The purpose of this study is to test the effects of a group art therapy program based on mindfulness meditation for job stress and interpersonal relationships of office workers. For this purpose, a Total 24 office workers wishing to participate in the study voluntarily were selected. They were then randomly assigned to the experiment or control group which consisted of 12 people each. The experiment group participated in the program for a total of 12 sessions(a 90-minute session twice per week) over six weeks. The main findings were as follows: first, the office workers of the experiment group made a decrease in overall job stress and its subfactor including stress symptoms and outcomes after the group art therapy program; and secondly, they made a decrease in overall interpersonal relationships and their subfactor including dominance, retaliation, indifference, social avoidance, non-assertiveness, non-exploitation, devotion, and interference after the program. These findings demonstrate that the group art therapy program based on mindfulness meditation was effective for reducing the stress of office workers and enhancing their interpersonal relationships.

Reincarnation, literally means "to be made flesh again". It is a mystical belief that the soul lives again in a new body after death. In this study, both material and spiritual elements are reincarnated in the form of the formative art in our life. This is similar to the notion of transmigration of the souls in Buddism and Taoism. Even a work of low merit can be an artifact when we give a new meaning and value through the reincarnation. Reincarnation opens another dimension in the formative art and it can be a new source of energy Andy Warhol, who is a central figure in the pop art movement, seems to have an idea of reincarnation in the base of his work. In Korea, there are many experimental arts in design and advertising which shows reincarnation. In the modem society, the activity and mind of reincarnation have been enhanced through Internet and digital medium and people consider reincarnation as a universal philosophy in the art. Especially, the reincarnation as a continuum of design has many implementations. Now the object will be freely adopted, and transformed and it will open a new age in the formative art. We should be ready to enjoy the arts.

Recently, several kinds of researches using IoT wearable devices are active in the field of sports, design, emotional sciences and so on. The human bio data such as blood pulse, ECG, SKT signal, and GSR Signal producing from IoT wearable devices such as Watch, Smart-band, Grass can adapt to the meaningful future applications. Using the human's emotional data and a physical status with variation and so on, we can individually get the personal status. Due to knowing the personal emotion or physical status is related and connected to the valuable wallet of customers, the approach is more important in nowadays. Therefore, the personal information can effectively adapt to the marketing of the culture industry, which deals with emotions of customers. The research shows implementation steps for explaining overall architecture of the convergence research between Art and Technologies.

The newly developed field of media art is quickly making progress to include various and up-to-date forms of expression. Unlike in traditional art, the communication between the art and the viewer has become vastly important, in which the viewer is an active agent who participates and interacts with the artwork. These digital artworks can now be readily observed in everyday places and things, rather than being confined solely in the gallery space. By encouraging open interaction with the public, media art has become more accessible. Accordingly, this thesis examines the construction of a real-time multimedia clock piece using particle systems. Time has always been a significant theme in the realm of traditional art, which continues to be explored extensively in various forms of expression. In an attempt to express the continuity of time and the state of being value of existence based on technological skills, the thesis presents an artwork that uses the popular medium of a clock while also providing both usability and emotional satisfaction for the viewer's sensibility through interaction.

The purpose of this study is to derive key success factors' priorities to industrialize can art using AHP methodology and to suggest blue ocean strategy of can art. First, the survey result showed that the most important factor was eco-commercialization(0.227). And cultural value(0.223), distribution(0.217), experience learning(0.202) are presented in order in terms of the importance. Second, it also suggested eco-design(0.118), recycling improvement(0.118), education value increase(0.117), viral marketing(0.113), and various experience learning(0.105) as detailed important factors. Moreover, this study implies that can art needs to focus on intensifying environmental craft education and eco-commercialization as blue ocean strategies.

This study focused on getting clear understanding on the legal bases in terms of plurality of obligors and plurality of obligees through a analysis the PICC(2010) which has been standing firmly as the general principles of international commercial contract. Related to the title of this paper, PICC are dealing with not only plurality of obligors but plurality of obligees. The contents of the former are as follows; presumption of joint and several obligations and obligee's rights against joint and several obligors (arts.11.1.1, 11.1.2, 11.1.3), availability of defences and rights of set-off and effect of performance and set-off (arts.11.1.4, 11.1.5), effect of release or settlement and effect of expiration or suspension of limitation period (arts.11.1.6, 11.1.7), effect of judgment (art.11.1.8), apportionment among joint and several obligors and extent of contributory claim (arts.11.1.9, 11.1.10), rights of the obligee, defences in contributory claims, inability to recover (arts.11.1.11, 11.1.12, 11.1.13) and so on. On the other hand the contents of the latter are as follows; definitions (art.11.2.1), effects of joint and several claims (art.11.1.2), availability of defences against joint and several obligees (art.11.2.3), allocation between joint and several obligees (art.11.1.4). The main subjects are one is when several obligors are bound by the same obligation towards an obligee, the obligations are joint and several when each obligor is bound for the whole obligation, the obligations are separate when each obligor is bound only for its share and the other is when several obligees can claim performance of the same obligation from an obligor, the claims are separate when each obligee can only claim its share, the claims are joint and several when each obligee can claim the whole performance and the claims are joint when all obligees have to claim performance together.

