인터넷 시대를 맞이하여 그간 기업과 개인간(Business to Customer; B2C), 기업과 기업간(Business to Business; B2B), 기업과 정부간(Business to Government; B2G) 등 많은 비즈니스 거래유형이 생겨나서 일부 실무에 적용되고 있으나, B2C 비즈니스(쇼핑몰)는 아직은 활성화 단계에 있다고 볼 수 없을 정도로 그 활용도가 매우 미미하다. 따라서 본 연구는 B2C 비즈니스(쇼핑몰)에 한하여 실제로 실무에서 활용되고 있는 현황들과 선행 연구들을 구체적으로 조사해본 후 어떤 문제점들이 있는지를 파악 하고자 한다. 또한 그런 자료들을 기초로 해서 정말로 B2C 비즈니스(쇼핑몰)가 현실적으로 활성화 될 수 있는지, 없는지를 살펴보려고 한다. 활성화 될 수 있다면 그 방안은 무엇이며, 없다면 왜 그런지를 다시 고찰하여 그 대안들을 좀더 세부적으로 요약 정리하고, 향후 B2C 비즈니스 활성화 방안과 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다.

The present study investigated the mechanisms of licochalcone B (LicB)-mediated inhibition of the inflammatory response in murine macrophages. RAW264.7 murine macrophages were cultured in the absence or presence of lipopolysacharide (LPS) with LicB. LicB suppressed the generation of nitric oxide and the pro-inflammatory cytokines interleukin (IL)-$1{\beta}$, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-${\alpha}$. LicB also inhibited the expression of mRNA for inducible nitric oxide synthase and pro-inflammatory cytokines induced by LPS. Moreover, LicB inhibited nuclear factor-${\kappa}B$ (NF-${\kappa}B$) and activator protein-1 translocation into the nucleus in a dose-dependent manner. Thus, LicB mainly exerts its anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the LPS-induced NF-${\kappa}B$ and activator protein-1 signaling pathways in macrophages, which subsequently diminishes the expression and release of various inflammatory mediators. LicB shows promise as a therapeutic agent in inflammatory diseases.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence Of external environmental context, organizational context, and technical context on adoption and diffusion of B2B EC using innovation framework In this study, factors distinguishing non-adoption companies of B2B EC from adoption companies of B2B EC were customer-supplier power, perceived benefits, top management support, organizational strategy and organizational characteristics. The results of this research weight various B2B EC adoption factors in terms of their strategic importance.

The current definition of Arismatis Rhizoma is the tuberous root of Alisma orientale Juzepzuk in the Korean Pharmacopoeia, but there is still no marker compound. So it has difficulties in quality control. Therefore, in this study, we have established a method to analyze alisol B and alisol B acetate using HPLC as a marker compounds of Arismatis Rhizoma. As the result of the analysis, alisol B content was ranged from 0.02% to 0.50% and alisol B acetate content was ranged from 0.12% to 0.25% in 40 samples. The stability of alisol B and alisol B acetate was investigated during 24 months. As a result, alisol B acetate was significantly decreased. The marker compound of Arismatis Rhizoma is alisol B acetate and the content of 0.05% or more is suitable by applying the stability results.

Differentiating HiB5 cells, a rat hippocampal cell line, expressed neuregulins and showed constitutive activation of a neuregulin receptor, ErbB2, suggesting development of a neuregulin autocrine loop. RT-PCR analyses indicated that HiB5 cells produced SMDF and NDF, but not GGF, during the differentiation. None of neuregulin isoforms were detected in proliferating HiB5 cells. The neuregulins in HiBS cells, at least in part, are the $\beta$-isoforms of which the most of neuronal neuregulin isoforms are. The expression of SMDF and NDF was enhanced by PDGF and bFGF that promote cell survival and differentiation, suggesting a close relationship between the synthesis of neuregulins and the differentiation process. HiB5 cells have ErbB2 and ErbB4, but not ErbB3 receptors. Constitutive tyrosine phosphorylation of ErbB2 was detected in HiB5 cells that had not been exposed to exogenous GGF.

The class of b-open sets in the sense of $Andrijevi{\acute{c}}$ ([3]), was discussed by El-Atik ([9]) under the name of ${\gamma}-open$ sets. This class is closed under arbitrary union. The aim of this paper is to use ${\Lambda}-sets$ and ${\vee}-sets$ due to Maki ([15]) some topologies are constructed with the concept of b-open sets. $b-{\Lambda}-sets,\;b-{\vee}-sets$ are the basic concepts introduced and investigated. Moreover, several types of near continuous function based on $b-{\Lambda}-sets,\;b-{\vee}-sets$ are constructed and studied.

This paper suggests the process of performance measurement system development for B2B e-Marketplace using BSC (Balanced Scorecard). As the first step, main features and factors affecting performance of e-Business company and especially of B2B e-Marketplaces were derived based on the literatures. For the 2nd step, the nonnative performance measurement model for B2B e-Marketplace was suggested. Especially, the research range that the model covers is restricted to the neutral and systematic sourcing B2B e-Marketplace. And, the performance measurement model was based on BSC, for the BSC is very powerful and sound tool among all the available performance measurement systems. Also, the model was based on the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to make the model more structured, and to draw weights of performance measures from experts

Using the properties of the concave function, we show that the Hausdorff dimension of the product $C_{\frac{a+b}{2},\frac{a+b}{2}}{\times}C_{\frac{a+b}{2},\frac{a+b}{2}}$ of the same symmetric Cantor sets is greater than that of the product $C_{a,b}{\times}C_{a,b}$ of the same anti-symmetric Cantor sets. Further, for $1/e^2$ < a, b < 1/2, we also show that the dimension of the product $C_{a,a}{\times}C_{b,b}$ of the different symmetric Cantor sets is greater than that of the product $C_{\frac{a+b}{2},\frac{a+b}{2}}{\times}C_{\frac{a+b}{2},\frac{a+b}{2}}$ of the same symmetric Cantor sets using the concavity. Finally we give a concrete example showing that the latter argument does not hold for all 0 < a, b < 1/2.

Bovine aortic endothelial cells(BAEC) produce two variant forms of laminin with a subunit composition of AB1B2 and A'B1B2. Analyses of the intracellular assembly of these subunits revealed that the B1B2 dimer formed first, and that A or A' joined to form the AB1B2 or A'B1B2 trimer. Angiostatic steroids shifted the relative size of the A and A' monomer pool in BAEC, and competition between the A and A' subunits in joining the B1B2 dimer produced AB1B2 and A'B1B2 in different ratios. This result suggests that subunit replacement is the general mechanism for producing laminin variants by various cells for tissue morphogenesis. When laminin subunits in BAEC were cross-linked with dithio-bis-succinimidylpropionate(DSP) and immunoprecipitated with anti-Iaminin antiserum, monomeric A,A',B1 and B2 monomers and the B1B2 dimer migrated as extremely large molecules in sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoresis under nonreducing conditions. When the crosslinking disulfide bonds were cleaved under reducing conditions, they migrated as the usual subunits. This result suggests that molecular chaperones were involved in the process of the assembly and replacement of laminin subunits.

According to CNS/ATM, a new concept of navigation system, ADS-B systems are being built in the field of surveillance. FIS-B is one of the key elements of ADS-B, and also provides various flight informations, weather informations to the aircraft. In this paper, we reviewed the FIS-B standard and analyzed performance requirements. And then we designed and implemented FIS-B. In this simulation, we showed performance of FIS-B. And this research is very useful to the future work.
