The purpose of this study was to provide planning criteria for the thalassotherapy facility. Among the various contents of the planning criteria, the crucial parts of the thalassotherapy facility planning are the location, facility environment, and room space. To do this, we first examined the characteristics of the thalassotherapy facility and inquired about the thalassotherapy resources and treatments that are the basis of the thalassotherapy facility planning. And then, the overseas qualification criteria related to thalassotherapy facility were analyzed. Based on the above research results, the criteria for the thalassotherapy facility planning on location, facility environment, and spaces of rooms are presented. The location is within 1km of the coastline, where there is no pollutant emission facility, and the climate conditions are maintained more than 80% throughout the year below 'caution' level of the thermal sensation index and sensory temperature. The water quality of the facility environment meets the stricter criteria among the domestic standards or ISO 17680 standards, and the air quality is 60% of the atmospheric environment standard of the 「Framework Act on Environmental Policy」 and SO2, NO2, O3 and PM10 concentration shall ensure that the annual number of exceeding standards meets the EU standard, and noise is less than 50dB per daytime, 40dB per night. Therapy spaces have to meet the standards of the 「Building Act」, the working standards of architectural planning and international standards according to their function and use.

The objective of this study is to build a methodology for evaluating intelligent transportation systems (ITS) projects, by selecting measures of effectiveness (MOEs) and developing an approach to collect and process traffic data. While reviewing the existing MOEs and evaluation methodologies for ITS projects, several problems were found, such as the complication in delineating study areas, the absence of standardized evaluation methodologies, and the duplication in selecting MOEs. To tackle these problems, two MOEs capable of directly evaluating traffic conditions were chosen: i.e., average vehicle speed and traffic volume. Both MOEs can not only include all the functions of the existing MOEs, but also be simpler and more objective in evaluating real traffic conditions. The traffic volume can be measured by using either "cordon line" or "all point average" methods. On the other hand, measuring the average vehicle speed depends on site-specific characteristics such as traffic flow states (interrupted or uninterrupted) and traffic conditions (congested or uncongested). The present methodology is easily understandable for anyone and applicable for any ITS project, and is also expected to contribute to building a standardized evaluation system.

To minimize the damage from disasters, various aspects of prevention, preparation, and response, etc. are being managed. Even though prevention and preparation are well conducted, irresistible calamities such as natural disasters may cause unexpected damage. Therefore, a system that can share the identical disaster information based on prompt disaster management and prediction must be developed and constructed for integrated disaster management. Especially, for a prompt disaster response, the same information needs to be shared between the related organization and the disaster prevention personnel such as on-site officials. Recent disaster management systems use high-capacity geographic information or other various factors for accurate disaster predictions. In case of using a recently constructed or researched 3D GIS, the system may not be used in some cases due to conflicts with hardware, etc. Thus, even though response information is secured using prediction simulation in advance, it is essentially difficult in some cases to share the common information when the system cannot be utilized or the extension of the corresponding data cannot be read. Therefore, this study aims to construct a system for dealing with disasters that shares the same prompt and accurate information in compliance with common data formats. The system is expected to reduce the existing disaster response time and minimize human and physical damage by assisting decision making through prompt responses.

Recently, very short-term rainfall forecast using radar is required for regional flash flood according to climate change. This research is to evaluate the feasibility of GIS based distributed model using radar rainfall which can express temporal and spatial distribution in actual dam watershed during flood runoff period. Vflo model which was developed Oklahoma university was used as physical based distributed model, and Namgang dam watershed ($2,293km^2$) was applied as study site. Distributed rainfall according to grid resolution was generated by using K-RainVieux, preprocess program of radar rainfall, from JIN radar. Also, GIS hydrological parameters were extracted from basic GIS data such as DEM, land cover and soil map, and used as input data of distributed model(Vflo). Results of this research can provide a base for building of real-time short-term rainfall runoff forecast system according to flash flood in near future.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the creation techniques of artificial wetland, one of biotopes developed to promote biodiversity in urban areas, and to look for improvement steps. Specifically, artificial wetland creation techniques were categorized into living environment and living creature classification. Being living conditions for creations, habitat environment was reviewed with a focus on water and soil environments. Living creatures were classified into plants, insects, fish, and birds. The evaluation of creation techniques was done in post-construction evaluation while considering the creation of habitats for living creatures. Intervention by users, changes in living environment and living species, and relevance of creation techniques were reviewed. Key results of this study are as follows. (1) Water environment for the living environment of creatures provides a suitable environment conditions for the living of creatures through a process easing the use of piped water. Various water depths and embankment appear to have a positive impact on the living of aquatic life. In particular, embankment covered in soil naturally played an important role as a place for the activities of aquatic insects and young fish as well as the growth of aquatic plants. (2) Various aquatic and ground plants to promote insect-diversity, shallow water, and old-tree logs had contributed greatly in increasing the types and number of insects. Aquatic insects. Aquatic insects were seen much particularly in areas where aquatic plants are rich but water is shallow than any other areas. (3) A space piled with stone to provide habitats for fish was not much used. However, it was observed that fish used embankment built with natural stones and embankment using logs in areas where water is deep. In addition, it was confirmed that 1,500 fish that had been released propagated using various depths and places for birth. (4) It was analyzed that techniques (creation of island, log setting, and creation of man-made bird nests) to provide habitats and to attract birds are not serving their roles. In such a case, it is believed that species had not increased due to the smallness as well as isolated features of the area. Based on theoretical review, they are judged to be areas that are likely to be used when a greater variety of birds is introduced. It is judged that attracting and keeping more birds at the site, such spaces need to be linked systematically in the future in terms of building eco-network while ensuring an adequate living areas. (5) In the study areas, users intervened greatly. As a result, a blockage was created preventing the normal growth of plants and non-indigenous plants were introduced. In order to limit the intervention by users, setting enough buffer zones, and environment education programs were urgently required. D/H=1>Hyangkyo> houses on the river>temples>lecture halls. D/H ratio of the backside areas is as follows. D/H=1>Hyangkyo>houses on the river>lecture halls. 4. Inner garden were planted deciduous than evergreen trees with Lagerstroemia indica. Enclosed dominant trees were planted by Pinus densiflora, Querces seuata. construct GEM strain, and examined for the expression and functional stability in microcosms.

