  • Recently, the roles of the construction engineers become more important in all phases of construction project life cycle. Construction engineers' capabilities is one of the key factors to accomplish construction project objectives. After acquiring basic Knowledge and skills in colleges, the construction engineers have opportunities to develop their abilities through continuous education provided by companies, associations, colleges, and so on. The current eduction system is not sufficient enough to assist engineers to develop their potentials. The construction professionals training system that help career development, career management, education and training is need to raise excellent engineers in a long term perspective. In order to investigate the necessity and the element in the career development support, I perfromed the perception about the career deveolopment by doning question investigation.

한국 다문화 중도입국 청소년과 일반 청소년(한국인 부모가정)의 진로정체감 수준에 영향을 미치는 요인 비교 (The Factors Affecting Vocational Identity : Comparing Korean Immigrant Adolescents and Non-Immigrant Adolescents(Korean parents family))

  • 다문화 중도입국 청소년들에게 진로발달은 한국 사회적응과 사회적 배제의 완화를 직 간접적으로 돕는 요인이며 진로정체감은 진로발달을 고취시키는 핵심적인 요소로 평가된다. 이에 본 연구는 이들의 진로정체감발달과 연관된 요인으로써 차별, 우울, 자존감의 관계를 한국인 부모를 둔 비 빈곤 청소년 및 빈곤 청소년과 비교하였다. 주요 연구결과 첫째, 변수들의 평균분석에서 중도입국 청소년들은 비 빈곤 청소년들에 비해 우울이 높고 자존감이 낮은 특성을 보였다. 둘째, 경로분석과 다중집단 분석에서 중도입국 청소년들의 차별경험은 진로정체감에 유의미한 영향력을 나타냈고 우울과 자존감을 매개하는 영향력 역시 나타냈다. 그러나 비 빈곤 청소년과 빈곤 청소년들의 경우는 차별이 우울과 자존감을 매개하는 효과만을 나타냈다. 이를 토대로 중도입국 청소년들의 진로발달을 위한 이론적 실천적 함의를 논하였다.

중학생을 위한 제로에너지 주택디자인 STEAM 교육프로그램 개발 연구 (A Study on the STEAM Program Development of Zero Energy House Design for Middle School Students)

  • STEAM education is an effective teaching method to develop self-problem-solving skills through creative thinking. In order to revitalize STEAM education, various program models are being developed recently. The purpose of this study is to develop a STEAM education program based on the project-based learing method that includes the process of solving global environmental problems. The STEAM element was extracted by linking the zero energy house design with the middle school curriculum, and the STEAM education program was developed considering career activities. It was analyzed whether the developed program can improve STEAM core competence and job preparation ability. The education program was conducted for middle school students and the program was evaluated through questionnaires. In order to strengthen the STEAM competency, project-based learning method was applied and it was able to enhance the active problem solving ability of learners. In addition, opportunities for career experience could be provided through career exploration programs and various activities. Through this STEAM education program, it is expected to contribute to cultivating human resources with convergence knowledge and core competency.

패턴 분야의 국가직무능력표준 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on Development of National Competency Standards (NCS) of Pattern)

  • National Competency Standards(NCS) is to systemize the competency that is necessary for performing duties in industrial fields and to utilize synthetically duty, vocational education training, and qualification at the national level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process of NCS development and verification, which systemizes competency units and competency unit elements through the analysis of duty in pattern field. It is to cultivate competent people to be able to promote the development of pattern industry ultimately through being a complementary to educational circles and industry then to give them practical knowledge that is demanded in the field. Furthermore, it is to be utilized as a fundamental data for reforming the system of duty competency evaluation so as to manage personnel career systematically and to improve their competency. Focus Group Interview(FGI) was adapted as the method of this study, which was proceeded 3 times, and validity of the drawn result is verified through expert questionnaire survey. Research result, which is competency units, is 10 as follows; Fit trend analysis, Analysis of sample garment Specification sheet, Pattern making for sample garment, Pattern making for manufacturing garment, Creation of sewing specification, Instruction of manufacturing technique, Sample garment Inspection for quality control, Grading, Calculation of the required material quantities, Quality control.

  • Style have been changing by the situations and the background of contemporary politics, society and economics, and which influence significantly to create new forms. Since the style of ART DECOC 1929s -1930s) has been studied with main reference to its cause and motivation, it is known that the style of ART DECO is one that has given $$\mu$h potential and chance to the development of interior design.In the study, it was focussed on to study on interior design, architecture, funiture, etc. in America where ART DECO had been once successful in his career. The following are the contents of the study implying the establishment of directions concerning styles in accordance with the transitional process of the era, etc.; i.e., the purpose of the study, the range + period of the study, contemporary backgrounds, elements of ART DECO' style, ART DECO in AmericaCthe background of ART DECO s subject, etc.).The writer of this study, while referring to the study and groping for any help to finding a brilliant concept of design and the merit of the trend of a contemporary era, hope to contribute more my own interior design.

