The Jik-ji has been proved as the oldest historical property in the world. And Now we are trying to make Jik-Ji as the representative cultural brand of Chung-buk. This paper analysed deterministic factors of the total satisfaction and consumption expenditure at the Jik-JI Festival, based on econometric method. We obtained several results. As expected we got positive relation between economic variable like income and satisfaction - expenditure of participants, but we didn't get anticipated results from demographic variables. Or so, men have high degree of satisfaction and expenditure, compared to women. But participants from outside Chung-buk had negative relations to satisfaction and expenditure of the event. Therefore, in order to develop Jik-Ji Festival as world-wide festival, it is necessary to build long term master plan and public organization of Jik-Ji Festival.

In this paper a VLSI design for the automatic magnetizing system has been presented. This is the design of a peripheral controller, which magnetizes CRTs and computers monitors and controls the automatic inspection system. We implemented a programmable peripheral interface(PPI) circuit of the control and protocol module for the magnetizer controller by using a O.8um CMOS SOG(Sea of Gate) technology of ETRI. Most of the PPI functions has been confirmed. In the conventional method, the propagation/ramp delay model was used to predict the delay of cells, but used to model on only a single cell. Later, a modified "apos;Linear delay predict model"apos; was suggested in the LODECAP(LOgic Design Capture) by adding some factors to the prior model. But this has not a full model on the delay chain. In this paper a new "apos;delay predict equationapos;" for the design of the timing control block in PPI system has been suggested. We have described the detail method on a design of delay chain block according to the extracted equation and applied this method to the timing control block design.

Programmable logic controller (PLC) is widely used in manufacturing system or process control. This paper presents the design of a 32-bit microprocessor for a sequence control using an Application Specification Integrated Circuit (ASIC). The 32-bit microprocessor was designed by a VHDL with top down method; the program memory was separated from the data memory for high speed execution of 274 specified sequence instructions. Therefore it was possible that sequence instructions could be operated at the same time during the instruction fetch cycle. And in order to reduce the instruction decoding time and the interface time of the data memory interface, an instruction code size was implemented by 32-bits. And the real time debugging as single step run, break point run was implemented. Pulse instruction, step controller, master controllers, BIN and BCD type arithmetic instructions, barrel shit instructions were implemented for many used in PLC system. The designed microprocessor was synthesized by the S1L50000 series which contains 70,000 gates with 0.65um technology of SEIKO EPSON. Finally, the benchmark was performed to show that designed 32-bit microprocessor has better performance than Q4A PLC of Mitsubishi Corporation.

Diurnal changes of microclimatic conditions and tissue water relations were measured at two sites where Carpinus laxiflora and C. cordata were allopatrically distributed. The microclimatic conditions at a site where C. laxiflora was distributed produced severe water stress condition during summer months. Daily maximum temperature reached $30.4^\circC$ and the highest vapor pressure deficit was 1.31 KPa when 13 rainless days were continued. During this period soil water content decreased to below the field capacity even at a depth of 20 cm and xylem pressure potential also decreased to ­2.04 MPa. However, turgor potential was maintained more than 0.4 MPa. Patterns of stomatal conductance were changed with evaporative demand and soil water availability. On the other hand, microclimatic conditions at a site where C. cordata was distributed were moderate water strees condition compared with those at a site C. laxiflora was distributed. Though soil water content was maintained above field capacity C. cordata showed a remarkable decrease in turgor potential and stomatal conductance throughout the experiment. These results indicate that there is a difference in habitat characteristics between the two species and C. laxiflora is more resistant than C. cordata to water stress.

In this paper, removal time of side form from concrete using OPC(ordinary Portland cement) and FAC(fly ash cement) are proposed by appling logistic model, which evaluates the strength development of concrete with maturity. W/B, types of cement and curing temperatures are adapted as test parameters. The estimation of strength development by logistic model has a good agreement between calculated values and measured ones. As for the removal times of form works suggested in this paper, as W/8 increases, curing temperature decreases and fly ash is used, removal time of side form is prolonged. Removal time of form from concrete using OPC suggested in this paper is shorter $2.5\~3.5$ days than those of KASS-5 (Korean Architectural Standard Specifications-5) in the range of over $20^{\circ}C$. And in the range of $10\~20^{\circ}C$ removal time of form is shorter than that of KASS-5 by as much as $4\~4.5$ days. The use of FAC results in an increase in removal time of form compared to that of OPC by about 1 day.

Pentacene channel for organic thin film transistor was deposited on the SiOC film by thermal evaporation. The growth of pentacene is related with the Diels-Alder reaction and the nucleophilic reaction by the thermal induction. The surface is an important factor to control the recursive Diels-Alder reaction for growing of pentacene on SiOC far The terminal C=C double bond of pentacene molecule was broken easily as a result of attack of the nucleophilic reagents on the surface of SiOC film. The nucleophilic reaction can be accelerated by increasing temperature on surface, and it maks pentacene to grow hardly on the SiOC film with a flow rate ratio of $O_2/(BTMSM+O_2)=0.5$ due to its inorganic property. The nucleophlic reaction mechanism is $SN_2(bimolecular nucleophilic substitution)$ type.

In this paper, Bit selectable and Bi-directional Interface Device is described, which can communicate data with the peripheral devices. Specially, an algorithm of truth-table comparison that synthesizes the pulse-type sequential circuit pulse has been proposed to design the Interrupt Generator, and implemented in designing the Interrupt Register. Also, a description of the asynchronous design method is given to remove the clock skew phenomenon, and the output asynchronous control method which finds the optimal clock and controls all the enable signal of the output pins at the same time is presented. Using this technique interface ports have delay time of less-than 0.7ns.

In this paper, I'd like to make a suggestion for boundary line detect algorithm which is used 3-D image processing system in order to track moving object. Through this study, more than anything else, difference image method was adopted to detect moving object in input image. To detect moving object, I made use of detect windows constructed by 4's predictive areas and object area for the purpose of reducing processing time and its size was determined by the size of moving object and prediction parameter directed center position. And also, tracking camera was movable toward the direction of X, Y by DC motor. As a conclusion of the study proposed algorithm, I found out the following results that tracking error was less than 6% of total moving object size and maximum tracking time 2 seconds by toy-car simulation.

There are many mistakes when we estimate probability of an event, for example, we often omit some likelihoods (of an event), sometimes give too large or too small possibility for a particular case, cannot relate current cases with which were concerned before, apply at another cases as soon as discuss about it insufficiently, etc. If we go into a history of probability and statistics, we shall ascertain that many scientists and mathmaticians made essentially same mistakes with us. In the paper, we will consider the theorization of probability and statistics as a process of modification of mistakes which were made during one's estimating possibility of an event. On that point of view, we shall look at historical background of probability and statistics.

Purpose: This study was designed to identify the relationship between image of nursing and satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students Method: A descriptive research design that examined relationship between image of nurse and satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing students was used for this study, All 350 subjects were obtained by convenience sampling from three nursing diploma programs. The data were collected using an self-reporting questionnaire from May 1st to 31st, 2003. Collected data were analysed on SPSS Win 11.0. Result: There is a significant relationship between image of nurse and satisfaction with clinical practice of nursing student. Classical image of nurse, older age, and satisfaction with nursing of nursing students were identified as the factors that influence significantly on their satisfaction with clinical practice. Conclusions: Nursing student is given a chance to prepare themselves be a nurse through well-structured clinical nursing practice. Therefore, it's important to enhance nursing students' image of nurse and satisfaction with nursing in order to enhance their satisfaction with clinical practice.
