중풍임상자료(中風臨床資料)에 대한 통계적(統計的) 분석방법연구(分析方法硏究) (A study of statistical techniques for clinical data about cerebrovascular diseases)

  • I. 연구개발(硏究開發)의 목적(目的) 및 중요성(重要性) 한국(韓國) 임상자료(臨床資料)를 효과적(效果的)으로 모으기 위한 자료수집용(資料收集用) 진료부(診療簿) 형식(形式)을 고안(考案)함으로써 전문가(專門家)의 지식(知識)을 체계적(體系的)으로 수집(收集)하고 통계분석시(統計分析時) 유효(有效)한 결과(結果)를 기대(期待)할 수 있도록 한다. 진료부(診療簿) 형식(形式)은 개인별(個人別) 편차(偏差)가 심(甚)한 한국(韓國) 임상자료(臨床資料)의 문제점(問題點)을 수집단계(收集段階)에서 해결(解決)하는데 매우 중요(重要)하며 또한 수집(收集)된 자료(資料)는 전문가(專門家)시스템의 지식(知識)으로 제공(提供)되므로 핵심적(核心的)인 연구자료(硏究資料)가 된다. II. 연구개발(硏究開發)의 내용(內容) 및 범위(範圍) 임상자료(臨床資料) 수집(收集)을 위한 진료부형식(診療簿形式)의 고안(考案), 임상자료(臨床資料) 분석(分析), ODS의 진단(診斷)과 전문가(專門家) 진단(診斷)의 비교(比較)를 내용(內容)으로 하며, 연구범위(硏究範圍)는 한의(韓醫) 임상자료중(臨床資料中) 많은 환자분포(患者分布)를 보이고 있는 중풍환자(中風患者)를 대상(對象)으로 이와 관련(關聯)된 지식(知識) 및 용어(用語)를 정리(整理)하되 중풍환자(中風患者)는 CT로 뇌혈관질환(腦血管疾患)이 확인(確認)된 환자(患者)로 한정(限定)하였다. III. 연구개발결과(硏究開發結果) 및 활용(活用)에 대한 건의(建議) 자료수집용(資料收集用) 진료부(診療簿)는 임상자료(臨床資料)의 수집(收集), 관련지식(關聯知識) 및 용어정리(用語整理), 그리고 타(他) 진료기관(診療機關)의 임상자료수집(臨床資料收集)에 활용(活用)하며, 임상자료(臨床資料)에 대한 평가분석(評價分析)의 결과(結果)는 차후 타(他) 질환자료(疾患資料) 수집(收集)이나 시스템구축(構築)에 필요(必要)한 임상자료(臨床資料)로 활용(活用)된다. 또한 이 자료(資料)는 임상교육(臨床敎育) 및 임상자료(臨床資料)를 통(通)한 한양방(韓洋方)의 협진자료(協診資料)로 활용(活用)될 수 있을 것으로 기대(期待)된다.

해양공간계획 지원을 위한 정보 현안 및 개선 방향 연구 (Data issue and Improvement Direction for Marine Spatial Planning)

  • 본 연구는 최근 해양선진국에서 이슈화되고 있는 해양공간계획(Marine Spatial Planning ; MSP)의 도구인 한국형 GIS 시스템에 있어 해양공간정보 데이터베이스 구축 시 도출되는 여러 가지 현안을 분석하고 개선방향을 도출하였다. 본 연구과정에서 구축된 우리나라 해역의 250여건의 공간정보는 자료수집, GIS 변환, 자료분석 처리 및 데이터 그룹핑과 핵심공간 매핑의 순서로 가공되었으며 이 과정에서 공간정보가 부족하여 디지타이징 과정을 거치거나 기존 해양공간정보와의 중첩 수행 시 발견되는 좌표계 오류 등 그 밖의 여러 가지 문제점이 발생하였다. 또한 해양이용현황 분석을 위한 공간데이터 제작 시 개인정보 제외 자료처리 방안과 지적기반의 공간정보 생성 시 실제 공간정보와 이격 발생을 최소화 하는 등 방안을 제시하였다. 부족한 공간정보의 확보를 위하여 해양수산정보 및 해당 메타파일의 표준규격을 제시하였으며 해양공간정보의 정밀도 및 해석력 제고를 위해 해양 공간 평가 지표를 제시하였다. 아울러 한국형 해양공간계획체제 구축을 위한 해양공간정보의 품질관리에 있어서의 생산, 처리, 분석, 활용 단계의 표준관리 지침수립으로 생애전주기에 걸친 품질관리체계를 제시하여 해양공간정보 개방 확대 및 활용모델에 대한 방향을 도출하였다.

