건설정보의 크기와 복잡성이 증가하고 건설정보화 분야에서 정보기술 의존도가 높아짐에 따라 건설정보 관리를 위한 표준의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 현재 국내에서 건설사업정보 표준에 관한 인증은 일부 시스템과 정보화 수준 등을 대상으로 시행되고 있으며, 건설사업정보 표준인증제도가 확립되어 있는 실정은 아니다. 이에 건설CALS 표준에 대한 인증 시스템의 도입과 건설정보표준의 실질적인 응용프로그램에 대한 확산전략을 추진한다. 인증시스템의 개발을 위하여 건설정보표준에 대한 현황과 특성을 분석하고 국내외 사례를 조사하였다. 이를 바탕으로 인증의 대상이 되는 건설CALS 표준에 대한 분류 및 분석을 통해 각 표준별 인증의 필요성을 도출하고 인증대상 도입시 우선 대상을 고려하여 인증대상을 선정하였다. 마지막으로 선정된 대상에 대한 인증제도 운영방안을 제시하고 전문 지식이나 기술이 요구되는 사항에 대해서는 자문회의를 개최하여 인증제도 운영방안에 대한 방향성을 확립하고 전문성을 확보하였다.

In this paper, we propose the AI certification standardization activities for systematic research and planning for the standardization of trustworthy artificial intelligence (AI). The activities will be in two-fold. In the stage 1, we investigate the scope and possibility of standardization through AI reliability technology research targeting international standards organizations. And we establish the AI reliability technology standard and AI reliability verification for the feasibility of the AI reliability technology/certification standards. In the stage 2, based on the standard technical specifications established in the previous stage, we establish AI reliability certification program for verification of products, systems and services. Along with the establishment of the AI reliability certification system, a global InterOp (Interoperability test) event, an AI reliability certification international standard meetings and seminars are to be held for the spread of AI reliability certification. Finally, TAIPP (Trustworthy AI Partnership Project) will be established through the participation of relevant standards organizations and industries to overall maintain and develop standards and certification programs to ensure the governance of AI reliability certification standards.

Purpose: The Korean government has implemented a Barrier Free Certification System since 2008 to create a secure and convenient environment for the socially disadvantaged. The drastic increase in the number of BF-certification facilities is expected due to the revision of the system and increasing the number of certification institutions. An analysis of individual evaluation items needs to be made for the BF-Certification with public confidence. Method: Korean standard, International Standard(ISO/FDIS 21542, 2011), German Standard(DIN 18040-1, 2010), Austrian Standard(${\ddot{O}}NORM$ B 1600, 2017) and Swiss Standard(Norm SIA 500 / SN 521 500, 2009) were investigated and analyzed. A comprehensive improvement plan is proposed by comparing details of the aforementioned standards and the evaluation items of BF-Certification. Results: Many problems arise in applying existing Barrier-free standards due to changes in population structure, environmental change and the use of powered wheelchairs. International standards are being improved to solve these problems. The korean standards also require improving of the Barrier Free Law and Certification System, which reflect these trends. In korean cases, standards such as the size of the doors (width and height), the Unobstructed Manoeuvring Space and Clear Space at the Latch side of the Door are required to improve standards in accordance with international standards. In addition, the expression of laws and evaluation items of BF-Certification should be clearly defined. And the application of visual contrast standards for the enhancement of perceptions presented in international standards should be considered. Implication: Barrier Free related legal standards and evaluation items of BF-Certification that are used in Korea are required to be revised in consideration of social and environmental changes. Comprehensive improvements should be made through detailed review.

Purpose: This paper provides a method to identify cost-effective standards by analyzing the relationships between certified company and standards. It also aims to provide a evaluation model to establish a certification portfolio strategy of institutions. Methods: By analysing the networks of certified company and certification standards, this paper developed an evaluation model of standards. The evaluation model uses an index(Certificated Standard Evaluation Index; CSEI) to assess the value of standards. Results: To verify the applicability of the evaluation model, the proposed model and the CSEL index have been applied to certification standards of Korean Standard Association. The results show that the evaluation model can effectively identify potential customers and thereby establish a certification portfolio strategy. Conclusion: The main contribution of this study is a provision of a new approach to certification portfolio strategy by evaluating the value of standards. The proposed model is expected to provide implications for the certification portfolio strategy.

