We present a code which identifies individual clouds in crowded region using IMFORT interface within Image Reduction and Analysis Facility (IRAF). We define a cloud as an object composed of all pixels in longitude, latitude, and velocity that are simply connected and that lie above some threshold temperature. The code searches the whole pixels of the data cube in efficient way to isolate individual clouds. Along with identification of clouds it is designed to estimate their mean values of longitudes, latitudes, and velocities. In addition, a function of generating individual images (or cube data) of identified clouds is added up. We also present identified individual clouds using a $^{12}CO$ survey data cube of Galactic Anticenter Region (Lee et al. 1997) as a test example. We used a threshold temperature of $5\sigma$ rms noise level of the data With a higher threshold temperature, we isolated subclouds of a huge cloud identified originally. As the most important parameter to identify clouds is the threshold value, its effect to the size and velocity dispersion is discussed rigorously.

A numerical wind tunnel simulation is performed in order to predict wind loads acting on a building. The aim of the present study is to suggest a guideline for the numerical wind tunnel analysis, which could provide more detail wind load distributions compared to the wind code and expensive wind tunnel experiments. To validate the present numerical simulation, wind-induced loads on a 6 m cube model is predicted. Atmospheric boundary layer is used as a inlet boundary condition. Various effect of numerical methods are investigated such as size of computational domain, grid density, turbulence model and discretization scheme. The appropriate procedure for the numerical wind tunnel analysis is suggested through the present study.

Fixture units and the diversity curve are used, in order to determine the required size of water supply pipe. However, the values of the National Plumbing Code, International Plumbing Code and National Standard Plumbing Code of America are not the same. The objective of this study is to comparatively analyze the fixture units and the peak flows of a 10th story office building, at any instant of time, according to the three codes.

A practical method of adaptive rate allocation to source and channel codings for an independent loss channel is proposed for Internet video. It is based on the observations that the values of residual loss probabilities at the optimal code rates for different packet loss probabilities are closely clustered to the average residual loss probability for a transmission frame size n in RS(n,k) code and for a total bit rate R. These observations aye then exploited to find the code rate for maximum PSNR. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves a near-optimal bit-rate allocation in the joint source-channel coding of H.263 and RS(n,k) codings.

The purpose of this study is to analysis of convenience facilities for disabled in the municipal buildings. The physically disabled based on comparative analysis of disabilities code in Korea. For this objective, the code and guideline were analysed, and based on the analysis the checklist was developed for field observation. Convenience facilities ought to consider various aspects like size, and spatial composition of facilities, safety factors. and the present conveniences facility regulation. The research was conducted for municipal buildings located in Jeonbuk province. The procedures for research was made to investigate the finding of architectural related code and faculty standards. The results of investigation should be complemented and clarified guidelines in terms of accessibility and convenience which in detail. If the disabled would be convenient to use municipal buildings facilities, there should be no difficulties. As a result, convenience facilities for disabled in the municipal buildings has been improved that the design concept for the disabled person in general architectural planning.

Zigbee that is the wireless personal area networks communication technology for low power consumption is low-cost, low-power consumption, and small size and program code. From the present paper symbol and chip sequence of existing Zigbee module undergarment PN code generators which are a 1:1 mapping method it uses shift register and it plans the method which it proposes. The experimental result used Xilinx ISE and it measured synthesis and timing and power.

Low-density parity-check(LDPC) 코드는 그 탁월한 에러 정정 능력으로 인해 많은 통신 표준에서 사용되고 있다. 여러 종류의 LDPC 코드 중 quasi-cyclic LDPC(QC-LDPC) 코드가 많이 사용되는데 QC-LDPC 코드의 복호기에는 여러 크기의 rotation을 수행할 수 있는 multi-size circular shifter(MSCS)가 필요하다. MSCS의 구현 방법 중 Benes 네트워크에 기반한 구조가 많이 사용되는데, rotation할 데이터의 개수가 3의 배수일 경우에는 $3{\times}3$ 스위치가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 기존의 제어 신호 생성에 비해 복잡도가 줄어든 생성법과 기존의 $3{\times}3$ 스위치 구조 보다 더 빨리 동작할 수 있는 $3{\times}3$ 스위치 구조를 제안한다. IEEE 802.16e WiMAX 표준에서 사용되는 QC-LDPC 코드 복호기의 MSCS 에 적용하여 지연 시간을 8.7% 정도 줄이고 면적도 조금 감소시켰다.