농업기술정보 전달체계의 발전 방향 (Development Directions for the Agricultural Technical Information Systems)

  • One of the major functions of rural extension services is to transfer agricultural technologies and information, and advanced new agricultural techniques developed by research institutes, which are meaningful when they are transferred to farmers for practicl application. Information materials can be transferred in the form of newspapers, radio and television broadcasting, printed materials, audio-visual aids, and public communication networks. Agricultural information systems in the era of localization should be oriented toward county extension services, and the following points should be emphasized for more effective dissemination of agricultural technologies : 1) Central organization of the Rural Development Administration should put more emphasis on the production and dissemination of agricultural information to support activities of extension agents at the county level. 2) An Agricultural information center should be established for more effective collection, analysis, processing, production and dissemination of various agri-related information. 3) An advanced and unified network system should be adopted for more accuate and rapid information flow throughout the country, and reinforcement of manpower and facility at the county level should be emphasized for more effective dissemination of agricultural information.

The Effect of Computerized Tax Services in Improving Tax Performance Moderated by Governance

  • This study aims to evaluate the effect of computerized tax services in improving tax performance by moderating governance principles in Jordanian tax income departments. The study is based on a questionnaire distributed to income tax auditors, who were chosen by the simple random sampling method, so that 170 questionnaires were subjected to statistical analysis. The study models were formulated in the form of simple and multiple regression equations to test the hypotheses of the study, in addition to relying on One Sample T-test to calculate the mean of questionnaire answers. The most prominent research results is that the application of tax governance principles through the provision of computerized tax services is reflected in the increase in confidence between taxpayers and income tax departments, the efficiency of tax performance, and tax proceeds. Also, the study pointed out the importance of the income tax departments to prepare strategic plans regarding the development and the follow-up of modern technologies related to computerized tax services. It especially regards linking and collecting tax from taxpayers such as via electronic tax payment and collection system, in order to ensure the speed of completion, accuracy of calculation, and raising the efficiency of tax performance.

  • The paper concerns the hybrid optimization of fuzzy inference systems that is based on Hierarchical Fair Competition-based Parallel Genetic Algorithms (HFCGA) and information data granulation. The granulation is realized with the aid of the Hard C-means clustering and HFCGA is a kind of multi-populations of Parallel Genetic Algorithms (PGA), and it is used for structure optimization and parameter identification of fuzzy model. It concerns the fuzzy model-related parameters such as the number of input variables to be used, a collection of specific subset of input variables, the number of membership functions, the order of polynomial, and the apexes of the membership function. In the hybrid optimization process, two general optimization mechanisms are explored. Thestructural optimization is realized via HFCGA and HCM method whereas in case of the parametric optimization we proceed with a standard least square method as well as HFCGA method as well. A comparative analysis demonstrates that the proposed algorithm is superior to the conventional methods.

대체요법과 건강증진 가상강좌 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of an Online Alternative Therapy and Health Promotion Class)

  • Purpose: This study was to develop an online 'alternative therapy and health promotion' class for university students and to evaluate its changes. Method: The online class was developed based on the Instructional Systems Development(ISD) model and model of Web-Based Instruction(WBI) developmental process. This was a quasi-experimental, one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 130 students in 3 universities, and they were provided the cyber class for 16 weeks. Data was analyzed by descriptive and plural answer statistics, and paired t-test. Results: The cyber class was developed in five steps : analysis, design, data collection and reconstruction, programing and publishing, and evaluation. The results of program evaluation were positive, which included learning 3.47. system 3.57, and learning satisfaction 3.64 on the scale of 5. The posttest scores of cognition and reliability of alternative therapy were higher than pretest scores. The posttest score of health promoting lifestyle(t=-5.051, p=.000) and perceived health status(t=2.979, p=.003) were significantly higher than those of the pretest. Conclusion: These results suggest that the cyber class is a positive method in increasing a cognition, reliability of alternative therapy, and is effective to improve a health promotion lifestyle and perceived health status for the university students.

