  • In recent years, the switching source devices have the advantage of small, light and high reliability with the high-frequency. But, high-frequency switching has disclosed disadvantage of result from stress and turn-on and turn-off peak losses at the switching instant. Accordingly, in this paper propose ZVS-HB type high-frequency resonant DC/DC converter using soft switching technique (Zero-Voltage-Switching, Zero-Current-Switching) with safety operating of circuit at diving on inductive zone, through the circuit design example using the capacitor $C_3,\;C_4$ with soft switching function and division characteristic of resonant Capacitor C, $C_1,\;C_2$, and, the characteristic analysis of circuit is generally described using normalized parameters. Also, this paper certified a rightfulness of characteristic analysis in comparison with a theoretical values and a experimental values obtain from experiment using MOSFET.

Hepatitis B Virus의 S항원에 특이적인 단세포군 항체 생산, 특성 연구 및 가변지역유전자 분석 (Production, Characterization, and Variable Region Analysis of Monoclonal Antibodies Specific for Hepatitis B Virus S Antigen)

  • Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is one of the worldwide public health problem affecting about 300 million people. The envelope protein of HBV consists of three components known as preS1, preS2, and S antigen. According to the recent study, anti-HBs Ab showed effective neutralization ability against HBV from chronic hepatitis B and liver transplant patients, suggesting the possible development of therapeutic antibody. Methods: Spleen cells immunized with S antigen of HBV were fused with myeloma cell line to obtain HBsAg specific monoclonal antibodies. High affinity antibodies against HBsAg (adr, ad and ay type) were selected by competitive ELISA method. Nucleotide sequence of the variable regions of monoclonal antibodies was analyzed by RT-PCR followed by conventional sequencing method. Results: We produced 14 murine monoclonal antibodies which recognize S antigen of HBV. Two of them, A9-11 and C6-9 showed the highest affinity. The sequence analysis of A9-11 revealed that variable regions of the heavy chain and light chains are members of mouse heavy chain I (B) and light chain lambda 1, respectively. Likewise, the sequence analysis of C6-9 revealed that variable regions of the heavy chain and light chains are members of mouse heavy chain II (B) and light chain kappa 1, respectively. Neutralization assay showed that A9-11 and C6-9 effectively neutralize the HBV infection. Conclusion: These results suggest that A9-11 and C6-9 mouse monoclonal antibodies can be used for the development of therapeutic antibody for HBV infection.

자동차 사이드미러의 유동 해석을 통한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study through Flow Analysis of Automotive Side Mirror)

  • 본 연구에서는 A, B, C 3가지 자동차 사이드미러 모델들에 있어서의 공기 저항으로 인한 유동을 분석을 함으로서 다양한 사이드미러들 주위에서의 흐름을 연구한다. 모델 A는 사각형 모양의 사이드미러이고, 모델 B는 삼각형 모양의 사이드미러, 모델 C은 타원형 모양의 사이드미러이다. 자동차의 사이드미러의 설계를 변경함으로서 운전 시 좀 더 사이드미러의 공기저항을 줄여서 약간의 자동차의 동력을 감소시킬 수 있다. 해석 결과로서, 사이드미러에 대한 공기저항의 압력이 클수록 공기 유동속도가 큰 것을 볼 수 있었다. 그러므로 공기저항의 압력이 작을수록 유동속도가 작고 공기가 더 잘 유통된다고 판단된다. 그러므로 Model B가 가장 좋은 Model이라는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 얻은 자동차 사이드 미러의 설계데이터를 활용함으로서 실생활에서의 자동차 운전시에 그 미적 감각을 나타낼 수 있다.

