기후변화를 비롯한 사회 문제가 심각해지면서 ESG 경영에 대한 인식은 전세계적으로 점점 높아지고 있다. 물류산업은 글로벌 공급망에서 중요한 역할을 담당하는 만큼 물류기업에 대한 ESG 경영 이행이 다양한 사회 구성원에게 요구되고 있다. 한국은 모든 기업을 대상으로 ESG 가이드라인을 마련하였으나, 물류기업 특히 중소·중견 물류기업의 특성을 고려하지 못한 한계점이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 기존 ESG 가이드라인과 대형 물류기업의 지속가능경영 사례, 선행연구 등을 검토함으로써 중소·중견 물류기업을 위한 ESG 경영 진단항목 후보를 정보공시(P), 환경(E), 사회(S), 지배구조(G) 4개 영역으로 도출하였다. 중소·중견 물류기업의 영세기업 특성을 고려한 진단항목을 축소하기 위해 본 연구는 물류기업 종사자 및 학계/연구기관 전문가 총 60명을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 조사결과를 토대로 주성분 분석 방법을 활용하였다. 주성분 분석결과는 정보공시의 4개 항목을 하나로 정의할 수 있으며, 환경은 16개 항목에서 3개 항목으로, 사회는 22개 항목에서 7개로, 지배구조는 20개에서 5개로 정의하였다. 본 연구는 중소·중견 물류기업 특성에 맞는 ESG 경영 진단항목을 제시하는 데에 있어 의미가 있다고 판단이 되며, 향후 유관기관에서의 가이드라인 마련과 중소·중견 물류기업에서의 ESG 경영 추진시 본 연구를 참고할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 중소기업 근로자들을 대상으로 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 파악한 후, 이 둘 간의 관계에 있어 우울이 가지는 매개효과를 검증하고자 한다. 이를 위해 중소기업 종사자를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며 총 117개 설문이 분석에 사용되었다. 분석결과, 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 부적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤고, 우울에는 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 끼쳤다. 또한 직무스트레스와 직무만족의 관계에 있어 우울이 부분매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따른 제언으로 하면 첫째, 중소기업근로자 맞춤형 관리방안의 마련되어야 하며, 둘째, 중소기업 근로자를 위한 기업복지제도의 통합적 도입이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The article analyzes the impact of factors affecting the use of management accounting in small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam, which adds to the empirical evidence on these factorsThe survey results collected 328 questionnaires using a questionnaire survey of managers at all levels, chief accountants, and accountants of 89 small and medium firms in Vietnam. Some questionnaires were invalid due to many blank cells, hence the author chose to use 315 questionnaires. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that five factors have a positive influence on the application of management accounting including Competitive pressure, Decentralization of responsibility, Application of information technology, the level of interest of managers, and the quality of human resources, in which the application of information technology and competitive pressure are the factors that have the strongest influence on the application of management accounting in small and medium enterprises in Vietnam. Based on the findings of the study, the author has proposed recommendations to help small and medium-sized businesses improve their ability to successfully apply management accounting techniques, thereby improving their competitiveness and efficiency performance and contributing to the long-term sustainability of their businesses.

This paper is to propose e-business strategies for individual SME's(small and medium-sized enterprises). e-business maturity model is used to assess e-business maturity level of a target SME, and then corresponding e-business strategy is proposed based on the current maturity level. We studied two SME's to show how it works. Most SME's are small and do not have enough resources to invest on information systems. As it turns out, e-business strategies of SME should heavily depend on its relationship with customers and suppliers. One of the studied SME's is found to be in higher maturity level, because its manufacturing system is tightly related to its customer. One of major implications of this study is that e-business level of SME's should be upgraded considering how it is doing business with its customers and suppliers.

단순히 정보기술에 대한 투자만으로는 조직성과의 성공적 달성을 기대할 수 없으며, 기업이 보유하고 있는 정보기술지식과 기업의 제반 활동에서 정보기술이 활용되고 있는 수준이 중요하다는 인식하에 연구를 시작하였다. 한편, 조직상황에 따라 정보기술 활용수준이 조직성과에 미치는 영향이 달라질 수 있음을 확인하기 위하여 내부 환경특성으로 조직규모와 외부 환경특성으로 환경역동성을 선택하여 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 조직규모는 대기업, 중기업 및 소기업으로 구분하여 차이를 살펴보았다. 85개 기업을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시한 결과 조직규모가 커질수록 정보기술 활용수준이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로는 정보기술 활용수준이 조직성과에 유의적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 중기업 및 소기업과는 달궈 대기업의 경우는 유의적 영향을 나타내지 못하여 조직규모에 따라 차이가 있음을 보여주었다. 전체적으로 환경역동성이 정보기술 활용수준과 조직성과의 관계에 미치는 조절효과는 유의적이지 못한 것으로 나타났으나, 소기업과 대기업에서 환경역동성이 높은 경우에는 유의적인 조절효과를 보여주었다.

The current technology drain at small and medium-sized enterprises in Korea is very serious. According to the National Intelligence Service's survey data, 69 percent of technology leaks are made through employees of small and medium-sized enterprises. A document security system was introduced to compensate for the problem. However, small and medium-sized enterprises are not doing well due to their poor environment. Therefore, it proposes a document security system suitable for small businesses by developing a location information machine learning system that automatically creates a document security Green Zone through learning, and an ECM-based electronic document leakage prevention system that manages generated Green Zone information by reflecting it into the document authority system. And step by step, propose a universal solution through cloud services..

This study focuses on determining the impacts of organizational culture on the accounting information system and the operational performance of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The paper is organized in five parts: introduction, literature review, research methodology, research results, and conclusion and policy implications. Based on the samples of 353 respondents working in small and mediumsized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, the research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods to find the answers for research questions. Group discussion, which yields final observed variables of the factors of organizational culture is used for qualitative method. Statistics, assessment of the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM) are used for quantitative procedure. The results show that mission, involvement and inconsistency in organizational culture positively affect the accounting information system of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam. In addition, mission, involvement, adaptability and consistency in organizational culture are found to have positive impacts on the firm operational performance. Another finding of the study is that the accounting information system has a positive effect on operational performance of small and medium-sized firms in Vietnam.

중국의 전체 산업 중 기업 수를 토대로 볼 때 중소기업이 차지하는 비중은 99%이고, 종업원 수는 80%를 차지하며, 중국 국내총생산(GDP)의 60%를 차지하고 있어 중국 내 중소기업은 중국의 경제성장에 매우 중요한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 논문은 중국 심천증권거래소에 상장된 기업들 중 제조업에 속하는 45개 중소기업들을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 자본구조가 어떠한 요인들에 의하여 결정되는지를 확인하고자 하는데 연구목적이 있다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성장성은 부채비율에 1% 유의수준에서 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 수익성은 부채비율에 1% 유의수준에서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업규모는 부채비율에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 담보가치, 비부채성 절세효과는 부채비율에 약한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 투자자들에 대한 정보제공과 중국 중소기업의 재무구조 개선을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and the health organizations. Nevertheless domestic industrial accident level is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises is in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, unpreparedness of safety equipments. But, Domestic small and medium enterprises' safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively. This research groped efficient operation model of the safety and the health education through the survey about a solution for problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises to three groups of workers and safety and health administrators and managers. Compared domestic safety and health educational system and advanced foreign educational system. And, analyze problems about domestic small and medium enterprise's safety and health education and presented a solution. Finally, presented efficient operation model of the safety and the health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.
