We purpose a decision model to select the optimal facilities for the Decision Making problems with multiple characteristics(nominal-is-best characteristics, larger-is -better characteristics, smaller- is -better characteristics). Using this model, concept of the loss function is used in this comprehensive method of for select the optimal preferred facilities. To solve the issue on the optimal preferred facilities for multiple characteristics, this study propose the loss function with cross-product terms among the characteristics and derived range of the coefficients of the terms.

The objective of this study is to simulate the etching characteristics under different process parameters for the optimization of etching process. The etching characteristics such as the etching factor were investigated under different operating conditions and compared with the spray characteristics. The spray characteristics were measured by using Phase Doppler Anemometer. The correlation between the etching characteristics and the spray characteristics was analyzed to simulate the etching characteristics under the actual parameters of the etching process. The parameters were distance of nozzle tip and pipe pitch. To improve the uniformity and value of etching factor in the etching process, the process parameters should be designed optimally. The distribution of spray was simulated by the Monte-Carlo Method and the process parameters were optimized by the design of experiments(DOE).

This study establishes key factors on ISM (Internet Shopping Mall) performance in Korea. The four factors are derived from the relevant literature and clarified the concept of ISM characteristics, customer characteristics, ISM evaluation level. and perceived risks by distinguishing between its components and determinants. ISM performance indicators were derived from the previous studios classifying by ISM attitude and ISM usage. We examine on the impact of ISM characteristics and customer characteristics on the ISM evaluation level, then its level and perceived risks on the ISM performance. Hypotheses on four factors of ISM performance were tested for 172 respondents. Results indicate that four factors may partially serve as key predictors on ISM performance. ISM characteristics and customer characteristics was found to be positively influenced on ISM evaluation level, and its level also positively affected on ISM performance while perceived risks negatively affected on ISM performance.

In this study, a position control characteristics of pneumatic cylinder with transmission line is analyzed. Dynamic characteristics of transmission line using compressible fluid is changed by the flowing stiles of the fluid the diameter and the length of the line. But, the effect of the change of dynamic characteristics of transmission line by the flowing states on the position control characteristics can be neglected because of the friction force of the pneumatic cylinder. So, We assume that the position control characteristics is affected by the diameter and length of the transmission line. The experimental results according to the change of parameter of the transmission line show that the relation between the parameter of the transmission line and the position control characteristics of pneumatic cylinder driving system with the transmission line.

The objective of this work is to study the improvement of etching characteristics in wet etching process. The etching characteristics such as etching factor were investigated under different etching conditions and compared with the spray characteristics. The spray characteristics of nozzle with different geometries such as swirler angle and swirl chamber aspect ratio were analyzed by using PDA system to predict the effect of the spray characteristics on the etching factor. The swirler angles were 49,5$^{\circ}$, 63$^{\circ}$ and 76.5$^{\circ}$. The swirl chamber aspect ratios were 1.2, 1.6 and 2.0. It was found that the etching factor was correlated with the spray characteristics and also the smaller swiller angle, the larger etching factor became.

The objective of this work is to simulate the etching characteristics for the optimization on the etching process of Lead-Frame. The etching characteristics such as etching factor, etching uniformity were investigated under different the actual operating conditions. The correlation between the etching characteristics and the spray ones were analyzed to simulate the etching characteristics in the etching process. To improve the etching characteristics in the etching process, effects of the various operating conditions such as pressure, distance from nozzle tip, pipe pitch, and feed speed should be understood in detail. The spray characteristics obtained by experiment using PDA system were simulated by the Monte-Carlo simulation. The etching process model was coded by Java language. It was found that the spray characteristics were correlated with the etching ones and simulation results generally agreed well with the measured results of etching characteristics in the etching process of Lead-Frame. The optimal operating parameters were successfully found under variable conditions.

본 연구는 중소 제조기업 생산부서에서 근무하는 종업원들의 업무특성요인의 인지도가 생산성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증하는 것이다. 또한 업무특성요인과 생산성과의 관계에서 관리회계 정보특성이 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하는 것이다 본 연구에서는 업무특성요인으로 업무의 다양성, 업무의 중요성, 자율성, 정체성으로 구분하였으며, 생산성과를 유연성, 시간, 품질로 구분하였다. 본 연구의 가설검증 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 업무특성과 생산성과와의 관계에서는 생산부서에 근무하는 종업원들의 업무특성의 인지도에 따라서 생산성과에 유의적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 생산부서에 근무하는 종업원들의 업무특성의 인지도와 생산성과간의 관계에서 관리회계정보특성에 따라 유의적인 영향관계가 있는 것으로 조사되었다.

PURPOSES : The effects on traffic accidents change with the changing environment. Accordingly, this study analyzes the characteristics of traffic accidents based on the personal characteristics (gender and age) of drivers, and those of 25 autonomous districts in Seoul, and suggests improvements. METHODS : Based on data pertaining to traffic accidents in Seoul, the analysis of accident characteristics was conducted by categorizing the types of traffic accidents according to the drivers' gender and age, and characteristics of 25 autonomous districts in Seoul. Further, for statistical verification, the SPSS software was used to derive influence variables through a multinomial logistic regression analysis, and a method for reducing traffic accidents was proposed. RESULTS : Analysis results show that males tend to be more involved in speed-related accidents and females in low-experience driving-related accidents such as those during parking and alleyway driving. In addition, variables such as age, automobile type, district, and day of the week are found to influence accident types. CONCLUSIONS : This study analyzed the accident characteristics based on personal and city characteristics to reflect the sociological characteristics that influence traffic accidents. The number of traffic accidents in Korea could be decreased drastically by implementing the results of this study in customized safety education and traffic maps.

The purposes of this study were to identify buyers' need criteria on product/vendor selection criteria of apparel buyers in department store and to investigate the relatonships among buyers' need criteria, information search behavior, types of buying task and influential factors on buying behavior of buyers(individual characteristics, organizational characteristics, and customer perception characteristics). A questionnaire was developed to measure research subjects based on theoretical study empirically. The questionnaire was administered to 159 apparel buyers of 11 department stores in Seoul. The results of empirical studies were summarized as follows. 1. The need criteria of buyers on product/vendor selection criteria were classified into five types : vendor characteristics; quality characteristics; price characteristics; brand characteristics; product characteristics and the need criteria differed significantly by influencing factors on buying behavior of buyers. 2. There were no relationships between information types and amounts of information search but information types differed significantly by need criteria and individual characteristics 3. Types of buying task were significantly different according to need criteria of buyers and organizational characteristics. 4. Buying policy of department store was significantly different according to organizational characteristics.

연구목적: 연구의 목적은 도시특성과 개인특성이 개인의 건강수준에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법:본 연구는 2016년 우리나라 지방자치단체에 대한 도시특성과 개인특성이 개인의 건강수준에 미치는 영향관계를 위계선형모형으로 분석하였다. 연구결과: 도시특성이 개인특성과 더불어 개인이 건강수준에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그 영향 정도가 매우 크나 일부 변수들은 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 향후 도시정책에 보다 세밀한 연구가 필요하다. 결론:도시특성은 개인의 건강수준에 영향을 미치지만 개별적인 도시정책의 변수에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하다.
