In a disaster situation such as COVID-19, our society has experienced the spread of the damage due to confirmed patients who have a negative or uncooperative attitude toward the disclosure of personal information. Accordingly, this study aims to find a policy direction that can improve the awareness of the disclosure of personal information about confirmed COVID-19 patients. This study classified the concept of acceptability into personal and social acceptability, and statistically verified their relationship with influential factors. In this study, 594 cases of data collected through an online survey were used. The analysis results show that the greater the trust in the government's personal information management capability, the lower the perception of the risks associated with the disclosure of personal information, and the lower the awareness of the risk, the higher the personal and social acceptability of the personal information disclosure of COVID-19 confirmed patients. In addition, the greater the recognition of the utility of personal information disclosure, the higher the perception of personal and social acceptability of the personal information disclosure. It is expected that the analysis results and discussions of this study will be useful information for policy development to create a more mature social atmosphere to reduce the public's reluctance to disclose information not only in COVID-19 but also in new disaster situations in the future.
Purpose: This study examined marketing value as online word-of-mouth media in the foodservice industry, and it did research on online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) communication marketing schemes using mass communication in the industry. The study is also intended to investigate the impact of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) information and communication on product awareness risks, benefits, and word-of-mouth (WOM) impacts on restaurant consumers. Research design, data, and methodology: The analysis was conducted on a valid questionnaire of 425 menu product consumers. The survey was conducted for two months in March 2019. The collected data was analyzed using SPSS and hierarchical regression analysis was applied. Results: It did empirical research on the reciprocal casual relations to online and the existing word-of-mouth communication that have to be preceded to understand characteristics of online word-of-mouth communication for the purpose of this study. The result is summarized as follows. First, the online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) effect on product recognition risk shows the statistically significant effect of information sender characteristics, information recipient characteristics, and online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) communication on product recognition risk. Second, the influence of online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) on product risk benefits shows that the information sender characteristics, the information receiver characteristics, and online communications have a statistically significant effect on product risk benefits. Third, online word of mouth risk recognition had a statistically significant effect on word of mouth acceptance. Fourth, online risk benefit had a statistically significant positive effect on word of mouth (WOM) effect. Conclusions: The communication between online word of mouth (e-WOM) sender and recipient had a positive influence on the product evaluation and attitude change in the foodservice industry, and the word-of-mouth (WOM) effect affected financial and non-financial performance. The results mentioned above indicated that the communication between the sender of the information and the receiver of the information had a positive effect on the product evaluation and attitude change of the menu consumer, and the word-of-mouth (WOM) result affected the financial. Therefore, the online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) effect has a positive effect on the word-of-mouth (WOM) effect of menu products when performed simultaneously and positively between the information sender and the information receiver.
Era of multi-channel digital multimedia on the Internet, cable, satellite and IPTV and the growth of new media such as terrestrial broadcast advertising with the poor rating has also dropped sharply. In this situation, terrestrial TV suggesting the introduction for total amount system appearing comments. In this study, the introduction of these intermediate advertising the public and professional awareness about the issue by comparing the introduction for total amount advertising feasibility was done in the purpose. The results were as follows. First, Studies on terrestrial TV suggesting the introduction of total amount system and public opinion about the differences in perception between experts is high. Second, Both the public and professionals about the total amount system preferred application stage were in favor of gradual for/limited permit cross-media. Third, the general population was higher than the positive response from experts about the benefits of the total amount system. Finally, the general public about the disadvantages of the total amount system they were more positive response than the experts. The introduction for total amount system validity of these data for future total amouny system to provide a basis for enforcement is expected to give.