설계패턴을 이용한 캠퍼스 인트라넷 구조의 객체모델링 (Object Modeling of Campus Intranet Structure using Design Pattern)

  • 최근에 설계패턴 방법이 효율적이고 실용적인 재사용 기법으로 부각되고 있다. 설계패턴은 특정 도메인에 대한 여러 어플리케이션들 간의 공통된 행위들을 지닌 클래스들의 집합으로, 재사용성을 증가시키고, 어플리케이션 개발 시간을 단축시키는 효과를 가지고 있다. 그러나 설계패턴을 구축하기 위한 체계적인 개발 프로세스와 세부적인 개발 지침에 대한 연구가 충분히 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 설계패턴을 기반으로 한 인트라넷 어플리케이션 구조의 모델링 기법을 제시한다. 제시된 모델링 기법의 프로세스는 영역분석, 네비게이션 설계. 인터페이스 설계, 행위영역 설계로 구성되어 있으며 각 단계는 논리적인 개발 업무들로 정의된다. 제시된 프로세스를 적용함으로서 보다 효율적인 인트라넷 모델링이 될 수 있다.

A Framework for Universal Cross Layer Networks

  • In a resource-limited wireless communication environment, various approaches to meet the ever growing application requirements in an efficient and transparent manner, are being researched and developed. Amongst many approaches, cross layer technique is by far one of the significant contributions that has undoubtedly revolutionized the way conventional layered architecture is perceived. In this paper, we propose a Universal Cross Layer Framework based on vertical layer architecture. The primary contribution of this paper is the functional architecture of the vertical layer which is primarily responsible for cross layer interaction management and optimization. The second contribution is the use of optimization cycle that comprises awareness parameters collection, mapping, classification and the analysis phases. The third contribution of the paper is the decomposition of the parameters into local and global network perspective for opportunistic optimization. Finally, we have shown through simulations how parameters' variations can represent local and global views of the network and how we can set local and global thresholds to perform opportunistic optimization.

Systematic Literature Review on Zakat Distribution Studies as Islamic Social Fund

  • Purpose: This study explores the development of zakat distribution studies and the integration of existing studies. This study is expected to complement a systematic literature review in the field of zakat distribution to inspire further research directions. Research design, data, and methodology: This research method uses a systematic literature review assisted by the Nvivo application and the PRISMA system, which selects from 427 articles to 53 articles to be analyzed based on publication and classification of the theme of its findings. This study describes publications, authors, themes, cited articles, and research themes. Results: This study shows the dominance of Malaysian writers and significant developments in 2020. In addition, the study shows the most popular articles based on the most citations and word cloud analysis. The primary topics of zakat distribution publications are management strategy, development, the zakat institution, and the recipient. Conclusions: The study advises that Future research could focus on zakat distribution's asnaf characteristics. Next, a study on administration expenses and scalability concerns in zakat collection and distribution planning can avoid wasting cash. This topic hinders zakat institutions' distribution services.

딥러닝 기반의 투명 렌즈 이상 탐지 알고리즘 성능 비교 및 적용 (Comparison and Application of Deep Learning-Based Anomaly Detection Algorithms for Transparent Lens Defects)

  • Deep learning-based computer vision anomaly detection algorithms are widely utilized in various fields. Especially in the manufacturing industry, the difficulty in collecting abnormal data compared to normal data, and the challenge of defining all potential abnormalities in advance, have led to an increasing demand for unsupervised learning methods that rely on normal data. In this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of deep learning-based unsupervised learning algorithms that define and detect abnormalities that can occur when transparent contact lenses are immersed in liquid solution. We validated and applied the unsupervised learning algorithms used in this study to the existing anomaly detection benchmark dataset, MvTecAD. The existing anomaly detection benchmark dataset primarily consists of solid objects, whereas in our study, we compared unsupervised learning-based algorithms in experiments judging the shape and presence of lenses submerged in liquid. Among the algorithms analyzed, EfficientAD showed an AUROC and F1-score of 0.97 in image-level tests. However, the F1-score decreased to 0.18 in pixel-level tests, making it challenging to determine the locations where abnormalities occurred. Despite this, EfficientAD demonstrated excellent performance in image-level tests classifying normal and abnormal instances, suggesting that with the collection and training of large-scale data in real industrial settings, it is expected to exhibit even better performance.
