This study was conducted to investigate the attitude of dietitians on meat products and consumption of meat products in meal service of elementary school. Eight hundred and forty two questionnaires collected from each district of the country were statistically analyzed. Dietitians showed preference of ham and packed meat to other meat products. Dietitians had a good image on meat product regarding it as a good source of protein, imported food and diversely used food for cooking. Whereas 50% and 25.8% of dietitians concerned about the high content of preservative and sodium, respectively. More than 96% of dietitians suggested the food processing company to decrease the addition of preservatives, coloring agents, color formers and sodium. Fifty nine percent of dietitians responded they would increase the consumption of meat product if it is processed to food with low sodium, low cholesterol, low fat and no persavatives. Dietitians used ham for cooking once or twice a month. The reason they used the meat product for meal service was the preference of students and readiness of meat product for cooking. The dietitian's favorite cooking method was roasting ham or sausage with vegetable. Dietitians responded the first thing they checked for purchasing meat product was the date of processing and the term of validity.
The purpose of this study is to deduct influence factors by analyzing preferences for public design that can increase user satisfaction through differentiated identity of regions. The study methods are as follows. First, consider a concept and semantic change of public design through the relevant literatures and precedent studies and then understand application status of domestic and overseas public design. Second, extract design elements for regional differentiation through precedent studies and reclassify regional resources that have an effect. Third, understand the necessity level of public design for regional differentiation by targeting experts and research the extracted design element and the degree of reflection about regionality. Lastly, understand a correlation between design elements and influence factors about territorial regionality of public design based on the researched contents, and analyze the degree of reflection between each other. As a result of this study, a plan that used 'material' and 'color' had high preference on the aspect of design elements and this is an important element that can show regional differentiation of regions. public design of showing regional differentiation. Thus, it is considered that various methods of using 'material' and 'color' must be planned. 'Public space' among design territories was most effective, and the following was 'public facility'. In particular, 'public space' has high preference of using 'natural resources' and 'industrial resources', and therefore an effect of a plan that uses these is judged to be positive. This study can use these results as basic data that suggested the standard for utilization of regional factors for regional differentiation of public design.
In suddenly changing multimedia periods, department store not only plays the role of local culture centre but also meets keen competition in working out marketing strategies, especially in the field of differentiating Promotion Surroundings Image, in order to cope with the varied consumers' pattern according to customers' pursuing new lifestyle. In particular, cosmetic stores located in the first floor of the department store have high sales rate in spite of its comparative small area, because cosmetic stores have been much essential to women's daily life who are very strong for desiring the Beauty and also in them men's buying trends have been upwards speedily. The color and P.P.(Point of Sale Presentation) of the cosmetic store design are preferred after the quality and the price of the goods, staff's services by this survey of female clients' attitude to buy cosmetics at department store in Seoul. So that cosmetic companies seem to be needed to offer the differentiated color code in each brand and display the goods' P.P.(Point of Sale Presentation) intensively to promote the sales effectively. This thesis aims at suggesting the way how cosmetic firms get and enhance their goods' competitiveness when they develop their visual merchandising strategy by considering each brand's attribute and customers' life style by age, preference factors for buying the goods through showing high qualified sonics in their differentiated displayed stores.

This research has the purpose to examine the images sought for, makeup Consciousness, and behavioral aspects during makeup by the college girls in their 20s in the region of Daeieon and Chungnam that have strong interest in appearance and start color makeup in full scale, who form the main consumer layers in cosmetics market, and to analyze their preference on colors and feelings by the kinds of cosmetics, and their cosmetics purchase behavior. A questionnaire survey on the college girls in Daejeon and Chungnam region has shown the following results. The biggest reason college girls do the makeup was for a refined and pure image as well as protection of skin and covering defects. Their greatest concern was skin protection, and as for color selection, harmonizations of skin color and hair color were the largest consideration. In addition, the type of makeup they do most was foundation makeup, while pink was the most frequent lipstick color, and lip glow was mostly normal colors. However, they mostly answered that they do not use eye shadow, eye runner, and foundation. It was shown that their cosmetics purchase p]aces were specialized discount stores for about 47% nearly half of them, and they consider colors the most for lipsticks and eye shadows, and affinity to skin for foundations and basic cosmetics.
