전북지역 보건소 간호사의 직업만족도에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on Job Satisqaction of Health Ceuter nurses in Chunbuk Province.)

  • The Purpose of this study is to provide the basic data necessary for the high level of nursing service and the efficiency plan of nurse's man power by analyzing job satisfaction level of public health services. The study population included all public health services(118) in health care center within Jeon Buk province. A Survey was conducted to collect data by a self-administered questionnaire from September I to December B, 1990. A Forty item questionnaire was designed to elicit data concerning how nurses feel about the factors of job satisfaction. All the data were analyzed by means of percentage, mean, anova, T-test, Pearsen's correlation coefficient. The Results of this study were summerized as follows. 1. General characteristics of PHN : age: $33.9\%\;20\~29$ years old education level: $52.6\%$ professional nursing college marital status: $75.5\%$ married religion: $50.5\%$ protestant clinical experience: $40.7\%$ no clinical experience public health nursing career: $47.9\%$ low 5years 2. Influencing factor of Job satisfaction desired duration of employment: $65\%$ needed duration, $18.3\%$ lifetime duration motives of employment: $40.8\%$ no special motive of employment desired organ of leave: $19.3\%$ public health clinic 3. Level of job satisfaction with job satisfaction components. The level of job satisfaction showed an average score 3.39 out of 5.0. Job prestige 4.09 was the highest among the components of Job satisfaction and was presented organizational requirement 3.69, Human relationship 3.66, task requirement 3.36, Autonomy 3.10, pay 2.46. 4. Level of job satisfaction with general characteristics. General characteristics(age, educational level, manital status, clinical experience, public health nursing carrier, duties, lincense and qualification) and job satisfaction was no relationship. 5. Level of job satisfaction with Influencing factor. Duration of desired employment (p<0.01) and motives of employment(p<0.001) was presented. 6. Relationship composing factor of job satisfaction and level of job satisfaction 6 components of job satisfaction was related all of job satisfaction. organizational requirement (r=0.93). Autonomy (r=0.93), Human relationship(r=0.92), task requirement (r=0.90), job prestige (r=0.83), pay (r=0.81)

  • 지방교육자치사무권 확대방안으로는 첫째, 지방교육자치제의 법체계의 혼란을 시정할 필요가 있고, 이를 위해 「지방분권 및 지방행정체제개편에 관한 특별법」 제12조 제2항과 제4항에서 "국가는 교육자치와 지방자치의 통합을 위하여 노력하여야 한다." "교육자치와 자치경찰제도의 실시에 관하여는 따로 법률로 정한다."고 한 규정은 폐지되어야 한다. 둘째, 국가수준에서 통일을 기하여야 할 불요불급한 법령사항 및 규제조치를 명료히 할 필요가 있고, 교육사무를 기본적으로 지방자치단체의 고유사무로 하고 특정사무에 대하여 국가가 수행하는 법정수탁사무제의 도입을 전향적으로 검토할 필요가 있다. 지방교육재정의 분권화는 지방교육자치제도 발전을 위하여 재원과 권한의 이양, 자율성 제고, 책임성이 요청된다. 첫째, 특별교부금 비율의 추가 조정(3%에서 2%) 또는 내 국가시책사업 비율의 하향 조정이다. 둘째, 세출예산을 편성할시 (일반회계로부터의 전입금으로 충당) 시·도지사와 협의한다는 조항을 삭제한다는 것이다. 셋째, 시·도의회의 권한을 제약하는 요소 제거이다. 네째, 국세교육세와 지방교육세를 통합하여 하나의 독립 목적세인 교육자치세(가칭)를 만들 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 교부금 총액배분 강화와 기준재정수요 측정항목에 대한 정산규정의 폐지이다. 여섯째, 교육부의 교부금 교부과정에 관계자 및 전문가 참여 확대 방안이다. 일곱째, 교육재정분야를 특수분야로 지정하여 장기보직제도를 마련할 필요가 있다. 여덟째, 협력적 거버넌스 확대이다.

초등학교 저학년 자녀를 둔 취업모의 다중역할의 질과 심리적 안녕감이 양육행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Employed Mothers's Quality of Multiple Role and Psychological Well-Being upon Mothers' Parenting Behavior)

  • This study was conducted to identify adults' knowledge, dietary behavior related to sodium, and attitude towards. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the quality of multiple roles and psychological well-being upon parenting behavior among employed mothers. The subjects were 172 employed mothers living in Seoul, Korea. The results are as follows. First, the quality of parental role was related to all of subscales of parenting behaviors of employed mothers. Second, employed mothers' higher autonomy was significantly associated with greater intimacy and reasoning guidance in their parenting. Third, employed mothers with greater positive relationship and autonomy were more likely to exhibit limit setting. Finally, higher level of environmental mastery and autonomy was related to greater parental involvement. Mothers' psychological well being was not significantly related to mothers' responsiveness.

