119 구급대원의 노인응급처치 현황 및 노인에 대한 지식, 응급처치 수행자신감 (Current prehospital care status, knowledge, and prehospital care confidence toward the elderly among 119 emergency medical technicians)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to improve the quality of prehospital emergency care for elderly patients by determining current prehospital care status based on run sheets and level of knowledge, and prehospital care confidence toward the elderly through questionnaires answered by 119 emergency medical technicians (EMTs). Methods: This study was conducted with 4,946 elderly patients who were transferred to the hospital by 119 ambulances in D city from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014. This study was a descriptive study of 119 run sheets. The questionnaire was completed by 160 EMTs working in D city. All data were analyzed by using SPSS 21.0. Results: 74.2% was due to disease among the 4,946 elderly patients who were transferred by 119 ambulances, and a rest was due to injury. The mean knowledge score of the 119 EMTs regarding elderly patients was low. Their confidence on prehospital care of the elderly patients statistically significantly differed according to career at hospital and education. Conclusion: Theoretical knowledge, education on prehospital care of the elderly, and repeated technical prehospital care education and training accompanied by feedback assessment by 119 EMTs are needed.

  • The development of ICT has led positive aspects such as popularization of Internet. It, on the other hand, is causing a negative aspect, Cyber Terror. Although the causes for recent and continuous increase of cyber security incidents are various such as lack of technical and institutional security measure, the main cause which threatens the cyber security is the users' lack of awareness and attitude. The purpose of this study is the positive analysis of how the personal and job characteristics influence the cyber security training participation rate and the response ability to cyber terror response training with a sample case of K-corporation employees. In this paper, the relationship among career, gender, department, whether he/she is a cyber security specialist, whether he/she is a regular employee), "ratio of cyber security training courses during recent three years", "ratio that he/she has opened the malicious email in cyber terror response training during recent three years", "response index of virus active-x installation (higher index means poorer response)" is closely examined. Moreover, based on the examination result, the practical and political implications regarding K-corporation's cyber security courses and cyber terror response training are studied.

인포그래픽 기반 STEAM 프로그램 개발 및 효과성 검증 (Development of an Infographic-Based STEAM Program)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop an infographic-based STEAM program for high school students and test its effectiveness. In this study, we converged high school 'art' education with 'Korean language' and 'mathematics.' The program was divided into four phases. The effectiveness of the program was analyzed by conducting matched pair t-test for 377 students at a girl's high school in Seoul before and after the program. The study found that the students' self-concept on mathematics and their attitude towards choosing science and engineering career showed significant increases after the program. By connecting high school courses through data visualization based on cognitive information design, findings from this study suggest that our infographic-based STEAM program should be implemented more frequently at high schools.

보건교사의 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향요인 (The Factors Influencing on Disaster Nursing Competency of School Health Teachers)

  • Objectives: This study aims to identify influencing factors of disaster nursing competency among school health teachers. Methods: Data were collected from 110 school health teachers at the offfice of education in G province using a convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There was a significant difference in disaster nursing competency according to the general characteristics of the subjects in terms of clinical nurse work experience (t=3.40, p=.001) and disaster education experience (t=2.80, p=.006). Disaster perception and disaster nursing competency showed a significant positive correlation (r=.43, p<.001). In final analysis, disaster perception (𝛽=.35, p<.001), career as a nurse (𝛽=.23, p=.009), experience in disaster education (𝛽=.17, p=.048) was found to have a significant effect on disaster nursing competency. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, disaster perception should be raised to improve the disaster nursing competency of school health teachers. Speicalized disaster nursing & health education based on their experience before appointing school health teachers and disaster response simulation training tailored to school field conditions should be regularly conducted.

치과기공소 근무자의 직무관련 요인과 직무만족 및 조직몰입과의 상관관계 (Relationship among Job Characteristics, Jod Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of Dental Technicians)

