering the nature of service such as relationship and interactivity at the organizational level.
