모형 공압굴삭기 시스템 구축 (Development and Identification of Pneumatic Excavator System)

  • The excavator is complex machinery which has widely used in the construction site, deck of harbor and deep sea. The one of important issue of excavator system in recent is an automation of it in order to improve a working efficiency, a convenience working circumstance and work satisfaction. However, since there are large nonlinearities of control circuit, actuating cylinder, joiners of hydraulic units and changing loads etc., it is difficult to develope an automatic excavator system. Therefore, in this study, toy scale pneumatic excavator system is constructed and the remote control system is installed on it, before developing the automatic excavator system. In order to design the control system of the developed pneumatic excavator system, the transfer function is obtained using signal processing method and the controller gains of PID are decided based on CDM(coefficient diagram method). The obtained transfer function and the performance of the proposed control system is evaluated through experiments and computer simulation.

본질적 논리모형에 근거한 원무관리시스템의 분석과 설계 (Essential Logical Model Approach in Analysis and Design for Patient Management and Accounting System : A Case Study)

  • In developing total hospital information system, large amount of time and expense are to be spent while its results are likely to lead itself to end-users' dissatisfaction. Some of the main complaints on the part of end-users come from insufficient consideration of end-users environment as well as inappropriate representation of their requirement in the system alalysis and design. This papre addresses some advantages of Essential Logical Modeling Process for better analysis and design, explaining by example the developmental process of the Patent Management and Accounting System for a tertiary care hospital. In the case, the Essential Model, suggested by McMenamin and Palmer, proved to be an effective tool for clear separation of analysis and design phase and for better communication among system developers and with end-users. The modeling process itself contributed to better program modularity as well, shown in a Structured Chart. Difficulties in learning how to identify' essential activities' for the modeling practice were experienced in the beginnins stage, which were, however, overcome by elaborating some heuristic guideling and by rdferring to necessary tools including State Transition Diagram, Control Flow Diagram, and so many. While full evaluation of the Essential Model usag remains to wait till the completion of the case project, its strengt in making clear distinction between analysis and design phase was enough to be attractive to system analysts. The model concepts are open to many further application fields, particularly such areas as business re engineering, process remodeling, office automation, and organizational restructuring.

SW교육 융합 과학교과 연계형 실험 자동화 교구 개발 (Development of SW Education Convergence Science Curriculum-linked Experimental Automation Teaching Tool)

  • 현재 사용되는 실험 교구는 센서를 활용하여 대부분 물리분야 실험에 적용하고 특정 실험에 잘 맞는 MBL만을 개발한 사례도 있다. 하지만, SW융합을 활용한 실험설계 단계는 없으며 교과서 속 다양한 화학실험 적용에 한계가 있고 아두이노의 경우 프로그래밍 시 학생들이 언어를 학습하고 이해하는 데 어려움이 있다. 본 논문은 기존의 microcomputer 실험의 단점 및 소프트웨어 교육의 한계를 극복하고 학습자 능동적 실험설계 과정을 포함한 SW교육 융합 과학 실험기구를 설계 및 개발하였다.

문헌분류 전문가시스팀의 설계에 대한 연구 (Designing an expert system for library classification)

  • The purpose of the study is to design and implement a prototype expert system for library classification in the literature field of the DDC 20. The system was largely consisted of a knowledge base, an inference engine, a knowledge acquisition facility, an explanation facility and an user interface facility. The knowledge base was represented by inference rules and frames. The name file for authors and titles was designed separately. The forward chaining technique was chosen for the inference engine and the menu-driven dialog technique was also taken for the user interface. The conclusions of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) The difficulty of document classification work is due to the complex and stringent classification rules. Such problems can be considerably alleviated by using the present system. 2) Even the novice with a knowledge about the DDC 20 can easily access the system. And also librarian other than the professional classifier can easily be accustomed to the classification work. 3) The system can be used as an online classification scheme. 4) By adding any local language other than English or Hangeul on the menu screen, the language problem relating classification can be overcome. 5) The system can be employed as the intensification tool for the education of classification as well as library automation.

시뮬레이션을 이용한 중소 신발생산기업의 생산시스템 개선방안 연구 (A Study on Improvement of a Production System in Small and Medium Sized Shoes Companies using Simulation)

  • A production system in domestic shoes companies has difficulty in achieving automation and information because of insufficiency of flexibility and standardization. Particularly small and medium sized shoes companies producing by OEM have tendency to chase the given production schedule blindly without considering major factors that may affect the production. Therefore, the production schedules or the process conditions can not be optimally set and are extemporized by the experience in the past. These behaviors cause low productivity and financial loss. To maximize efficiency and productivity of the shoe-making process, we develop a simulation model based on a production system in small and medium sized shoes companies. The model has been developed using ARENA which has been demonstrated to be a powerful tool to simulate various manufacturing systems. Using the simulation model, we find out several problems for the production process, and then suggest several alternatives to improve the system.

