본 연구에서는 ALA의 핵심가치를 포함하여 국내외 도서관계의 핵심가치와 유사 연구를 전체적으로 조사하고, 국내외 연구자들의 관련 연구를 분석함으로써 사서의 핵심가치를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 문헌분석, 사례조사, 설문조사 등의 연구절차를 거쳤으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사서의 핵심가치 설정은 필요하다는 인식은 매우 높게 나타났으나 (4.48), 핵심가치에 대해 알고 있는 정도나 사례 인지 정도는 매우 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 사서의 핵심가치를 설정할 필요성이 있다고 생각하는 이유로는 사서의 필요성에 대한 인식 개선 및 향상, 사서의 전문성 강화 수단, 사서의 가치 수립을 통한 도서관 가치 확립 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사서의 핵심가치로 20개 정도를 제시했으며, 4점 이하를 나타낸 항목은 2개 항목이며, 18개 항목이 모두 4점 이상의 높은 동의도를 보였고, 특히 전문성, 접근, 다양성, 전문성, 서비스, 리터러시, 공익 항목은 4.4를 넘게 나타났다. 각각의 항목에 대한 관종간 인식차이를 분석했으며, 거의 모든 항목에서 학교도서관은 다른 관종과 유의한 인식차이를 나타냈다. 향후 한국도서관협회차원에서 보다 심도있는 연구를 통해 10개 이내 정도로 핵심가치를 축소하여 공론화하고 이를 전국에 공유하는 것이 권장된다.

The existing standard cost of project management of empowerment sector in general rural development project has problems with standard cost system without considering characteristics of empowerment project and unclear division of works. These problems are a lot of trouble to fulfill the project. Thus, it needs an arrangement of standard cost considering detailed characteristics of project management in the empowerment sector. The contents and results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1) To set accurate standard cost, we carried out three-step processes, such as elicitation of standard works, calculation of workload and determination of standard cost. (1) In an investigation of 30 rural area dividing 8 parts about an workload of empowerment project, an average workload is 1,499 hours. (2) Based on this results, the standard cost is calculated at 15% of project cost in over 600 million won, at 28.75% of project cost in under 500 million won, by standards of empowerment project cost. 2) It set the responsibility management cost to 15% of empowerment project cost considering existing awareness, workload and work professionalism of project management. Based on the results, It suggested the practical use as basis for efficient management of the future empowerment projects. To achieve this, It needs to promote maximizing results on the whole project through the legalization processes including amendment of existing regulations.

Background: This study aimed to explore the current activities of pharmacists in local pharmacies for preventing narcotics addiction, identify areas for improvement, and support initiatives to enhance and expand the activities of "narcotics addiction prevention counseling pharmacies" (hereinafter referred to as "Majung Pharmacies"). Methods: Surveys were conducted targeting local community pharmacists participating in the Majung Pharmacy activities in Daegu. Results: Out of 42 pharmacists who registered in the Majung Pharmacy movement in 2021, 41 responded (response rate of 98%). After excluding three participants who met the exclusion criteria, data from 38 participants were analyzed. The participating pharmacists were generally well aware of the conditions for pharmacists to serve as "accessible experts" in the forefront of drug addiction prevention. It was observed that the activities of Majung Pharmacies, particularly among highly engaged pharmacists, led to positive effects such as an increased focus on medication counseling for psychotropic drugs, thereby enhancing their professionalism. However, a significant number of participants also expressed negative opinions. Factors such as enthusiasm for professional activities and perceptions of the pharmacist's social role were important in shaping perceptions of Majung Pharmacy activities, whether positively or negatively. Additionally, this study underlined that pharmacists in practice are highly aware of the seriousness of issues arising from the use of narcotics by prescriptions. Conclusion: Suggestions were outlined for both short-term and long-term strategies aimed at ensuring the stable growth and expansion of Majung Pharmacy initiatives.

본 연구는 과학기술 위험이슈로서 GMO에 대한 보도경향을 확인하기 위해 조선일보, 한겨레를 대상으로 1994~2015년까지 GMO 관련 기사를 내용 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 'GMO 기술 도입기(1994-2000)', 'GMO 기술 발전기(2001-2010)', 'GMO 사회 수용기(2011-2015)'의 세 시기별로 '위험', '불안/염려'라는 주제가 지속적으로 중요주제로 취급되고 있었고, 심층성이나 취재기자 전문성에서는 모든 시기에서 부족함이 드러났다. 이념적 지향점이 다른 언론 간 비교에서는 조선일보가 한겨레에 비해 보도주제, 논조 등에서 GMO에 대한 신(親)기술적 성향이 강한 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 보도논조에 따른 '위험-편익'주제와의 관계를 확인한 결과, 부정적 논조의 보도들은 GMO의 위험-편익에 있어서 '위험'을 긍정적 논조의 보도들은 GMO의 위험-편익에 있어서 '편익'을 중요하게 다루고 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 과학기술 위험논쟁의 대중인식에 있어 바로미터가 되는 국내 과학저널리즘의 주제편향성, 비전문성 등의 문제점 개선을 제언할 수 있겠다.

Purpose: The aim of this descriptive research study was to identify the factors affecting the ethical decision-making of nursing students. Methods: A convenience sample of 193 nursing students from three nursing colleges in D city who were engaged in clinical practice completed an online Google Forms questionnaire from September 9 to September 20, 2021. Using SPSS 23.0, data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, a one-way ANOVA, Scheffé's test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and a multiple regression analysis. Results: The influencing factors of ideal ethical decision-making were guilt (β=.38, p<.001), awareness of the nurses' Code of Ethics (β=.18, p=.023) and motivation for entering school, among general characteristics (β=-.18, p=.033). The explanatory power of the model was 22.2%. Further, the influencing factors of realistic ethical decision-making were ideal ethical decision-making (β=.26, p=.001) and grade (among general characteristics) (β=.15, p=.029); the explanatory power of the model was 17.9%. Conclusion: Various educational tools and programs pertaining to making ideal and ethical decisions must be enhanced to promote ethical choices in clinical areas and realistic ethical decision-making ability to actually make such choices. This focus may enable nurses to improve their nursing professionalism in the future.

