As a result of the study, first, the average value of turnover intention was high in the group with low experience of female caregivers at home-based elderly welfare centers and the group without religion. Second, the higher the job stress of nursing care workers, the higher the intention of turnover. This study investigated the effect of calling on job burnout among nursing care workers, and a total of 230 copies were distributed to analyze 198 copies, excluding 32 copies of questionnaires with poor or missing answers. The correlation between factors on job burnout was found to have a positive correlation coefficient in the values of personal environment meaning and work meaning, and as a result of examining the effect of sub-factors of calling consciousness on job burnout, it was found that personal environment suitability had a significant effect. In order to reduce the job exhaustion of nursing care workers comprehensively, it is necessary to provide an environment for working at an institution. In addition, it will be necessary to activate the relevant institution in preparation for problems occurring in the workplace.

Based on these findings implications for policy and interventions were discussed in regards to job satisfaction of injured workers.
The study attempted to analyze the experiences concerning professional identities of social workers working in hospice palliative care(HPC) multidisciplinary team by adopting ground theory method. The data were drawn from in-depth interviews with 11 social workers working in HPC teams for more than a year. As a result of the study, 166 concepts, 21 themes and 10 categories were presented. The core theme was identified as "growing up as a professional recognized by clients and other team members". The characteristics of social work and those of hospital setting systematic barriers and problems of the governmental support program worked as external conditions. The conflicts and confusions in social workers' professional identities were brought about as results of the conditions while successful team and the characteristics of individual setting promoted to get over the problems. The social workers experienced professional rewards and personal growth from hospice practices by utilizing diverse strategies. It was proposed that social workers should make efforts to be recognized as an essential profession in HPC multidisciplinary teams together with resolving the institutional problems such as regulations on qualifications of HPC social worker, professional education and governmental supports to improve work conditions.
The purpose of this study is to understand the changes from adopting daily two-shift roster in child care institutions. To accomplish this purpose, we collected data mainly from depth interview with managers, child care workers, and children in child care institutions adopting daily two-shift roster, and analysed these data through qualitative case study approach. The results of this study are as follows. First, child care workers take the chance of recreation, their working conditions improved, they were participated in self-development activity, and they could make relationship with persons in social network. But, some participants worried about decrease of responsibility of workers. Second, one hand, possibility of high-quality care for child is increased, on the other hand, possibility of improving attachment relationship between workers and children is decreased. some children is confused by shift. But, most important strength is that partners have complementary parenting roles through discussion about parenting skills. They have developed communication skills by trial and error, and growed with children through sharing. Third, many qualified persons have applied for institution because of improvement of working conditions, thus institutions had the chance of adopting qualified workers. These workers have various abilities and resources, could mobilize resources from community, and could progress various programs and intervene for children. But, institutions had many difficulties in process adopting daily two-shift roster because of unstable financial support and previous structure. Most of participants worried about that local government may cut down a subsidy.
In 2007, Long-Term Care Insurance Law was enacted to share the family burden of caring for the elderly who are unable to perform every day living activities due to their old age and chronic diseases such as senile dementia, diabetes mellitus, stroke and more. Backed by this law, since 2008, care workers have been sent to the elderly care centers or each elder's home to help them not only with their recovery from illnesses, but also with general activities from dressing, eating, bathing, walking even to toileting. However, according to the recently released survey by National Human Rights Commission, it has been found that the caring workers are in a very poor working condition including low income, abused blanket wage system, shortage of welfare services, extra works and even sexual harrassment. It is becoming an important issue due to fast-ageing population, the fact that the care workers have had experiences of violation in their right of labor while they are at work needs to be carefully treated. In that sense, this article presents some difficulties the caring workers face and proposes effective ways to solve these problems through the perspective of human rights and human labor rights based on the report written by National Human Rights Commission. In short, for this law to function properly and to boost the worker's capability of providing better services to beneficiaries, followings can be good answers - enhanced management and supervision on caring plans and care centers, providing immediate counselling and protection for victimized care givers, training courses offered to promote service receiver's sincere respect and strengthened awareness upon care givers.

Methods: The participants were 228 ICU and ER nurses working in one of three university hospitals and one general hospital. Collected data included general characteristics, features related to infection risk, and knowledge, attitude and compliance with standard precautions. For the final analysis, 218 questionnaires were used. Results: Within the previous one year, 103 (47.3%) nurses experienced pricking injury from syringe needles or other sharp materials, 111 (50.9%) nurses reported exposure to patients' blood and body fluid. In general, the scores for knowledge, attitude and compliance were all high. Compliance scores for nurses in intensive care units were significantly higher than those of nurses in emergency. There were significant correlations of knowledge, attitude, and compliance with standard precautions. Attitude and work place were significant factors predicting compliance with standard precautions.