This scientific article is devoted to the study of the legal significance of such a category of legal status of the purchaser of another's thing, as its good faith. The essence of this phenomenon has been studied, it has been established that the criterion of good faith attaches significant importance to the claims of the participants of these relations for the acquisition or preservation of private property rights. The paper emphasizes that, in addition to the importance of good conscience at the time of possession of another's thing, which gives legal certainty the possibility of registration of the title and is part of the actual composition for the acquisition of property or the right of ancient possession, bona fides also characterizes the behavior of the occupier. In this case, good conscience only has some legal consequences when it is opposed to subjective law. Under such conditions, it acquires direct legal significance, including as a condition for the acquisition and protection of rights. Good faith possession of another's property is an internal indicator of the subject's awareness of a certain property status. This sense, the article assesses this status from the standpoint of the scientific concept of the visibility of law. According to this theory, prescription is also considered as a consequence of the appearance of law, however, because it arises and lasts against the will of the parties and despite their awareness of this fact. Therefore, bona fide continuous and open possession of property as one's own, during the acquisition period, was most significantly associated with the appearance of property. Therefore, the concept of good faith, in the sense of personal perception of real values, is closely related to the principle of protection of the appearance of law, as it is aimed at understanding it by third parties. The paper notes certain differences in the application of the theory of the appearance of the right in the acquisition of property by a bona fide purchaser from an unauthorized alienator and the acquisitive prescription. It is emphasized that such a mechanism must be used in presuming the attitude to the thing as its own, by the holder of movable property. But there should be exceptions to the rule, in particular, if the owner has grounds for vindication of the thing.
Psychological typology in analytic psychology is used not only for ascertaining the attitude or function of the conscious ego, but also as one blueprint for the individuation process. We all know the need to emphasize an awareness of the deployment and development of the superior function, the secondary function, the third function and the inferior function for the individuation process. This study has the goal of refining our awareness of this deployment and development of typological functions. The questionnaires of the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and the Gray Wheelwrights Jungian Type Survey use the method of a forced-choice questionnaire, on the assumption of a bi-polarity hypothesis. But the questionnaire of the Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory uses the Likert scale. It is able to show the deployment of the superior function, the secondary function, the third function and the inferior function visibly. It allows us to test the subject at stated periods for his/her development or change of psychological typology. The Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory is a statistically superior method for showing Jung's psychological typology relative to both the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory and the Gray Wheelwrights Jungian Type Survey. I have studied how the original authors of The Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory understood Jung's psychological typology. I produced the reliability and the item-discrimination power of the Korean Version of the Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory. On the basis of this study, I produced the revised Korean version 1 of Singer-Loomis Type Deployment Inventory.
This study conducted a survey using a Google questionnaire targeting 380 male and female college students to find out the perceptions of college students about health masks at the time of transition from the COVID-19 pandemic to the recovery stage. As a result, at the time when the obligation to wear an outdoor mask was relaxed, they still wore an outdoor mask (3.63±1.34). As for the reasons for wearing a mask, 27.8% said 'wearing a mask became a habit' and 'fear of infection' was 19.4%. Hand washing to prevent COVID-19 was observed well (4.07±1.00), and when infection was suspected, they showed an attitude of checking for infection with a home kit or rapid antigen test (3.88±1.17). In addition, it was recognized that COVID-19 is not threatening (3.19±1.28) and that it will recover easily after infection (3.19±1.28). In a situation where the number of COVID-19 infections continues to decrease, the government is pushing for a gradual recovery of new daily life. Therefore, it is necessary to provide correct information that affects individual awareness and to promote it through various media, and I would like to emphasize the importance of education on the autonomous practice of individual quarantine rules.