도매시장은 20년 이상의 노후화 된 건물이 많고, 구조적 특성상 건물의 밀집도가 높아 방화구획 등 연소확대 차단시설 및 소방시설의 설치 곤란, 안전의식의 부재, 불특정다수인의 출입 등으로 인하여 대형화재가 발생할 수 있는 시설이다. 이러한 취약요소 등으로 인하여 수백억원의 재산피해가 발생한 2005년 서문시장 화재, 7명의 사상자가 발생한 2005년 서울 동문상가 도매시장 화재 등 시장에서 대형 화재가 자주 발생하고 있어 이에 대한 대책이 절실한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 도매시장의 현황 및 구성주체별 특성, 화재사례 및 방재적 특성을 통계자료 등을 통해 도출하였고, 도매시장의 방화관리 현황과 화재안전관리 실태 등을 도매시장 방화관리자 및 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 방화관리업무의 전문성 확보, 건물의 구조적 취약요소 개선 및 소방시설의 성능적 신뢰성 확보, 시장 종사자 소방교육의 내실화 등이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

본 연구는 브랜드, 다이렉트 구전 커뮤니케이션, 역량, 보험서비스가 보험상품 재구매에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고 이를 통해 효율적인 보험상품 재구매를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 수집된 자료는 구조방정식 모형의 적합도와 각 개념에 대한 인과관계를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고객에게 다른 사람과 차별화된 나만을 위한 특별한 서비스를 받고 있다는 인식을 심어줘야 한다. 둘째, 고객은 구전 커뮤니케이션을 통해 보험서비스의 장점을 주변사람들에게 전파함으로서 보험서비스의 혜택을 같이 누리고자 하는 마음이 생긴다. 셋째, 고객은 보험서비스가 보험설계사의 역량이라고 생각한다는 것이다. 따라서 보험서비스의 전문성을 높여야 한다. 넷째, 보험설계사는 고객에게 퀄리티있는 정보를 제공해야 한다. 마지막으로 보험회사는 보험서비스의 다양화를 통해 고객이 특별한 서비스를 받는다는 마음을 생길 수 있는 보험서비스를 개발해야 한다.

The research aimed at analyzing how the differences between teachers' personal backgrounds (age, teaching experience, educational background, position) and experiences with the mentee and the mentor affect their awareness on the mentor qualifications for the mentoring program conducted by infants' educational organizations. By fulfilling the purpose of the research, proper qualifications for a mentor of outstanding abilities, which would be desired by teachers in infant educational organizations, should be established while preliminary data on the mentor teacher training to improve the professionalism of a mentor is expected to be provided. The research was carried out targeting 319 teachers in infants' educational organizations located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. The measuring instrument used was a recognized survey on how the mentor qualifications for the mentoring conducted by infants' educational organizations. The survey consisted of 22 questions. The researcher personally designed the survey based on results generated from preliminary research. SPSS 14.0 was used to analyze selected data as average, standard deviation and one-way layout dispersion. In addition, a post-analysis on the one-way layout dispersion was conducted via the Scheffe posteriori test. The results demonstrated that the mentor qualifications for the mentoring were differently recognized by teachers in infants' educational organizations according to both teacher's personal backgrounds (age, teaching experience, educational background and position) and experiences with the mentee and the mentor.

The purpose of this study was to examine and fully understand the transformation of female's ideal beauty through time based on word analysis. Word selection was made from the very exemplary Women's magazines : Yuhwon, Jubu-Saengwhal, and Yuhsung-Dongah. Further, in order to research the understanding of female's ideal beauty, a random research was done on 445 women, ranging from the ages 20's through 60's. From the result, a frequency analysis was performed to further analyze the meaning of ideal beauty to each sector of the age groups for different time periods : the 1980's and the 1990's. To the 20's, beauty awareness was defined by the word ‘intelligence’, however, the 1980's endorsed confidence with composure and calmness where as the 1990's preferred beauty to be defined by ‘refinement and goal oriented’. The 30's selected ‘individuality’ marked with confidence in character, but there was a shift from ‘mature intelligence’ in the 1980's to ‘professionalism’ in the 1990's. The 40'E chose mediocrity and commonness, however, likewise, a sense of ‘earnestness’ for life and family was looked upon as beautiful. For the 50's, comfort with a reserved tenure was frequently noted and for the 60's, women chose ‘health and independence’ as describing ideal beauty. The results from the research are justifiable because the articles are in a neutral perspective and are from the representative women's magazines. This research proved that the younger the age group, the more exterior beauty was considered, as opposed to the older generation who found inner beauty to be of most importance.

이 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사들의 교육신념과 보육헌신이 교사효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 I시에 소재한 예비보육교사 239명을 대상으로 질문지를 사용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과에 대하여 첫째, 예비보육교사들이 지각한 교육신념은 성숙주의가, 보육헌신에서는 교육애가, 교사효능감은 교수전략과 학생참여가 가장 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비보육교사들의 교육신념, 보육헌신, 교사효능감에서 통계적으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사들의 교육신념과 보육헌신이 교사효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 보육교사의 역할과 중요성을 인식하고 질 높은 보육서비스 향상을 위하여 교사효늠감이 형성될 수 있는 보육교사교육과 전문성인식에 대한 내실화를 마련하는데 다양한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.