본 논문에서는 평탄 페이딩과 근거리/원거리 현상이 존재할 때 안테나 어레이를 사용하는 DS-CDMA 신호의 코드 타이밍을 추정하는 문제를 다루고자 한다. 페이딩 과정의 시변 페이딩 특성을 보다 잘 활용할 수 있도록 DS-CDMA 시스템에 대한 희망하는 사용자의 코드 타이밍을 추정하는 최대가능성 알고리즘을 유도한다. 코드 타이밍 추정기의 개발에 있어서 주어진 관찰 비트들을 포함하는 윈도우를 각각의 부-윈도우가 충분히 큰 길이를 갖도록 나눈다. 제안된 방법은 채널 페이딩의 일관성 시간과 연관된 똑같은 크기를 가지는 부-윈도우들을 이용한다. 또한 페이딩 속도를 추정하지 않고 충분히 긴 관찰 비트들을 두 개의 연속적 인 부-윈도우로 나누는 방법을 대안으로 제시한다. 알고리즘의 유도과정은 공간적으로 상관성이 있는 다중안테나를 바탕으로 한다. 공간적인 페이딩 상관성이 제안된 알고리즘의 동기 획득 및 평균 동기 획득 성능에 미치는 영향을 분석한다.

본 논문에서는 파일롯 채널(pilot chanel)이 존재하는 직접확산 코드분할 다중접속 방식(DS-CDMA)에서 탐색 창을 갖는 이중도웰 직렬 동기획득 방식에 대한 수학적 모델을 제시하고, 이에 대한 성능을 분석하였다. 성능 분석을 위한 유도된 수학적 모델들은 부호 검출 함수, 오보 함수, 부호 miss함수, 그리고 평균 동기 획득 시간 등이었다. 또한 유도된 식을 IS-95 순방향 링크에 적용하여 수학적 모델에 의한 평균 동기획득 시간을 계산하였고, 이것을 기존의 동기획득 알고리듬과 비교하였다. 그리고 탐색 창을 갖는 이중드웰 직렬 동기 획득 방식에 대하여, 적분 시간과 탐색 창의 크기가 평균 동기획득 시간에 미치는 영향도 분석하였다. 성능분석을 위해 사용된 채널 모델은 북미의 PCS 채널 모델인 JTC 채널로 설정하였다. 성능 분석 결과, 탐색 창을 갖는 이중드웰 직렬 동기획득 방식이 평균 동기획득 시간에서 기존의 동기획득 알고리듬보다 약 17%~25% 정도 단축됨을 보였다.

This study aims to identify the current sizing communication issues of menswear on retail websites and to suggest an effective size information presentation method. Based on sales frequency and awareness in the Korean menswear market, 22 brand websites were selected, and size-related information was investigated using 7 types of representative apparel items. The current diverse types of size codes had limitations in delivering actual product size information. Many websites preferred to display garment dimensions rather than basic body measurements, which is the suggested size designation method in Korean Standard. The websites posted fit model photos and customer reviews. However, the body size specifications, which consumers can use as a useful reference, were often omitted. There was also a high uncertainty in product size selection, with only the basic body measurement information listed, and there was a high deviation of garment dimensions within the same basic body measurements. The product size distribution did not match actual Korean body types. Based on the findings, we suggested improved effective sizing communication methods. These methods will contribute to a better online shopping environment for both consumers and retail sellers.