  • 치과기공소 근무자들의 직무관련 요인과 직무만족 및 조직몰입간의 상관관계를 구명하고저 대한 치과기공사 협회에 가입된 치과기공소에서 1987년 2월 6일부터 2월 27일 사이에 종사한 근무자 504명을 대상으로 우편을 이용한 설문조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 일반적 특성 요인군과 직무만족 요인군간의 정준상관관계는 Rc=0.48로 통계학적으로 유의하였으나, 일반적 특성요인군과 조직몰입 요인군간의 정준상관관계는 Rc=0.37로 통계학적으로 유의하지 않았다. 2. 직무관련 요인군과 직무만족 요인군간의 정준상관관계는 Rc=0.69로 높았으며, 직무관련 요인 중 급여적정성, 승진기회, 부가급부 적정성 등이 통계학적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 3. 직무관련 요인군과 조직몰입 요인군간의 정준상관관계는 Rc=0.61로 높았으며, 직무관련 요인 중 급여 적정성, 기술습득기회, 업무 중요성 등이 통계학적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 4. 직무만족에 통계학적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 직무관련 요인은 일반특성에 따라 달랐다. 즉 연령, 경력, 직무 등의 경우 급여 적정성으로 동일하였으나 성, 재직기간, 자격증 유무의 경우에서는 부가급부 적정성, 거래처와의 관계로 직무관련 요인이 달랐다. 5. 조직몰입에 통계학적으로 유의하게 영향을 미치는 직무관련 요인은 남자의 경우 급여 적정성인 반면 여성의 경우 부가급부 적정성, 30세 미만 근무자의 경우 업무중요성인 반면 30세 이상 근무자의 경우 급여 적정성, 경력은 5년 미만 근무자의 경우 급여 적정성인 반면 5년 이상 근무자의 경우 단조로움 등으로 일반특성에 따라 달랐다. 6. 치과기공소 근무자의 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 직무관련 요인은 급여 적정성이었다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the trends of studies on work-related musculoskeletal disorder and to suggest the direction of future research. Method: 144 research thesis for a degree on work-related musculoskeletal disorder were systematic reviewed and published from Jan. 1990 to Mar. 2005. 병원약국 실무실습 교육 제공 의도에 대한 영향요인 (The Factors Related to the Intention of Hospital Pharmacists for taking the Role of a Preceptor)

  • Background: Pharmacy schools newly adopted a 6-year program strengthening clinical knowledge since 2011 in Korea. The clinical training under the guidance of preceptors at hospital sites is a requisite for pharmacy students during the last year of undergraduate course. It has been rarely studied on the hospital pharmacists' perspective regarding being a preceptor or teaching pharmacy students. Objectives: This study aimed to examine the hospital pharmacists' intention toward student training and to identify the relevant factors among the individual pharmacists' characteristics and working environment within the theoretical frame of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Method: A mail-survey was conducted for pharmacists working in tertiary hospitals in Seoul and Incheon. The survey questionnaire consisting of 131 questions with a 5-likert scale was developed for investigating pharmacists' attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and the intention to teach pharmacy students as well as other demographic variables. To estimate the construct validity of components, factor analysis was conducted and Cronbach's alpha was calculated to estimate the reliability of the observed variables. Statistical analyses of one-way variance analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS 18.0. Results: The survey response rate was 53% (116/210) and the three constructs of attitude (r = .519), subjective norm (r = .233) and perceived control (r = .392) have appropriate correlations with the intention, proving the appropriateness of using the TPB model. Pharmacists working in inpatient (mean = 3.45) and outpatient clinics (mean = 3.34) generally showed positive intention for teaching. The attitude (${\beta}=.432$, p < 0.01) and perceived control (${\beta}=.270$, p < .01) constructs were significant predictors of the intention. Both age (r = 0.246, p = 0.017) and length of career (r = 0.310, p = 0.002) were positively related with the perceived control. Conclusion: Hospital pharmacists showed generally positive intention to provide student training in spite of the concern on their limited perceived behavioral control. Future research to find the actual barriers pharmacists faced in educating students need to be conducted.

탐구적 과학 글쓰기(SWH)를 적용한 고등학교 과제연구의 효과 (The Effect of High School Research Project using the Science Writing Heuristic)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 탐구적 과학 글쓰기(Science Writing Heuristic)를 적용한 과제연구의 활동이 고등학생의 과학 탐구 능력 및 과학에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전남 소재의 고등학교 과학중점과정 2학년 학생 73명을 대상으로 의문 만들기, 실험 설계, 관찰, 주장과 증거, 읽기, 반성의 단계로 구성된 탐구적 과학 글쓰기를 적용한 과제연구 프로그램을 실시하였다. 프로그램의 효과 분석을 위해 과학 탐구 능력과 과학에 대한 태도를 검사하였고, 탐구적 과학 글쓰기를 적용한 과제 연구 수업에 대한 인식을 조사하였으며, 결과 해석의 어려움이 있을 경우 면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과학 탐구 능력 중 추리, 가설 설정, 변인 찾기, 조작적 정의, 실험설계, 그래프화 및 데이터 해석, 일반화 능력은 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었으나(p<.05), 예상 능력은 향상되었으나 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다(p>.05). 둘째, 과학에 대한 태도 중 과학에 대한 취미로서의 관심, 과학 수업의 즐거움, 과학 직업에 대한 관심은 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상되었으나(p<.05), 과학 탐구에 대한 태도는 통계적 유의하지 않았지만 점수가 감소했다. 탐구적 과학 글쓰기를 적용한 고등학교 과제 연구 수업은 과학 탐구 능력 및 과학 태도에 긍정적인 효과가 있었지만 오랜 기간 동안 일반 과학 수업과는 다른 형태로 학생이 주도하며 진행되기 때문에 학생들에게 부담이 된다. 그래서 이러한 단점을 최소화하고 장점을 최대화한 과제 연구 수업 전략에 대한 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