공작기계 절삭유 냉각용 오일쿨러 설계 자동화 (Oil Cooler Design Automation on the Cooling of Machine Tool Cutting Oil)

  • The automatic design of shell & tube type oil cooler can be used in real industrial environments. Since the automatic design system is intended to be used in small companies, it is designed to be operated well under environments of CAD package in the personal computer. It has adopted GUI in design system, and has employed DCl language. Design parameters to be considered in the design stage of shell and tube type oil cooler are type of oil cooler, outer diameter, thickness, length of tube, tube arrangement, tube pitch, flow rate, inlet and outlet temperature, physical properties, premissive pressure loss on both sides, type of baffle plate, baffle plate cutting ratio, clearance between baffle plate outer diameter and shell inner diameter and clearance between baffle plate holes. As a result, the automatic design system of shell & tube type oil cooler is constructed by the environment of CAD software using LISP. We have built database of design data for various kinds of shell & tube type oil coolers. The automatic design system have been assessed and compared with existing specification of design. Good agreement with Handbook of heat exchanger and design dta of real industrial environments has been found.

도착항공기 착륙순서에 관한 조언정보가 관제사 업무효율에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Advice Information for Arriving Aircraft Landing Order on Air Traffic Controller's Work Efficiency)

  • This paper describes the effect of advice information for arriving aircraft landing order on the air traffic controller's work efficiency. The air traffic control simulator used in the experiment was modeled on the basis of the aircraft parameters from BADA, gamma-command model and the 4-dimensional trajectory using the Bezier curve. The simulation results show that advice information was helpful for the performance of the work for users who did not have the air traffic control training. On the other hand, in case of users who have experience in air traffic control training, the work efficiency was lowered when the advisory information that does not reflect the user's intention is provided. Therefore, it can be seen that the effect of improving the work efficiency through advice information can be limited depending on the skill level of the air traffic controllers and the complexity of the air traffic situation.

The application of modal filters for damage detection

  • A modal filter is a tool used to extract the modal coordinates of each individual mode from a system's output. This is achieved by mapping the response vector from the physical space to the modal space. It decomposes the system's responses into modal coordinates, and thus, on the output of the filter, the frequency response with only one peak corresponding to the natural frequency to which the filter was tuned can be obtained. As was shown in the paper (Deraemecker and Preumont 2006), structural modification (e.g. a drop in stiffness or mass due to damage) causes the appearance of spurious peaks on the output of the modal filter. A modal filter is, therefore, a great indicator of damage detection, with such advantages as low computational effort due to data reduction, ease of automation and lack of sensitivity to environmental changes. This paper presents the application of modal filters for the detection of stiffness changes. Two experiments were conducted: the first one using the simulation data obtained from the numerical 7DOF model, and the second one on the experimental data from a laboratory stand in 4 states of damage.

  • 영업사원이 영업수단으로 가장 많이 사용하면서 간단한 방법이 명함일 것이다. 매일 많은 고객과 명함을 주고받고 있지만 종이 명함은 버려지기 싶고 정보 검색도 어렵다. 해결책으로 스마트 폰으로 명함을 촬영하여 데이터베이스로 만든다면 언제든지 영업에 필요한 고객 정보를 쉽게 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구에서는 전자명함 데이터베이스 구축과 전자명함을 기반으로 영업관리를 지원하는 앱 기반 솔루션을 개발한다. 본 시스템은 클라우드 환경에서 작동되며 고객인맥관리, 고객 분류, 유망고객 발굴 등의 다양한 의사결정 지원 기능을 갖추고 있다.

  • Linear pulse Motors(LPM) are widely used in fields where smooth linear motion is required, and their position accuracy is higher than other motors. Hybrid linear pulse motors(HLPM) are regarded as an excellent solution to positioning problems that require high accuracy, rapid acceleration and high-speed. The LPM has low mechanical complexity, high reliability, precise open-loop operation and low inertia etc. in many application areas such as factory automation speed positioning, computer peripherals and numerically controlled machine tools. This motor drive system is especially suitable for machine tools the high position accuracy and repeatability. This paper describes about that need of the embroider machine, we want to design position-scanning device for the embroidery machine. At first, to be analysed characteristics of the machine and next designed the LPM. we used the field analysis program, The finite element method(FEM) program tool is employed for calculation the force. The reluctance models will be used the magnetic permeance of air gap by static- conditions. The forces between forcer and platen have been calculated using the virtual work method.