Effects of the size of Mg powder on the formation of MgB2 and the superconducting properties

  • The effect of the size and shape of magnesium(Mg) powder on the formation of $MgB_2$ and the critical current density($J_{c,}$) of $MgB_2$ bulk was studied. As a precursor for the formation of $MgB_2$, Mg and $MgB_4$ powder, which was synthesized through the reaction of boron (B) with Mg powders, was used. $MgB_4$ was mixed with Mg powders of various sizes, pressed into pellets and heat-treated at $650^{\circ}C-750^{\circ}C$ in flowing argon gas. The XRD analysis of the heat-treated $MgB_2$ samples showed that the volume fraction of $MgB_2$ was the highest as 92.74 % when spherical Mg powder with an average size of $25.7{\mu}m$ was used, whereas the volume fraction was the lowest as 79.64 % when plate-like Mg powder with a size of $34.1{\mu}m$ was used. The superconducting transition temperature ($T_c$) of $MgB_2$ was not sensitive to the characteristics of the Mg powders used. All of the prepared $MgB_2$ samples showed a high $T_c$ of 38.3 K and a small superconducting transition width of 0.2 K-0.5 K. $J_c$ (5 K and 1 T) of $MgB_2$ was the highest as $3.93{\times}10^4A/cm^2$ when spherical Mg powder with a size of $25.7{\mu}m$ was used, whereas $J_c$ was the lowest as $2.18{\times}10^4A/cm^2$when plate-like Mg powder with a size of $34.1{\mu}m$ was used. The relationship between the $J_c$ of $MgB_2$ and the characteristics of the Mg powders used was explained in terms of the volume fraction of $MgB_2$ and the apparent density of the $MgB_2$ pellets.

B4C/Al 복합체 제조시 함침 분위기가 물성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Atmosphere during Al Infiltration on Properties of B4C/Al Cermets)

  • Al 함침에 의한 $B_4C/Al$ 복합체 제조시 Al 함침 분위기가 $B_4C/Al$ 복합체의 물성에 미치는 영향 및 후열처리에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 복합체 A($1100{\circ}C$/10분, 진공 함침)의 Al 함량이 19.4wt%로 복합체 B($1080{\circ}C$/10분, 상압의 알곤 함침)의 14.4wt%보다 많게 나타나 진공에서 B4C/Al 사이의 반응이 더디게 일어남을 알 수 있었다. 복합체 B의 열처리전의 물성은 밀도 2.65$g/cm^3$, MOR 503 MPa, Young's Modulus 237 GPa이고, $900{\circ}C/8h/Ar$ 열처리 후에는 밀도 2.56 $g/cm^3$, MOR 296 MPa, Young's Modulus 300 GPa로 복합체 A보다 우수한 물성을 보여주었다. 후열처리에 따른 구조의 변화는 XRD와 SEM에서 정상적으로 관찰되었으며, Al 함량은 DSC 분석으로 얻었다.

무가압소결한 $\beta$-SiC-$ZrB_2$계 도전성 복합체의 제조 및 기계적, 전기적 특성 (Mechanical, Electrical Properties and Manufacture of the $\beta$-SiC-$ZrB_2$ Electroconductive Ceramic Composites by Pressureless Sintering)

  • The effect of $Al_2O_3$ additives to $\beta-SiC+39vol.%ZrB_2$ electroconductive ceramic composites by pressureless sintering on microstructural, mechanical and electrical properties were investigated. The $\beta-SiC+39vol.%ZrB_2$ ceramic composites were pressureless sintered by adding 4, 8, 12wt.% $Al_2O_3$ powder as a liquid forming additives at $1950^{\cire}C$ for 1h. Phase analysis of composites by XRD revealed mostly of $\alpha-SiC(6H), ZrB_2$ and weakly $\alpha-SiC(4H), \beta-SiC (15R)$ phase. The relative density of composites was lowered by gaseous products of the result of reaction between \beta-SiC and Al_2O_3$, therefore, porosity was increased with increasing $Al_2O_3$ contents, and showed the maximum value of 1.4197MPa.$m^{1/2}$ for composite with 4wt.% $Al_2O_3$ additives. The electrical resistivity of $\beta-SiC+39vol.%ZrB_2$ electroconductive ceramic composite was increased with increasing $Al_2O_3$ contents, and showed positive temperature coefficient resistance (PTCR) in the temperature range of $25^{\cire}C$ to $700^{\cire}C$.