VR 웹툰을 활용한 진로탐색형 STEAM 프로그램 개발 - 대면·비대면 혼합형 교육 적용 사례 (STEAM Program Development for Career Exploration using VR Webtoon - Application of Contact·Untact Combined Education)

  • 본 연구는 디지털 신기술인 VR(Virtual Reality)과 대중문화 요소인 웹툰을 접목하여 중학생 대상의 진로탐색형 STEAM 프로그램을 제안한다. 제안하는 프로그램은 학생들이 미래의 유망 분야를 조사하고, 진로를 기획·제작 및 가상체험하는 과정을 자기주도적으로 진행할 수 있게 설계되었다. 그리고 STEAM 교수학습 준거 항목에 진로탐색을 고려하여 설계하되 2015 개정 교육과정과 연계하여 기존 교과목들에서 학습 효과를 높일 수 있다. 특히, COVID-19 상황으로 인해 대면 수업이 어려운 경우를 대비하여 대면·비대면 혼합형 교육이 가능하도록 프로그램을 설계하였다. 제안하는 STEAM 프로그램의 교육목표는 창의·융합형 인재양성에 있다. 정성적으로는 디지털 신기술을 교육에 접목한 교육기반을 마련하고, 정량적으로는 관련 프로그램 개발 및 중학교 교육 현장의 프로그램 적용하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 개발 프로그램을 서울시 A중학교 2학년을 대상으로 시범 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 진로탐색형 프로그램을 통해 학생들이 과학과 기술의 진입장벽 없이 디지털 신기술을 활용하는 방법을 배우고, 미래 진로를 탐색하고 고민하는 데 도움 되기를 기대한다.

OJT 특성요인과 OJT 성과 간 관계에서 훈련자-피훈련자 관계강도 조절효과 분석: 국내 여행서비스업 초기 경력자를 대상으로 (OJT Characteristics and OJT Outcomes in a Domestic Travel Industry: Moderating Effect of Tie Strength)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to substantiate the relationship between on-the-job training (OJT) characteristic factors and OJT outcomes and the moderating effect of the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee on the relationship. OJT characteristic factors were composed of a unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support. OJT outcomes included job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the research. The tie strength means a sense of intimacy with a trainer. All of the OJT characteristic factors, OJT outcomes, and the tie strength were defined operationally as the perceived ones by a trainee. Research design, data, and methodology - This study analyzed the data of 302 employees in a domestic travel agency as early career for seven years or less. The main methods for the analysis were multiple linear regression analysis and moderating effect analysis. The whole process of the data analysis was conducted using the SPSS 21.0 for windows. Results - The results of the study are as follows: First, every five element of OJT, including unit of work to be learned, trainee's motivation, trainer's ability, OJT design, and OJT support, showed positive influence on OJT outcomes - job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Second, the tie strength between a trainer and a trainee was positively related with OJT outcomes. Finally, the strength of ties between the trainer and the trainee was found positively to moderate the relationship of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, or OJT support, with OJT outcomes. However, the moderating effect of the tie strength was not significant statistically between the trainee's motivation or the trainer's ability, and OJT outcomes. Conclusion - In the study, it was demonstrated that every OJT characteristic factors have a positive contribution to job satisfaction and organizational commitment for early career employees. In addition, the study showed the need to pay attention to improve the quality of relationships between trainers and trainees, in order to increase the impact of a unit of work to be learned, OJT design, and OJT support. These findings suggest the implications in the three factors as external factors that constitute OJT. The three factors are made by HRD practitioners who are involved in design and operation of the program as well as their interventions to improve the quality of the relationship between trainers and trainees. On the other hand, it was demonstrated in the research that trainee's motivation and trainer's ability, regardless of their tie strength, have a direct impact on OJT outcomes by itself. Moreover, the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability are intrinsic characteristics, rather than external factors that constitute OJT. Therefore, they are unlikely to be changed by HRD practitioners' interventions. In conclusion, it was argued in the research that the trainee's motivation and trainer's ability should be a consideration in selecting and matching partners in OJT participants before starting OJT.

