In this paper, 3D input and output systems for a web-based real-time 3D video communication system using IEEE 1394 digital cameras, Intel Xeon Server system and Microsoft Directshow library is proposed. And some conditions for optimizing the operations of the stereo camera, 3D display and signal processing system are analyzed. Input & output systems are carefully selected, which can satisfy the required optimization conditions and the final 3D video communication system is implemented by using three optimized devices. The overall control system is developed with Microsoft Visual C++.Net and Microsoft DirectX 9.1 SDK. Some experimental results show that the observer can feel the natural presence from multi-view(4-view) 3D video of server system in real-time and also can feel the natural presence from 3D video of client system and finally suggest an application possibility of the proposed web-based real-time 3D video communication in real fields.

SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) is a suitable protocol for supporting Internet telephony services and currently market requirements fur developing supplementary telephony services such as unconditional call forwarding, call forwarding on busy or no answer, call filtering services have recently grown. CPL(Call Processing Language) is a standard technology that can be used to describe and control internet telephony services. In this paper, we describe the CPL system for supplementary Internet telephony services using SIP as an application level call signaling protocol. Those supplementary services are composed of CPL client which is a SIP UA, SIP Proxy server, Registrar and CPL server In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of the CPL server system in detail which is developed in Linux 7.2 using C and C++ programming languages.

In this paper, as a proper authentication method, we made it authenticate a user who has unauthorized device with using authorized device received from telecommunication company using QR code. We designed a better performance protocol which can authenticate mutually using safer and uncomplicated operations than existing user authentication system. Proposed user authentication system authenticates previously authorized mobile device without any information of client who is requesting to get access from outside, so we can basically prevent attack from hackers. In the future, we can possibly use it as user authentication method in common internet environment or we could study on user unique information instead of mobile device information.

Because of the explosive growth of mobile devices and development of network technologies, HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) adaptive streaming has become a new trend in video delivery to provide efficient multimedia streaming services. As interest in personalized broadcasting grows, the study of interactive multimedia has been actively pursued. The interactive multimedia service is a method of playing media according to a scenario selected by the user. Providing the interactive multimedia service with the existing HTTP adaptive streaming causes switching delay and buffer underflow according to the point in time when the user selects the scenario while the client streams the interactive multimedia and therefore decreases the user QoE (Quality of Experience). In this paper, we propose an adaptive streaming scheme for interactive multimedia service in HTTP adaptive streaming to provide seamless playback. We design the architecture and prefetching scheme for interactive multimedia streaming.

With universality of e-commerce through internet, smaller online shopping malls are increased. A Smaller online shopping mall by nature lacks an extra space to load many inventory quantities. Therefore, it is difficult to response immediately with client request with traditional inventory management method. VMI has a character that supplier can control volume of inventory according to sales of seller. This paper proposes SOHO-VMI that is applied VMI into smaller online shopping mall. Proposed SOHO-VMI supports M $\times$ N structure can interact with multiple suppliers and sellers. And it uses XML/EDI for interaction with EDI documents use to legacy system. Also, This paper proposes logistics statistic prediction algorithm can adjust production and distribution volumes to supplier considering seller's product distribution information and seasonal factor.

Purpose. The purpose of this study was to identify the stage of change of smoking cessation behavior and investigate factors associated with the stage of smoking cessation behavior according to the transtheoretical model. Methods. The participants, 297 smokers & quitters were selected by a stratified random sampling from 127 high school sophomore students in B city. Data were collected from April 6th to 16th, in 2002 using the structured self-report questionnaire. Results. The subjects were distributed in each stage of change of smoking cessation behavior: there were 46 subjects (15.5%) in precontemplation, 73 subjects (24.6%) in contemplation, 67 subjects(22.3%) in preparation, 56 subjects (18.5%) in action, 55 subjects (18.5%) in maintenance. Compared to the precontemplation and contemplation, people in preparation tended to smoke daily more and smoked for a shorter time, and as precontemplation progressed to the maintenance, past 1 year smoking cessation frequency increased and friends smoking decreased. Smoking onset age was the earliest in preparation, and the latest in maintenance. Helping relationships and self relationships are used a lot in precontemplation and also in contemplation. In preparation, self liberation and helping relationships are used a lot, in action, self liberation and helping relationships, and in maintenance, self liberation and environmental reevaluation. At each stage, the score of negative affect situation was the highest, but the one of negative affect situation, positive social situation, habitual strength, weight control decreased as precontemplation progressed to the maintenance. While the score of social pros and coping pros decreased with increasing stage, the one of cons tended to increase. Through stepwise discriminant analysis, it was found that social pros, smoking onset age, delf-libration were the most influencing powers among factors associated with the stages of smoking cessation behavior. Conclusions. This study suggested that, in developing an effective smoking cessation intervention for adolescents, all the stage of a client's cessation had to be assessed prior to applying intervention programs. In addition, the results of this study will become a pillar of smoking cessation program planning and application.