  • The future battlefield operation concept does not focus on advanced and complete weapon systems, but requires a new battlefield operation concept that can effectively demonstrate offensive power by combining a large number of low-cost, miniaturized weapons. Recently, research on the autonomous application of major technologies that make up the mission control system is actively underway. However, since the mission control system is still dependent on the operator's operating ability when operating multiple robots, there are limitations to simply applying the automation technology of the existing mission control system. Therefore, we understand how changes in operator capabilities affect multi-robot operation and propose an adaptive mission control architecture design method that supports multi-robot integrated operation by adjusting the level of autonomy of the mission control system according to changes in operator capability.

사회복지관 조직풍토 인식이 사회복지사의 전문성에 미치는 영향 (The influence of Organizational Climates on Social Workers' professionalism in Social Welfare Centers)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지관의 사회복지사를 대상으로 기관의 조직풍토에 대한 지각 정도를 측정하고, 사회복지사가 지각한 조직풍토 수준이 전문성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해서 사회복지관 사회복지사 570명의 자료를 위계적 회귀분석 등을 통해 분석하였다. 사회복지관의 조직풍토가 사회복지사의 전문성에 영향을 주고 있다고 나타난 연구결과는 복지관의 풍토(분위기)를 어떻게 조성하고 관리하느냐에 따라 사회복지사의 전문성이 향상되기도 하며, 혹은 그렇지 못하기도 한다는 것이다. 이러한 조직풍토는 궁극적으로는 클라이언트에게 제공되는 서비스의 질과도 연관된 중요한 요소이기도 하다. 따라서 사회복지관 실정에 맞는 긍정적인 조직풍토를 조성하고 관리하도록 사회복지사와 운영자 모두의 노력이 필요하다.

제도와 정책이 기업 수익성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 한·일간 농산물 유통정책의 차이에 따른 도매시장법인 수익성을 중심으로 (An Study on Effects of Strategy and Policies on the Corporate Profitability: Focusing on the Profitability of Wholesale Market Corporation for the Different Agricultural Marketing Policy in Korea and Japan)

  • Purpose - This study intended to identify the effects of varied institutional systems and policies that regulate or define operations of enterprises upon the profitability of private enterprises through case analysis. Design/methodology/approach - The systems and differences in the institution and commodity distribution in Korea and Japan, which define the operation of the "Garak Wholesale Market" and "Ota Wholesale Market". We were examined in the presentthis study, and the statistical data pertinent to the trade volume and profitability of wholesale market corporations that substantially run both markets, were analyzed. Findings - The competition among the corporations that run the "Garak Wholesale Market" substantially is limited due to regulations over the mode of transaction and monopoly of trust thereby significantly higher level of profitability and safety are guaranteed. However, the institutional autonomy that enabled each distributor in the "Ota Wholesale Market" to compete with each other freely caused the distributors therein face difficulties in securing stable profits due to the relatively poor level of profitability resulted from the autonomy. Research implications or Originality - It seems the autonomy in commercial transaction in the "Garak Wholesale Market" in Korea needs to be secured to promote the competition of distributors therein through an amelioration of institutional systems and amendment of relevant laws that prescribe current management of various distributors/operators in the market.

병원에 근무하는 물리치료사의 직무특성과 이직의도와의 관련성 연구 (Relationships between Job Characteristics and Turnover Intention of the Physical Therapists of Hospitals)

  • Recruiting and maintaining capable physical therapists in hospitals is crucial to provide patients with better quality's physical therapy and to achieve hospital business objectives. This study is to provide basic data for effective personnel management of physical therapists in the hospital. For this, this study was conducted to confirm the relationship between turnover intention and job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), and to find out factors affecting the turnover intention of hospital physical therapists in Korea. The sample used in this study consisted of 173 physical therapists who were working in hospitals located in Seoul from June 18 to 29. The data for analysis were collected by questionnaire survey. The dependent variable of this study was turnover intention and the independent variables were job characteristics(task importance, job autonomy, job feedback, task identity, skill diversity), demographic characteristics of respondents(sex, age, education level, marital status, working hospital, working career). The major statistical methods used for the analysis were factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Turnover intention according to demographic characteristics of respondents was significantly high in the graduate school above group. As the result of hierarchical multiple regression analysis of turnover intention, R2 of job characteristics was much more powerful than demographic characteristics. The factors had significant negative effect on turnover intention were job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity. And in demographic characteristics factors, there were not significant factors on turnover intention. In considering above findings, for decreasing turnover intention of physical therapists, hospitals need to develop strategies for enhancing job satisfaction by improving job autonomy, task identity, and skill diversity from the adequate job environment.

