A great number of institutions around the world have been building digital repositories to communicate scholarly information. Meanwhile, digital repositories have been struggling with how to preserve increased volume of digital contents for the long term and how to build a sustainable information environment. The HathiTrust partnership was established to meet the need of a sustainable collaborative model of digital repositories in research libraries, mainly in North America, and has been expanded globally by signing with other libraries around the world. This paper is dealt with the establishment, operation and policy, construction status, and user service of the HathiTrust. The results presented in this paper include the benefits and potential opportunities of the HathiTrust as a participating member. Partnership in HathiTrust would allow each member institution to provide more cost-effective operations, shared management and long-term preservation of digital content, ease of copyright management, and increased accessibility. In the future it is expected to provide a shared storage of printed materials and to facilitate a big data research center.

Bookmagic is a new reading program that encourages children of 5-15 ages to enjoy reading. Bookmagic provides free downloadable resources such as pre-reading and after-reading activities, booklists, posters and awards. Since a number of reading programs have already been developed, published and used, Bookmagic is not a toally new project. However, it is distinguished by the process of creating the program. While most of the reading programs available in Korea were developed by individual occupations(academic experts, private enterprises, civic organisations, associations of librarians or teachers), Bookmagic was designed by a team of various professionals including a picture book author, an academic researcher, a primary school teacher, a school librarian and two public librarians. Working in a partnership with other professionals, participant librarians had a unique opportunity to develop expertises on reading education as a creator of a program rather than as a deliverer.

In this research, we conducted an empirical study on the influence of social capital on cooperative governance for the Gwangju city social economy. The results of the study are as follows. First, the social capital factor commonly affecting cooperative governance is trust. Secondly, we were able to learn that there was a difference in the results of the hierarchical regression analysis to grasp the magnitude of the relative influence of detailed elements of social capital by cooperative governance factors in order. Network(4.843) exerted the most influence in Common Decision-making, followed by Trust(3.855). Trust(3.130) exerted the most influence on Management of Governance, followed by Network(2.936). Network(2.647) exerted the most influence on Cowork System, followed by Trust(2.244). Finally, Network(4.153) exerted the most influence on Partnership Building, followed by Trust(2.244). In particular, 'Participation' was an important factor in 'Co-work System'.

School library programs are a specific strategy connecting user to resources. Accordingly in order to strengthen school libraries, it is necessary for teacher librarians to develop partnerships that can form relationships between internal and external resources. As a result of analyses of partnerships appeared in current middle school library programs, its most programs are based on the internal reading events. In addition to, classroom teachers and external human resources rarely participate in the program. To improve these problems, it is essential to develop teacher librarians' leadership and collaborative networks fostering educational presence of school libraries in a learning community.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the intra CSR for the sustainable hospital management. The company was proactive stance on CSR carried out in the environmental field as a preemptive countermeasures movement of citizens and government regulations. CSR, while performing for employees, is recognized as a problem within the enterprise, it was reluctant to respond to the performance and results published. This study aims to determine whether the effect is substantially reflect If you want to include in the process of demonstrating the impact of CSR within the organization to make decisions in labor union composed of employees of internal stakeholders as a parameter. In particular, research in the field of performing a public function such situations, hospitals are lacking. Internal CSR performance of the general hospital (professional) in this study was found to have mad that the generally positive effect on improving labor productivity within the organization. In particular, its performance was more positive than in the virtuous cycle that meets the expectations and internal performance improvements improve equity executives expect employees to be borne if your blood and your liver collaborative decision-making behavior. Therefore, the internal CSR awareness by investing in sustainable management of the partnership is expected to achieve improved financial performance and labor productivity by performing more active at the same time.

The Long-Term Biodiversity Research Programme (LTBRP) for Mindanao is envisioned to be a collaborative programme of the Philippines. It will be a programmatic research on biodiversity - its status, threats. and conservation and management. The chosen research site is Mt. Malindang in Misamis Occidental of Mindanao. The BRP will support a set of research projects that will generate knowledge on biological and ecological, socio-economic. cultural and policy aspects of biodiversity conservation. It will also enable researchers to develop and try new methods for research on these aspects, separately or crossing boundaries of academic disciplines. Moreover. the BRP will implement support programmes which will provide the linkages of research activities to development issues and needs in the research site. The support programmes will also draw from the research projects, the knowledge that can be lent or immediately available to policy and programme formulation. The support programmes will comprise: human resource development or capability-building; information, education and communication; database; networking; community organizing: and development action. The BRP will be undertaken by a group of academie and research institutions from the Philippines, in partnership with their respective government entities and local government units in Mindanao. The Biodiversity Research Programme (BRP) will comprise a set of research projects to be undertaken by small research teams in the site. Researchable areas have been identified initially through the National Biodiversity Research Agenda. and later enriched in the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) Analysis workshops by the Mindanao researchers and Philippine resource persons. Results of the PRA are presented in the paper.

When the process of planning and production of Pororo is to be analyzed, scientific and meticulous contents planning which considered even cultural discount, and collaborative business partnership which maximized the strength of each participants are found to be the main success factors. Owing to them, Pororo has resulted in continuous profit making through various outlets, the production of series up to 4 seasons, and successful sales in foreign markets. However, OSMU strategy as the key business strategy was not intended from the stage of planning, but was resulted as the business process after good contents were created. In order to have more successful cases like Pororo, and to build a good animation industry ecosystem, efforts by the industry and effective supporting system by the governments should be met.

In era of lowbirth, aging population, low growth and social polarization, the effective welfare delivery systems are taking on added significance than past years. Public housing welfare resources, such as public rental housing, housing voucher, affordable housing loan, are more diversified and expanded. These programs could work effectively by the comprehensive interlink and community based delivery system. From the standpoint of recipients, how effectively the substantial benefits of welfare resources being delivered to each individual is more important than how much welfare resources being produced totally. This study aimed to explore the reform of public housing welfare delivery system. For this purpose, diagnosed the current states and key issues related to public delivery system, and analyzed what kinds of housing welfare services should be strengthened, and finally suggested the collaboration among the public sectors (local government, LH, HUG, HF etc.) and the partnership with non-profit organizations. Main research implications are as follows. The main housing welfare services which could be categorized as the housing welfare center's role are advice & information offering, several public resources interlink and accessibility improvement, community based network construction, etc. And the most important key for successful delivery system reorganization is the collaborative operation of the public sectors and local government, non-profit organizations.

The paper introduces an educational environment for multidisciplinary automotive development project made with other global institutions worldwide. The main objective is to accelerate students design and manufacturing skills, while giving them the experience of global communications for a large scale collaboration. This objective demands the intimate partnership between industrial design and engineering worldwide as well. Not only is the design and manufacturing portion of the project a challenge, but the students must organize the project teams together to incorporate different subsystem designs from other institutions, which, after all, requires constant communication and a truly team-oriented atmosphere for the global innovative engineering education.

In this study, we conduct an empirical study to investigate the impact of the interdependence and trust between supplier and buyer on both their collaboration and supplier performance in automobile industry supply chain. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between the supplier's dependence and trust on the buyer and their collaboration. Moreover, it shows that supplier's dependence and trust on the buyer affects supplier performance through collaboration as a mediating effect. Therefore it is very important to notice that supplier and buyer in automobile industry should try to have a good collaborative relationship together in order to improve supplier performance.