Recently, the expert call center solution has become the center of interest, since finance and tele-marketing system, which is focused on a communication industry, have been increasing, Specially, the call center market is growing up with a supporting Caller-ID for a cellular phone in Korea, In the present, although large size companies are developing expensive solutions and instruments to service only for the big companies, there little solutions for SOHO markets, Therefore, in this paper we have shown a design and an implementation of a CTI system which is capable of in/outbound call processing by using CTI, and providing stable services by linking the customer's DB. And these functionalities have become possible by integrating functions of PBX and the computer control of the PBX. First, we have constructed call flows and analyzed packets for the standard communication through the PBX in call. Then, we have designed and implemented a middleware which linked a call between a client and a customer. Finally, we have constructed a database module for applying the CRM technology to the management of customer's contents.

Most network equipment is an embedded system designed to execute specific function. An embedded system is an electronic control system mixing hardware and software to execute only fixed function for the purpose of system, not confuter, performing diverse function for a wide use. Early embedded system executed only simple function, combining specific function with optimization, a micro size, and low power, but it has developed to meet complex and diverse system. The purpose of this study is to realize DHCP server based on embedded system. To achieve this, embedded Linux was ported in ez Bord-M01 mounted with Intel Strong ARM SA1110 processor, and ethernet-based network was constructed for network function. In this way, this study suggests embedded DHCP server where Window and Linux client hosts are dynamically configurated as network information by dynamically assigning network information in embedded board.

In this study, real-time monitoring is carried out in the factory site for product quality control such as improvement of productivity through facility automation, improvement of product quality, improvement of factory environment, check of facility maintenance status and check of product defect, And to establish a smart factory for the purpose of protecting the personal environment of the worker. The company is an auto parts company located in the province. The main research content is development of automation and monitoring system of oil filter clipping necessary for smart factory. Smart factory oil filter clipping automation is divided into electric air parts, solenoid valve and other parts processing process. Smart factory quality inspection monitoring system is implemented by server PC and S / W, client software, Operator PC, operating program, and input terminal application. This research data is expected to be very useful data for the auto parts venture companies that are promoting smart factories.

The objective of this study is to discuss the role of integrative medicine (IM) in contemporary health care settings, and how and which factors affect and facilitate the success of IM in terms of the integration of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) and conventional medicine in primary health care (PHC). IM is meant to provide the best possible health care, for both patient and physician. The way of IM use in the developed countries presents various ways that IM can be provided, and it appears that strategies have been successfully developed to facilitate integration. Although few of the barriers to the integration of CAM and conventional medicine have been resolved, concerns over the legitimacy of CAM in health care (e.g., safety, biomedical evidence, and efficacy) are being overcome by the use of evidence-based practice in IM delivery. There are dominant models of IM that have been developed. The model types signify different levels of equity between CAM and conventional medicine in regard to the power, autonomy, and control held by each. However, the factors common to all IM models, whether describing CAM as supplementary or complementary to conventional medicine, is the concept of a health care model that aspires to be client-centred and holistic, with focus on health rather than disease as well as mutual respect among peer practitioners. Finally, this study concluded that the growth and viability of traditional Korean medicine(TKM) depend on evidence-based practices and identifying the successful influences on the integration of TKM and conventional medicine for recognition of its inherent value in PHC. Some recommendations for the integration of TKM and conventional medicine were suggested.
