과학학습에서 인지갈등의 긍정적인 혹은 때때로 부정적인 영향에 관한 논의들이 아직까지 진행되고 있다. 그러나 분명한 것은 개념변화이론에 따르면 인지갈등이 개념변화에 중요한 역할을 한다는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적은 개념변화과정에서 인지갈등의 역할을 자세히 살펴보는 것이다. 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1) 불일치 상황은 인지갈등의 필요조건 혹은 충분조건인가? 2) 인지갈등은 개념변화의 필요조건 혹은 충분조건인가? 이 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 우리는 관련 문헌들 속의 이론과 결과들을 분석하였다. 마무리부분에서는 개념변화과정에서 인지갈등의 복잡한 역할과 앞으로의 연구과제에 대하여 논의 하였다.

This study investigates public receptivity to celebrity's climate change advocacy on YouTube through a semantic network analysis. The results of this study suggest that the YouTube video generated a number of viewers' responses. Celebrity endorsement not only leaded public voices on climate change issue, but also their opinions on the celebrity endorser. This study found that most of viewers were polarized in their judgment and attitude toward the celebrity advocate either positively or negatively. This study offers an exploratory examination of the perceived star power and the role of celebrities as spokespersons for social causes. This study contributes to the theoretical foundation of the role of celebrity advocacy using social media. In addition, this study offers methodological insights into how to detect public perceptions and attitudes toward celebrity endorsement of social causes by analyzing public comments.

Objective : An Intracranial aneurysm is an important acquired cerebrovascular disease that can cause a catastrophic subarachnoid hemorrhage. Atherosclerosis is one of possible mechanism, but its contribution to aneurysm formation is unclear. Human apolipoprotein E[apoE] is best known for its arterial protection from atherosclerosis. In this study we observe apoE expression in experimental cerebral aneurysms of rats to elucidate the role of apoE in the process of cerebral aneurysm formation. Methods : Twenty-four male 7-week-old Sprague-Dawley strain rats received a cerebral aneurysm induction procedure. One month[12] and three months[12] after the operation, the rats were killed, their cerebral arteries were dissected, and the regions of the bifurcation of the right anterior cerebral artery-olfactory artery [ACA-OA] bifurcations were examined histologically and immunohistochemically. Results : In the 1 month group [n=12], the ACA-OA bifurcation showed no aneurysmal change in 7 rats and early aneurysmal change in 5 rats. In the 3 months group (n=12), the bifurcation showed no aneurysmal change in 2 rats and an advanced aneurysm in 10 rats. ApoE expression were in 3 specimen in early aneurysmal change, but not in advanced aneurysms. Conclusion : ApoE expression in early aneurysmal wall suggests a possible role for apoE in early events leading to aneurysm formation. Further studios are necessary to elucidate the exact role of apoE in the pathophysiology of cerebral aneurysm.

This study concerns the role of costume in Shakespearean tragedy from the viewpoint of the role theory. The term "role" has been used to represent the behavior expected of the occupant of a given position or status. A specific role can not be successfully performed without the aid of the Costumes. Costumes are adopted in relation with a specific role. The role of social status and position reflects sex, age, occupation, class, economic position of the characters. In his works, the crown and the mace represented not only the throne but also a previllege and supreme position. The sitution role of costume could be widely used for visualizing the psychological situation and external environments of the characters on the stage. The disguise role hided one's status, thereby makes possible acting others position. And the disguise role can bring about the change of status, age, sex, occupation, and atmosphere. The costume could be used as a voucher of love. The costume performed the role of the physical and psychic protection, and provided its wearer with consolation and peaceful mind. The costume reflected the custom of a society through its wearing condition and wearing configuration. The results obtained from this study can provide useful cues for understanding the role action in the social structure. This kind of understanding reveals the costume phenomena in real life, allows one to perform roles properly and efficiently, and opens our insight on the overall aspects of the costume culture.

본 연구에서는 과학의 본성을 현대적 관점으로 변화시킬 수 있는 프로그램으로서 2 종류의 과학사-역할놀이 프로그램을 고안하여 그 프로그램의 적용 효과와 과학사 주제별 과학의 본성의 인식의 변화에서 차이가 있는 지를 알아보았다. 과학사 주제에 따른 역할놀이 활동 전후의 과학의 본성 인식변화 효과의 차이를 분석한 결과 I 그룹(원자모형의 변천-역할놀이 활동)과 II 그룹(멘델레프 주기율 표-역할놀이 활동)을 수행한 그룹 사이에 과학의 본성 인식 정도가 통계적으로 차이가 없는 동질한 그룹이었으나, 각각의 주제로 과학사-역할놀이 처치를 한 후 시행한 사후검사에서 I 그룹이 II 그룹보다 그 인식의 정도가 통계적으로 유의미한 차이로 높게 나타났다. 이는 과학사-역할놀이 활동을 처치한 후에 과학의 본성에 대한 인식의 변화 정도는 각각의 역할놀이와 결합시키는 과학사의 주제에 따라 그 효과가 차이가 있을 수 있음을 의미하는 것이다. 본 연구결과는 주제의 흥미도와 난이도를 고려하기 보다는 시계열적 과정을 거쳐 다수의 과학자들이 과학적 이론을 정립해 가는 과정이 포함된 과학사 주제를 선택하여 과학사-역할놀이 활동을 할 경우 과학의 본성의 변화에 더 효과적일 수 있다는 가능성을 시사한다.