The purpose of this study is to systematize the theory of the Fashion Marketing and merchandi-sing system as well as the strategy for the Mar-keting based on the related variable. Furthermore, this study deals with development of the mark-eting strategy to the relation between consumers and industry. The content conclusion on the research can be outlined as follows : 1. In order to inverstigate how the life-style of consumers affects their sense of fashion, awa-reness of brand, and decision making process of purchase, the life-style of women consumers is classified into 15 types. (1) Acording to the different life-style types, and important difference is found in the consum-ers' sense of clothes, a unique image of outfit and its own favorite image of womanliness. (2) The consumer's awareness of a particular brand has a reasonable relationship with their brand preference and possession of the brands. (3) Their is an important discrimination acco-rding to the life-style types in their brand awar-eness and preference and possesion of brands. (4) The consumers of each life-style type show noticeable difference in the decision making pro-cess of purchase including he motive of purchase, the source of information, the cause of purchase intention, price, the frequency of purchase and the degree of satisfaction of purchased goods. 2. The merchandising system and the market positioning among the fashion industry are compared and analyzed in the following terms ; (1-1) For the purpose of establishing the target market strategy, the industry uses unreasenalbe methods to analyze the life-style of the target customers and the real customers(36%) and the aging phenomenon of brands is remarkable : as much as 37% of brands show over 5 years-old age gap. (1-2) The price setting process depends highly on the cost-plus approach. (1-3) In color planning, too many colors are used in every season(the average number is 22.3) and the investigation of the consumers' favorite color is neglected. (1-4) The manufacturers of successful brands are much likely to employ the textile designer and allow them to develop the various fabrication. (1-5) The regular rate of sales in each season is extremely low(56.04%) : the rate of the succ-essful brands is relatively high at 65%, but that of the unsuccessful as low as 51%. (1-6) 47% of brands reveal the designer-orie-nted fashion merchandising system. The successful brands, on the other hand, show a high rate of merchandiser oriented system. (2) Since the brand positioning is highly cen-tered on each brand image, styles and target age, the new data are presented in this study for the new market development. (3) To set up the target market, the mapping of images between the differentiated market and the consumers is suggersted according to the market positioning of industry and 15 types of the life-styles of consumers.
This study aims to suggest improved design for both non-smokers and smokers to minimize inconvenience of smoke, at the same time, allow smoking in comfortable environment. The study was researched in three categories: First, consciousness research regarding smoking booth, second, preference research regarding product design, and third, research on emotional words about smoking booth by emotion evaluation. The result of design preference research was, first of all, smoking booth for smokers should be designed in both notable and familiar shape rather than stiff and rough shape. Second, color for the booth should apply warm colors such as white, pastel, and bright tone rather than prime colors. Third, the internal circulation filter in smoking booth should be managed thoroughly. In addition, extra seats and ventilation design is necessary to prevent passive smoking. The result of emotion evaluation was that people recognized certain words in four aspects. Each image word for factor 1 was "functional emotion', factor 2 was "psychological emotion", factor 3 as "color emotion", and factor 4 as "shape emotion". User-centered service design is necessary for both smokers and non-smokers, to minimize the damage by smoke and to spend time for short break.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual wearing conditions and the preferences of knit wear school uniforms. The subjects were 480 high school girls from 6 high schools placed in Daejeon. The method of study is a survey consisted of actual wearing conditions questionnaires, preferences questionnaires, and demographic attribution. Data was analyzed by frequency, variance, crosstabs, and correlation analysis using SPSS 12.0 program. The results of study are as follows. First, high school girls over 90% wearing knit wear school uniforms were satisfied with current knit wear school uniforms(navy color, V-neck, and wool mixed). Second, high school girls preferred 100% cotton material and black/white/gray color group. The style of knit wear school uniforms was most preferred monochrome cardigan with cable pattern. High school girls wanted to show neat image by knit wear school uniforms and to diversify the style of them. Third, the differences of preferences between groups, they were wearing knit wear school uniforms(A group) or not(B group), were about pattern and improvement. A group preferred school mark pattern, and wanted to improve the quality and after service. B group preferred monochrome cable pattern, and wanted to diversify the style. Both groups wanted to wear knit wear school uniforms because knit wear was 'warm' and 'comfort'. Consequently, knit wear school uniforms will help high school girls express individuality and beauty.