본 연구의 목적은 K대학의 6가지 핵심역량의 정의를 규명하고, 이에 따라 하위요소를 구성하여 핵심역량을 측정하는 도구를 개발하고, 타당화하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이론적 탐색을 통해서 역량을 정의하였고, 하위요인을 구성하였으며, 문항을 개발하고 전문가 검토에 의해 초안을 개발하였다. 신뢰도와 타당성 검증을 위해 K대학 재학생 907명을 대상으로 역량을 측정하였으며, 공인타당도 검증을 수행하였다. 그 결과 6개의 핵심역량의 정의를 도출하였고, 각 역량 마다 3개의 하위요인을 구성하였으며, 초안 문항을 개발하여 전문가 검토에 의해 개선된 93개의 문항을 구성하였다. 신뢰도 검증 결과 문항내적 합치도는 .890~.960사이로 나타났으며, 문항-총점간 상관분석 결과 .80이상의 지나친 상관을 보이는 문항은 발견되지 않아 다중공선성이 없는 것으로 판단하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석 결과 구인타당도가 양호한 것으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 공인타당도 검증 결과 공인된 측정 도구와의 상관이 보통에서 보통이상으로 나타남으로 공인타당도가 양호한 것으로 나타났다.

외래생물은 생물다양성을 감소시키는 주요 요인들 중 하나로 인식되고 있다. 도입된 외래생물에 대한 지속적인 모니터링과 위해성평가를 통한 관리방안 수립은 외래생물 관리정책의 핵심을 이룬다. 본 연구에서는 일본, 독일-오스트리아, 벨기에 등의 생태계 위해성평가 기법 및 적용 사례를 제시하여 합리적인 외래생물 관리 도구를 소개하고자 하였다. 일본은 생태계 등에 외래생물이 미칠 수 있는 부정적인 영향을 방지하고자 특정외래생물을 지정하여 수입과 사육 등을 금지하고 있다. 지정 기준은 토착생물에 대한 포식, 경합 및 구축, 환경의 교란 및 유전적 교란 등의 생태계의 피해, 인간의 생명 또는 신체와 관련한 피해, 농림수산업에 대한 피해 정도이다. 독일-오스트리아 블랙 리스트 정보시스템은 외래생물의 생물다양성에 대한 위해성, 분포 정도와 박멸 방안을 평가하여 블랙 리스트, 화이트 리스트 및 그레이 리스트로 구분하고 있다. 주로 외래생물의 생물다양성과 생태계의 구조와 기능에 대한 영향을 중점적으로 고려하며 인체 건강에 대한 피해나 농림수산업 등에 대한 경제적인 피해는 고려하지 않는다. 벨기에의 하모니아 정보시스템에서는 외래생물의 환경에 대한 영향과 국내에서의 침입 단계를 평가하여 블랙 리스트, 감시 리스트, 경계 리스트로 구분한다. 생태계위해성 평가를 위한 주요 항목은 잠재적 분산능력 또는 침입성, 보존가치가 높은 서식지로의 침입, 토착종에 대한 부정적인 영향, 생태계 기능의 변화, 국내에서의 침입 단계 등이 있다. 이러한 방법들은 국내 외래생물의 관리우선순위를 부여하기 위한 생태계위해성 평가 프로토콜을 수립하는데 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다.

목적 : 본 연구는 운동발달을 평가하고, 발달성협응장애를 판별할 수 있는 운동성 평가도구인 Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2(MABC-2)을 활용하기 위해 6시간의 교육과정을 통하여 작업치료사의 평가역량이 향상될 수 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구에 MABC-2를 임상에서 사용하길 희망하는 작업치료사 33인이 참여하였다. MABC-2 전문가 2인이 교육 참여자들에게 6시간의 교육을 실시하였다. 이론 강의(2시간)는 MABC-2 소개와 운동평가도구의 연구동향, 실습강의(4시간)는 MABC-2 평가항목 소개, 녹화된 평가 장면 관찰, 도구를 사용하여 직접 평가실습을 경험한 후 준비된 사례영상을 보고 채점과 결과분석을 실시하였다. 교육의 효과를 검증하기 위해 모든 교육과정을 마친 후 MABC-2의 전문가 1인과 교육에 참여한 작업치료사 33명이 동시에 평가동영상 샘플을 보면서 평가지에 원점수를 기록하였다. 이중 운동성 평가도구의 경험이 없는 23인의 자료를 활용해 평가자간 신뢰도를 산출하여 교육의 효과성을 검증하였다. 결과 : 본 연구에 참여한 작업치료사는 평균 5년 3개월의 경력을 지닌 30세 이상의 여성으로 약 70%의 교육생은 MABC-2 외에 국내에서 사용 중인 운동성 평가도구를 임상에 적용해 본 경험이 없었다. MABC-2 전문가가 제공한 교육을 받은 작업치료사들과 전문가 간의 ICC 결과는 .95이상으로 높은 평가자간 신뢰도가 확보되었다(p<.001). 결론 : 이론과 실습으로 구성된 6시간의 교육과정에 참여한 작업치료사의 평가자간 신뢰도가 .95이상으로 나타났으며, 운동기술 평가도구를 적절하게 활용할 수 있는 평가역량이 향상되었다. 이를 통하여 MABC-2에 관한 특정한 교육을 제공할 경우 작업치료사가 새로운 평가도구를 적절하게 활용할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 평가와 관련한 직무능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The goal of this research is a visual and auditory tool development enabling designers to have the same emotional value with users in the process of user centered design. Through the research, we intend to show the aid measure for making cognitive gaps narrow between users and designer in the process of transforming and understanding the emotional needs as a verbal image. because In the business practice of design, most of tools and techniques for assessment and analysis of emotional needs are those used usually in the marketing fields. So the information generated and transformed from users to designers have a form of physical words. When the designer's understanding of the emotional needs is considered as a product mediated communication process, the morphologic and cognitive information gaps become obvious. This difference could be a false basis in designing with emotional user needs. So the alternative needs assessment sub-tools of visual and auditory information form was embodied mainly for designer's cognitive gaps and inter-cultural emotional needs assessment. As the method of embodiment, Firstly, adjectives related to emotion were classified in their cognitive dimension. Secondly, visual and auditory data were extracted, and then the relativity verified. Finally, the practicality and effectiveness were tested through the database generation. In view of the results so far achieved, 1. We could find being of the big information cognitive gaps in the verbal assessment of emotional needs between designers and users. 2. With the visual and auditory assessment tool, we could make the big cognitive gaps narrower than we expected. 3. Also, we could find the chance that the fidelity, recognition, and friendliness of design for emotional user needs would become better.