In plant industry, sulfur storage tank is made of steel and annular plate is connected with concrete foundation of ring wall type by anchor bolt. Due to keep sulfur at high temperature in tank by coil, sulfur storage tank is expanded larger than another tank stores fluid at room temperature. Generally, structural design of tank foundation is performed analysis with loading of temperature gradient between inner and outer surface, this method can't consider the phenomenon that load is intensively transferred to concrete foundation at anchor bolt. This means that temperature load is underestimated and causes crack of concrete near anchor bolt. In this study, evaluation formula considering temperature load transfer mechanism through anchor bolt is proposed and load acting on concrete foundation is rationally decided. For this purpose, it is analyzed variation of thermal load per various anchor bolt number using finite element model including tank annular plate and anchor bolt. Solution is proposed as specified term combining result of analysis and theoretical solution for evaluating load transferred by anchor bolt. For confirmation of validation of proposed formula, it is applied in design of sulfur storage tank at plant site, it shows that the formula can be practically applied.

In this paper, we implement an m-LIS(Mobile-Logistics Information System) for an effective logistics management in consideration of logistics process and work environment. The m-LIS could perform the entire business process every minute and promote the work efficiency by tying up with ERP and POS system. Moreover, this system could enhance the management level of service and supply chain. Due to the reason that the existing logistics business was not computerized and automated, most of operation was accomplished by means of workers experience and convention. This problem brought about both the ineffective management and logistics quality deterioration by weakening the control power of the logistics site. In order to solve this problem, we put focus on providing the real-time operation monitoring environment on the spot, the satisfaction of the efficiency on the spot, and the optimized system by building up the logistics information system. Furthermore, we attest that the new logistics system could properly cope with the increase of the quantity of goods transported owing to stable logistics information support and the market expansion and growth caused by the firm interface between the new ERP and its related system.
Rock classification is fundamental discipline of exploring geological and geotechnical features in a site, which, however, may not be easy works because of high diversity of rock shape and color according to its origin, geological history and so on. With the great success of convolutional neural networks (CNN) in many different image-based classification tasks, there has been increasing interest in taking advantage of CNN to classify geological material. In this study, a feasibility of the deep CNN is investigated for automatically and accurately identifying rock types, focusing on the condition of various shapes and colors even in the same rock type. It can be further developed to a mobile application for assisting geologist in classifying rocks in fieldwork. The structure of CNN model used in this study is based on a deep residual neural network (ResNet), which is an ultra-deep CNN using in object detection and classification. The proposed CNN was trained on 10 typical rock types with an overall accuracy of 84% on the test set. The result demonstrates that the proposed approach is not only able to classify rock type using images, but also represents an improvement as taking highly diverse rock image dataset as input.

Super high-rise buildings of combined use such as large shopping malls and multiplex etc. have larger parking facilities than general buildings and are characteristic of an increase in the number of the entrance and the exit connecting internal external space of the parking lot. These features cause a congestion of internal traffic by increasing car driving distance in the parking lot, and vehicle idling increases by drivers wander the parking lot in order to find parking space. In addition, they make drivers suffer from lots of difficulties due to parking including increasing their walking line after parking. Therefore, in this study, we developed individual parking information provision algorithm to specify the optimal parking place for drivers according to the purpose of visiting a building and the drivers' moving path, and selected new construction site for the second lotte world in order to evaluate the algorithm developed and performed evaluation. As a result of the evaluation, it was analyzed that in the case of applying the individual parking information provision algorithm compared to the existing parking information provision algorithm, moving distance in the parking lot decreases around 7.43~83.4%, and that in the case of $CO_2$ emission, it decreased about 47.7% on average, which indicates that the efficiency resulted from application of the individual parking information provision algorithm is very high as the application effects are tested.

This study was carried out to investigate the changes of forest land use around Tae Kwan Ryoung region during 15 years, by using the aerial photographs in 1965 and 1980 respectively. the results are summarized as follows: 1) The areas of forest land and farm land has been decreased, while the grass land increased as 3 times. It is because that the site of Tae Kwan ryoung region was suitable for livestock breeding and the wide grass lands were developed. 2) With a view to forest land use, it is desirable to convert the forest land into grass land and farm Land. But it should be considered the fact that most of the farm land was converted into forest land, in the utilization of forest land in future. 3) Due to the development of industries such as livestock breeding and leisure industry, there is a great increase in the dwelling houses, stalls, public building and habitants in this region. Therefore, in future we should establish the plans of forest land use synthetically and efficiently, considering the promotion of indirect utilities such as soil conservation, recreation and environmental protection as well as timber production.