The purpose of this study is to find method to meet the greater retailer's supplier assessment requirement So, this study analyze the greater retailer's requirement for supplier assesment and research global standard which is used instead of supplier assessment requirement that is recognized by global retailers initiative. Next, this study analyze domestic aquaculture certification requirement and compare the global standard with the domestic requirement by using The Most Similar Systems Design. As a result, this comparing has founded all of two domestic certifications are similar to global standard's Good Aquaculture Practice module but those are a little bit different from System Element module. Therefore, this study suggest tree alternative. First, make up for the weak points in the current domestic aquaculture certification system. Second, the introduction of global aquaculture management system certification as supporting by government. Third, development of new standard in accordance with global food standard. This study has major implications for research into development of domestic aquaculture standard.

The purpose of this study is to examine the tendency of certified organic cosmetics market and the certification standards and regulations they are under, compare one of the most commonly used COSMOS-standard AISBL with the Korea Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) organic cosmetic standard regulation. And then examining their differences and any potential issues is to present suggestions to be made as data for certification standard for natural & organic cosmetics in Korea regulation. This contents of study will be used as good research and development to promote the sustainable growth of the natural & organic cosmetic ingredients which have been grown by organic farmers certified. Also certified organic ingredients may help to growth the organic industry. I believe these are actual comparative for application to develop of natural and organic cosmetics in Korea as well the strengthening of the competitiveness of organic cosmetics certified in the world.

Purpose: This study is conducted to contribute to the improvement of Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design(G-SEED) from the existing energy physical efficiency-centric system to the well-being-centric green building certification system. Method: In order to modify existing G-SEED Certification, three phases of research have been conducted; 1) identification of needs of well-being-centric environment-friendly construction certification system, 2) comparison of domestic certification system with WELL Building standard(WELL) which focuses on human health and promotion of wellness and 3) AHP analysis to sort out the supplement items from WELL. Result: We proposed four alternatives which should be preferentially introduced to the existing domestic certification system; addition of independent 'well-being' section(field) in G-SEED, insertion of 'well-being' indicators in each relevant section of G-SEED, addition of 'well-being' indicators in 'Innovative Design(ID)' of G-SEED and independent score systems for 25 items in a high priority.

The interest about the installation and certification for miscellaneous non-required electrical equipment is being increased in the domestic aviation industries. In this paper, the minimum applicable requirements in Airworthiness Standard and the acceptable means of compliance which can be applied to installation and certification for miscellaneous non-required electrical equipment is being researched. As a case study, galley certification procedures are presented by electrical load analysis, installation of warning devices and installation requirements.

This study analyzed that the infant carrier standard affects the satisfaction of certification. Baby Carrier Safety requirements in the Republic of Korea is enforceable by court duty certification. Therefore, a test was conducted to compare with the safety requirements of the United States and Europe and the survey was conducted to know how much manufacturers and importers are satisfied with the certification. According to the test result, there is a difference between domestic and foreign safety requirements about flame retardancy. As a result of the survey, The satisfaction of the certification is proportionate to the one of product standard.

ISO 30301 기록경영시스템 표준 제정으로 인해 기록관리가 경영적 차원에서 추진될 수 있는 표준체계가 마련되었지만, 인증을 받은 기관은 극소수이며 알려진 사례도 많지 않다. 이 연구의 목적은 ISO 30301 표준 인증을 획득하고자 하는 공공기관에 적합한 기록경영시스템을 구축할 수 있는 필수 요건을 제시하며, 실무적으로는 우수한 성공 사례를 통해 인증 관련 제반 사항을 숙지하여 표준을 도입하는 데 도움이 되고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 인증을 획득한 공공기관 및 지방자치단체의 출자·출연기관의 사례와 인증기관을 조사하여 분석하였다. 정보공개청구를 통한 내부문서 분석을 진행하였고, 공공기관 직원 4명과 인증기관 심사원 1명에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 인증심사 과정을 경험한 담당자 개인의 노하우와 전문지식을 포착하였다. 사례연구를 통해 인증을 획득하려는 기관이 효과적으로 인증을 획득할 수 있도록 1단계에서 5단계까지 수행 범위를 나누어 'ISO 30301 표준 인증 프로세스'를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이를 토대로 인증을 효과적이고 실질적으로 획득하는 방안을 5가지로 제안하였다.