교육에 있어서 평가는 피교육자의 성장과 발달 정도를 확인하고, 교육의 질적 향상을 도모하는 중요한 요소이다. 평가의 방법에는 여러 가지가 있으나 지필시험, 객관식 고사와 같은 전통적인 평가 방식이 갖는 한계를 극복하기 위해서 수행평가가 등장하였다. 수행평가는 피교육자가 과제를 완성한 정도나 상태를 바탕으로 평가하는 방법이다. 정보활용교육은 피교육자의 정보활용능력을 신장하는데 목적이 있으며, 수행평가는 정보활용능력의 상태나 정도를 측정하는데 매우 적합하다. 수행평가를 위해서는 먼저 수행과제가 준비되어 있어야 한다. 그러나 교수자가 수행평가의 요건을 모두 고려하여 수행과제를 개발한다는 것은 쉽지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 교수자가 정보활용교육을 전개함에 있어서 수행과제를 쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 수행과제 개발도구를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 수행과제 개발 도구는 템플릿 형태를 취하고 있으며, 4단계 즉, 교육목적 및 학습목표, 지식과 기능, 과제 유형, 측정 및 채점기준으로 구성하였다.

직업재활은 장애인이 직업을 통하여 비장애인과 동일한 삶을 영위하게 돕는 과정으로 정확한 직업평가를 통해 수행된다. 이러한 직업평가의 전통적인 방법은 평가도구를 사용하거나 상담 등을 이용한다. 하지만 전통적인 방법에서 사용되는 평가도구들은 일반 사용자들이 사용하기에는 고가이며, 이러한 평가도구를 사용하기 위해서는 보유하고 있는 장애인시설로 이동해야하는 불편함이 있다. 따라서 최근 꾸준히 보급되어 2011년 이용자수가 1천만명을 돌파할 것으로 예상되는 스마트폰을 사용하여 장애인이 직접 직업평가를 수행하는 경우에 시 공간에 제약을 받지 않아 매우 효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰용 운영체제의 일종인 안드로이드환경에서 장애인들을 대상으로 직업평가를 수행할 수 있는 모바일 적성검사 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 직업평가 도구로서는 전 세계적으로 진로지도와 상담에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 홀랜드 검사를 바탕으로 구현한다.

The dual aims of this study were i) to explore the effectiveness of an assessment method that can measure the competencies learned through high school home economics and ii) develop a competency-based assessment framework for high school home economics, including components of competency-based assessment, item development system, and other elements. The study involved the following stages: literature analysis, draft development, concretization, validity verification, and final version. Based on the results of the literature analysis and expert deliberation, a competency-based assessment framework for high school home economics was developed which comprised three dimensions: 'core idea' × 'process' × 'context and value'. Based on this, an item analysis table was presented to systematize various activities for the competency-based assessment of high school home economics, following which a holistic rubric suitable for competency assessment tasks was proposed by referring to the newly developed 'process' dimension assessment criteria. This study is significant in that it is the first to propose a competency-based assessment framework that systematically presents a variety of assessment activities. These will facilitate the development of assessment standards and tools that teachers can refer to or trust in the changing school environment due to the introduction of the standard-based assessment system based on a high school credit system, and the guarantee of a minimum achievement level.

This study is to develop cooperative learning aids for Clothing and Textiles classes, and to develop methods and tools for performance assessment. We have surveyed 127 students with‘class evaluation’questionnaire after teaching 9 classes through developed materials. As a result, we found that students preferred to cooperative learning and they tended to do their best in their assigned role in the cooperative learning. Meanwhile, we also found that they understood the assignment of performance assessment well and they felt lack of time to handle given tasks. It shows that we need to be flexible when applying a teaching method in a way that teachers give student more options to choose their duty and time span. Although a few students create a problem and delay their duty as disturbing cooperation in a group we anticipate that the developed teaching aids and performance assessment will be a great help to improve Home Economics classes. In closing, we believe that we can be open-minded Home Economics educators that continue to work on improving classes through developing diverse teaching aids and performance assessment.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between environmental assessment (EA) and land use planning through the theoretical and practical perspective. Theoretically, this research studies environmental land use planning incorporating with environmental assessment. Practically, through the review on EA review opinion in Korea Environment Institute for recent 10 years, environmental land use mitigations are investigated. The results of this study are as follows:first, there have been new and innovative review criteria and mitigation methods in environmental assessment; second, land use mitigation tools have been mostly used in environmental assessment; finally, there is a need for mediating role by land use section in EA review system.