장애인평생교육 문화융합(cultural convergence) 기반의 발달장애 재활 설계 요소 개발: 재활과학-특수교육 기초 유관 분야 구심점 (Development of Design Elements of Rehabilitation for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Based on Cultural Convergence of Lifelong Education for Individuals with Disabilities: Reflect Basic Related Fields such as Rehabilitation Science and Special Education as Centripetal Points)

  • 본 연구는 발달장애인의 독립생활 지원을 위한 실천적 지원체제에 있어 핵심 분야라고 할 수 있는 장애인평생 교육과 발달장애재활 간 문화융합을 위한 설계 요소를 개발하는 데 목적를 두었다. 연구 방법은 특수교육, 재활과학을 전공한 교수들을 대상으로 2개의 팀을 구성하여 FGI를 실시한 절차가 적용되었다. 연구 내용은 발달장애재활과 장애인평생교육 간 문화융합을 위해 설계되어야 할 요소들이 크게 세 가지의 상위 범주(보편적 문화융합 요소, 현장 중심 문화융합 요소, 정책 중심 문화융합 요소)로 제시되었다. 그리고 각 상위 범주별로 하위 범주가 구체적으로 구성되었다. 먼저, 보편적 문화융합 요소로는 원리적 차원에서 "개방적 창의융합"이 제시되었고, 이는 발달장애재활과 장애인평생교육 간 문화융합을 위해 유관 분야 간 융합 타당성을 탐구 및 실천하는 원리로 설명될 수 있다. 두 번째로, 현장 중심 문화융합 요소로는 재활과학-특수교육 분야 간 공동 실천 모델 개발, 교과교육 지식 및 기술, 교수·학습방법, 학습 진로 로드맵 구축, 취업·직무경력 개발 로드맵 구축, 독립생활 개발 이력 인증체계 형성이 제시되었다. 세 번째로, 정책 중심 문화융합 요소로는 지역 유관기관 간 교육과정적 통합 구성체계 형성, 코디네이터형-전문교사형 전문인력의 자격개발경로 구축, 학교 유형-센터 유형 간 조직적 체계화가 제시되었다. 연구 결과, 발달장애인의 독립생활 지원은 성인기의 전체 생애 동안 장기적으로 보장되어야 하며, 이에 따라 문화융합을 통하여 장애인평생교육 기반 발달장애재활의 전문적 지원체제가 구축되어야 함을 결론지을 수 있었다.

학교건강증진 지표개발 및 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Index Development and Measurement for School Health Promoting Behaviors)

  • The objectives of this study are first to develop the index of school health promoting behaviors, two, to measure those, third, to analysis the relative importance of factors that effect on school health promoting behaviors. School health promotion indexes were composed of 60 components of six areas which modify the element of health promoting schools are developed by world health organization. The survey data were collected by questionnaires from June to September in 1998. The number of subjects was 294 school nurses. The SAS-PC program was used for the statistical analysis. The major results were as follows: 1. The six areas of school health promoting behaviors are: school health politics (20 components), the school physical environment (17 component), the school social environment (7 component), community relationships (6 component), personal health skills (7 component) and health services (3 component). 2. The mean of total school health promotion indexes was highest at elementary school as 3.46. The order of area was health services, the school physical environment, school health politics, the school social environment, personal health skills, community relationships. 3. The regression model used in this analysis presented significant relationships between school health promoting behaviors and independent variables. The important variable affecting the area of school physical environment was education level of school nurses. The important variable affecting the area of the school social environment and personal health services were the location of school, credential education program. Age or career also were significant variables affect the community relationships and health services. In summary, The health promoting behavior of elementary school was higher than other school. It is mean that have to perform active promoting behavior at middle school and high school. Health service level was highest among areas of school health promoting behaviors. It is mean also that school nurse teachers is interested in activity for other areas to improve of school health. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop the specific program for school health promoting behavior.

고등학교급 과학영재 지도교사의 전문성 요소와 차이: 과학고 수학·과학 교사를 중심으로 (Elements and Changes of Teacher Expertise for the Science Gifted : Focused on Mathematics and Science Teachers in Science High Schools)

  • 본 연구에서는 고등학교급 과학영재 지도교사에게 필요한 전문성의 요소를 도출하고, 과학고 수학 과학 교사를 대상으로 전문성에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 선행연구와 전문가 협의를 통해 전공지식, 탐구지도, 교과교육, 학생지도, 학교업무로 크게 다섯 가지 요소와 각 하위 요소들을 추출하고, 설문지를 구성하였다. 전국 19개 과학고, 총 284명의 수학 과학 교사들이 설문에 응답하였다. 전문성 요소별로 바람직한 과학고 교사에게 요구되는 수준과 자신의 수준을 조사하여 비교하였으며, 과학고 재직 경력에 따른 차이, 학위의 종류(이학, 교육학)와 최종학위에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 이와 함께 향후 과학영재 지도교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 시사점을 제안하였다.