주파수 선택성 다중경로 페이딩 채널에서 Near/Far 영향을 받는 Multi-Carrier CDMA Trellis Coded 16 QAM 시스템의 성능해석 (Performance Analysis of Multi-Carrier CDMA Trellis Coded 16 QAM System with Near/Far Effect in Frequency Selective Multipath Fading Channel)

  • 본 논문에서는 주파수 다중경로 페이딩과 Near/Gar 영향을 받는 Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템의 성능을 분석하였다. 성능 분석을 위해 사용한 파라미터들을 Multi-Carrier의 수, 다중사용자의 수, RAKE 수신기의 가지수, 주파수 선택성 다중경로 페이딩의 감쇄지수, 그리고 CDMA 다중사용자의 분포와 세기이다. Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템에서 Near/Far 영향을 분석하기 위하여 3가지 간섭 분포 모델을 설정하였다. 첫 번째 모델은 다중사용자가 간섭파 대 반송파 비인 I/C를 -4dB에서 4dB 사이에서 2 dB씩의 차이를 가지며 20%씩 균일하게 분포하는 경우이다. 두 번째 모델은 다중사용자가 I/C 비를-2dB에서 2dB 사이에서 2dB씩의 차이를 가지며 33.3%씩 균일하게 분포하는 경우이다. 그리고 세 번재 모델은 모든 다중사용자가 I/C가 0dB로 신호 전력과 간섭전력이 동일하게 분포하여 전력이 완전하게 제어된 경우이다. 그리고 본 논문에서는 주파수 선택성 다중경로 페이딩의 영향을 감소시키기위하여 RAKE 수신기를 채용한 Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 시스템에서는 제시한 3가지 간섭 분포 모델중에서 세 번째 모델(완전 전력제어가 된 경우)이 가장 좋은 성능을 나타내었고, 간섭파의 전력과 신호파의 전력차이가 적을수록 희망 신호에 영향을 주는 간섭 신호의 전력량이 적어서 Multi-Carrier CDMA 시스템의 성능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

다양한 ECA 소재를 활용한 shingled 구조의 태양전지 효율 비교 분석 (A Comparison Analysis on the Efficiency of Solar Cells of Shingled Structure with Various ECA Materials)

  • Modules using 6 inch cells have problems with loss due to empty space between cells. To solve this problem made by shingled structure which can generate more power by utilizing empty space by increasing the voltage level than modules made in 6inch cell. Thus, in this paper, the c-Si cutting cells were produced using nanosecond green laser, and then the ECA was sprayed and cured to perform cutting cell bonding. Three types of ECA materials (B1, B2, B3) with Ag as the main component were used, and experimental conditions varied from 5 to 120 seconds of curing time, 130 to $210^{\circ}C$ of curing temperature, and 1 to 3 of curing numbers. As a results of experiments varying curing time, B1 showed efficiency 19.88% in condition of 60 seconds, B2 showed efficiency 20.15% in 90 seconds, and B3 showed efficiency 20.27% in 60 seconds. In addition, experiments with varying curing temperature, It was confirmed highest efficiency that 20.04% in condition of $170^{\circ}C$ with B1, 20.15% in condition of $150^{\circ}C$ with B2, 20.27% in condition of $150^{\circ}C$ with B3. These are because the Ag particles are densely formed on the surface to make the conduction path. After optimizing the conditions of temperature and curing time, the secondary-tertiary curing experiments were carried out. as the structural analysis, conditions of secondary-tertiary curing showed cracks that due to damp heat aging. As a result, it was found that the ECA B3 had the highest efficiency of 20.27% in condition of 60 seconds of curing time, $150^{\circ}C$ of curing temperature, and single number of curing, and that it was suitable for the manufacture of Solar cell of shingled structure rather than ECA B1 and B2 materials.