This article presents a theoretical model for conceptual change that relates cognitive conflict and the role of context. The model assumes that students derive alternative conceptions from everyday contexts while scientific concepts presume an idealized context, and hence, that the source of cognitive conflict results from the difference between the two contexts. Test results and analysis of the model are presented by applying it in a class studying the inertial motion of bodies. The subjects are 37 seventh grade boys.

Recombinant murine stem cell factor (rmSCF) or recombinant murine nerve growth factor (rmNGF) induced the morphological change of large numbers of rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC). We investigated the role of phosphatidylinositol $3^{l}-kinase$ (PI3-kinase) in receptors-mediated morphological change in RPMC. Exposure of RPMC to PI3-kinase inhibitor, wortmannin, before the addition of rmSCF and rmNGF antagonized those factors-induced morphological change. These results suggest that the PI3-kinase is involved in the signal transduction pathway responsible for morphological change following stimulation of rmSCF and rmNGF and that wortmannin blocks these responses.

Purpose : Nursing profession has been rapidly changed due to the development of bioscience and the change of medical service environment. Nursing profession that has been focused on only care giver's role like mother's in tradition, is required careful reflection new nursing role to cope properly to the change of medical service environment. In nursing profession, the concept of the role was used without an accurate definition, as a results, the concept of the role was mixed with the concept of the "activity", "job" and "function". Therefore, concept analysis of the role in nursing profession is needed to remove conceptual ambiguous and make confirm the true meaning of the role. Concept analysis is a strategy that examine the characteristics of a concept. It is a formal linguistic exercise to determine those defining attributes. The basic purpose of concept analysis is to clarify ambiguous concept in theory, and propose operational definition which reflects the theoretical base of the concept. Method : In this study, the concept of the role in nursing profession which was analyzed based on the steps of concept analysis by Walker & Avant(1988). Results : The attributes of the concept of the role in nursing profession are : 1. Basic factors to construct social structure. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Perceptive attitudes, values, behavior patterns in order to social interaction. 4. Acquiring through continuous communication and learning. 5. Not fixative but changeable. The antecedents of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The social status and position which is possessed by a person. 2. Expected attitudes, values, behavior patterns according to the social status and position in social structure. 3. Acquiring through continuous interaction, communication, and learning process. And the consequences of the role in nursing profession are : 1. The role maintenance and the role expansion as a positive consequences. 2. The role conflict and the role loss as a negative consequences. Conclusion : Through this concept analysis, the concept of the role in nursing profession is defined as As basic factors to construct social structure, person's attitudes, values, behavior patterns which are expected from other social members according to person's social status and position, and perceived and acquired through continuous interaction, communication, and leaning process.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factor of feminization in men's fashion according to Sex Role Stereotype of 20's$\sim$30's mens. The investigators surveyed 260 men who aged twenties and thirties in pusan. For data analysis, we used Chi-Square Test, Factor Analysis, Reliability Analysis, T-test and ANOVA along with SPSS 12.0 package. The results of this study were as followings: First, the result of sex role stereotype according to vital statistics was different with age, scholarship, job, and employer. Androginy type and Undiffer type highly showed most variable. That showed the change of Sex Role Stereotype. Second, the result of the factor of feminization in men's fashion according to Sex Role Stereotype was identified as 'pursuit of fashion,' 'pursuit of sense,' 'feminity,' 'secession of sex role.' Third, the result of the factor of feminization in men's fashion according to the vital statistics was different with scholarship, job, and employer. Forth, the factor of feminization in men's fashion according to sex role stereotype was different with 'pursuit of fashion,' 'pursuit of sense,' 'secession of sex role.' Especially, 'pursuit of fashion' and 'pursuit of sense' was importantly understood with the factor of feminization in men's fashion in Androginy type.

본 연구에서는 시대적 요구와 함께 대학도서관의 역할 및 기능이 지역 정보서비스의 거점이자 지역정보서비스센터로 확대되었다. 이에 따라, 대학도서관이 지역정보서비스를 강화하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 지역문화콘텐츠를 활용한 대학도서관서비스 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 대학도서관에서는 지역을 대표하는 핵심 문화콘텐츠 또는 지역 출신 인물과 관련한 콘텐츠 등을 지역문화콘텐츠로 선정하여, 지역의 관련 기관으로부터 정보를 제공받아 서비스하거나, 직접 자료를 제작하여 지역의 문화와 예술을 기반으로 한 사회적, 문화적, 교육적 기능을 수행하여야 한다. 둘째, 대학도서관은 지역문화콘텐츠 관련 프로그램을 기획할 때, 지역 탐방과 학습, 독서, 체험 등이 결합된 형태로 진행하여야 한다. 셋째, 대학도서관은 지역문화자원 관리시스템 구축을 통해 문화자원의 체계적이고 안정적인 보존과 광범위한 서비스 확대를 통해 문화자원 저장소와 문화자원의 허브로서의 역할을 수행해야 한다.
