The disjoint union of mapping class groups g,1 gives us a braided monoidal category so that it gives rise to a double loop space structure. We show that there exists a natural twist in this category, so it gives us a ribbon category. We show that there exists a natural twist in this category, so it gives us a ribbon category. We explicitly express this structure by showing how the twist acts on the fundamental group of the surface Sg,l. We also make an explicit description of this structure in terms of the standard Dehn twists, as well as in terms of Wajnryb's Dehn twists. We show that the inverse of the twist g for the genus g equals the Dehn twist along the fixed boundary of the surface Sg,l.

PosM is a category whose objects are ample spaces and morphisms are possibility mappings. We study some properties of the Category PosM. So we show that Category PosM is a cartesian closed category, and it forms a topos with some condition.

Purpose: This study was to evaluate the strengthening process of advanced beginner's nursing competence through the concept mapping methods. Methods: This study was conducted with focus group study for 1 month from November to December 2012 (n=5). Data were analyzed through open coding, axial coding and selection coding stage. Results: Advanced beginner to represent the experience of nursing empowerment and the three categories of the nine concepts were derived. The first category is 'able to see the entire search.' This concept is to start a search query, the search process of thinking, behavior change is expected. The second category is 'behavior change through the acquisition of knowledge.', and this concept is the embodiment of knowledge, confidence rising, and action changing. The third category is 'nursing empowerment', the aesthetic, ethical, and personal knowledge acquisition, as well as self-growth. Conclusion: Advanced beginner saw the full flow through the concept mapping and obtained knowledge, and changed behavior. Thus, the concept mapping is effective to strengthen the nursing competence.

The disjoint union of mapping class groups of surfaces forms a braided monoidal category $\mathcal{M}$, as the disjoint union of the braid groups $\mathcal{B}$ does. We give a concrete and geometric meaning of the braidings ${\beta}_{r,s}$ in $\mathcal{M}$. Moreover, we find a set of elements in the mapping class groups which correspond to the standard generators of the braid groups. Using this, we can define an obvious map ${\phi}\;:\;B_g{\rightarrow}{\Gamma}_{g,1}$. We show that this map ${\phi}$ is injective and nongeometric in the sense of Wajnryb. Since this map extends to a braided monoidal functor ${\Phi}\;:\;\mathcal{B}{\rightarrow}\mathcal{M}$, the integral homology homomorphism induced by ${\phi}$ is trivial in the stable range.

The primary goal of the current study was to examine category solidity of Korean alveolar fricatives in the Busan and Seoul dialects of Korean. Considering the common belief of $/s^h/-/s^*/$ neutralization in Kyungsang speech, plain $/s^h/$ and fortis $/s^*/$ fricatives of Busan speakers were examined against the same fricatives of Seoul speakers. Perceptual distance between Korean $/s^h/$ and $/s^*/$ on the one hand and English /s/ on the other was investigated by use of across-linguistic mapping method. Two experiments of a perceptual mapping task of English /s/ to Korean $/s^h/$ and $/s^*/$ and a $/s^*/$-production task were conducted on users of the Busan and Seoul dialects of Korean. The results from the perception and production experiments suggested that at a micro-level, younger Busan speakers have less solid category stability for Korean $/s^*/$ compared with Seoul speakers, although their production of $/s^h/$ and $/s^*/$ was as highly distinctive from each other as that of Seoul speakers.

The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

Category theory gives a convenient language for the study of mathematical structures besides its own study. In this paper, we investigate how the abstract structure theory emerged in 1930s affects the study in Topology and eventually becomes a rudiment for the category theory. Moreover, various extensions and universal mapping problems were put in their proper perspective as reflections by the category theory and by its duality principle, coreflections become an interesting subject in Topology, both of which give rise to a new discipline of the categorical topology.

We introduce the new category VSet(H) consisting of H-fuzzy spaces and H-fuzzy mappings between them satisfying a certain condition, and investigate VSet(H) in the sense of a topological universe. Moreover, we show that VSet(H) is Cartesian closed over Set.

We construct an operad which is called the mapping class group operad. Its structure map is induced by the attachings of surfaces. The similar operad was constructed by Tillmann in order prove that ${\Gamma}^+_{\infty}$ is an infinite loop space. Our operad is rather simpler and easier to deal with.
