  • The purposes of this paper is to identify CSFs for technology commercialization in IT industry, and to empirically investigate the impact of CSFs on the success of technology commercialization. Comprehensive literature study identifies eleven factors affecting the process and results of technology transfer and the research results show that 'Incentives for Commercialization,' 'Leadership Support,' 'Government Support,' 'Cooperation among Parties,' and 'Understanding of Business' are the most influential factors. Regression analyses show that CSFs in total have very significant explanatory power in the success of technology commercialization. 'Incentives for Commercialization,' 'Cooperation among Parties, 'Demand-Pull Technology', and 'Commercialization Experience' are statistically significant in explaining the success of commercialization. Successful commercialization projects show higher explanatory power (46.80%) than failure projects (38.50%).

  • The increase in the number of large cities and the size of their population sharpens attention to the new role of cities as entities to ensure a high-quality, safe and modern life of citizens, which has become significantly more active in recent years. The rapid spread of smart cities in the modern world has actualized the issue of analyzing their success and assessing the role of various factors in this. Every success of a smart city is always the result of a unique combination of the most modern technologies, environmental and social initiatives, skillful and consistent management, as well as available human potential. The purpose of the article is to analyze the success factors of smart cities based on the generalization of the results of the most famous ratings. In order to identify the impact of various factors, primarily intellectual, on the success and leadership positions of smart cities, the following ratings were consistently analyzed: Smart City Index (SCI), City in Motion Index (CIMI), Global Power City Index (GPCI), Global Cities Index (GCI), Global Cities Outlook (GCO). They have a different list of indicators and main pillars (dimensions), but all ratings take into account aspects such as: governance, ICT, mobility, functionality, human capital, etc. The highest correlation coefficient, that is, the strongest linear relationship of the CIMI index was found with such factors as: Human capital, Economy, Governance and Technologies. Summarizing the results of the TOP 20 smart cities according to different ratings allowed us to confirm that the list of leaders is very similar in all ratings. Among those cities that are in the TOP-20 in all five indexes are: London, Sydney and Singapore. There are four indices: New York, Paris, Tokyo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Amsterdam, Melbourne. Achieving leadership positions in smart city rankings is always the result of a combination and synergy of certain factors, and first of all, it is the quality of human capital. The intensity and success of the use of information and communication technologies in locality management processes, city planning and improvement of the city's living conditions depend on it.

  • This study analyzes the success factors of OTT original content through big data, and intends to suggest scenarios, casting, fun, and moving elements when producing the next work. In addition, I would like to offer suggestions for the success of 'Squid Game Season 2'. The success factor of 'Squid Game' through big data is first, it is a simple psychological experimental game. Second, it is a retro strategy. Third, modern visual beauty and color. Fourth, it is simple aesthetics. Fifth, it is the platform of OTT Netflix. Sixth, Netflix's video recommendation algorithm. Seventh, it induced Binge-Watch. Lastly, it can be said that the consensus was high as it was related to the time to think about 'death' and 'money' in a pandemic situation. The suggestions for 'Squid Game Season 2' are as follows. First, it is a fusion of famous traditional games of each country. Second, it is an AI-based planned MD product production and sales strategy. Third, it is casting based on artificial intelligence big data. Fourth, secondary copyright and copyright sales strategy. The limitations of this study were analyzed only through external data. Data inside the Netflix platform was not utilized. In this study, if AI big data is used not only in the OTT field but also in entertainment and film companies, it will be possible to discover better business models and generate stable profits.

  • Since its defeat in the Second World War, Japan has been fostering good ties with Western countries, especially the United States. However, some East Asian leaders emboldened by their countries' economic success have proclaimed that the future belongs to Asia and have put forward the "Asian values" argument. It is interesting to note that some elements of the "Asian values" argument resemble ultranationalist discourse that was dominant in Japan before the war. The Japanese Government had a great opportunity to reappraise its role in international politics and take stock of its economic and diplomatic relations with East Asian countries after the end of the Cold War. To meet future challenges, Japan should fully overcome anti-Western sentiment and participate in establishing a truly democratic East Asian regionalism based on the "universal values" of human rights, democracy and freedom. This may prove to be one of the biggest challenges for Japan's East Asia policy in the new century.

This study was satisfaction of mobile-phone users in Korea. The users were consumers of Samsung, LG, SK-Telecom and Pantack. The critical success factor was on the subside for mobile-phone in the growth of mobile service, which we can analyze in its positive effects. Fifty percent of consumers were unsatisfaction with local companies without Samsung. Now most of local mobile-companies will developed music-phone, high-tec camera-phone, hi-slim phone, and health-phone. But, the results of this study are as fallow: Most of consumer' main issues were design, weight, and brand power. • Fish mortality is the most important success factor in aquaculture management. To analyze the effect of mortality considering biological and economic condition is a important problem in land-based aquaculture. This study is aimed to analyze the effect of mortality for duration of cultivation in land-based aquaculture. This study builds the mathematical model that finds the value of decision variable to minimize cost that sums up the water pool usage cost, sorting cost, fingerling cost and feeding cost under critical standing corp constraint. The proposed mathematical model involves many aspects, both biological and economical: (1) number of fingerlings (2) timing and number of batch splitting event, based on (3) fish growth rate, (4) mortality, and (5) several farming expense. Numerical simulation model presented here in. The objective of numerical simulation is to provide for decision makers to analyse and comprehend the proposed model. When extensive biological and cost data become available, the proposed model can be widely applied to yield more accurate results.

  • The main goal of this study is to propose a model of simplicity and interactivity effect on usability in the blog services. As web-based applications become increasingly complicated, the need for simplicity in user interface design has grown for better usability. Also, interactivity has been known to influence on usability. Previous studies argued that usability is a key factor for system success. Usability is concerned with attributes of an application that makes it understandable, learnable, easy to use, and attractive. For the complicated technology, perceived control, related to direct manipulation of an object, is important. In this regard, we posit that simplicity, interactivity, and perceived control makes important antecedents to usability. Finally, we tested that the effect of usability on user s loyalty with the blog services along with trust and satisfaction. Future studies will empirically examine the proposed model, emphasizing the importance of simplicity and interactivity for the user interface design.

  • The franchise form of business relationship remains both relatively unresearched and under-conceptualized despite its current and increasing importance as a business form in modern capitalist industrial society. A franchise is the synergistic combination of a franchisee and franchisor working together to better serve customers, and the success of the franchise system is a function of how well the franchisee and franchisor perform, together and separately. Given the interdependent nature of franchise relationships, the franchise participants need to understand each other as well as the dimensions and dynamics of their franchise relationship. The purpose of this study is to investigate the various factors relationship. The purpose of this study is to investigate the various factors which influence the development of coopertaive relationship in business format franchising system. Based on commitment theory and marketing literature, eight antecedent factors are identified and nine hypotheses are developed.