휴대용 단말기 기반의 재능 로봇 사용자 인터페이스 (Mobile Terminal-Based User Interface for Intelligent Robots)

  • 사용자가 지능 로봇을 효율적으로 이용하려면 사용자와 지능 로봇을 연결해주는 사용자 인터페이스를 설계해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 지능 로봇의 기능과 자율화 수준에 따라 휴대용 단말기 기반의 사용자 인터페이스를 어떻게 구성해야 하는 지 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 PDA (Personal Digital Assistant)나 스마트폰과 같은 휴대용 단말기를 이용하여 지능 로봇을 원격에서 조종할 때 필요한 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하고자 한다. 영상 기반 인터페이스를 이용하면 사용자가 로봇의 동작을 직접 보면서 로봇을 조종할 수 있고, 지도 기반 인터페이스를 이용하면 전송되는 정보가 줄어들기 때문에 정보 전송 지연시간을 줄이면서 사용자가 로봇을 조종할 수 있다.

Fiscal Policy Effectiveness Assessment Based on Cluster Analysis of Regions

  • The efficiency of the regional fiscal policy implementation is based on the achievement of target criteria in the formation and distribution of own financial resources of local budgets, reducing their deficit and reducing dependence on transfers. It is also relevant to compare the development of financial autonomy of regions in the course of decentralisation of fiscal relations. The study consists in the cluster analysis of the effectiveness of fiscal policy implementation in the context of 24 regions and the capital city of Kyiv (except for temporarily occupied territories) under conditions of fiscal decentralisation. Clustering of the regions of Ukraine by 18 indicators of fiscal policy implementation efficiency was carried out using Ward's minimum variance method and k-means clustering algorithm. As a result, the regions of Ukraine are grouped into 5 homogeneous clusters. For each cluster measures were developed to increase own revenues and minimize dependence on official transfers to increase the level of financial autonomy of the regions. It has been proved that clustering algorithms are an effective tool in assessing the effectiveness of fiscal policy implementation at the regional level and stimulating further expansion of financial decentralisation of regions.

교육자치의 이념에 토대한 지방아카이브 논의 공공기록물법 제11조의 개정 필요성을 중심으로 (Discussion on Local Archives Based on the Ideology of Educational Autonomy : Focused on the Need to Amend Article 11 of the Public Records Act)

  • 최근 경상남도기록원과 서울기록원의 개원에 이어 시·도의 지방기록물관리기관 설치를 위한 업무가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이 과정에서 시·도 지방기록물관리기관의 등장에 따른 기록물관리 업무에 직·간접적으로 영향을 받는 기관이 있으니 바로 시·도교육청이다. 현행 공공기록물법 제11조는 시·도지사에게만 지방기록물관리기관 설치 의무를 부여하는 등 시·도 중심으로 규정되어 있는 반면, 시·도 교육청은 기관 설치 의무로 갖고 있지 않을뿐더러, 시·도 지방기록물 관리기관이 설치될 경우 소관 기록물 중 보존기간 30년 이상의 기록물을 이관해야 하는 의무 등만 명시되어 있다. 이는 시·도교육청과 시·도가 헌법과 법률에 따라 각자 시·도 단위에서 고유의 업무와 역할을 수행하는 것을 고려할 때 적절하지 않다. 따라서 이 연구는 시·도교육청과 시·도가 기본적으로 지방교육자치와 지방자치를 실현하는 핵심 기관으로서 각자 관할 지역에서 독립적으로 고유 사무를 담당하는 대등한 행정기관이라는 점을 법적·제도적 및 역사적으로 비교하여 살펴보고, 지나치게 시·도 중심으로 구성되어 있는 현행 공공기록물법 제11조의 개정 필요성과 함께 시·도교육청의 지방기록물관리기관 설치에 따른 기대효과를 제시하였다.