One hundred years have passed since the Western modern play emerged in Korea. Meanwhile, the numerous actors have appeared and disappeared as well, but leaving the record of their great art of acting is still negligible. For stage performances recorded and restoration of works of art creative process is a very important basis for future generations inherit a world of art. The aim of this study will look back on the life and achievements of the greatest senior actor, Jang Min-ho(1924-2012) died in 2012 and see his acting career and world of art. He was born at the time actors were not valued as an expert yet. Recording a life of an actor itself becomes an opportunity for fundamental reflection for the essence of play and role of actor, and introspecting an actor's life on acting becomes an effect that the actor's unique acting style is delivered to younger generations. By recording the actor's life and life on art, I hope that the contemporaries are able to recognize the value and importance of artists leading the contemporary era with being increased interest.

While various artistic trends coexisting in the 20th century, media arts that formed with the medium of a material attempts in various ways to induce the establishment of the artwork through the public communication. The visual arts that use the media satisfy both the artistry and the popularity in the area of popular culture as the form of variable. Moreover, visual arts stimulate a playful sense of human to maximize the public satisfaction that works here. This paper aims to discuss the potentials and the trends in the contemporary art by understanding the conceptual and principle background of the contemporary media art which shows the active employment the playful sense of human nature in the work in order to establish the effective communication with the public. Consequently, as the digital environment and advanced network technology which were thought to be the key elements of the popularization of media art were reached its limit, media artist, Tony oursler's artwork which was created based on human playful nature and interactive artwork that supports the audience to interact with artwork and its space are proven to be the useful devises for the public communication.

The performance-related industry has grown independently without being protected by the nation's great policy and legal boundary in the meantime. Even in the aspect of performance Act, the thoroughly pro-regulation policy on culture & art was taken while proceeding with segmenting the legislation rather than the freedom of performance art or the promotion of performance activity. Totally 17 cases of regulations including the abolition of scenario review system in January 1999 were fully abolished. Even 6 cases of regulations were steeply eased. Also, the importance of culture & art was recognized. Thus, to promote and support it in the governmental dimension, the substantial performance art policy system was adopted for training the performance art staff manpower and the national subsidy on performance hall. In performance art, the necessity of professionals' participation was imprinted such as stage lighting, sound, and stage machine. Accordingly, many regulations on performance art were all abolished except only the minimum issues for maintaining public order in about 50 years since the establishment of the government. 'Movie' was excluded from the definition of 'public performance' in 2002. Thus, the performance report system, which had been left institutionally from the Japanese colonial period, was eternally abolished. Following this, the performance Act was changed into the legislation of the supporting promoting policy, which reflected historical situation of needing to contribute to promoting public welfare, from the regulation-centered Act.

The purpose of this study is to propose considerations to help actual application based on the characteristics of the online art-based peer supervision execution process. Colleagues in the clinical art therapy doctoral program, including the researcher, attempted to repeatedly identify problems and apply improvements in the implementation process as research participants, and qualitatively analyzed the various data collected in the process. Looking at the characteristics of the analysis results, extensibility of materials and space was confirmed in terms of 'art-based' and initiative, convenience, and speed in terms of 'online'. The considerations identified through this are as follows. First, 'pre-structuring' should be based on clear boundaries and setting, prior consultation of the group, and self-directed preparation and attitude. Second, for the 'structural aspect of art', space and media to help immersion through creation, and stable implementation structure should be established. Third, in the 'technical aspect', it is necessary to apply a method that can deliver a work of art and a method that can communicate the creator's clear intention. Lastly, for the 'ethical aspect', it is necessary to use online software in accordance with the minimum security standards and to make efforts to repeatedly maintain confidentiality. This study is meaningful in that it suggested a practical method for maintaining the professional competence of art therapists and expanding networks among art therapists in various situations including pandemics.