메타버스 환경의 융합(STEAM) 교육 프로그램 개발과 적용을 통한 학습자 태도 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis of learner's attitude and satisfaction through development and application of metaverse environment STEAM educational program)

  • 최근 메타버스(Metaverse)에 대한 관심과 함께 메타버스 플랫폼을 다양한 형태로 활용하려는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 메타버스가 가지고 있는 교육적 활용 가능성에 주목하고, 비대면 교육 상황에서 학습자에게 효과적인 학습 경험을 제공하기 위한 메타버스 환경의 융합(STEAM) 프로그램을 개발 및 적용하였다. 개발한 프로그램은 학생들에게 친숙한 마인크래프트와 제페토를 메타버스 학습 플랫폼으로 활용하였고, 모듈 형태의 5가지 주제를 총 16차시로 구성하여 교육 현장에서 차시 대체형 수업이 이루어질 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해 학습자의 STEAM 태도의 변화 및 학습 만족도를 측정했으며, 개발한 융합 프로그램을 통해 학습자의 흥미, 배려, 소통, 유용성, 자아개념, 자아효능감, 진로선택 영역이 유의미하게 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 만족도, 흥미, 수업 전반과 관련된 학습자 만족도 검사 전 영역에서도 긍정적인 결과가 확인되었다. 향후 메타버스의 특성을 고려하여 시공간의 제약을 탈피하여 새롭게 소통하고, 높은 자유도와 몰입도를 바탕으로 하는 학습자 중심의 다양한 교육적 접근이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

간호사의 보상적합도와 직무몰입 ${\cdot}$ 조직몰입정도간의 관계 연구 (The Relationship between the Nurse's Reward Fit and Job Involvement${\cdot}$Organizational Commitment)

  • This study surveyed nurses' value of reward and recognition level of organizational reward, and measured the fit of both. It also looked into the relationship between the reward fit and attitude of nurses toward their job and organization (job involvement${\cdot}$organizational commitment). It was planned to suggest the alternative of a future reward system. The sample consisted of 625 nurses of 8 private University Hospitals. Data for this study was collected from Mar. 25 to Apr. 17 by structured questionnaire. This study examined the differences of nurses' value of reward by their demographic characteristics, and looked into the relationship between the reward fit and job involvement${\cdot}$organizational commitment. Four instruments and a demographic questionnair were used to collect the data. Developed for myself and repaired by panel of judges, the value of reward scale and organizational reward scale consisted of 34 items on five points Likert-type scale. Developed by Kanungo and repaired by panel of judges, the job involvement scale measured overall job involvement on 7 items. The organizational commitment scale was developed by Mowday et al and repaired by panel of judges on 10 items. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, ranking, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Chronbach alpha coefficient, t-test, SNK test, factor analysis with SPSS/PC+ progra,.Major findings are as follows 1. The mean of nurses' value of reward is 4.2435 and job content rewards are seen as the most important(M=4.5532). The following orders are seen as follows; financial rewards(M=4.4181), human realtion rewards(M=4.4130), establishment ${\cdot}$ facilities rewards(M=4.1632), professional rewards(M=4.1117), social status or prestige rewards(M=3.9228), career rewards(M=3.8816). Of 34 indivisual reward factors, the retainment allowance is seen to be thought of as the most important thing. 2. The mean of nurses' actual reward is 2.6035. The actual reward responded to the most extremely offered is job content rewards. The following orders are seen as follows ; human relation rewards(M=2.9420), financial rewards(M=2.7682), professional rewards(M=2.4601), social status or prestige rewards(M=2.3696), career rewards(M=2.3466), establishment ${\cdot}$ facilities rewards(M=1.9364). Of 34 indivisual reward factors, medical insurance benefits are felt to be most extremely offered. 3. The mean of fit of reward is -1.6874 and that means actual reward doesn't egual the value of the reward. What is offered mostly to nurses' value of reward is human relation rewards. The following orders are seen as follows; job content rewards(M=-1.5938), career rewards(M=-1.6381), social status of prestige rewards(M=-1.6382), financial rewards(M=-1.6836), professional rewards(M=-1.6854), establishment${\cdot}$facilities rewards(M=-2.3130). Of 34 indivisual factors, the item of fered most closely to nurses' value of reward is seen as the participation in educational programs at the nursing department of the hospital. 4. The mean of nurses' job involvement is 3.1987 and SD is 0.5667. 5. The mean of murses' organizational commitment is 2.9348 and SD is 0.6124, that is seen as a little lower than job involvement. 6. Significant value of reward differences were found among nurses by their demographic characteristics such as married status, tenure, academic career. 7. The fit of reward was significant related to job involvement and organizational commitment. When generalizing the result of this study, the value of reward, which nurses consider important and appropriate offers a reward that corresponds to the nurses' value of reward. This increases nurses' job and organization devotion further, as well as hospital effectiveness. It appears that nurses have recognized that the present reward offered in hospitals doesn't come up to their expectations so I think it is urgent to plan and perform the new reward system which is in accord with the nurses' reward fit.