How do Korean and Chinese consumers to use counterfeit behavior? Began to research the question. Among consumers in Korea and China, Counterfeiting Usage and counterfeit attitude, counterfeit satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors were investigated. Differences in perception and for each what was confirmed. The results of this study are as follows. First, it showed significant difference for the Korean and Chinese consumers prefer to counterfeit brand, high preference, Louis Vuitton for consumers, while consumers in China also showed high preference for Chanel. Second, Korean and Chinese consumers prefer to counterfeit brand clothing and shoes there was a significant difference. In particular, The North Face brand of high preference, while Korean consumers, Chinese consumers a higher preference for the Converse brand. Third, the Korean consumer counterfeit compared to the Chinese consumer attitudes to higher moral awareness is interpreted. Fourth, South Korea and China all counterfeit consumer satisfaction factors showed the highest response rate of the price will be cheaper. Finally, South Korea and China all counterfeit consumer dissatisfaction factors showed the highest response rate of quality is not good enough. Future through an in-depth understanding of Korea and China of counterfeit consumer behavior, these findings will be useful to formulate a campaign strategy, to reduce the use of counterfeit.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of elder abuse, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control and to examine what factors influence attitudes toward elder abuse. The subjects were 404 nursing students at D and S universities in G province. The data were collected from November 20th, 2017 to January 26th, 2017. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise regression using the SPSS / WIN 22.0. The results show that perception of elder abuse had a score of 3.60, subjective norms had a score of 2.69, and perceived behavior control and attitude had scores of 2.62 and 2.97. Perception of elder abuse, subjective norms, and behavioral control and attitudes showed significant positive correlations and showed significant differences according to elderly nursing education. Factors influencing attitudes toward elder abuse were perception of elder abuse, subjective norms, and perceptions of behavioral control and grade. The results of this study indicate that it is important to increase awareness, subjective norms, and behavioral control for the intervention of elder abuse. We suggest that nursing education of the elderly is important for the intervention of elder abuse.
The present study is a descriptive survey to examine the knowledge of and attitudes towards musculoskeletal disorders and the bad postural habits in nursing students and to determine the relationships between the both sides. This study was performed using a structured questionnaire from September 2 through 17, 2013. The questionnaire copies collected from 272 nursing students were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The following are the results: First, the subjects won 2.75, 3.24 and 3.21 among 1 to 5 points in the knowledge of musculoskeletal disorders, the attitudes towards musculoskeletal disorders and the bad postural habits. Among the bad postural habits, they earned higher points in the postures of lying on the back in a sofa, carrying a bag on the shoulder and sitting with legs crossed. Second, significant negative correlations with the knowledge of and attitudes towards musculoskeletal disorders were shown only by the postures of sleeping lying on the side, lifting things with the waist bent at and sitting with hips placed on and no back attached to a chair. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to enhance the awareness that nursing students should correct their bad postural habits and to strengthen the knowledge of and attitudes towards musculoskeletal disorders at the time of developing any musculoskeletal health improvement program for nursing students.
Objective: For the purpose to establish direction, goal and methods, basic attitude survey of students in The College of Oriental Medicine is necessary. Methods: For 356 students in three years of College of Oriental Medicine, survey about difficulty, preference between two methods of memorization and comprehension, direction and effectiveness of education, connectivity and overlap between related subjects, and teaching methods, is carried out and data is analyzed by subjects. Results: 1. In Chinese Literature, the survey shows that difficulty is $6.25{\pm}1.415$, contribution to read and understand is $7.23{\pm}1.801$, contribution to understand Human Nature and Gi Idea in Oriental Philosophy is $5.42{\pm}2.071$, and preference for comprehension is $6.25{\pm}2.387$. 2. In Medical Chinese Literature, the survey shows that difficulty is $5.98{\pm}1.655$, awareness about direction of education is $6.14{\pm}1.917$, overlap with subject of Oriental Medical Classics is $5.98{\pm}1.712$. 3. In Oriental Medical Classics, the survey shows that difficulty is $6.85{\pm}1.598$, preference for comprehension is $6.88{\pm}2.554$, connectivity with historical background is $5.07{\pm}1.989$, contribution of Chinese Literature is $7.27{\pm}1.882$, contribution of Medical Chinese Literature is $7.23{\pm}1.802$, connectivity with clinical area is $3.59{\pm}1.973$, preference for article-based teaching method is $6.35{\pm}2.693$, necessity to modern analysis of Oriental Medical Classics is $7.77{\pm}1.907$. 4. In Oriental Medical History, the survey shows that difficulty is $5.39{\pm}1,615$, feeling quantity of subject is $5.87{\pm}1.521$, connectivity with Oriental Medical Classics is $4.94{\pm}2.027$. Conclusion: The more comprehensive methods must be used than memorization, and modern analysis of Oriental Medical Classics have to be connected with clinical area. In addition, more close connection between Oriental Medical Classics and History is necessary, and new diverse method of education must be developed.