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to define consumers' affection on the interior design of commercial cars in terms of its design factors: color, embossing and gloss as independent factors. Background: Existing affective studies related to interior of vehicle focus on just sedans. However, there is no affective study about the interior of commercial cars. In addition, it is hard to change levels to which manufactures want. Method: Representative design factors were drawn using ANOVA and SNK analysis and definitive affective vocabularies were drawn using factor analysis. Furthermore, the results of 3D experiment were analyzed using ANOVA and LSD analysis. 3D images for the experiment were made using 3D max program. The experiment revealed that consumers discerned the differences in levels of each design factor and affective vocabulary. Results: The ANOVA revealed that beige color "A" type and non-gloss were the most preferred design in terms of the affective vocabularies and total preference. Conclusion: The result of the experiment may help manufactures to design the interior of commercial cars in the near future. Furthermore, the ANOVA result of affective vocabularies evaluation is expected to suggest a meaningful guideline. Application: The study results may be utilized as a guideline for interior design of commercial cars.

This study investigated the consumption tendency and awareness of paprika in order to expand and promote the consumption of Capsicum annuum L. The research investigated the relationship of preference and loyalty based on emotional response of paprika according to the semantic differential scale. The survey was conducted from January to February 2022 using a random sampling method targeting 155 general people, and a total of 142 questionnaires were analyzed excluding 13 wrong answers. The nine items on the awareness of paprika showed to be consisted of three factors such as 'Food taste', 'Usability', and 'Economics' by factor analysis. Regarding to the awareness of paprika the positive answer that 'I think paprika is good for health' among the nine questions was the highest at 92.3%. In the preference aspect of shape, blocky type had the highest preference for the shape of paprika, followed by mini and conical types in order of preference (p < 0.001). As for color preference, yellow paprika was the most preferred, followed by orange, red, and green, showing statistical significance. The emotional response of paprika by paprika image showed a statistically significant difference in the four colors. The words such as 'bright', 'clean', and 'spirited' appeared as representative emotional vocabulary for paprika. Multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the effect of paprika on the three factors of awareness, preference, and loyalty due to the quality of life. As a result, the higher the paprika preference and quality of life, and the higher the taste and availability factors, the higher the paprika awareness and loyalty. As the variable that has the most influence on the loyalty of the survey respondents, preference was found to have the highest explanatory power at 43%. From these results, it was judged as a very important factor in the survey on the shape and color preference of paprika. Therefore, the recent increase in awareness that paprika is good for health is thought to act as a positive factor in revitalizing the domestic market and increasing consumption of paprika in the future. Also, among the three types of paprika, the yellow blunt type showed the highest preference. Therefore, in order to produce and promote this type of paprika, it is also important to increase the cultivation to suit the purchasing propensity of consumers.
The purpose of this study is to develop measurement program model for a human being-oriented product through the between the evaluation factors of portrait and general preferences of portraits. We added new items that are essential to the image evaluation by analysing previous studies. In this study, We identified the facial focus for the first step, and the portraits were evaluated by dividing it into objective and subjective image quality evaluation items. RSC Contrast and Dynamic Range were selected as the Objective evaluation items, and the numerical values of each image could be evaluation items, and the numerical values of each image could be evaluated by statistical analysis method. Facial Exposure, Composition, Position, Ratio, Out of focus, and Emotions and Color tone of image were selected as the Subjective evaluation items. In addition, a new face recognition algorithm is applied to judge the emotions, the manufacturer can get the information that they can analyze the people's emotion. The program developed to quantitatively and qualitatively compiles the evaluation items when evaluating portraits. The program that I developed through this study can be used an analysis program that produce the data for developing the evaluation model of the product more suitable to general users of imaging systems.
